In general the hotel was very clean, the choice of food was good and the staff were excellent, however to try and get a sunbed after 6.am was impossible. We ended up having to walk 30 minutes down to the beach and pay for sunbeds, food and drinks even though we had paid for an all inclusive holiday. Obviously adding cost to our holiday. We were not the only guests that experienced this leaving a good number of guests with a bitter taste as the overall cost of their holiday had increased significantly.

Went as a couple with no children but appears to be a child friendly hotel. Kids catered for in a section of dining area where they can choose to have chicken nuggets, pizza etc along side the grown ups variety of food, which offered a fair choice from breakfast through to dinner. Entertainment segment for kids in the evening followed by the adults. On site variety of arcade games for the kids as well as swimming area.

MAYFAIR HOLIDAY- Currently staying here for 14 nights, food is absolutely gorgeous here with different themes every night. Vegetarian&Vegan options also available! The staff here are super friendly, getting people involved in activities and always smiling. Only thing is the rooms are not very child friendly as floors are very slippery when wet, however this is something that can be looked over. Location is right next to a 24 hour shop which is very handy if you are someone who likes to get a snack in the evening and the food has stopped being served. 25/30 minute walk from the harbour with really nice restaurants! Bus routes to beaches and the water park. Would highly recommend. Loving the time here so far.

We had an amazing time in this hotel, all 4 of us. Stuff very friendly, always helpful. We want to say a huge thank you to the lady at the restaurant, her name is Sylvia, always welcoming and charming, especially to little ones. Very helpful and full of advice, not just about the things around, but also about the life in Cyprus. Many thanks again, every hotel needs at least one of you! Hope to see you again!

D-Box Boxing Club

I stayed in this hotel for 7 days with my family. I had bad nights sleep with the poor quality single beds pushed together to make a double for me and my wife, we had to tie them together so as the didn’t keep sliding apart as our child sleeps between us. We also found the walls very thin as every single noise in the hallway seemed to travel into the rooms. I personally couldn’t get my head around how unhappy 95% of the staff in the hotel were. I am a big believer in tipping for my service and even after tipping the staff they didn’t even make eye contact never mind smile. I constantly felt like I was putting them out by asking for stuff such as an extra soft drink at dinner. I found the snacks bar at the pool bar was quite poor compared to other hotels. I did see a couple of issues that I would be concerned about if I worked for the hotel such as staff bullying and life guards never watching a pool and spending their Time watching their phones . I personally won’t stay at this hotel again because of these issues. I believe if your on holidays to enjoy yourself the hotel should at the lease make you feel welcome
