Beautiful Hotel in a good location to walk to the city and only 5-10 min away from the airport. The modern, white ambience of the hotel is stunning and all the staff is extremely friendly and professional! If you want to book rent a car or if you want to book a boat trip, the friendly members of the reception will help you. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and will come back!

I’d highly recommend the hotel, it has nice view and the rooms are clean and spacious. The service was excellent, all the staff are super helpful and nice. The location is also good, it’s about 10-15 min walk from the downtown.

We are a family of four, all adults, and we have a clear motto when it comes to choosing accommodations: it should be at least as nice as home. We travel frequently, and on our journey through Greece, we decided to spend a few days on Mykonos. For our stay, we chose the Ostraco Suites Mykonos.
Unfortunately, our experience with this hotel was disappointing from the start. The person who answered our phone inquiry, who later identified himself as the manager, was quite unfriendly. This attitude did not improve upon our arrival.
The property itself is architecturally beautiful, nestled within the characteristic Mykonos flora and fauna. However, it is a true shame that the hotel's poor management and the staff’s lack of professionalism have brought it to a state of disrepair. For the first time in my life, and I do not say this lightly, all I wanted was to check out as quickly as possible.
The staff, consisting mostly of untrained and low-cost labor, seemed completely unfit for the hospitality industry. I must specifically mention the young woman responsible for breakfast, who was particularly rude, unprofessional, arrogant, and impudent. This sentiment was not only shared by my family but also by other guests who had already lodged complaints about her.
The cleanliness of the rooms was abysmal; the cleaning staff didn’t even use a vacuum cleaner, resorting to sweeping with a broom, leaving the rooms in a deplorable state. The bathrooms, clearly showing their age, are in dire need of proper and regular maintenance.
In summary, while the location and design of the Ostraco Suites may be charming, the overall experience was profoundly disappointing, primarily due to the poor service and lack of cleanliness. I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking a pleasant stay on Mykonos.

This place is an absolute gem , the location is perfect and very nice rooms .
As for the staff , there is not enough words to describe how amazing they are , they are genuinely friendly and professional , they will do anything and everything to make sure your stay is exceptional.
