For a three star hotel, you can’t deny that they do quite well and you get what you pay for. My visit here was for 7 days and my group and I had a great time. One of the things that I was a bit disappointed by was the food. While there was quite a range of foods and drinks, I just wasn’t impressed by the quality of some of the foods. Again, nothing terrible, I managed to eat everything and I’m not a picky eater but there were certain things that were just a bit poor quality and not very tasty. The service was great! Staff were kind and helpful whenever we needed anything and actually I felt that it was very pleasant. Same goes for the entertainment in the evening and also poolside entertainment was good too. Location of the town from the hotel was a bit of a walk, about 20 minutes one way, so not awful but after a couple of days it did get quite tedious. Overall, we had a great time, food was good enough, drinks were good and rooms were great too. If you are going as friend group, I’d probs just avoid as it was heavily family orientated which we didn’t realise when booking.

We booked a week’s holiday planning to stay at this hotel but ended up leaving after just two nights. The room itself was clean and had everything you’d expect, though it was extremely dated. The walls were paper-thin and you could hear not only other guests but also the air-conditioning units humming constantly. The food was acceptable at best; standard cheap all-inclusive fare. Some of the meats didn’t look particularly appetising, so we mostly stuck to fruit and potatoes. The staff, to their credit, were friendly and tried their best to help where they could. However, none of the above was the real reason we cut our stay short. What truly ruined the experience was the behaviour of other guests and sadly, many of them were fellow Brits. As a British person myself, I was embarrassed by what I saw. From people stumbling around blind drunk at breakfast to the shocking situation of a baby being left alone in a room while the parents went out drinking, it was nothing short of disgraceful. We did manage to save the holiday by booking our last 5 nights in cala d'or which was nothing short of beautiful and significantly better atmosphere. This isn’t just about one hotel — it’s about a culture that seems to celebrate cheap excess over decency and respect. The “Brits abroad” stereotype was on full display, and it’s disheartening to see how accurate it can be. Until this attitude changes, no amount of sunshine or all-inclusive deals can make up for the shameful behaviour that gives us all a bad name and would dread to think how much worse it probably is during the peak season aswell.

This hotel is lovely and as long as you are going with the expectation that you are staying in a 3* hotel and not a 5* hotel you should have a wonderful time. Pros- Clean and spacious hotel. Housekeeping are wonderful and keep rooms/communal areas clean to a high standard. Reception staff and bar staff are always happy to help and friendly. 3 different pool areas to suit everyone NO FIGHTING FOR SUN LOUNGERS, you can find one at any point in the day as people don't leave their towels on all day and only use it for an hour. Food plentiful and fresh. Room adequate for the amount of time spent in them. Cons- Any local shop is around a 20 minute walk apart from the on site shop which is rather expensive. Food can be a little repetitive. Childrens entertainment can be a little rubbish depending on which staff is doing the mini disco which is only half an hour long at 20.30 which is a little late. Unless your child is put into kids club during the day they are not included by staff on an evening. The bunk beds are not adequate for a young child to sleep on top as there is only half a bar that stops them from falling off. (My 10 YO didn't feel overly safe up there)

Stay as far away from this hotel as possible! Everything about mine and my friend’s experience here was awful, start to finish. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are extremely poor, the carpets throughout the hotel lobbies and stairs are covered in stains, both the inside and outside the tables were hardly ever clean and the reusable cups aren’t cleaned properly, they’re just sprayed and rinsed, no proper cleaning or sanitation of the rims of the cups where you drink from, and the bar staff were always annoyed whenever we asked for new cups. The staff in general had an appalling attitude towards us, reception staff were blunt and not helpful, the bar staff were always annoyed whenever you asked for anything, the beach transfer driver had no regards for safety and would constantly overfill the minivan. The only shining light of the staff was the lovely woman in the hotel shop, she was always smiling and happy and would dance and joke with me and my friends whenever we entered her shop. The manager, who told us his name was GM, was the most unprofessional and rude person we encountered. He demanded us into his office, and originally only tried getting the girls of the group in the office with him and refusing to let the boys come in with them. We refused this and all went in together, where he was extremely aggressive and nasty in tone towards us and our complaints about the quality of the hotel. He was condescending and confrontational and was trying to abuse his power over us asking questions like “do you know who is the one giving the orders here? Me.” The whole conversation he was arguing with us against our complaints and not being cooperative to resolve any of them, and using it being 3 star hotel as an excuse for all the faults rather than wanting to improve our experience. He also stereotypes us from the beginning of the conversation, assuming we came for a party holiday and to be clubbing, when all we were looking for was a relaxing poolside holiday. The pool area was also disgusting, the first day we arrived the pool was taped off for “cleaning purposes” but there was no cleaning happening, it just reopened and nothing had changed about it. The food was always freezing cold, even the hot food had no warmth at all, we tried the beans, sausage, and bacon and they were all stone cold. The bread rolls were the only thing we ate after this and even they weren’t the best. We saw countless other reviews from the last month about how the food was making people ill and after visiting the hotel, we can see exactly why it made them so ill. The hotel is also full of bugs and animals, we saw a rat scurrying around the pool bar, and found silverfish, ants, earwigs, and countless other bugs and creatures in our hotel rooms. The rooms aren’t cleaned properly, they are full of stains and black mould, and feel extremely dirty to be in. I had some sort of slime come off the door and stain my finger, as well as the lights coming out of the wall, flooding bathrooms, and the no locks on the door. Everything about this place made me and my friends feel extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. Definitely not a family friendly hotel and definitely not a place to ever consider staying.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 days and my experience was disappointing. The hotel is very old and not well maintained. Despite being on 6th floor, there were ants everywhere. Food was another issue. Although there were always some options, the quality was poor and often felt like it was made from leftovers from day before. As a vegan, I was told before booking that I would be accommodated, but in reality the kitchen staff were not very helpful. The one positive was that fresh and tasty melon was available every day. The most ridiculous thing is that you get a plastic cup for the drinks and have to carry them with you all the time for your all length of stay. They staff just rinse it before pouring the drink. The pool area was the biggest letdown. The hotel is overcrowded. It was always dirty with floating hair and rubbish, and I never saw anyone cleaning the pool area during the day. The hotel is also far from everything, which we were aware of before coming. To my surprise The hotel is located near sewage, which made the stay even more unpleasant. It smelled horrible from every part of the hotel. On the positive side, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, and my kid enjoyed the slides at the pool and the mini golf. Overall, for the high price we paid, I really regret booking this hotel. I cannot recommend it, and I wish I had chosen another place to stay in Mallorca.

I have read a few reviews on this place and have to say I can't see what the bad one are on about. Booking in can be a bit of a hassle, but no worse than any another. Food is good with a choice of food,and plenty of fresh salad and fruit. Yes you have to pay to get a cup for drinks but you get it back at end of holidays. Room was clean and was cleaned everyday by lovely staff. Bar staff very friendly as was all staff. Nice walk to great beach, and town. Pool was good with plenty of sun beds. Yes you have to pay for wifi and tv remote, but I did come on holiday to watch tv. I would recommend.

We enjoyed ourselves, but a holiday is what you make it. Upon arrival we completed online check in previously but the process still took over 2 hours, and only 1 room key given later we then asked reception for a second. The food was good, Mexican and Asian themed nights. Nobody went hungry but the food is very repetitive with just meat changing every night. There was no problem with getting sun lounges and there was always plenty available even with the hotel being very full. Kids club and entertainment was good. The local area is good but is basic. Rooms were cleaned but not to a standard, bedding was never changed and we were there for 10 days.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel this one is necessary. This hotel was a huge disappointment. The air conditioning barely worked, the beds were uncomfortable, and the rooms were dirty. Staff at both reception and the bar were rude and unhelpful, and everything was painfully slow. The check-in process was a nightmare, and to make matters worse, you have to pay extra for basics like WiFi and even a TV remote — which is ridiculous for an all-inclusive stay. The food was poor, often cold, and we ended up eating out most nights despite paying for all-inclusive. The worst part was that my relatives had ants crawling all over their room and in their bed — they ended up covered in bites that turned into blisters across their bodies. When we complained, staff brushed it off and said it was “just the heat/sun,” and did nothing to help. On top of that, walls are paper thin, so you hear everything from next door, and staff would even barge into the room early in the morning without giving time to answer the door. The only positives I can give are that the pool was nice, and the town and beach are conveniently close by. Sadly, everything else made the stay miserable, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay was very disappointing. Check-in: Slow and unprofessional. Reception staff were rude and unhelpful, even refusing to give us our keys until the exact check-in time, arguing over 3 minutes. Cleanliness: The room was filthy on arrival, hair on surfaces and in the toilet, stained pillows, ants in the bed, and a broken, sticky fridge. Housekeeping only showed up a few times in 10 days, and never properly cleaned (just dropped off towels and toilet roll). I ended up buying my own cleaning products. Room: Very poor. Rock-hard beds, paper-thin walls, sewage smells from the bathroom drain, and no spare blankets despite cold nights. Reception kept telling me to “come back tomorrow” when I asked. Food & Drink: Cold, bland, and very limited. Despite paying all-inclusive, we ate out most nights. Drinks were restricted to two tiny cups at a time with long queues. Cocktails were just juice unless you specifically asked for alcohol. Location: The only positive was the short walk to the beach and nearby bars. Excursions were all about an hour away. Overall: The hotel was dirty, poorly managed, and not worth the money.

Food: it’s OK, has a good variety but don’t expect nothing out of this world, satisfactory at most. Accommodation : The walls are PAPER THIN, we could hear the couple next door fight all night and British people over our room screaming and getting drunk dragging furniture like they were renovating the entire place. The bathroom cleaning could be better but we just being picky now This hotel is very much kids friendly Service: the staff were brilliant and very helpful, except when we asked to change rooms and all of a sudden it was a hard task to execute. Facilities: they don’t have gym!! BUT they have 2 tennis courts and a football pit, a pool divided in 3 parts Location: very far from the airport, and I recommend you to rent a car because the best beaches are 20 min distance drive.

Great value for money! We stayed here for a week with two young kids and couldn’t be happier. The room was good , modern, and cleaned every day. The bar staff were amazing, the draft beer and the cocktails were delicious. I liked that you get one reusable cup for the whole stay – much better than dealing with disposable ones everywhere. Getting around with a stroller could be easy for you: there is a sloped path on the left side of the hotel. We daily drove to different beaches and always found parking nearby. The food was fine for me, fine for the children (pure pasta, fries) though a bit limited for my wife because she does not like foods including fish. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

We stayed at the hotel a few weeks ago and had an excellent experience. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety, so we always found something to enjoy—even as fussy eaters. There was also a great selection of desserts and cocktails, which were lovely. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. The animation team was outstanding. They put so much effort into their performances, and the evening shows were truly impressive. The kids’ clubs were also fantastic—both of my children really enjoyed the activities. Although we didn’t attend many sessions because we were traveling quite a bit, the ones we did join were excellent. Overall, this hotel helped us create wonderful memories as a family. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable.

Enjoyed the hotel. View was stunning. Got a little fed up with the reserved sunbeds at 7am in the morning. Says in your leaflet that they shouldn't be reserved.Room was lovely and clean. Food was a mixture of likes and dislikes, but overall it was fine. No Allergy information so be careful..A lot of steps to negotiate and not disabled friendly at all.Lots of good drinks available and bar staff were really helpful and quick to serve. The area is great and lots to see. Try the boat rides around the coast..Great holiday..

We went as a 6 adults and 2 children group. Transfer was a little long but HSM Calas Park was above our expectations. Staff were spot on ( especially the bar staff ) All were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and a good size, Cleaners came round every day, Towels were changed every day, bed linen was changed 3 times during our week . I struggle to find what people say about the food and drink. Drinks were spot on, local beer on tap was Estrella so good. Cocktails were generous with the size of the shots and good alcohol content ( unlike other places we have stayed before ) Food was always warm, topped up straight away and lots of choices. There wasn’t a day that we couldn’t choose a meal ( bearing in mind you can eat from 8am til 11pm and drink until midnight ) The pool is a little smaller than it looks on the photos but it’s still a nice pool and we got a sun bed every day. The entertainment staff came around every day to try and get people involved with either aqua-aerobics, pool, table tennis, dancing and water polo. There is Kids club from 11am with lots of activities for 4yrs plus and the team again are great with the kids. Evening entertainment was good and varied with most evenings the area was full to watch it. Thoroughly recommend the massage in the massage room. Both my wife and myself had a half hour back, shoulder and neck massage and it was very good. I had an issue with our toilet the first day, within half an hour, maintenance had been and swapped out the whole inner working of the toilet, explaining that the salt and limescale get in the workings. All done and dusted within an hour, couldn’t fault it. Little ones did a pony ride too which they really enjoyed. All in All, we all had a fantastic stay… We would recommend this place for a family holiday.

We had a great time at the resort! Lots to do for children and adults alike. Location is close to the beach, maybe a 5 minute walk (if you want a sunbed at the beach I would recommend going early, whereas poolside sunbeds were always available at any time). Highlight of the hotel is the staff, all so pleasant, kind and so hardworking - a real credit to the hotel.

One of the best hotels to spend time with the family. Very entertaining with the animation, excellent and varied food throughout the whole day, the bar is very good, several pools according to age, and a water park. Does it have areas for improvement? Yes, of course. The elevators could be bigger and there should be more of them, especially in the buildings with 8 floors. The management of wasps and pigeons in the snackbar area could be better. Some rooms already have floors that need renovation, and some of the bathrooms should be fixed so that the shower water actually falls where it should. The problem is that these are big investments and, honestly, considering what the hotel charges and offers, I don’t think one can expect more, since I find it affordable and excellent. My children love it. In conclusion: yes, it has some downsides, but you can clearly see the investment year after year. The shuttle van to the beach is new, the water park is new, the pirate ship in the play area is new, etc. Therefore, I can say that IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, the price/quality ratio is optimal. I have already been there twice, and until next September 2026 I’ll be dreaming of playing with my children at the Eurocalas. It should also be said that many tourists are disrespectful, and the hotel should have a zero-tolerance policy for this.

Large hotel. Very busy with families with very well behaved children Rooms kept clean. Good selection of foods for each meal and dining room kept very clean considering the number of people using it. Table always found very quickly each time walked in. The children's entertainment was very good. Think man mostly doing it was Nico and he was brilliant and had the children so engaged and involves

We have been in the hotel for 7 days. Pools was freezing cold. Sea was much warmer. in our room toilet door was broken and bad smell comming from pipes. I dont know if was a virus or food but last 3 days we have been terrible sick.I seen good few other quests having the same problem . Staff was very nice . They like what they do . Its a lot of fun for kids. If pools could be heated it would be perfect for kids. Hotel should prohibited smoking around Kids pools. We couldn't open balcony door as someone was smoking weed .This is not acceptable and hotel should not let the other guests do that.Especially when is so many kids around . Unfortunately I would never back and not recommend to anyone .

I thought it was a great family hotel. My room was big enough and clean (Mallorca Block) . Kids loved all the swimming pools and slides. Some areas are a little dated, but generally was good standard. I thought selection of food was good most days, never an issue with finding something to eat. Snack bar was handy for the kids. Constant fresh pizza was really nice. All staff were very friendly and worked busily keeping the place tidy. Would definitely go back.

The accommodation is comfortable and clean, and all the staff are very polite and kind. The food is good, though I would have liked a few more meat options. The evening entertainment is fun—the entertainers are friendly and engaging—but adding some more creative activities could make it even better. The snack bar has a great variety, though the beer is usually served a bit warm. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay with several positives, and a few small improvements could make it even more delightful.

The hotel met all our expectations. The rooms were clean and in good condition, and the whole place was well maintained. The restaurant offered a wide variety of food. The location was perfect — just a short and easy walk to a beautiful beach and close to many shops. We had a wonderful vacation here. The only small downside was the elevators, as you sometimes have to wait a bit, but it’s easy to get used to ;)

On arrival the hotel was spotless we were greeted by lovely reception staff name Mia she was really helpful once checked in and arrived to our room it was nice and clean . The food was delicious but breakfast could of been better the snack bar was wonderful the beech is a 5 minute walk there’s plenty shops bars and restaurants near by the excursions was really easy to book from across the street from the hotel the bar staff work hard to serve everyone and they try to keep the ques down. The entertainment was fantastic day and night for guests of all ages they work really had from morning till night Alex and Chio are two of the entertainment staff but they were the best 2 in my opinion they invited us to all activities and make our holiday extra special

This has been our first and last stay at this hotel and I would not recommend it (stay 20-27 July 2025) Rooms: partially refurbished (mainly with new textiles) but smelly, outdated dirty bathroom full of cockroaches. Small double beds (only 180 cm long). Rooms lacking soundproofing (avoid those ones under kids club, restaurant or by the staircase) Air-con working great. Food: poor quality, very repetitive, dirty plates / cutlery and constantly broken drink dispensers. Taking ages for food to be replenished (usually the tasty one is disappearing immediately and you will not see it for another 30 minutes), bread pudding is the main desert (2 days out of 7 that was the only choice as nothing else was replenished during our 30 minutes we have been there). If you have food allergies be prepared there is no labels and staff do not care about food contamination. Common areas: not the cleanest - there were poo marks on the hallway for 2 days not mentioning cockroaches at the staircase - alive ones have been there for 2 days and someone decided to kill it and have been there another 2 days. Other areas were not too bad however it’s more due to the sort of guests staying there. Location: close to the beautiful beach and close to the little centre with shops and restaurants. Entertainment: animation team is doing their best so this is the bonus. Info to all parents: kids club running till lates so you can enjoy the time. Reception staff: multilingual, not much helpful, some without a clue about hospitality and customer service. Wi-fi: either impossible to connect or not working so make sure you have enough data with your contract. Positives: there were 2 days during our 7 days stay when they served better food (Wednesday and Saturday) as those were days where a lot of guests were leaving early and another lot has been arriving late. And this was a time where restaurant service was at the higher level and food choice was better. Another positive is outside dining area with beautiful views. Parking: first come first serve basis. Can be struggle in high season. Alternative option is to pay £10 per day (even if you are hotel guest) or park it somewhere around the area. Summary: there are better hotels for that kind of budget so would advise you to shop around.

We had an amazing holiday here in Mallorca , the rooms were clean and maintained everyday (if you had the door tag on to say you wanted it cleaned). The pool area was great and there were plenty of sunbeds. The only downside was the food, however there was enough choice to allow you not to go hungry such as the basics (plain rice, chips etc) and the snack bar at dinner we found was better , with burgers, hotdogs and pizza available with fresh salad and fruit. The entertainment was catered towards french , so we went out most nights or sat near the bar. Overall it was a lovely hotel and only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Shops are close by , literally across the road!

The hotel is lovely & well maintained in the communal areas, the floor is so shiny, you can literally see your reflection. The rooms are OK, but a little outdated and worn, but fine enough to sleep in each night - clean & tidy. There is a lot of noise during the night of comings & goings & i could hear the guy in the next room snoring all night. There is only 2 lifts with a capacity of 4 each for a massive hotel, so you had to wait everytime you wanted to go back to the room. The snack bar is better than the meal meals, but not by much. The food in general was just not good at all, but I'm possibly being biast, as i am a very fussy eater. Dining area was lovely though & well set out. Waiters would literally remove your plates if you moved off the seat for a second, which sorta gave me the fear to move. Entertainment was absolutely appalling - if your from the UK, dont waste your time using this hotel, the entertainment was in french. There was no structure or point to it & people walked out during it. Staff were all absolutely lovely, from reception, the bar, to the cleaners. Views we actually beautiful 😍 as can be seen.

After our week of holiday here in Globales America I have to say a few words. I would expect more from 4* hotel in Spain/EU and due to its statements. Hotel is very well placed, most of the rooms have got nice sea wiew. Hotel seems to be clean and mantained, but then you can smell waste in bathroom, not just in our room. Surroundings to the hotel is like standard all over de Calas de Mallorca - lots of trash in bushes, tourists acts like animals here, Im not blaming the hotel for this.But what is to blame hotel for is cheating all-inclusive drinks on alcohol. I had like 4-5 drinks in bar and I have felt nothing and then there was obviously some problem in the kitchen, during our stay, many people had healty issues, in our group 4 of 4 adults had it ! Luckily it has avoided our 2 y.o. child. Hotel is not suitable for families with small kids and strollers. There is so many stairs and no ramp. I have to say, crew of the hotel is nice, they are lovely and friendly people.

We stayed with my wife for 7 days. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, especially the food – it was very delicious. The staff were friendly and always smiling. The sea and nature were incredible. The beach, since it does not belong to the hotel, was not very clean. The room was without renovation, but it had air conditioning, and cleaning was done daily. Overall, the vacation left pleasant impressions, but for a 4-star hotel, there is still room for improvement.

The hotel was very disappointing. The service is far below European standards. The rooms are old, TVs outdated, and there is almost nothing in the room. You have to pay €5 every day for the safe, which uses a key, and €1 for changing towels. Towels are worn and torn, with a €10 deposit. The biggest problem was the magnetic room lock, which constantly malfunctions due to its age. I lost almost a whole day waiting for it to be fixed. I have knee problems, so it was very difficult to go downstairs every time the lock failed. The food is poor: during inspections, everything was presented for dinner, but on other days, many dishes were missing. Extra charges apply for almost everything. The sea is nice but public, and there is trash in the water. The view from the window is good only if your room is not on the lower floors — otherwise, you see just roofs and walls. Overall, the hotel is tiring to stay in due to old facilities, poor service, and extra charges. In reply to the manager’s comment… Dear Globales Quality Manager, Thank you for your reply, but I must disagree with some of your explanations. The story about the magnetic card being erased by a phone is something I was told from the first day, but it is not true in my case — I never kept the card next to my phone. Moreover, in my room the lock was eventually completely replaced, which proves that the problem was with the lock itself, not the card. Regarding the view, yes, on higher floors it is nice, but on lower floors guests will only see walls and roofs, so it is good for future guests to be aware of this. One more important point I forgot to mention: the filter in the adults’ swimming pool was completely overgrown with green algae and was not filtering at all. This is a serious hygiene issue that should not be ignored. Overall, the main issue remains the same — instead of taking responsibility, the hotel blames the guests. I hope future visitors can read my experience and know what to expect.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The food was good with plenty of variety, but the bar service was very limited for those with an all-inclusive package. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired: towels were never changed and the floor wasn’t cleaned at all during our stay. We were traveling with a small child and noticed there were no activities for kids, not even a simple play area with toys. The staff were polite, but overall the service did not meet expectations.

I stayed at Globales America from July 29 to August 4, and was disappointed in several areas. The reception: I checked in first, and everything was fine, however, when my mom arrived at the hotel the next morning with a group of other people, the reception staff seemed very bothered and annoyed. Later, when I asked simple questions about beach towels, I got the same unfriendly attitude. The noise: there is a program for kids every night with songs for kids, and it is really noisy everywhere you are. You can hear the music when you close the door to your room and even when you go down to the beach. The program finished around 11 p.m. each night, very disruptive if you want to sleep earlier. Food and drinks: food was okay. However, not all drinks were included in the all-inclusive package, and those that were free didn’t taste good — the alcohol in particular seemed to be of very cheap quality. Cleanliness: the hotel itself and the rooms were clean, but the way to the public beach from the hotel looked awful. It is clear that the path is outside the territory of the hotel, but as it is the direct way from the hotel to the beach, the expectation is that the hotel would make at least minimal efforts to keep it clean and decent. Also, note that the public beach didn't seem to be cleaned and was pretty dirty all the time. Overall, I do not recommend Globales America, and it was not worth the money spent.
