After reading reviews on these apartments, I was a bit sceptical and was not expecting much, but loved the apartment, clean and tidy and overall very happy with the room, the staff was very friendly and everything we asked for was given, no problems with getting the deposit back. All I want to say is don’t believe all you read on reviews, make your own mind up once you have been there, it’s not five star by any means but clean and tidy, and very happy with my stay there.i would highly recommend you pay your deposit in cash!!!

Perfect hotel for bachelor parties. The hotel says it's not allowed, but it's the only thing that's done there. The staff are friendly, I'd say too friendly. The cleaning lady, I think she wears a white top from Cuba. I've never seen this in other hotels. She asks us for cigarettes and money. She invites us to smoke in the stairwell when she sneaks into the apartment. The pool is great. The guy at the restaurant is very attentive. I personally will return because I like parties. There are no limits. For my part, we had fun.

Stayed here for three nights. I was dreading it after the poor reviews however, my stay wasn’t too bad. We arrived Friday afternoon and departed Monday morning. On arrival we went to check in, told to wait about an hour. We checked in fine. £200 deposit. Got to the room - few marks on the walls and a scuff on the tv unit. Apartment was fairly clean. No damp, all plug sockets worked, a couple of English tv channels and a huge balcony. Beds were comfy, shower head was powerful and could change the temp easily. I was on edge about touching anything as I didn’t want to lose the deposit (from previous reviews). The pool is freezing, sun loungers are limited but if you get there early enough you’re sorted for the day. We was chasing the sun round the pool as 13:00 hours it went behind the buildings and kept falling in the shade. I wouldn’t recommend children in this hotel. The bar is overpriced, the vending machines (when they work) are too. Hot drinks machine wasn’t working and they don’t serve them in the bar after 21:30. Reception staff was ok, helped with what we needed and called a taxi for us. The man with glasses behind the bar was a joker, funny however does come across hard faced. Was given two keys to the room. The ‘hill’ isn’t even a hill, it’s a slight incline and not bad at all. It’s a 10-15 min walk into the main parts of Benidorm. There’s a small shop near the hotel but is also limited and overpriced. Cost 23.50€ for two bottles of water, ice cream, small box of tea bags, small milk and a pack of crisps. You do have to strip the beds and make sure they’re put in the bath with the towels before checking out and empty the bins before checking out also- they will check. Can hear other people below and to the sides of you when they’re on the balcony. Wasn’t an all bad stay but I wouldn’t recommend. Unless you literally want somewhere to sleep and wash.

Stayed here on the 2/6 with a group of friends.
Paid a deposit of €200. Was told I would get it back when we check out.
We left the room spotless and cleared all rubbish.
2 months later, 12 emails sent and 14 phones calls to the hotel, multiple complaints through the there website portal and STILL no deposit back!
Stay clear of paying a deposit!!!!🤬
