Been going to this hotel since 2014 and before they removed coco. Always been a great place to visit. All food is always great. Kids activities are good however after 14 it can be abit boring at some times location is great and is nice to walk around in the evenings. Beach can usually be quite busy but is good. I’m recent years a lot of seaweed though. Would highly recommend for family

A great place for families. The food is great, the staff are so friendly and the snacks and drinks included in the all inclusive is very good.
The beds are really comfy. The cot for my 6 month was really comfy too.
The housekeeping staff was so nice to us and everyone at reception. My wee boy had to go to hospital and the concern from all the staff was so sweet.
The entertainment staff for the children were very committed and good fun.

What a fantastic resort! We booked last minute and wow, it did not disappoint!
All inclusive - food was fantastic and varied - something for everyone. The pools were clean and a pool to suit every stage of swimming ability.
Rooms were just right for our family of five.
The staff are incredible. Big shout out to Andrei (I hope I've spelt this correctly). Big energy and big fun! Our kids didn't join in with the kids clubs during the day, as they were too busy enjoying thr pools, but the evening kids disco was very fun for all.
Evening entertainment was fantastic too! Especially enjoyed the Michael Jackson tribute act, who were out of this world incredible (Smooth Criminals). Such talent.
The whole holiday exceeded any expectations we had. Would 100% recommend to families ❤️

Fabulous hotel for families! Every single member of staff was professional, hardworking and welcoming. The standout elements has to be the food, animation team (and their parties) and the pools. It’s made up of lots of two story buildings surrounded by beautiful plants giving it a really calm and relaxing feel. Also great to have an apartment with plenty of space. We stayed during peak season as a family of three and although it was clearly at full capacity, it never felt too busy. A really happy hotel. Thank you! X

In one word; AMAZING!.
Firstly the hotel is beautiful, it’s well maintained, beautiful swimming pools (x3), the rooms are large with separate kitchen and living area and with private balconies. The rooms are well equipped, modern, equipped kitchen, 2 TVS, drying facilities, sofa, bath and separate shower…..fantastic
Secondly, the food is outstanding. We had all inclusive package but also chose to dine out to mix it up a bit, but there was really no need, the buffet meals far exceeded my expectations. Plus snacks are served nearly all day from the two pool bars.
Thirdly, and most importantly, the team that works at MarSenses Paradise Club is without doubt the friendliest, more professional and dedicated staff I have ever come across. You can see the faces of the happy clients because of the fantastic job all of the team does. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they always went above and beyond to please the guests.
From my own personal interactions I would like to highlight the work done by Maria at the front desk, the 3 Frans, chef, barman and waiter, and Alejandro from the restaurant.
Although I didn’t have direct contact with the management of the hotel during my stay, I take my hat off to them for selecting such a crack team. The front desk, the F&B, the maintenance team, the cleaners, the amazing entertainers, and everyone involved is fenomenal.
I highly recommend you to stay here. Great value for money and comfortable. Also it’s just across the road from the port (which has everything you need), and very close to sublime beaches.
Great job to all at this wonderful hotel, I only wish I could stay all summer long.
