it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding housekeeping . They were very friendly and provided everything as per our request. Additionally, i would like to appreciate Alaa from reception. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly elevated the experience. She is a great example of exceptional customer service. Good luck ☺️

I had checked in yesterday afternoon with my wife and my 12 years kid. Although before booking this hotel online through make my trip.com the reviews was not very encouraging to book this place at first. But the moment when me and my wife spoke to the front desk night duty manager , we were forced to take a chance. The lady spoke so humbly that we were flattered by her words. Next afternoon when we checked in the toiletries and other amenities were not available so when I called the room service they had done there job fantastically. I should give them 4 star for this property for now they need to make awareness to housekeeping department also the maintenance department should take little care. Over all it’s a family place

This hotel has very poor service! I wish I could rate 0. I have traveled across the world half of 2024, and the stay in the Cornche hotel was the worst experience I have ever had. The valet parking staff did not take my car intentionally, while he was completely free, and therefore I was fined by the parking authority. I spoke with the front desk, and they repeatedly delayed answering my request before deciding to refuse it. I spoke to a person, who introduced herself as the manager. She was a rude person and told me that I am free to do as I choose and that the hotel takes no care. This is not how a visitor or guest should be treated. She rudely threatened to “throw me out” from the hotel if I do not check out the last day.

it was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Actually it is the worst ever! the one star here is only for the Breakfast staff, they are very nice and helpful. other than this everything is bad; rooms are very old, uncleaned, and there is no ventilation at all. They are so cheap they leave only two packs of nescafe and creamers and you have to ask for more everytime! The receptionists are the worst! and there is this egyptian receptionist agent whom I came to pay for the next week which I already had a confirmation email with, she asked me how I got this rate and wanted to raise the rate and she was so rude! Even the manager isn’t helpful at all. Also when you call the room service they barely respond! there is no money value paid considering the horrible service and I don’t know how it is a 5 stars hotel! They don’t deserve their rates and I don’t recommend it to anyone and I hope the Breakfast and the concierge staff find a better job because they are really friendly and professional and this hotel doesn’t deserve them.

Comfortable rooms, although the overall feel is a bit old and dated. Good breakfast with live egg counters is a plus. Swimming pool area is very average, not relaxing and well shaded. Pool depth is either 7ft or 3ft, nothing in between if you can just want to chill by the pool.
