Hotel was gorgeous. Very clean and the food was lovely. The only thing that let it down was there was little entertainment at night for adults. Its kid orientated until 10 and then 1 hour for adults. The majority of guests are Germans or not from the UK who are extremely rude. The dirty looks they give you are unbelievable! I ended up not even smiling or saying hello to anyone half way through as I expected nothing in return. Also some staff are lovely but some are as miserable as the other people staying, making you feel uncomfortable at times. This does not include the cleaners as they are lovely and work very hard. For these reasons we won't be coming back, which is a shame as the hotel is gorgeous and very very clean. Also the transfer on the way there was shocking! The information wasn't correct, no one wanted to help and it took an hour later than anticipated as the driver wasn't sure where he was going.

Hotel is good and the staff are very polite. However pool shuts at 6 and at 5:30 they are clearing up around you. You can’t get a coffee before 7am, although there are coffee machines opposite reception that are turned off. The games room for open until 9am and then you have to leave a deposit for broken table tennis bats and pool cues without tips. 2 maybe 3 stars at best.

They really take care of their guests and they're quite flexible (within the reason). They have grill, fresh fruit,veggies and loads of sweets every day. There 's a show for kids and parents every evening and a few times a day dance at the pool. The beach just a walk away which was quite nice for us. They have a nice T-shirt painting club (extra cost) but have to work on their game room and gym as they aren't properly equipped - we prefer outdoors but when the high temperature hits at noon, it's nice to have some options :) Overall, we 'll definitely come back!

This has been going on for years regarding the food, it’s totally uneditable, it is below poor , my son had food poisoning confirmed of the doctor, they have children cooking the food in the kitchens, cats pigeons are welcomed in the kitchens along with the dining hall, fries are recoiled from previous night, food starts serving at 18.30 we made a point of being the first in to see if perhaps the food not served under heat lamps was due to our arrival cooling down a few minutes before, this was not the case on three consecutive occasions being the first in everything was Luke warm, they love the fact people are very gracious to them but the annoying thing is this is politeness on your behalf and you can’t help feeling your being treated like a mug We heard numerous guests complain about the food but they will not do nothing unless people take to google and expose this for what it is Also the alcohol in the all inclusive package is one brand and it’s non alcoholic

The facility looks like the pictures and is mostly clean. However, there were many things that saddened our vacation. The first thing you have to mention is the food, which really disappointed us. There were the same things every day. The only thing edible was rice and vegetables, everything else just didn't taste good and some of it had to be spit out. Several days we ordered food from Dominos etc. because we were just so dissatisfied. Just like the food, the bar also leaves a lot to be desired. The “cocktails” all consist of half vodka, some kind of juice and then a splash of red / bleu Curaçao for color and then have different names. Our bathroom also smelled from the drain if it wasn't used for a few hours. By the way, the “lateral see view” means a direct view of run-down buildings. In addition, the hotel is right next to a fast road, so you can hear car noises constantly. Overall, the hotel just makes a run-down impression and the other guests were also rather off-putting to us. If you just want to get out for little money and get a good deal, it's fine. Anyone expecting a more luxurious holiday will be disappointed.

The hotel is about as 3 star as it gets. Nothing too fancy, but nowhere near as bad as some of the reviews make it out to be. Rooms are nice and practical but don't have air conditioning which makes them very hot. Balconies and views are nice. Food wasn't the best and a couple of staff were a little bit rude. It''s also a lot of hill walking to get back from the town which isn't ideal in the heat. Overall, if you're looking for a budget holiday destination, it's a great choice. There's certainly more luxurious locations in the area, but I enjoyed it. Pool was great.

After reading some reviews of this hotel before coming here I was very nervous and it put me off, however after arriving I was put at ease as we had no major problems whatsoever. You get what you pay for, it’s basic and has everything you need in the rooms, we were lucky to have a balcony and the view was amazing especially the sunsets in the evening. The rooms were clean, cleaners came every two days to clean our room gave us fresh towels, bedding and cleaned the floors. The staff were very friendly throughout the hotel, reception were helpful at calling taxis for us. The food is basic, but we only went half board so ended up eating out most the time. The location is very convenient as it’s close to lots of nearby attractions and has a shop right next door. The hotel is on a big hill which was probably the biggest negative it can be hard to walk back up the steep hill in the heat but there are scooters available if anyone would prefer that.

From an 11 year olds point of view, all these reviews are a bit misleading the cockroaches are very few we only saw 2 and we stayed here for a week . For the room, no air conditioning I was annoyed at because it gets pretty warm in late September. The location is quite annoying when you are going out every night for food and activities because of the steep hill and can be hard work in this type of heat. Reception didn’t seem happy when we wanted more towels and told us to talk to house keeping where we eventually got some from the following day. The pool was huge with some salty water but not too strong, the floor of the pool was slippy and food was decent in the grounds. Overall, the apartments are decent at best but could do with air conditioning to ensure a better sleep

Not bad for a 2 star hotel. It's clean and we had a lovely view. It's Ideal for party people who enjoy noise at nights. The hotel is on a steep hill known as the 'cardiac hill' When you get to the top you need an oxygen mask lol 😂. I love walking so it didn't stop us walking up the steep hill every day 😁 There is a small shop next to the hotel so you don't need to carry groceries or drinks up the steep hill.

Don't listen to reviews about how dirty it is, how rude the staff are, how poor the food is etc.. we experienced none of that. We visited in July this year and actually don't have a bad thing to say about the resort. Pool was great, nice and clean. Food was fine, no issues. You pay for what you get. Rooms were basic but clean and the amount of time you spend in the room anyway, it makes no difference. Staff were extremely helpful and nice. The entertainment at night is a bit 'dated', bingo and karaoke every night but lots to do down in adeje.

Had a great stay. Rooms are clean with a great little kitchenette. Beautiful ocean views. Large pools with a restaurant right on site. Located near plenty of shopping, restaurants and bars and grocery stores.

Was originally a bit nervous having booked this hotel seeing some of the reviews, but after staying for 8 days I can confirm this hotel is brilliant. Amazing views and location, peaceful and very clean. Only faults I can give are that the air con isn’t that good but not unbearable and that the decor is a little old school. Loved our time here and loved this hotel. Coming from someone who is very picky with where they stay this took me by surprise in a great way! Would recommend. Sea view room sunsets were beautiful.

First of all it is not a 4 star hotel!! Outdated, run down place. Reception staff layed back, not very helpful. Rooms are in terrible condition, need a re-vamp for sure. Full of cockroaches, when you mention this at the reception they just shruggle their shoulders. Bad attitude! Not cheap so expected something else! Never again! Oh and the noise...there is a bar called sloop or slop not sure but on Sundays play live music which is terrible and very noisy when mentioned this to reception staff (again) they said: well this is Tenerife they are allowed to do that! What? Seriously??? Worst hotel ever!! Avoid!!

Apts we're fab - great location, staff etc - only thing I can criticise is the air con. It really doesn't work. We had ground floor 1bed apt and had 2 big windows in bedroom to open so it was fine but wouldn't fancy it in the hot summer months.

We stayed in a private apartment which was situated on floor 3, perfect room with good fresh decoration kept to a high standard and is equipped with everything you can think of including books to read/ towels even a shopping trolley to stock up from the local shop . Elevator available all week .Club Atlantis as with many on the island is on a hill however,it is only 5 mins from everything you need for a great holiday. Reception staff are very pleasant and helpful.Everywhere is clean and tidy . Issues : air con is switched off by the hotel in autumn so even though there is currently a mini heatwave no aircon was available . There is a slight issue with sunbeds. You cannot reserve them which you would think was great and the pool attendant unlocks the beds stacks at 10am . but you will have to que to get one and they do que early also from 9am you can see people placing towels on the ground where they intend to place the beds and they all set up the beds and go back off to breakfast or about their day so still you can end up without a sunbed even though they are empty most of the day . There is a pool bar /Cafe. Food looks good but it can get busy and with only 1 cooking and 1 serving I did notice long wait times when busy . The area is perfect with bars and restraunts a plenty . Make sure you try the slow boat Chinese/Las Olas/ sun inn/ deli delights

***WOULD AVOID*** Green Nature Resort in Marmaris offers some positives, but overall, it falls short of the experience expected from a 4-star hotel. Our room (Room 4000) was spacious, but noise was a constant issue, with guests running and shouting late into the night, making it hard to rest. When I inquired about packed lunches, the response was condescending, as if I had made an unreasonable request. The dining experience was also frustrating. Staff would clear food and shut off drinks machines right as mealtime ended, even if guests were still serving themselves. Lights were turned off, and tables were cleared around us, making us feel rushed and unwelcome. A little flexibility would make a big difference. Bar service was inconsistent. While most staff were okay, one young bartender was rude and careless in preparing drinks. Thankfully, a senior waiter provided attentive service, which was a refreshing contrast. Security was another concern. We found the safe open and our room door left ajar, and only upon returning home did I realize that two of my designer t-shirts were missing. When I rang the hotel, I was told they couldn’t do anything because I had already left and would need to report it to the police if I was still there. The representative implied that it was my responsibility to check my luggage before departure, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. The on-site shop experience was disappointing as well. My young daughters (2 and 6) were testing some toys, and the shop owner began shouting at them for making noise—even though we were planning to buy the toys. A friendlier approach would go a long way. The tattoo shop delivered good work, but prices were inconsistent. Initially, I was quoted £95 per hour, then later £80, which felt unprofessional. While the result was fine, I could find more reliable and consistent artists back home. Overall, Green Nature Resort has potential but lacks the service and security to live up to 4-star standards. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

We loved our stay here, the food was okay, had enough of a choice not to get bored. The nearby beach isn't the greatest and it's an hour's walk from the grand bazaar or about a 8 min cab ride for about 8 pounds The best part about this hotel to be honest was the staff, we had our infant son with us and everyone was super accommodating. The Spa staff especially were excellent and so kind so much so I would return just because of them. Low points about the hotel were, no iron provided you had to rental from the on site shop and the WiFi wasn't the greatest.

It's a really nice hotel, the location is great. About 900 meters from the beach and mountains in the background. You could go with the bus to the beach which comes every day. Food is good, sometimes little bit cold but overall good. The hotel is mostly English so most of the food and drinks are from English culture. For the waiters on the other hand, they were mostly talking to each other and didn't do much. If you are sitting on one of the furthest tables chances are small that they are coming to ask for drinks. And for the tables, some big tables are reserved every day. Little bit weird. Swimming pools are great. Fun waterslides. Some extra things that the resort could change are: animation costs, some activities costs money. Like the bingo and pizza making. For a all inclusive resort this could be changed in the future. Overall this is a great resort and we had a lot of fun!

Stayed here for a week commencing 19.05.24. 12 family members including 6 children and it was the 2nd time at this hotel. Great experience once again. It has a sister hotel on the beach which is newer and more expensive but according to friends who have stayed at both this is better. Great variety of food and free ice-cream for the kids. Rooms are average but regularly cleaned and no extra cost for Internet or safe. 2 large swimming pools and slides + children's pools. They have a foam party once a week and daily evening entertainment for kids and adults. 10 minutes walk to main road near the beach with plenty of shops and seller's of excursions. Hotel can get very busy. We all had a great time.

Loved our stay at green nature. The rooms were a bit smaller than imagined but functional. They were also tidy but didn't think they were adequately cleaned. The bathroom was the cleanest part of the room. Food there was always a variety of food and different each day. The had a theme for each night in the main buffet hall. Outside was a lot of different grilled meat and fish as well as pizzas. Reception staff were friendly. Waiting staff were really friendly and helpful. Engaged in conversations which was nice. Kids club is good my children loved for all the days we used the service. They did the t shirt painting and neon disco etc. Their spa is 10/10 I loved the experience. The massage and facial is well worth every penny spent. Staff in the spa were friendly, respectful and very helpful. The on site shop is a bit overpriced for certain things better to buy outside the resort if needed or bring extra from home(£25 for sun screen is extortionate). Overall I enjoyed my stay here and I wouldn't mind staying there again in the future.

Really nice apartment style hotel. Super clean and tidy. Pool is cold, but just what you need in the heat. The one site gym, is very modern, and free to use as an all inclusive! Pool bar sometimes has a big queue but the staff are all friendly and happy to help. Only complaint would be the lack of 'proper' bacon and sausages at breakfast. The food otherwise is fantastic with a wide selection and not too repetitive at all. Would happily return.

This is a very nice hotel, the first week was quiet and the place was very clean. The second week got very busy!! The staff were very friendly but were flat out keeping up with the volume of people. I really enjoyed my stay here. The food was good, the staff were brilliant, and they had a fantastic pool. Lots of activities for the smaller kids, pool games like water polo. Kids disco every night followed by entertainment like a motown band, acrobatics, quiz, karaoke, and a variety show. Would come here again in a heartbeat

Housekeeping only made the bed & empty the bins no actual cleaning. No tea or coffee in room so take your own as there is a kettle, fridge & microwave. Fabulous place, huge variety of food, the restaurant staff work really hard to keep the place clean & the bar staff are excellent as well, animation team are great, location is perfect, bungalows were spacious with little gardens, 20 minute walk to beach or use the shuttle bus provided by the hotel.

We stayed at Club Playa blanca on the last week of October 24 for a week. The rooms are basic but serviceable. The sofa was a little uncomfortable but did the job. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. The beds were comfortable and clean. The maid service came in each day to clean & tidy and make the beds with a bedding chance halfway through our stay. We had a kettle and a fridge. And requested a fan for the small room from the first night as it was hot in the small bedroom. There is not much cupboard or draw space in the small room, so we had to share what we did have in the main bedroom. We had a couple of small insect visitors during the week that crawled under the door. But I was expecting that. I'm not saying the place was infested, but these little critters do get in whatever. The pool area was we'll equipped with sunbeds. All be I was somewhat upset at the attitude of some of the holiday makers just leaving their used cups and plates under the sunbeds, which then got blown about make the place look dirty. It's a family hotel, but some of the children were left to run wild without parental control.🤨 The children's entertainment was well organised but was a little late for younger children. This means most perants left to put children to bed. The grown-ups entertainment it true honesty wasn't very good. I did put on my questionnaire that as you walk around, there are little things that need repairing. Which would make all the difference in the visual effect of the resort. Ie. Plastic trucking exposed with wiring exposed. Paper and rubbish, which had been blown in making the place look grubby. The manager needs to walk the site with his eyes open and make changes. Another suggestion would be to include a snag sheet for the cleaner to report on items that need attention in the units. Ie. Our toilet was loose to the floor & the toilet flusher was loose. The shower was loose to the wall. All items that could be reported on by the cleaner that visit each day. Restraunt Before we arrived, we had seen reports talking about cold food. To be fare we didn't, but if you did find something that you wanted a little hotter, there was a microwave there to be used. There was a different theme on each night Mexican, Italian, etc. The only thing I did see was on one of the days, roast chicken, which was bloody inside, so it's worth checking before eating. But plenty of choice. The waiters are super fast, so if you leave to get something else, don't put your knife and fork on the plate as if its finished with.

We did not have huge expectations for the price we paid, especially after reading some reviews here. We were pleasantly surprised. We received a free upgrade upon check in from standard to deluxe room and the whole process took no longer than 10 minutes. The room was spacious and newly renovated. The only minus is that the AC and shower smelled like sewer sometimes. The housekeeping is very attentive however our housekeeper relied mostly on tips: small tip - swans from bed sheets and fully refilled fridge, no tip - just the change of towels. There are a lot of amenities in the hotel, we were not bored. The food is okay, do not expect much, although we were surprised that every day there was something new. The drinks are okay, perfect to get tipsy but we found that they serve better drinks at Titanic Palace. The staff is friendly although sometimes too intrusive, especially to girls. Overall, it was a great holiday experience but better not to have expectations for something luxury. Also, I recommend booking any excursions through GetYourGuide, it’s way cheaper than through the hotel or travel agency.

Beautiful, large and clean hotel. Very good food, daily themed dinners. Great evening show! It was something I looked forward to every day. And of course the mega friendly and helpful staff! Big thanks to housekeeper Mohamed who took care of our room every day and created such miracles with towels! 😍 Best regards!

I recently stayed at the Titanic Beach Spa and Aqua Park in Egypt with my 12-year-old son, and unfortunately, our experience was less than ideal. We encountered a significant issue right at check-in. Despite booking for 1 adult and 1 child (12 years old), the hotel insisted that their record showed a booking for 1 adult and 1 child (3 years old). I was confident that I made the correct booking, but since it was late in the evening, I couldn't immediately contact my travel operator. I asked if the hotel could allow us to check in for one night until I could resolve the issue in the morning, but they refused. Instead, they demanded that I pay an additional £895 directly to the hotel for my son as a full adult. This was nearly double the amount I had already paid for the entire 10-night stay (£650 for both of us). I explained that I only had £300 available at the time, and after some back-and-forth, they reluctantly agreed to charge me £300 and check us in. While this allowed us to stay, the staff was rude and unfriendly throughout the process, making the situation unnecessarily stressful. They also forced me to sign a paper agreeing to pay the remainder or check out the next day. Thankfully, the issue was resolved with the help of my tour operator the following morning, but it took until the last day of our stay to receive a refund, and even then, it was £7.50 less than the full amount, which the hotel attributed to their bank's refund transaction fees—something that should not have been my responsibility. As for the hotel itself, the food was average at best, with limited variety. For a 5-star hotel, I expected much more—I've had better experiences at 4-star hotels in Turkey. The selection of alcoholic drinks and cocktails was also limited. On a positive note, the room was cleaned daily, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. Overall, the poor handling of the check-in issue and the lack of customer service overshadowed our stay. I cannot recommend this hotel, as the experience was far more stressful than it should have been.

Got moved from a promo room to a room with a balcony. The rooms are clean and large. The hotel is beautiful in the lobby etc. The food is amazing there's loads of choice and different restaurants you can eat in. The water park is amazing with not big queues. The drinks are local alcohol but good. The staff are lovely. There's loads of sunbeds everywhere. The entertainment is good. The hotel is connected to the Titanic palace so can use both.

The worst experience in my life. I went in many places but here is the worst experience ever. Every single worker asked for tips and if you didn’t give something you would’ve get all the stuff (anything from food to drinks) really slow. Every single worker looked at girls like they never saw one. I was afraid to let my girlfriend walk alone in the resort. They were whistling at girls like they were on the street. The guys who did our room never truly clean our room, but they built swans from the sheets. It was kinda nice, I must say, but in the end you want your room clean, right? It was not clean! Everywhere dirt on the floor. We had an altercation with another group, and the manager apologized and told us they will give us a present. What was the present? 2 apples and 2 bananas. WE ARE AT ALL INCLUSIVE WE CAN PICK OURSELVES FRUITS UP. I felt like they were mocking us. Yes, I should’ve complain about the workers for all the things above. But what would’ve happen? They would’ve sent me some more fruits. No thank you. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!

Hotel is lovely. Rooms are clean. Pool is great. Food is absolutely awful massive let down to the holiday, had chicken in bread crumbs and the chicken was pink when spoke to staff the staff just laughed and said not our problem. Paid for all inclusive and ended up eating out every day. I’ve stayed on better 2 star hotels than this 3 star. The food here has ruined our holiday not much selection at all.

I absolutely loved my holiday here. All of the staff are polite and accommodating. We felt instantly welcomed and at ease during our time in Globales Costa Tropical. The location is very nice and ideal - only a 7 min drive from the airport and a short drive or 20 min walk from town. The pool is massive and the hotel is clean and very modern. Literally nothing bad to say about our stay - food was diverse and very tasty. Good chefs, great customer service. The entertainer was good - very kind and bubbly.

The staff are lovely and very willing to help and solve issues. The food was okay at times and very nice at other times but pretty similar each day. Can't complain really being a 3 star. Location is lovely by the beach and this hotel is 15 mins walk through wasteland to the beach. Or short taxi ride only 3 Euros. Weather was perfect 26 degrees sunny every day we were there. There was a fitness instructor leading games and competitions most days....he was a lot of fun and very engaging. Full marks to him but rhe life guard hardly interacted with guests and seemed to sit in his chair all day!! The only real issue we had was the rooms!! We hardly slept due to the noisy fridge and door that kept banging. And noisy litter truck that came every day at 3am! Also the lights came on outside our window whenever some late person walked by. There is no air conditioning so you need to sleep with window and back door open hence you hear the late singing and karaoke evenings! Not a place to really relax With peace and quiet but somehow I enjoyed it and meeting other people nonetheless. Sure glad to be back in my own bed though with peace and quiet. Good point was ....no mosquitoes 🦟 and you can feed the chipmunks 🐿 near the rocks

JUST MAKES 3 STAR - we went with Friends for the first time to this island and was taken back of the basic but liveable accommodation and food (this place was a 2⭐️ in 2023 which I was not informed about via friends. The hotel is clean on both floors and pool area (a few cockroach’s around the pool area and walls) the food is on a low level variety and some warm food was cold on many occasions for my 11 day stay with the hubby. The room clean is only 3 times a week and nothing happened son holy day (Sunday) skeleton staff. Staff are happy and friendly - life guard is on the ball no messing with that fella - don’t take any ceramic or glass on to the pool area otherwise he is at your face no messing. The google earth shows small like beach coves near the hotel (a lie) the beach is a 40 min walk which is along the sea boarder - or over the moon who can takes 15 mins. It is a really nice sea border walk I’ve done it loads over my stay to get to the town, to see other bars and shops and restaurants. The most important thing is the staff are friendly and the environment is ok/good. But remember they just get the 3⭐️nothing any higher

This place was okay for a cheap get away. My fiancée and I just wanted to get away for a week and sit in the sun which this hotel was good for. Pool is a good size but could do with a bit of a paint job in some areas as could the pool bar. The pool is cold at first but fine once you get in and is not a problem at all. The main women behind the pool bar was very nice and very quick with serving you drinks however the women who replaces her on her days off not so much. The rooms were okay but sofa had definitely seen better days. The food was alright at best and not much choice, my fiancée and I were a bit fed up of the food by the end. It was very quiet there as well just other people who wanted to relax like ourselves and plenty of sun beds for everyone. The hotel is also very close to the airport so you haven’t got a long drive to get to your hotel as soon as you arrive which was nice. Overall it was fine for a cheap getaway it’s a 3 star all inclusive and is what you’d expect.

I wouldn’t recommend coming to this hotel. I will start with the positives and say that the room we had was very nice but we did get a free upgrade on arrival which was kind. However speaking to other people staying closer to the sea, the rooms were old and unsatisfactory. The swimming pool was great and the grounds in the hotel were well kept. The staff were very kind and helpful, no complaints towards them. However, the food was not good. It was mostly the same for the whole week we stayed there and just was bland. In the restaurant, there were multiple occasions that there was no cutlery, no glasses for drinks, no plates or tables. I completely understand when it’s busy but this was most days all at different times. Same with the bars, it was common to have to wait 5/10 minutes at the bar as there were no glasses. The alcohol drinks I don’t think had alcohol in them, you could drink and drink and not feel tipsy at all. The bartenders were very nice, especially if you tipped them. The lobby bar was the best one for the drinks and normally had glasses as it wasn’t that busy. The animation was poor. The team were friendly but especially in the evening it would be a half an hour disappointing show and then a few dances that they wouldn’t even invite people to join in, just watch them for 5 minutes. Then they would go around and ask people to come out to a club and pay 25 dollars for a transfer to a club. Or pay 7 dollars for a foam party on the beach that consisted of 30 mins of watching the animation team dance, a quick fire shows and a belly dancer. Things like that should be the standard not an extra. There was aqua gym and your normal volleyball but the evenings were just boring. We had a problem with a tour that was booked with a company on the hotel premises which turned out to not be what they sold us. It was a waste of a day and a 100 quid on a couple however after we told the hotel manager he did apologies and offered a different free tour which was nice. Overall, I would not come here again. There are so many better options for the price. Not all of it was bad, but a lot of the main things need to be improved to actually be a 5 star hotel.

Our personal experience of this hotel and staff have been absolutely amazing. We have been so well looked after. As 2 women travelling on our own we have felt so safe. The staff, especially Nagy the security manager has gone above and beyond for us. The life guards, pool manager, reception staff have all been superb. The food is good, the activities are really good. The animation team have been amazing with us too. I really can’t fault this hotel at all and so pleased we chose to stay here. The Hotel itself is excellent. It had big pools, great entertainment, a nice beach with corals, amazing food, amazing staff. The biggest let down is the rooms. A lot of the rooms look like they have not been updated since the 1970s. Not only this but they're very dirty and the cleaners don't clean whatsoever, despite getting left tips. I would say this is a 5 star resort, I'd give it 4 stars at best.

First things first...please dont book trips with your resort guide you will be charged a lot more. Just outside opposit the resort theres a lovely guy along the row of shops that has lots of trips at really good prices to offer. Id recommend the snorkeling trips with lunch included on the boat and quad biking. You can get a bus to Farsha lounge (1 hour) and old market (45 mins) opposite side of the street just ask the driver and pay him £2 pp. Or £20 return in a cab 20 mins. Weather was good for 28th to beginning of November around 28 degrees. Pools are not warm here lol. But strangely when your deeper out in the snorkeling areas the sea is quite warm. Room = Okay so ....Room was 3-4 star not 5. But they did upgrade us to a sea view room from standard. Beds are very 'firm'. We asked for softer pillows. Just showers there is a bath also but can't fill it. I suppose they just want you to shower. Found out that they have newly renovated rooms and they did show us but we decided to stay where we were because of the view and location. Place= Huge place, stunning surroundings, gardens, mini rivers extremely well maintained. The look of the place was beautiful. Food= Snack time was a bit limited on the food front. Lunch and dinner had very good options for all. They made ice cubes from mineral water and all the drinking water was mineral water so fear not no belly problems :)))) Entertainment = not very much entertainment or good entertainment im afraid. I'd recommend the massage but do hagle or you could get a cheaper one outside the resort. Had a nice relaxing break. 😌

I had the best experience in this hotel. It was my first time visiting Sharm el Sheikh and I am glad I chose to stay here. The staff is AMAZING. Very friendly and polite and the service is 10/10. I was amazed. Also I want to thank the animation team who were so fun all the time and so cute. All of you made me feel very comfortable. The food is soooo good. Had a variety to choose from everything and I wish my stomach was big enough to try them all. The rooms were minimalist but cute. I want to thank the cleaning guy for being ready to every request that we had. Thank you Parrotel for your amazing service! 🥰

Love this place. Been here 3+years. Rooms are gorgeous, after going through a renovation. Great selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner and if you go all inclusive....drinks all day....sat by the pool, sun shining, friendly staff, like-minded holidaymakers. Highly recommended

We are a couple but I booked a Deluxe apartment for 3 people in order to have a separate bedroom. We get a one-room apartment with 3 beds and the kitchen in the room. The apartment is on the highway side so very noisy, I don't sleep well at night. A friend booked the same hotel for him alone, he got an apartment with a separate bedroom, in a quiet location. It's incomprehensible. We asked to change apartment. EDIT. After a week and repeated requests, we were finally able to change apartments by paying an extra €30. The new apartment was much better but it was a waste of time, energy and money that ruined part of the vacation.

The hotel is low budget and you get what you pay for, in need of some TLC and renovating but it's a nice building and the views from top are amazing. Our room was alright but again bog standard. Shops are nearby and lots of places to eat and the swimming pool was decent. The beach isn't far away and the bus station isn't neither to get around to different places! Overall an average place and nice staff..

Having read some of the reviews of this hotel prior to going, I thought it was just people being picky...WRONG..I should have listened..arrived here after 9pm so no food or snacks available..ok..was asked for a €20 euro deposit for towels, not beach or pool towels, but for the room, ! we went to our room which looked nothing like any photo’s we’d seen, it looked like it had been burgled.!! Plaster was peeling off in the bathroom, it didn’t look the most hygienic place, also the towels..looked like they belonged n a dog groomers...a couple of plates and tiny mugs in the ‘kitchenette’, we had to go and buy a kettle the following morning too, other small niggling problems with the room too. We asked the following morning for a room change, not a problem but had to wait till following day. Made do with next room purely for the view and it was cleaner, had to pay for tv’s in rooms too, €1 euro an hour..I’ve been all over the world and never expected to do that there... Food., breakfast is the ‘best’ meal of the day, lunch and dinner,. even if you get to the buffet first you’re lucky if it’s lukewarm, we went AI..total waste as we spent evenings eating out at extra cost to us, bar service was ok, unless you were unfortunate enough to be served by Roberto, total personality bypass, unless you happened to be female, one step away from getting the drinks thrown at you, even other staff complained about him while we were there... To be honest we couldn’t fault any staff other than him, reception staff were always helpful., but to be honest.... This place,...FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE , and it’s not 2 star, it goes by keys..

After reading all the negative reviews we went with an open mind to find out for ourselves. We arrived around 8.30pm for 10 nights, and check in was easy. The reception staff were all very helpful and polite. There was a €20 deposit for the room refunded on departure. We were in room 910 which hasn't been refurbished yet but we had a sea view and the room is huge, cleaned well by the army of cleaners when it was our turn. Yes, the room does need a refurb, like cock-eyed sockets, stiff front door, the odd cracked tiles. The TV has a coin meter on it but we never used it as we had a radio when sat on the balcony. BUT, you have to remember this hotel doesn't sell itself as anything but a 2 star hotel and it was clean and everything worked as it should. The food was average to very good. In our opinion the breakfast was good, having bacon every 2 days I think it was, but english sausages and an array of other foods to choose from. The lunches beat the tea time food hands down. For lunch there was steak and chips one day for example and we tried to make a point of going for lunch when we were there. Ice cream was always available with 3 or 4 flavours on offer. The tea time selection wasn't brilliant but we always found something to eat and never went hungry. I believe this to be because a lot of people tend to go out for a meal etc on an evening due to there being no entertainment on. Bars and restaurants were nearby so only a short walk away. The bus station is 5 minutes walk away and we highly recommend using them as they are cheap as chips. The pool area was great, as we would walk out on a morning when we returned there was always sunbeds to be had. It is a great sun trap. The bar is close to the pool so not far to go for refreshments and all the barmen and women work tirelessly to keep everyone happy. In summary if you want 5 star don't book, but if you want a great value all inclusive holiday in a budget hotel that makes a great base to explore the island then this is for you, yes there are niggles, but it is an older hotel. The staff in this hotel will in my opinion bend over backwards for the guests. Just treat them as you expect to be treated. The whole experience was great for me and my wife and we will definitely be returning.

Fab views, we stayed in a superior one bedroom apartment. Place is like a maze! Not for people who have trouble walking or in wheelchairs as its mostly steps. Bar only has one person serving at a time so ques were long. Food was a shock, so wouldn't recommend all inclusive. Some rooms don't come with air-conditioning so check that out before u go. Our group had 4 rooms. Pool was spacious, kids pool was drained on day two. The private pool upstairs was nice and chill.

Lots to write about here. We booked this resort, all inclusive, at very short notice, and then read some of the awful reviews and therefore arrived with some trepidation. However, we had a wonderful holiday. The staff were all really helpful and caring, our apartment was cleaned EVERY day, the food was great and there was always something different to eat at every meal. Our only moan was that the aircon in our apartment (an extra) was pretty close to useless. We will definitely be going back

We stayed for 7 nights - with 2 young children (toddlers) and 2 grandparents. 1 room was located on the bottom floor, and the others a couple from the bottom. Lift was broken the whole stay, had to walk up and down hundreds of stairs which is hard work with toddlers and grandparents!! Kept saying it’s getting fixed tomorrow, tomorrow came and it was tomorrow again. No air con, only a (dirty) fan provided. Tried to get an extra one even asked to pay and they refused Kids pool on our last day had next to no water in it, very dangerous for children / toddlers who were jumping in and hurting themselves due to low level water. Pool area prior to the last day was relatively okay, for a 2/3 * hotel. Few fights and arguments at the pool - with lifeguards and guests (all infront of children). Only allowed one room key per room to save electricity. Would never stay with young children or grandparents - as is not good value for money. Staff not very welcoming on reception, quite rude and disrespectful. Breakfast hall staff were better but felt like the best out of a bad bunch. Hotel needs FULL renovation , photos are all photoshopped or were taken over 10 years ago. Would AVOID at all costs!! The view was onto decent thing about the whole hotel

Me and my friend has a lovely week away. The San Antonio Hotel and spa was wonderful. The hotel was clean and the staff were amazing. The food and drink was also beautiful! We paid for all inclusive plus once here and was definitely worth the money. The bar tender Puskar in the all inclusive plus lounge was so attentive and friendly and he's such an asset to the hotel. The hotel is situated in a really good place for travelling and there's good access to local transport. The massages we received at the spa were really good.

Just arrived home after a week stay all inclusive. The service is awful, like talking to an automated robot that says "sorry" but does not resolve any of the issues. Rooms are small and tatty, we had two sea view family rooms which we paid extra for. Smell of damp, leak in room that has been there some time as black mould, housekeeping staff are lovely. Food is same old slop every day, if you like quantity over quality and eat and old rubbish then you will be happy. The place is overcrowded and caters for events as well in same room as all inclusive, never any cups in the morning for a coffee, tables left uncleared and feels like a cattle market. After day two we gave up even and ate at restaurants despite paying all inclusive for 6 of us. Malta is beautiful and is easy to explore so my advice would be to stay somewhere else and use the local restaurants and bars. The hotel is in Qawra which is a dump, it is basically downtown Benidorm and the place where all the load paid migrant workers live in poor housing. There are far nicer places in the islands to stay and remember Malta is small so easy to get around. This hotel is awful and I will not be staying here again or in Qawra, however if you're not fussy and enjoy shoveling any old slop down your neck with copious amounts of lager then you should stay here and leave the nice places for the rest of us. Enjoy.

The food is fantastic, there are several restaurants in the hotel, but we didn’t get the opportunity to visit any of the speciality restaurants. However, the main restaurant offered plenty of choice for everyone and I don’t think we saw repeated options over the week we were there. The buffet was constantly topped up and I can’t speak more highly about the food. The evening entertainment and the bar is brilliant, enjoyed all. The pool at level 0 seemed to be just about the right size. I did enjoyed adult only pool and bar on level 10 and the scenery from that floor is beautiful. A special shot out to Michael M who went out of his way to ensured that everyone was enjoying their holiday. He was very helpful at the restaurant and also when he was working at the pool side bar. The room was clean and spacious and the AC was lovely also have ceiling fan which I used in addition to the AC when I turned the AC to a low level. General I will recommend this resort and I will be returning in the near future. Overall service ranging from the receptionist to the the cleaning crews were brilliant 👏🏼

The rooms, the hotel view, and the exterior scenery are all stunning. However, the food was disappointing and barely edible. From the reviews, it's clear that many guests have complained about the poor food quality, and it seems the management is not addressing these issues. If the hotel continues with this approach, it might drop from a 4-star to a 3- or even 2-star rating. Based on our experience, we believe this resort is at most a 3-star and are quite disappointed. The staff were friendly, smiling, and pleasant. We purchased an all-inclusive package, but were surprised to find that we still had to pay for certain drinks, ice cream, snacks, and some non-alcoholic beverages. Additionally, a swim cap is required to use the indoor pool, which is an extra cost not covered by the all-inclusive package. We expected that with an all-inclusive plan, such amenities would be included so that guests could enjoy their stay without additional expenses. The resort may be suitable for families with young children (ages 1 to 8/9), but if you are traveling without kids or with older children, it may not be the best choice. We expected more from this resort and are very disappointed. Even though we are still here, we won’t be returning and cannot recommend it.

By far the worst food ever had at an all inclusive. To say how big the hotel is the choice of food and quality of food I wouldn't feed my dog. Lower your expectations if you're coming for quality. The desserts are all good but the mains are very poor. I imagine prison food nit being this bad. Rooms are reasonable size and the veranda had alot of good space. The hotel is well over due a revamp and bringing up to recent times. The pool areas are all good but they sell inflatables and you can't even use them in the kids pool. You have to go over the road to the water park if u want to use a inflatable. The all inclusive bar is OK but the cocktails all being pre made and put in a jug a pina colada is more like warm pineapple syrup. Not alot of choice on the cocktails either.

We was there for 5 nights in Polynesia. First opening door of the room we notice there was hole in the wardrobe in bedroom and bed was dancing when you was trying to lay down, another minus bed for couple was made from 2 separate beds which was horrible to sleep … Half of the staff was ok, specially people on the restaurant was lovely, Reception people, problem with communication due to very low knowledge of English. We arrive before 11 pm and we cannot expect any food available for us with 2.5 year old boy, only “snack bar” was open where 90% of things was drinks and beer. Food was very good at restaurant and staff there was lovely. Big minus for parents which comes with child age close to 3 y/o, there is no attractions for kids in this age, only after 9pm… Soft play not accepting kids under 3y/o but they charging you for 2.5 years old kid like for adult. Localisation of the resort is not the great due to walking distance far with kid to the center, you can only use public transport or taxi where public transport cost you €4 and taxi 11/13 to the center, trans station around 45 min walk form the hotel to get easily to Malaga. I can say food good, rooms can be better and service of the reception staff can be much better also they should change offer for kids under 3 to charge less or offer more for kids in this age. If I will be back there ? I don’t think so.

The interior design on this place is amazing, there is a indoor waterfall, the resort is a bit of a walk from anywhere but that's half the fun of exploring and the hotel puts on a coach down to the entrace free of charge, the food is OK but was included with room so no complaints, we went off season so was very peaceful still near 30 degrees in December, we had a travel cot set up in our room upon arrive which is good as most hotels charge extra for this, the staff were all very friendly and most speak good English and happy to help me practice my espanol with them. We left our bags with them after checking out on the last day as pur flight was in the evening so we didn't have to spend the last day walking around with out bags all day. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel and really good value for money. The only downside was you had to pay to use the indoor pool as they say it's part of their spa experience which was a downer. Never the less we did use the spa and it was really good. Just wish they included it in the price you pay.

I was really impressed by the customer service provided by the hotel. Anabelle from the management team helped us as soon we reported some issues with the room. But it's not a 5 star hotel and is around 3 stars with all inclusive options. Because of its proximity to the other MGM hotels, atleast you get a lot of options for using different facilities. By my opinion and my family that place is not 5 star hotel. It's more like apartments to rent because in every room you have a kitchen to cook. We were on all-inclusive holidays and we have to pay or buy a water bottle in the hotel. My kids (14 & 10) had sleeping beds in kitchen one of them was pull out of the another not to ease too doing. The bedroom was claustrophobic with two single beds for us. The bathroom has a bathtub with a fabric curtain. Towels clean. A small pool with towels paid with a deposit (it was cheaper to buy them in the store and have them on your own). Food in the buffet is tasty and fresh. Outside of meal hours bad access to drinks that were served only in plastic cups, which you had to clean up yourself, especially from the pool area. (the pool bar was closed) Compared to other places marked with 5 stars, this place is well below 4 stars. If I were to return there as a guest, it would only be to rent a room with a kitchen, never as an all-inclusive room.

Came here with my family in August 24. On arrival we had to wait a while because rooms weren’t ready and we arrived ahead of schedule time. Bit of confusion as cleaning staff had the room ready at 1pm but we didn’t get told it was ready till 2pm and we were very tired and just wanted a wash. Had breakfast only which was great and lots of choice for breakfast. Can’t comment on any other food. Although the coffee machine the coffee was very sweet and didn’t taste great. The room we had a very small view of the sea. Inside there is plenty of room for a third bed but for some reason they have made it into a mattress on the sofa type of thing which wasn’t very comfortable at all. The AC in room kept going off all night so you had to wake up to manually turn this off. Reported to reception they didn’t do anything about it. Upon getting into the room initially, there was still hair in the shower on the wall from previous persons. Room has a kitchen fridge etc which is good. Location for hotel is good for main strip and plenty of food places. You have to pay a tourist tax of €10 when arriving and a €100 deposit for any damage to rooms. I think personally this is a 3 star hotel not a 5 star. The rooms and hotel are dated. Cleaning staff clean every two days each room which I think was a joke considering there was 3 of us in the room and mess can quickly gather. I’m used to having rooms cleaned everyday if needed. The pool was great and sunbeds outside good. It’s good you get access to the other hotels for gym and sauna. Overall good stay; reception staff are really friendly and helpful mainly the manager Anabella. Overall wouldn’t stay here again

Hotel Muthu Forte Da Oura Hotel: We stayed here for a lads week holiday, so four of us in one apartment. Unfortunately, our room was behind the poolside ones, so there were no great views for us. Someone has to get these, I guess. Think it was OK for us as we were out most of the day. We soaked up the beautiful hot sunshine while 13.00, then we were out down the main strip for the day/night. We never tried the food here. It did look a bit basic tho, burgers seemed the most popular item! The location of the hotel was good, near the main strip & beach. Rooms appeared a bit dated & good enough for us, I would spend a week here with the family, tho I'd pay the extra cost for a proper 5 star, I think. All in all, it was acceptable for groups, male and female, families I would look for something better,

Lovely place to stay but during May And June maybe more suited to single and young couples , as this seems to be the majority of the guests there. Not many kids around. The restaurant and food was excellent and having the other MGM hotels around you , you can also use their facilities as long as you are inclusive guest.

Nice hotel, set in a small town with a couple of supermarkets and quite a few bars within walking distance about 10/15 minutes. Beach same distance its pebbley so sea shoes needed. The hotel itself is clean. We had a small house which was basic but we didn't do any eating in it as we were all-inclusive. The rooms were clean and cleaned every day with bedding and towels changed twice within our weeks stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was basic with not much choice and not hot. The dessert was disappointing, and there was only one choice and not very imagitive. The main downside was that half way through our week about 50 teenagers arrived and it felt like we were on a 18/30's holiday. If this is a regular occurrence at this hotel then it should stipulate this so that people are aware. Has we would definitely not gone at this time if we had known. Other than that we enjoyed our time at Hylatio Tourist Village and would return.

The staff are helpful and friendly, the food is lovely a nice selection and different meals every day. The pool is bigger than the pictures make it look and we always got a sunbed even in the afternoon. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding. The owner is such a nice man and very approachable. The entertainment is every other night which is absolutely fine! The rooms are a bit dated but very clean and the shower has good power. I don't understand where the bad reviews come from when you're staying in a 3* hotel I think some expect complete luxury. Pissouri is a small village so a car is ideal if you'd like to explore.

The hotel's pool and gardens are beautifully maintained, providing a perfect backdrop for a leisurely holiday. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The buffet food at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options! However, the best part of our stay was undoubtedly Cristian, the barkeeper. He took great care of us, making sure we had everything we needed and more. Cristian’s attention to detail and genuine hospitality set the bar high for customer service. Rooms a little dated but clean. Lovely staff,Not too much choice if you're all inclusive but mostly something there for everyone. A bit out of the way but a short walk to the beach /shops. Ideally a car is needed which can be hired through the hotel with enterprise cheaply,around £40 per day.it's so easy to drive as they drive on the left like the UK. Honestly I walked in disappointed and walked out as that holiday being in my top 5. Lovely location and a super place to relax. We'll definitely return.

Had a lovely the time here. The staff were friendly and entertaining staff too. Lovely food and a variety of drinks. Even csn have a bottle of wine with meals which is nice. Rooms are lovely big shower. It has 3 pools. 1 where all the entertaining happens and if you walk to by the spa there is a kids pool with slides and another pool with a bar. It's more quite this side. Beach is not far and hotel has its own bit with deck chairs. Highly recommend this hotel for all.

I've just come back from 5 days here, 3 adults and 2 teenagers. We had the best time. The location is great, 5 mins walk from the beach and bars. The resort is beautiful, very floral and scenic. The staff were amazing, Khalid makes you feel very at home and welcome. It is mostly French speaking, but most staff speak English, especially the entertainment members who were also very welcoming and friendly. There is plenty to do, or lots of space to just relax. Food was great, lots of choice. Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable. I'd definitely return here.

The staff service overall is not to be desired. They generally do not want to help guests. The reception staff are rude and help is limited. The meal times are diabolical. Many guests are packed into a small area and takes ages limited. Table services are minimum, requiring much nagging for basics such as cutlery, glasses etc. Food is poor with minimal choice or variations, despite them having "themed" nights. Fresh cooked items are limited and stopped long before service finishes. Generally dirty floors and surfaces. There's only one bar available, except the pool bar through the day. Limited seating area. No outside views other than the complex or courtyard. Balcony is a very small, with only space for two chairs. Nowhere to hang your wet clothes. No room facilities such as kettle or tea making. Housekeeping turns off the electric everyday, meaning anything in the fridge goes off. The beeches far away with the actual beach location for the hotel being much further than expected, at least 15minute walk. No beach bar. Generally noisy atmosphere with loud music constantly, even whilst eating, I.e. difficult to have a conversation. No quiet areas. Would not come back again, very disappointed.

Great hotel with lots of facilities including water slides! Food was great and varied. Rooms are a bit tired but good size and set out in attractive blocks within well kept gardens. Mainly a french hotel so most entertainment was in french. Plenty of English speaking staff who were all really friendly and helpful. A few minutes away from private area of beach with sunbeds. Stayed here twice and definitely recommend.

My husband and I arrived here for a 4 night break for our honeymoon and loved it. We read all the reviews before hand and had we listened to them we probably wouldn’t have come, however we decided to not listen and we are glad we did…. Yes the hotel has a lot of French people but that wasn’t an issue for us, the staff spoke English, the entertainment team spoke English too, we joined in with the games around the pool and enjoyed our time massively so much so that we are looking to go back again very soon. The weather was unreal, our room was clean as was the resort and pool. The only thing I had an issue with was the food however i am very fussy but i still found things to eat. My husband on the other had didn’t have an issue with the food. The beach is a short stroll from the resort and plenty of taxis around to take you to other parts of agadir. Out the front of the resort there is shops too with very friendly staff. In my opinion don’t listen to the negative reviews, go and check out the resort for yourself I can assure you, you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Service! I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! The food was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from each day. Every meal felt like a culinary adventure, with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping staff did an incredible job of maintaining a high standard throughout our stay. The entire property was well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. However, what really made our stay unforgettable was the animation team. They were full of energy, enthusiasm, and creativity, making sure that guests of all ages had an incredible time. From morning activities to evening entertainment, the team went above and beyond to keep everyone engaged and entertained. Their passion and dedication truly set this hotel apart! Had a great time! Animation team is fabulous! EDIT: The animation team will hound you to leave a 5 star review and wait with you so they can take a picture once you've completed it. The animation team will also not stop trying to get you to take part in the hotels activities (zumba, step class, etc) throughout the day - I just wanted to relax with my friends and the constant interruptions through the week were a little frustrating. They also do review nights at the hotel where they go all out and it is good but will refuse to serve you drinks until you've left a 5 star review. The hotel was really nice and I enjoyed my stay, the dolphin trip you can book was great we saw lots of dolphins. I have removed 1 star from my original review because of the points above. I also think it's worth saying that the drinks are poured very freely so be careful they are STRONG! The food was very good! New food in the buffet everyday - There was a lot of flies in the buffet and in the snack bar, not necessarily the hotels fault but worth noting.

Great entertainment and good food. Cleaners are great and give great service and good towel statues. Lots of activities to do for a cheap price (£20-£50). Animation team give great mini discos for kids and live shows at night, fun filled aqua gym and water polo of a day time. Would recommend

Lovely hotel, brilliant country, everyone smiles! In particular the animation team are so friendly and have a great variety of activities, especially Ramos! If you get to meet him ask him to do card tricks! There’s a great variety of dishes in the restaurant daily, something for all tastes, but if you really cannot find something that suits you the chefs will prepare something else. Drinks service to the table for lunch and dinner instead of the typical bun fight at the beer or taps as with some all-inclusive locations. Would recommend this hotel and location.

The room was clean but showing it's age. Air con lovely and cold. The mini bar (fridge) was useless and was not checked until I complained to the Jet2 rep, it was then swapped and worked perfectly. Food was plentiful but it was difficult to build a decent meal, after four days we decided to eat out for the rest of the week. I don't understand why Amstel lager is on draught while several Spanish beers are ,in my opinion, far better,

Decent standard for the price. However, avoid the spa area! The staff is very rude, and the facility quality is poor. Breakfast is okay, resembling a traditional English style. The location is good.

Looks the part as you enter lobby area. However room shabby dark stains on walls in several places bathroom bin dirt and rusty toilet brush needs to go in bin. Strange smell/drains?beds undersheet filthy. Mattress had to be changed it was broken?Water on floor when you shower not sealed correctly. Air con vents dirty. Floors needed a proper clean. Pool in shade very small. Entertainment average. Food OK repeats every week. Good points shower powerful breakfast good Wednesday BBQ night was the best food. Great location. Not 4 star.

Just had an amazing week in the Dynastic hotel. The staff were absolutely fantastic, they couldn't do enough for us and were so friendly. While the pool was a little small it was plenty big enough for what we needed and the children spent so much time there. The food was lovely, always had something I enjoyed. The maid service could have been a little better, floors weren't swept all week but fresh towels every day. We were a 5 minute walk to the beach and plenty of amenities close by. I would definitely go back.

Stayed here for 4 nights on a girls trip. The hotel was alright for our needs but it definitely isn't a 4 star hotel. The hotel allows local young football teams to use the premises, they literally take over the place. We went for lunch and struggles asnthey swarmed in and wouldn't allow you to get close to any of the decent food. They were also very rude. They also take over the pool and crowd around any young girls staying at the hotel asking them to kiss them. It isn't what you expect when you have paid to stay at a 4 star hotel. I tried everyday to get an iced coffee and failed pretty much every time, I think I only managed to get what would resemble an iced coffee once. For the all inclusive you get given a token for your drink, so if you take a drink up to your room you must remember to bring your plastic cup back down otherwise you will be refused to get another drink, even if it is just a soft drink. So you end up carrying you cup around with you until you want to change it back to a token. Not sure why a wrist band can't suffice for this. The rooms were a good size and 4 of us stayed in one room comfortably. The bathroom was also very spacious. We never got our beds made during our stay and you also don't get a fresh bottle of water in the room each day, which I would expect. There was a kettle in the room, but that was it. No cups, coffee, tea, sugar, spoon. Nothing! My friend kindly bought me a mug from a local shop just so I could have a morning coffee. Not sure why they provide a kettle with nothing to go with it! The pool was a bit in the small size, which was awkward when the football team was in there. But it was nice a refreshing, just wish it was bigger. Plenty of sun loungers but they are all just lined up in big rows, but that will be down to the space available around the pool. The food was alright, exactly what you would expect at an all inclusive. But there wasn't the option to get things cooked like at other places, so no omelettes, etc or pasta stations. Where you can ask for what you want. But the food did us for our stay. Any longer and I think I would have had to eat out. As I said, the hotel suited the majority of our needs for 4 nights, but I wouldn't come here for any longer and I wouldn't stay here for a family holiday.
