The check-in process took over 90 minutes as my reservation couldn’t be found. I was repeatedly asked to pay for Breakfast. A quick look into the system would have shown that I’m a Rewards Member and breakfast is included. Unfortunately, the next morning, the same issue arose and again took an additional 15 minutes to clarify.
The condition of the room and facilities was disappointing. The property feels outdated and worn down. Internet speed was just about usable. The gym equipment was heavily worn and, more importantly, several windows can be opened with a drop of over 5 meters without any form of safety barrier — a serious hazard!
Despite the bad condition of the Bathroom itself, the shower barely worked and the socket for the hairdryer required constant pressure to stay connected. Seriously, how is able to wash their hands with this kind of faucet? The balcony door had a gap of over a centimeter, letting in insects or possibly even small animals.
When I tried to order food at the pool, there was no service at all. I checked at the upstairs restaurant, where I was told the staff would be available downstairs, but no one ever appeared. After over an hour of waiting, I gave up and ordered food externally. The most shocking part of the pool area is the danger coming from the broken tiles. I wouldn’t let my kids play there…
Additionally, it’s worth noting that the hotel is quite remote, with no access to Grab or other ride-hailing services in the area. For airport transfers, guests are left with a limited option: an overpriced 9-seater shuttle service that, frankly, does not meet basic safety or cleanliness standards.
This stay fell short of expectations in many ways, and while I wasn’t planning on leaving a review, the lack of attention to basic service — and the fact that I had to chase my reward points manually afterwards — made it necessary to speak up.
That said, the lobby itself is modern and inviting, and the staff assisting with luggage were very friendly and engaged. There is also a small to-go shop next to the lobby with reasonable prices — which is helpful, as there are no supermarkets or convenience stores nearby.
Overall, the hotel seems to cater more toward a local clientele which is totally fine as the price per night was acceptable. Kind Regards

I stayed at this resort for 4 days, 3 nights and despite the unfavorable reviews, I enjoyed it and would come back but a few things are def worth mentioning.
Pros:
1. Extremely family oriented. Tons of activities for kids, personalized experiences but I never felt like it was too noisy
2. Some very good food items such as the chicken fingers, spring rolls and nachos
3. Pool is gorgeous and very warm
4. None of the facilities were crowded and staff were friendly
5. Overall property outside was gorgeous and very clean
Cons
1. They ran out of several food items on Day 2 and never replenished them
2. Food is very expensive
3. The rooms are fairly decent at first glance but when you really look, several cosmetic issues that could be addressed
4. Foul odor coming from the toilet
5. Having old tray tables removed from the room is a fairly slow process. You call and they pick up the food hours later or not at all
6. There is direct access to the beach but the sand in that area is very rocky and not ideal

We had a great time!
If you're looking for a place out of the city this is it.
Rooms are spacious.
Nice pool and bar.
The staff are very friendly, always willing to help.
Good breakfast with a wide variety of food,
Just outside of the hotel there is a short street with very nice restaurants, massages, laundry, 7-11, etc.
At the hotel, everything is extra so be ready.
All things considered, good value for your money.

I had a lovely stay and the resort, the staff were great and the service very good. Beautiful breakfast, the man who looks after the eggs needs special praise, always happy and smiling and can turn out any kind of eggs to perfection. Big pool, no beach but very comfortable seating. Kids club. You do need transport to see anything, go to the King's summer palace and the National Park. I was upgraded to a suite, there were small things that need attention due to wear and tear but the view was fantastic.

recommended for kids and families, not very nice if you are looking for a place to relax and chill, especially on a holidays.
Although the service is standard, the place is crowded and they’ve got too many activities that disturb other unjoined guests using the hotel facilities. Not a pleasure stay by the beach we expected.
