we stayed for 9 days here and booked with half pension, overall very satisfied and hopefully will come back again.
the staff always smile, the hotel is clean, in the right position, with 4 or 5 beaches around with walking distance, and the public bus station is right near the hotel.
there is also a special staff for entertainment in the outdoor area, who always try to make guests happy at the hotel and always ask if guests want to participate in games such as ping pong, small archery, or dancing.
the buffet restaurant always has a changing menu every day, even though it is full of guests, it is still well organized.
in addition, when I arrived in my country, I forgot that I left my mobile phone in the room and the cleaning room staff had secured it, then I booked DHL to pick it up from the hotel to send it to my country, and the hotel staff helped to pack the package, thank you.

I came here with my family for a weeks holiday. It was a really nice hotel, but the entertainment could be a bit better. There were things to do for young kids, but there wasn't much for older kids or adults really besides just sitting by the pool or playing pool.
A few more things would have been great. Other than that though, the hotel was amazing.
Really nice food, the rooms were great and got cleaned every day. Would definitely come here again.

We have just recently had a family holiday staying at the H10 Mediterranean Village Hotel in Salou. We would all as a family recommend this hotel as all the staff were nice and helpful. A shout out to the lovely cleaner as her smile each day was so sweet and all the managers going the extra mile to make sure all customers feel welcome . The hotel is so central especially to the beaches, nightlife, shopping and Portoventura. We really like that they provide sustainable products. The food is nice and they add different dishes each night so that you won't be bored. Thank you to H10 Mediterranean staff for making our holiday memorable and hopefully see you in the near future. Been staying at this hotel for 10+ years and it never disappoints. Location is really good as you’re close to both Salou and La Pineda. Beaches within walking distance.
Entertainment is brilliant especially for kids, different variety and always getting everyone involved. Staff go above and beyond especially waiters and receptionists to ensure you are sorted throughout your stay.
In general hotel is really modern and high quality, definitely recommend!
