I recently stayed at Lemon and Soul Resort, and it was a complete disaster, primarily because of the rude and unprofessional reception staff. From the moment we arrived, the receptionists had terrible attitudes and made it clear they had no interest in helping with any issues. Every time we approached them with a problem, they were dismissive and completely unwilling to engage. It felt like we were bothering them just by asking for basic assistance! They made our stay so much worse with their indifference and lack of care. Avoid this place if you expect any decent service at all! Furthermore, most of them don’t even speak basic English. So much attitude it’s rarely seen…
However, Staff at the restaurants and around the pool were super nice and approachable and made our stay bearable.
Food was repetitive, sloppy, no taste…deserts horrible, like sponge…not even sweet 🤣and after few days it started to be ridiculously funny, like, we couldn’t even believe what they are serving to people: so we had just a plain salad and bread…and the flies, my God - everywhere! When I saw one in cottage cheese, that was the end. 🤣
My bad for choosing resort, but here is a review so you can choose better.

What a beautiful resort. So clean and well maintained. Excellent food for breakfast, lunch and dinner with an abundance of choice for all. The drinks flowed constantly from the pool bar and all the staff from the bar, pool, restaurant and room service were warm and friendly - can you single out anyone at a push it must be Mostafa the Desk Manager who was so helpful with everything and everyone! Great job and thank you. See you again for sure 😊

The hotel was so lovely especially the stuff did everything for us to have a lovely wedding anniversary. Food is quite good for a 3⭐️ hotel we have been surprised by the quality of everything
Lovely animation team especially moose from the team did good job and nice club at the beach

Hello! Ok, where should I begin? Writing this review while I’m still here on 11/11/24
First of all - IT IS NOT ADULTS ONLY HOTEL. Kinds are in restaurant, in the swimming pool, on the beach.
2. No internet in the rooms or in restaurant ir by swimming pool, only area where you can get very very bad WiFi is 5m around reception, that’s it.
3. No proper TV in the rooms - only 1!!!! English speaking channel which hard to see because antena is faulty and picture is blurry like in my grandmama house is 1980.
4. Beach is 20 min walk away but we suppose to have a “shuttle” to bring us there…..well, it’s not because you can’t get on it. People queueing to get on this shuttle which is transporting only 13 people (bare in mind - hotel is full) and if you can’t get on this shuttle then you need to wait 30 minutes to get to another one if you’re lucky, and same routine to get back to hotel for lunch.
4. You can’t get normal drink unless you pay for it. All inclusive is actually NOT because for free you can get only very bad beer or warm half of plastic glass of wine or very bad rum with flat coke. So, I tried to order bottle of wine and pay for it but I couldn’t because they didn’t have bottle in stock. I had to wait till next day.
5. At 7pm on Sunday they decided that it is a good idea to drill external wall with a stone breaker. So all the building started to shake, I woke up thinking it’s an earthquake. Had to go downstairs and ask them to stop drilling because it’s a rest time in hotel for many.
6. Spa! Omg it’s a different story: we ordered 6 massages - 3 for my husband, 3 for myself. We arrived on time and had to wait 15 minutes to get in. Then 50 min massage was actually 45 minutes. Most annoying thing was that staff was doing nothing, they were not busy but didn’t take us on time. So second time we booked at 5pm and turned up on time - no, they didn’t take us till 12 past 5, why? I’m not sure why if you are booking exact time on your holiday when every single minute is counted they make you wait everywhere- on the bus stop, in spa, in restaurant! Oooooo, restaurant….its my number 7.
So it is only ONE coffee machine in restaurant, no filter coffee serviced to your table. So you have to queue sometimes 15 minutes to get cup of coffee because everybody wants coffee. Once I’ve counted 17 people in the front of me in the queue.
8. No Sun lounges available if you arrive on the beach after 9am. So it is a shortage of sun beds on the beach because beach is tiny. If you don’t get up at 7am and run to the bus stop to get a shuttle to the beach to book your sun beds- you won’t be able to get anything, all sun beds are booked by 9am latest. I’m getting up at 6:30am, getting ready for a 20 min walk and 20 minutes return every morning to be able to enjoy sun and umbrella.
Guys, I wish I could say something good about this hotel…..but NOT, not this time, our experience is disappointing and I’m counting days to get out of here. DO NOT BOOK!!!! Cheap price for a reason !!!!

Mo is amazing! Single handedly runs the animation. Does such a great job. Made my holiday, best part of it! Great hotel clean rooms. Fast service at the bar. Friendly staff. Amazing pool. Sister hotels was included and great parties every night. Absolutely recommend. I love Egypt!
