We stayed at this hotel in June 2025. We booked a more expensive room – €1500 per night – with a private pool and sea view (Open Plan Suite Private Pool).
On the last night, we returned from dinner around 10 PM. My wife went to take a shower and called me 5–10 minutes later because the entire floor was covered in water – it was leaking from the drain behind the toilet.
I called for service, but they only arrived around 11:30 PM. After 20 minutes, they said they couldn’t fix the issue and would provide us with another room. They did, but the new room was of a lower category and clearly worse. We didn’t want to stay there, but they insisted, saying it would be free of charge (well, of course I wouldn’t pay for that room).
In the end, I decided to take a shower in the new room and then sleep in our original suite. I asked for housekeeping to clean our room, but they told me housekeeping doesn’t work at night.
Overall, this hotel is very poor for the price – definitely not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone.
The beach is also bad – very hard sand, uncomfortable for kids.
This is a 3.5–4 star hotel at best, definitely not a 5-star.
If you’re an experienced traveler but visiting Mykonos for the first time, I strongly recommend looking for a better hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was very kind and always helpful. The cocktails are well made and the breakfast and dinner was very tasty. The sand is a bit coarse compared to other beaches we visited but still very enjoyable. The pools are filled with salt water which I enjoyed. I will definitely be returning in the future.

We had a really lovely stay! The service was amazing from start to finish, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Big shoutout to Gabriela, the bartender, and the beach staff who went above and beyond to make our trip extra special.
The location is amazing with a beautiful beach perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was great with loads of options. The rooms and bathrooms could do with a bit of an update, but the amazing staff and gorgeous setting more than made up for it. Would definitely come back!

The place it’s very nice in a great location, the food is excellent, starting from the big variety offered for breakfast, the food offer at the pool and at the private beach and, of course in the restaurant at dinner. But what makes the real difference is the great service by a very attentive staff.
Even if there was an inconvenient we really enjoy our stay thanks to the assistance given to us.
Our welcome to the hotel was nothing but perfect thanks to Nikolas and his warming smile, his presence was always reassuring during our stay.
Special thanks also to Maria, Gabriella and both Panos for the outstanding service always professional, you really are what hospitality should always be.

We had a wonderful stay at Mykonos Blu. The staff, especially NICHOLAS, were great. We travelled with 2 toddlers and everyone treated us and our kids like royalty. Some of the highlights were the lovely breakfast buffet overlooking the ocean and the kids ate free from the kids menu at all restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like was that the pools are not heated, and they are COLD. My kids enjoyed being in the pool, i didn’t.
Overall we loved our stay and grateful for Nicholas and the staff that made our trip memorable.
