Beautiful hotel. The staff was amazing: helpful, friendly and professional. Great location: You have restaurants and convenience shops nearby. The bus stop to Mykonos town is right across the street, super easy. The beach has calm, crystal clear waters and chairs provided were comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious and included sparkling wine. The views from our balcony were spectacular. Bathrooms could be better, but everything else was perfect. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time staying at Grecotle Mykonos Blu. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The staff were wonderful- very welcoming, friendly and always happy to help. They were also very accommodating and kind with our twin toddlers. We cannot wait to stay again!

My wife and I just enjoy 4 amazing days here. The resort is beautiful and the staff were very helpful and polite. Kostas our beach waiter was the best!! He was always there to help us out and create a fun experience. The breakfast every morning was amazing. We went every morning and enjoyed the food and of course the views which are incredible. The location is prime and next to everything that we wanted to go to. There is huge amount of steps walking down to the beach but there are some levels that you can use an elevator. I used the gym a few times. It was nice and had everything I needed. The hotel can arrange mostly anything you need but used them to help with transportation. We would definitely go back.

Disappointing Experience with Hotel Closure and Lack of Communication
I booked this hotel last year for my 40th birthday planning to stay on October 19th this year through a third-party booking website. Last week, I called the hotel to confirm my stay, only to be informed that the hotel had decided to close on October 7th and that they were in the process of notifying the third-party booking platform. The hotel representative mentioned that I was eligible for a full refund or a stay at an alternative hotel.
When I reached out to the third-party service they hadn't even been informed yet. Had I not called the hotel myself I have no idea when I would have found out and this was only a few weeks before my stay!
I decided to cancel my reservation through the third-party service and sadly I won’t be going away as planned. I’ve never written a review before but I’m still in shock at the hotel's response and overall experience.
Update to My Original Post:
I wanted to elaborate on my concerns following my earlier post.
When I called I had to make an international call to the hotel, which added to my stress as I was reluctant to stay on the line longer than necessary due to the cost.
I also noted in my terms with the third-party provider that a non-refundable charge would be pending in two days if I didn’t cancel. Given the urgency of the situation, I felt it was necessary to cancel rather than risk waiting for confirmation via email or another call.
Additionally, I incurred a small cancellation fee for my flight.
What’s even more disappointing is that the hotel never followed up after our call. It felt as though they were simply relieved that I might cancel.
To make matters worse, my young son is now upset that we won’t be going, leading to emotional disappointment for our family.

Had a pretty rude encounter at this hotel this morning. I was just walking past the sunbeds on the beach and asked if they had any available. There were three staff members there, and one blonde lady snarkily said “no" and turned to her colleagues and laughed. I get that the beds are only for hotel guests (which another staff member told me nicely), but there was absolutely no need for that attitude. Really disappointing and unprofessional.
