I'd love to say this was a great trip. But unfortunately it wasn't. We arrived at the hotel and shown our room. The room itself was OK. There was no shaver point so we couldn't charge our toothbrushes. We rang reception and was told to call the spa in the morning as they may have some? There have been smudges on the mirror since we've arrived. And food dishes left in the room! We wanted an adults only for the peace. However, we were disappointed. There is a system where there are 2 buttons inside the room. One is a do not disturb! The staff did not understand this. We had the mini bar man knock every day despite the do not disturb being on. We also had a maid let herself in to the room! On the first day we had a German couple take our towels off our beds and refused to move. I asked reception to help and their response was 'the manager is back at 7pm' .. so how does this help me? Ridiculous. At breakfast there were a few good members of staff. But 1 would ask what drinks you wanted then not get them. This happened twice with the same person! We asked about 4 days before our holiday ended to have a late check out. We were told to call back the day before. So we did. Then we were told to come back in an hour to have it confirmed! It's possibly THE worst ran hotel I've been to. Highly disappointed. The only positive was there was a nice pizza and pasta place a few minutes walk away. Apart from that there is nothing around.

We had a lovely time in our stay at this wonderful hotel. The staff in all areas of the hotel were brilliant. A special mention to the young man who worked behind the bar at the main pool during the day, his name started with a 'T' I think. He was amazing. We always got a sunbed, no matter what time of day we went down to the pool. Food and drink had so much choice and great quality. Loved the sushi and theme nights in the buffet restaurant. Snacks around the pool were also great. The only slight downside is you cannot get ice creams around the pool on the AI. It's a quiet hotel with no real entertainment but we were fine with this. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Staff were excellent. Rooms were great. Sea was clean and sunbeds are comfortable and clean. Except that do not expect that the hotel is a 5 star luxurious one. The mindset of the hotel is build upon just to charge you extras with almost everything. You will be paying huge but getting far less. And good luck with finding sunbeds near pools. I won’t go there again.

Stunning hotel with great staff at a reasonable price. Really recommend. Would personally suggest getting a car to explore the island as the hotel is in a quiet area. This was perfect for us, but some may prefer to stay in busier areas like Lindos or Rhodes town.

Amazing stay! The staff at Port Royal went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable. The room was immaculate, with a great view. We spent quite a lot of time at the pool and we really enjoyed our time there. Great cocktails and snacks. Highly recommend, will definitely come back.

Our holiday started on 15/10/2024 at the wonderful Lydia Maris Resort & Spa in Kolymbia on the sunny island of Rhodes. we felt warmth, coziness and hospitality as soon as we entered the hotel, a great place for both couples and families with children. I will start with the weather, because it is one of the important things for a perfect holiday. mornings in October are a bit chilly 16°-17° to 18° a good refreshing start, during the day temperatures are around 25°-26° to 27°, for a perfect relaxation around the pool, with a coffee or a cocktail of your choice. we were extremely impressed by the cleanliness and maintenance everywhere in the hotel, the friendly, lovely and responsive ladies at the reception, all the staff at the restaurant, the guys at the pool bar, the ladies (maids) who took care of the cleanliness of our room to make us feel comfortable as we feel at home, animation team Evelina, Gustavo and Alex, taking care of the good mood of tourists every single day with water gym, table tennis, darts, mini disco, karaoke, music quizzes, the wonderful ladies with magic hands from the spa - we can say a big thank you, because you are all tireless, smiling and sunny people, and you make people happy. we were also very pleased with the food in the main restaurant which was very fresh and varied every day, also the pleasure of enjoying Greek gyros and oven baked pizza if you feel hungry during the day. a few steps from the pool there is a neat little shop where you can find necessary things for your holiday (if you accidentally forgot something), refreshments, ice cream, as well as souvenirs and gifts. we highly recommend Lydia Maris Resort& Spa, it is worth it to spend an unforgettable holiday in this peaceful place. thank you from the bottom of our hearts and see you again.

The hotel was nice ,we all had a lovely holiday. The animation team were amazing. Alex, Gustavo and Evelina are so funny and really entertained us throughout the week. The evening entertainment they put on was brilliant and we all loved every minute. My daughter loved it that much she wants us to rebook.

Except for the very nice and helpful staff I cannot recommend staying in this hotel. The rooms are very outdated, I wouldn't say dirty as the staff is shaping them up every day but it's definitely not modern neither comfy. Yes, the pool is pretty but the public one can be so crowded that if you decide to stay here, definitely opt for the rooms with private access to the pools. I am sorry, but the food is not good at all, a lot of variety but rarely there is something that is quite okay to eat. You can sense that all the meals are somewhat cooked and seasoned the same way, lot of processed and frozen food. The choice of veggies or fruit is super sad. Every day there were just watermelons and dry oranges, pineapples,.. we were missing any type of berries, even grapes would be great as they don't need much maintenance. The activites? The lonely kid playground that was directly under the sun so the kids would probably burn their poor butts off. Very old. And next to it, some game machines that didn't even work, wondering for how long. Enough sad, it definitely is not a 5* hotel. 3* at best - at least from what you expect. And I don't think we are being too hard to please.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. What makes more special is staff who works there so friendly and helpful that you want to come back. We had room with pool is great room my only one negative is that is mostly in shadow so no much sun but overall amazing. Clean very nice housekeeping staff lovely ladies from Alvania. Food amazing quality is always fresh and loves having Greece cousins not like other hotels British food. Staff in restaurant amazing love them all. The pool area is clean, so many sunbeds and great bar and amazing pizza bar hit with my daughter 😋. Animation team amazing Ewelina such an amazing and funny and Gustavo and rest of the team. I would definitely come back.

During my holiday last week at this hotel me and my family enjoyed it a lot, the staff are really respectful and the service is amazing as well as the food served is very good and well made. The activities are really fun to kids and adults both. They provide a pool gym, fun games and a show every night from 9-11 hosted by jack (Rahul) and his team which also hosts the activities. They are well mannered and made our holiday really fun. My daughter still misses the place and really wants to go back. If you would like to go to Rhodes the bus service is really good especially the fact how the bus stop is right opposite the hotel and drops you back at the same spot. Overall the hotel is a 5 star and we will for sure be back soon!

A fantastic little hotel. Spotlessly clean. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. We had a room swim up pool and great views over hills. Food is exceptional. Lobster night is well worth going to, if not for the food which was good but for the violinist. We were mesmerised. Not much to do outside of the resort locally. Beach is a 15 minute walk away but is very small. Shops and a few bars 10 minute walk. Book this place for a kid free relaxing holiday.

Everything was absolutely perfect! We had the loft suite, we had beautiful views and very private lounging despite being shared pool! The hot tub in the room was good fun and the half board food was incredible! They give you all the appetisers which is food I wouldn’t typically order but was all delicious and gave you a great opportunity to try new stuff. Every person we spoke to that worked there was so friendly and helpful. Doesn’t get any better, would recommend to anyone.

This was a beautiful hotel. Our room was lovely. Having the pool next to the room was great. Breakfast was included and really good. I don't think we have been anywhere thar does fried eggs as well. Evening meals were delicious too. Portion size was massive. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Little bit out of the way. Overall a very lazy holiday.

Casa Cook Hotel was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel is stunningly beautiful, with a design that perfectly combines luxury and comfort. The food was absolutely perfect, offering a wide variety of delicious options that exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were amazing, spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Every aspect of my stay was exceptional, and I would highly recommend Casa Cook to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience.

We stayed at Casa Cook for 4 nights last month and unfortunately on our arrival were told our room wasn’t available but an upgrade for that night was offered. Only that night, despite pointing out that our stay was only for 4 nights. We were told our room would be ready by 2pm the next day, when we would be expected to move. This meant that we could not fully relax and enjoy our holiday from the start, as we had to pack up our things and move! Dreadful way to start our short holiday and even more so as the hotel offered no sincere apology and nothing to compensate us for their mistake which really did impact us. The staff and food were really good and a five star rating would have been appropriate, however the room change really was a major inconvenience which tainted the trip.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and highly recommend it! From the moment we arrived, the friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes, from local specialties to international cuisine. The hotel offers fantastic facilities including several pools, a fun aquapark, and a range of activities like daily animations and evening shows. The location is perfect—just a short drive from the airport and close to local attractions. Plus, the hotel has its own beach, which was clean and peaceful. A truly unforgettable experience!

This is a really nice place. Staff are friendly great pool areas. Only thing I would fault is the food wasn't that warm, which was abit of a let down. Overall would still go back. The beach is a short distance away from the hotel and shops are a good walk, wouldn't walk to the shops if it dark due to no footpath or lightning.

I’d come back only for the food💙🇬🇷 But there is so many other reasons for coming back, like beautiful sea view, nice village feeling, great service and pool sites. I enjoyed every minute of the stay!☺️ I also had a great spa experience with Nikos. Highly recommend the spa.

I came with myself and two children. There are many activities for under 10s and adults. Limited with juniors and teens although I noticed that made my children interact with other children more, so no complaints. The hotel is just beautiful overall The people, staff, management, Food, rooms, views. It's felt beautiful my entire stay. Thank you 🙏

We had a great time. awesome for families with kids. Don’t expect a quiet romantic getaway. We visited toward the end of the summer season (mid september). A family of 4 , we stayed in one of the renovated Sea-View rooms toward the back of the resort. Room was nicely fitted and very comfortable. The resort has loads of pools and while there were many visitors, it never felt overcrowded. The pools were not heated, but in the 30 degree weather, the water temp was not really a problem. you may want to consider a thermal rashie for kids just in case. Staff are just brilliant. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, engaging and helpful. The animation team are fantastic, and the kid club team do a great job with the kids. The food was OK, certainly plentiful, with the buffet offering quite a lot of choice for us each day. It’s clear the resort is mindful of cost, as we rarely came out of a meal thinking “wow”. don’t expect true 5 star hotel buffet, and you’ll be right The included drinks are where you’ll be let down no matter how low your expectations are. We read a few grumbles about the quality of the drinks before coming and, sure enough, we found ourselves drinking watered down cocktails and undrinkable wine, and sugary cordials pretending to be juice. ultimately, the kids had a ball though, and we managed to get some rest. if all inclusive is your vibe, you could do far worse than this place :)

We have successfully returned to Slovakia after a night return from Rhodes, which was quite exhausting, but I still have enough energy to express my heartfelt gratitude to you. First and foremost, thank you for providing a smooth and very pleasant holiday experience. The yoga retreat hosted in your hotel exceeded all expectations, greatly thanks to your wonderful environment and excellent service. I also want to extend my gratitude for accommodating my gluten-free diet so thoughtfully. Even before our arrival, I appreciated the communication regarding my dietary needs. Upon our late arrival, each participant was greeted with a sandwich after the long journey, and I was delighted to find a gluten-free option prepared for me. In the restaurant, the dishes were mostly well-marked with allergens, and if a label was missing, there was always an English-speaking staff member to assist me. The gluten-free bread for breakfast was always provided upon request, and after a few days of dealing with undisciplined guests who cross-contaminated the butter, your team kindly brought me a piece of uncontaminated butter along with my bread. When I craved pasta, the receptionist took me down to the kitchen to meet the head chef. We agreed on a special gluten-free portion for me, which I waited about 25 minutes for. The chef even ensured that I had a separate sauce to avoid contamination from the regular pasta. After last year's gluten-free issues in Turkey, this experience was a very pleasant change. Your team's efforts made my stay truly enjoyable, and I am very grateful. Special thanks goes to: Chef Christos, Eleni – manager in restaurant and Aleksandra – receptionist. Additionally, I would like to thank your staff for their excellent recommendations for trips and public transport. Great hotel located right on the beach. We had a room with shared pool which was lovely with views out to the sea. Definitely recommend one of these, great shower in a modern bathroom. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet food was excellent, meat great quality and cooked well. Had a variety of dishes to suit all ages and requirements. Location is between Lindus and Rhodes town, both about 45 minutes away using public transport. Ok for us, as we were going there for a relaxing holiday and the hotel definitely met all our requirements. Great value for money, booked all inclusive via Voyage Privee. Again would recommend both hotel and company.

Unfortunately we hand not such a great experience staying at Lutania. We stayed here for a week in August & we feel we were mislead by the photographs online and the holiday we thought we were getting just simply wasn’t. First of all it states that this is a 4* hotel, I would say it’s no more than a 3 at best. I’ll start with the good. The pool area, although the pool is small, was good. Lots of space to relax & just chill. The location. It’s not too far from the local bars and restaurants which are about a 10 minute walk away. The scenery is great, being surrounded by huge mountains & looking out onto the ocean. We took a walk to the old monastery on the cliff that’s nearby and it was a great view from up there. It’s right next to the beach so you simply just walk down some steps and you’re on it. The bad. Where to begin. Our room was poor. The bed was just a wooden framed bed that was so uncomfortable and sounded like it could break at any minute. The bathroom looked as though it was just plastered a few days before and was literally just a plastered floor and walls. The sink had a foul smell every now & then, mainly in the morning. It was the same for the balcony outside, when we opened the sliding door to go outside it would just smell of sewage every now & then. The furnishings were basic, it just looked like they had thrown the room together in a hurry so someone could stay in it. The vent for the air con had screws/nails which were loose/hanging off which was a concern. The staff were okay but never really looked bothered or like they wanted to help, more like they just didn’t want to be there. The food was edible but beyond that it was poor. The selection was the same every day, they just changed the type of meat that was in certain dishes. The drinks aren’t branded like your Coke/Fanta but what I’m guessing are the local off brand ones apart from Pepsi. Breakfast was about the only meal we could tolerate after the first few days but it’s hard to get breakfast wrong. So we ended up going to other restaurants nearby because of this & going to the local store to buy drinks & snacks, baring in mind we paid for all inclusive it was an absolute waste so save your time & money. You have to get up early if you want a decent sun bed by the pool, otherwise it’s a pick of what’s left. You have to pay to use the ones on the beach if you’re unlucky enough not to get any by the pool so keep that in mind. Overall not the best experience at this hotel. Would definitely recommend Kolymbia but would say this hotel is one to miss unfortunately.

Amazing stay! Couldn't be happier about it. The hotel is clean, staff is really nice! We were very surprised when we arrived at the hotel after an overnight flight at night and received a tasty pizza. The hotel is located in beautiful place with mesmerizing views around. Pool is good, bar is good, ... But a one thing could be added: More choice of food and not having the same things every day... Otherwise it's really nice! Thanks for unforgettable experience and vacation.

Very recommendable hotel. We had a very nice time and enjoyed the very good localisation of the hotel - directly next to the beach. The hotel service was very good and we had a nice and clean room with a perfect view on the ocean and the hotel's pool. We visited Lutania Beach in the first two weeks of October and were very lucky with the weather. We could reach Rhodos City and Lindos by bus, the bus station is very near to the hotel. Before visiting the hotel, we read good and also negative reviews on Google, but after making our own experience we can't understand the negative reviews and can really recommend the hotel. Maybe it's depending to the room and the time of visiting. We are very happy about our hotel visit.
