I'm still blown away by our vacation in 2022! It was the most amazing vacation my wife and I have ever had. The staff was incredible – always smiling and ready to assist. The rooms were pristine, with fresh towels and sheets daily.
The drinks were top-notch, and the food was surprisingly good for an all-inclusive. The entire resort was beautifully maintained, with lush greenery and stunning scenery perfect for picture-taking.
The beach was a short walk away, although there were some stairs to climb. But it was absolutely worth it! The beach was breathtaking, with crystal-clear, warm water and stunning views.

Overall, the hotel made a good impression for a 3-star establishment, with a few exceptions. I’ll start with the negatives: the first is that only one elevator was working, which sometimes caused inconvenience. Although we personally like to use the stairs, going up sometimes meant waiting in line because the one elevator could only carry a maximum of 4 people. At the end of our stay, we went to weigh our suitcases at the reception to ensure they were within the airline’s allowed weight. We were very negatively surprised that the scale required a 1 euro payment per weighing. I think this is excessive and a bit of a cash grab. I hope that in the future, the hotel will offer free use of the scale or at least allow multiple weighings for one payment.
The food sometimes seemed monotonous as it was often the same, although there were occasional pleasant surprises. If someone doesn’t expect food at the level of the best restaurants, they will be satisfied. I was very pleased with the quality and variety of the food. I witnessed a situation where a chef kindly explained to a woman what she could and couldn’t eat (probably due to lactose intolerance), which was really nice. The waiting staff were very helpful and quickly cleared the tables. Sometimes, I voluntarily took my plates back to help the waiters and to show my appreciation, which they greatly appreciated.
The hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. I had only one unpleasant situation with a bartender, but it was after 10 PM, so he might have been tired. I think there was just a communication error and we misunderstood each other. The entire hotel staff made an effort to greet guests in their language, which was very nice. Especially Mr. Ben at the reception deserves praise for his excellent pronunciation of Polish words. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
In previous reviews, I read that the animators only interacted with the French guests. During my stay (10.2024), I noticed that this had changed. The animators greeted every guest in their language and sometimes engaged in longer conversations, which was very nice. At the bar, the bartenders were always friendly, smiling, and ready to help. I especially want to thank the lady with glasses who was extremely helpful and patient.
I would like to highlight Ms. Maria, who cleaned our room on the 5th floor. She was incredibly kind, smiling, and always willing to help. She never refused any request regarding the room. Great applause to her for the hard work she does, and we thank her very much. It was a real pleasure to interact with her!
In summary, I give this hotel 5 stars because, for a 3-star hotel, it presents itself very well, despite a few minor drawbacks that I hope the hotel will address. I greet all the hotel staff, it was very nice to meet you.

Just back from 5 days and was a bit unsure based on previous reviews, however, I really enjoyed myself. I had a double room, with a sea view, the balcony looked over the cove to the sea and then over the mountains as well.
The room was a great size, all as you'd expect. Air con worked great. Room was cleaned each day.
Staff at the hotel were lovely, friendly and helpful.
Food wise, loads available each day for all meals, a bit cold but a microwave was available to reheat. Salad bar, fresh bread available and a snack bar that served breakfast food after it closed in the main restaurant and then pizza, burgers, salad bar, pastries etc in the afternoon and churros from 4-5 (highly recommend). I sometimes ate here for lunch, if i didnt fancy the main restaurant and its right next to the pool.
Drinks available from the bar, and soft / hot drinks self serve.
This was my 1st solo holiday and felt safe at all times.
Entertainment wise - was defnitely geared towards the French but I was quite happy reading my book at the pool and people watching. Aqua dance at 11am and 5pm each day for everyone.
Small shopping centre and restaurants / bars across the road.

i recently came here for 10 days with my family for my brothers birthday. hotel was generally clean except in the last few days we had plumbers and when they left we found multiple silver fish crawling around our floor and bathtub so that wasn't great. hotel is mainly catered more for spanish and german and french who were very very rude. always taking chairs knowing someone was sitting there and thinking they are main priority and should have all the chairs in the world. life guards are a joke, my little brother went swimming and drafted into the deep end by accident and nearly drowned until my mum had to jump in and save him, the lifeguards just stared at him. completly ridiculous. snack bar was the only place you could eat normal food. pizza and burgers were very good. maids were very rude, came to clean our room which we didn't either hang a sign for and videod our room and all of our belongings and complained. we had valuable stuff in our room and that is very dangerous, maids are supposed to be trusted and if they didn't want to clean it then we didn't mind if they didn't and after that we didn't want them to clean our room. with 2 young kids it's very hard to keep ontop of a tiny room with clothes and items belonging to 5 people for 10 days. with barely any storage. beds were comfy. entertainment was okay, only good thing was the cover girls wich i very enjoyed. lifts were very dodgey and faulty and would jolt at any time given- definately need to be upgraded. we were checked in by a boy called ben. lovely young man very talkative and friendly, got along with my siblings and help us out with any enquiries we had. lovely chap.

I recently stayed at [Globales Samoa], and my experience was extremely disappointing. While the air conditioning in our room worked fine, the air conditioning throughout the rest of the hotel was practically non-existent, making the common areas unbearably hot. To make matters worse, the entire hotel had a constant smell of garlic, which was very unpleasant.
The bathroom in our room was a major issue as well. The bidet wasn’t working, there was no cold water, and the wall-mounted shampoo dispenser was broken. The bathroom also had a terrible odor that made it smell like sewage. Although we didn’t ask to change rooms because we had already unpacked, it’s unacceptable that these basic amenities were not functioning.
Housekeeping was another problem. Our room was not cleaned properly, and we had to call reception several times to get someone to come and clean it. It’s frustrating to have to chase down basic services like this.
The activities at the hotel were disappointing too, only catering to the elderly, children, and babies, with nothing suitable for young adults. Moreover, the “all-inclusive” package was misleading. While it was advertised as all-inclusive, we had to pay extra for things like an iron and laundry services. All-inclusive should mean everything is included, but that was not the case here.
The food was another letdown. It was bland and tasteless, and we had to add salt and pepper to every meal just to make it palatable. The only thing I could eat consistently was french fries (pommes), which I had for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the entire week because nothing else was appetizing.
What made the stay even worse was how we were treated by the staff and other guests. The people in the hotel were incredibly rude and gave us strange, uncomfortable looks throughout our stay. It felt like they didn’t understand or care about integration or respect, and their behavior came across as racist. We constantly felt judged and unwelcome, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Despite our efforts to avoid confrontation, the stares continued, and it was clear that they had no idea what respect means.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. It was a very expensive and frustrating experience with poor service, bad food, and a complete lack of respect or hospitality. I expected much more and will definitely not be returning.
