We always hold a special sentiment for the Sheraton brand. The amazing staff consistently stands out. The hotel, pools and gardens are beautiful. The food is very good and always plenty. Great entertainment during the day, you can try golf, tennis and other activities. The live music in the evenings is also top class. The beach just outside the hotel is also great. A very relaxing holidays!

This is our sixth stay here. The staff are very kind and helpful, and will go out of their way to help you. The food has a different theme every evening. The pools are lovely, and the entertainment team (shout out to Aaron) keep you busy with activities like yoga archery rifle shooting, volleyball, or cocktail making. There are beautiful walks along the board walk and the weather ids fabulous. We will be back again.

Amazing hotel, we had a fantastic stay! The hotel itself was beautiful & well cared for. The staff were super helpful, very friendly & very polite every day. We stayed in room 348, it was very specious & comfy. Breakfast was very nice every morning, the same things but they were good quality. We went to the buffet tea in the evenings twice during our stay & we really enjoyed both times. It was different both evenings, one an international & the other a Mediterranean. It was a bit pricey, €39.25 each, as well drinks on top. This was the first time we’ve wanted to go back to our hotel for evening meals, as we usually enjoy experiencing different restaurants.
The hotel itself wasn’t far from the main strip of restaurants & shops, it was a nice walk along the beach.
There was evening every night in the main bar, actives in the morning like yoga, Pilates. In the afternoon, water aerobics, water polo, water netball, even water aerobics for the kids. There were other activities like mini golf, archery but we didn’t take part in any.
There were loads of sun beds by the pools too, so it wasn’t hard to get a couple. My only small issue that there were less parasols for the sun beds, and sometimes it could feel a bit cluttered with the amount of sun beds.
I would highly recommend staying, it’s a hotel I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at again!

Yes, the hotel shows signs of age, but is overall well kept, especially the outdoor area, which is simply gorgeous. I think that there are currently a few renovations underway, as I saw workers repainting cleared-out rooms.
The outdoor area features three pools: a natural pool kept at 22°C and two others maintained between 25-28°C, depending on the day. There’s a sign nearby indicating the pool temperatures each day. There’s also a dedicated kiddie pool, which is kept at 25°C, I think.
Plenty of loungers and complimentary Bali beds were available, and the best part—finding a spot was never an issue. While I’m not sure how this holds up during peak season, it was very relaxed during my stay.
I had booked half board. Breakfast offered a solid selection with an omelette station and they cracked fresh eggs for every order! Hard to find these days.
Dinner at the Buffet followed a different theme each night—at least in theory, because this is not being done consistently.
I have to say that the first two evenings, which were themed "Canarian" and "Asian," were disappointing in terms of quality. Everything looked appealing but sadly lacked flavor. However, from the third night onward, things improved dramatically, both in terms of food quality and cocktails. Speaking of cocktails, they come with a rather ambitious price tag of €13.
The staff was excellent. By the third day, the teams at the main bar, pool bar, and restaurant knew my drink preferences by heart. They only asked if I’d like my usual, no need to specify what I wanted, and they even remembered my room number. While I’m always unsure if that’s a good thing, I did feel very well looked after! 😅
One thing to note is the airplane noise. Depending on the wind direction, planes fly over the hotel during takeoff or landing. Personally, I can tune it out after a day or two, so it didn’t bother me.
Despite a few minor caveats to keep in mind, I give it 5 stars, and I would return in a heartbeat!

Just got back from an amazing holiday here. 2 adults and a 3 year old had the best time. Rooms were spotless, staff could not do enough for you, so much choice for food, pools were great and children's pool did not disturb the bigger pooled area. Beach right behind the hotel was beautiful. The spa is great too. The drinks are expensive and there is no clothes rail to dry on your balcony but apart from this I would definitely return.
