Food has be excellent and staff friendly Hotel and surrounds are clean and well looked after. The only downside I'd say is the lack of choice available for all inclusive customers at the bar with just basic spirits available whilst shelves of premium drinks go untouched as they cost additional Sometimes all you want after dinner is a baileys or liquor but only available if you pay. There are plenty of sunbeds both turkish sauna and hairdressers are great. Staff are very accommodating and plesant

The hotel needs a refurbishment. The food was terrible. Some of the staff were ignorant. The best part about the hotel was the photographer. He was absolutely brilliant, always polite, and very friendly. Our cleaning lady was superb.

Staff absolutely brilliant and only reason I stayed as long as I did . It's dated in need of repair/refurbishment. Foods same most days and slim variety. Biggest issue is smoking ,I don't smoke an d you'll be engulfed in it for your full stay here ,its relentless!! But try for yourself.

Excellent holiday with family of all ages. Young daughters really enjoyed themselves. Omar the photographer took some great photos and Barack the customer relations was good fun. The food wasn't bad, there was always something to eat and the drinks included in the all inclusive were fine too. Only downside was only being able to have 1 key, was a bit tricky at times with 3 young children. Daughters had their hair braided at reasonable prices. Sometimes we could hear outside noise in the early hours but nothing major. All in all a great place to stay and I would go back.

Location fantastic Staff are rude lost my keycard as my bag got stolen on a boat trip explained this to the manager and he said not my problem and charged me for a new key. Rooms dirty no kettle etc which is disappointing Food is terrible same crap every night kids food chicken nuggets chips and dry pasta no sauce Breakfast is the worst you would ever have a lot different to what is advertised I mean who puts broccoli with breakfast? We have gone out most nights to eat which on the strip the food is lovely but paying all inclusive and having to go out is costing to much. I will return to another hotel though as it’s the best part of Turkey I have visited in the 5 times I have been. 90% of the food doesn’t have what it is or what it contains so allergies are not taken into consideration No ac in the reception or the dinner fans on the ceiling not on loads of power cuts etc Pool area dirty never again as I paid £6500 for 10 days for 3 adults and 3 children I am not surprised TUI have dropped this hotel for next season

Just come back from a 7 day vacation at Manaspark and must say what a lovely place to stay. The food was fantastic but could do with a little more variety as it did seem the same most days but tasted delicious. Rooms were a little tired and run down but had a nice rustic feel about them the beds were comfortable and rooms cleaned every day. My only complaint would be the pool area it was unsafe and my wife and I had to call reception to get someone to fix the decking as nails and sharp splinters were sticking out, not nice especially when we had to warn a family with young children to make sure not to let them walk around bare footed. Apart from that all good Erol the entertainment manager was brilliant so helpful and lovely to chat to including the bar staff they all work so hard and long hours, well done guys. Would I stay again…..yes providing the decking is replaced as the location is fantastic with lovely views and plenty of places to just sit and relax. Thank you Manaspark.

Our family stayed in this hotel just for 2 nights in a family room. On the second night there was a party just above our family room with loud music, dances and songs. Our requests to reception to move this party from the place, where the kids slept, were ignored. I was told that the general manager of this hotel approved everything and no any complains were accepted. It was very rude and total disrespect to the hotel customers with kids. I do not recommend this hotel for families with kids.

There is nothing 'deluxe' about this hotel! It is 2-3 stars, not 4-5. The ONLY saving grace was the food - it was very nice. Very dated decor with poor finishes. Really loud spanish hip hop all day by the pool, playing on a loop Dangerous decking outside, rotting and sticking up in several places. Cleaner’s trolley parked outside one of our rooms daily, blocking the door and used loudly in the mornings. It took three complaints to have it moved, and when they did, they just relocated it a few doors down and covered it with a sheet. Dirty room with a stained bathroom. Shower head full of limescale, causing water to come out sparsely and erratically. Lamp in my mom's room sparked when turned on. No lifts, which isn't mentioned anywhere on your site. We were on the top floor! The 'superior rooms with Jacuzzi' that my friends booked were rotting and moldy, with no proper ventilation for the Jacuzzi. When they asked to move, the manager was extremely rude, shouting from her office instead of getting up. The hotel initially asked if they could stay in the room for one night, which they refused. We had to contact On the Beach to change rooms, wasting valuable holiday time. The replacement room had a red/brown mark on the wall and was clearly unclean. The hotel’s response was to paint over the mark while my friends were out, leaving the doors open and lights on, resulting in a room filled with the smell of wet paint and bugs. They had to change rooms again, and the final room they got was clean, but my friend ended up with bites all over her body, likely from bed bugs.

Me and my mum 21/42 stayed at this hotel for 2 nights for a short weekend in Ölüdeniz/ Fethiye. The hotel itself is nice, it’s stated 4 star but due to the outdated rooms I definitely think it’s more like a 3 star. This is such a shame because every single staff member is so attentive and helpful. They bring your drinks to you, always ask if you need anything or want anything else. Special mention to Melike! (The entertainment lady) she does yoga and many other activities. Very friendly and nice to talk to, she’s always there if you have any questions. The food is also very yummy and there is a good selection. Especially the desserts 😋 If you are fussy and like luxury and fancy hotels I don’t recommend staying here but if you’re looking for a budget friendly escape for sunshine then I definitely recommend this hotel. Full review on trip advisor Sleeping Beds are super hard and not overly comfortable. The walls are so thin, you can hear conversations, toilets flushing, doors slamming. Most nights there will be drunken couples/groups crashing around and waking you up. I warn all guests at 6am every morning you will be startled and woken up by the call to prayer chants from the mosque, that intermittently lasts for 10-15 minutes which feels like an hour!This happens throughout the day, however in the dead of morning it is quite alarming. Being surrounded by mountains this echos and pierces the whole hotel video attached. In all time visiting turkey, i have never experienced a hotel situated so close to a loud mosque. you will not get that good night sleep and relaxing holiday lay in that you had hoped for and this is defiantly one of my top reasons to give this hotel a miss. Pool areas The 2 pools on offer are tired and dangerous, you can not walk around bare foot in fear of getting splinters or falling through the damaged decking, id say there at least 30 opportunities for this to happen. DO NOT go there with young kids.

Really good location, food is awful, dry tasteless dishes. Only ate chicken nuggets and chips for the whole week. Breakfast is something you won't miss. Condiments never filled and salt is that damp you can use. Had to change room on first night as we were put in the basement dark and dingy with a nasty a smell. Balcony are tiny barely big enough for 1 person, not enough tables and chairs at the bar. Staff are great and really helpful. the whole hotel feels a bit neglected and unclean. Don't know who gave this hotel 4 stars but I recommend they revisit

My mother and I stayed at Alize early September and had a pleasant time. We arrived early in the morning and despite the fact that we had to wait for so long to check in at 2pm, the rooms and services were very much to our liking. We didn't make use of the pool however it was really nice to sit by it in the evenings. During this time we would make more use of the wifi, because the connection everywhere else wasn't working. The staff were all very welcoming. At reception, they were helpful and understanding, which made us feel at ease to raise any concerns. Although some of the waiter staff would very quickly clean our plates even when we weren't finished, most of the dining staff were friendly. In particular, waiters Ömer and Faruk who were very nice and conversational towards us. The only complaint I would have is towards the food. Everything was okay to eat and there were some things on the menu which we enjoyed, however we would have liked it if there were more authentic Turkish dishes available. However with this being a resort for tourists, we fully appreciate that this usually isn't the case. Overall, this was a lovely hotel to stay at and everything (the strip, beach) was within walking distance which was a bonus. We would definitely book again for next year!

Came for 1 week all inclusive. Lovely complex, very clean. Friendly staff. Bar for AI shuts at 11pm, sometimes has extra time but you pay for drinks after 11pm. I enjoyed the food,great selection at each sitting in the main restaurant, plus there is a snack bar available. If your looking for your typical "English breakfast " go to Blackpool!! Lovely pool area, next to the bar, pool table, darts, entertainment (karaoke, disco, bingo), etc I went to the Spa and had Turkish bath, sauna, face treatment and massage... omg so relaxing, I fell asleep. In the room we had a double bed,sofa, fridge, TV, hairdryer, shower, towels, toilet, wardrobes, bedside cabinets. Plenty of sockets, and a very small balcony with 2 chairs and table. Safe available. Not enough coat hangers in my room But I did take lots of clothes. 2 min walk to the main shopping area and down to the beach. Went on free bus from hotel to the blue lagoon beach for the day, very nice. Absolutely lovely location.. Weather between 35-40° Plenty of sunbeds around pool, take flip flops, the floor gets very hot.

Beautiful hotel, the staff are Amazing and can't do enough for you, can't wait to re-book for next year. The rooms are clean and adequate, there is a lack of storage and the balcony is tiny...but that hasn't stopped me wanting to return.

It's our first time in Turkey, but definitely not the last one! The location of the hotel is fabulous! Just by the corner of the street with all the shops and restaurants that you need. 5 min till the beach and the most important the private beach by the lagoon with free sun beds and a bar. The food was amazing 😍 every night something different, kids buffet and the best grilled veggies and beef! If you're not used to this kind of food, they have the usual pasta, chicken nuggets and fries. The rooms are a bit outdated, but it's ok. 3 pools, one for adults only, one for kids and the biggest one for everyone. Very handy the taxi button from outside. Every night different shows, karaoke, live music, disco...Overall, very satisfying with the price, location and food!!! Thank you!!

Hotel itself is superb, along with the staff. Food is decent, we went as a family of four, wife is vegan and both kids vegetarian, all ate well for 10 nights. Rooms are a little dated but they are clean and I believe due a refurb now the hotel has been taken over. Only negative for me was the airport transfer, almost two hours but once that’s out they way a great location.

In our 2nd week at this hotel. Arrived around 2am and was greeted by a most welcoming team in reception. All 4 of our luggage cases were taken to our room for us and the facilities explained to us on the way. All the staff have been excellent and make you feel welcome. Food and drinks have all been excellent with great choices. Great Entertainment team day and night although some days the music around the main pool gets a bit loud. There is a quieter adults only pool if you want a quieter day. Overall it really is a fabulous hotel with fabulous staff in a fabulous location.

The service we had in terms of food and room cleaning was very good. The view from our hotel room was beautiful and in a very nice area. There is a bus service included for going to and from the beach which is allocated just for hotel guests, which we enjoyed very much. Would love to come again.

We had a 4 day stay at the hotel after a weeks Cruise. After initially being disappointed by the view and noise around our room, the staff gave us another room it was a little smaller and quieter. The room was very clean and well equipped with a safe and minibar. The stay over the next 4 days was amazing all of the staff and entertainment team were always busy and always chatting and helpful. The evening shows were brilliant, our favourite being TheTurkish Show. The food Which my wife describes as the best hotel food she has ever had and have to agree.There was so much choice I was hard deciding what to eat. The location was great right on the Main Street of bars and shops and only a short walk to the beach. The hotel grounds were really nice and always clean. I would recomend this hotel to everyone and I will definitely return for a longer stay. Thank you Sundia for a fantastic stay.

We had a really good time at this hotel. The rooms are fairly small and functional, some parts of the hotel are looking a bit tired and could do with an upgrade. With regards service, our maid Room 1052 was incredible lovely lady. Reception bar is run by Busrar, she was amazing, always had a smile and never kept anyone waiting at the bar. Then there was Mohamed at the adult pool bar, he was absolutely brilliant and tendered to our need for drinks and kept the pool area clean and tidy. With every review there is a down side. Tolmaz, Muhamad's Saturday replacement was shocking. Spent most of the day smoking and on his phone, we cleared the drinks glasses on the Sunday morning before the bar opened at 10am. Then there is a young man that supervises the 10pm to 12am evening snack bar in the main restaurant. He was very rude and tried to get me to sit in a specific part of the restaurant so he could watch me from outside whilst he had a cigarette, really!? Location is good, right near the top of the main strip of bars and shops. Unfortunately one of our party had a room thatt backed on to the strip so the music from Cosmos literally sounded like it was in your room until 1.30am. They were offered an alternative room but the balcony was small and backed on to dustbins so they stayed with the room initially provided. I would go back to this hotel, but only if we were offered rooms away from the main strip, ideally next to the adult pool. The food at the hotel was absolutely brilliant, loads of selection and variety. Both pools were well maintained and kept clean.

We stayed at Sundia by Liberty for six nights during peak season. Our initial impression upon arriving late at night and being quite tired from the trip was that the room did not meet our expectations. The balcony view was essentially of the plant rooms with all the AC units and fans, and there was a constant fan noise even with the windows and doors shut. Not a great start, but I didn't complain as I managed to fall asleep, thinking, "someone has to have these rooms too." I waited to see if the rest of the experience would make up for it, and I wasn't wrong. The next day, we were greeted with a huge smile at the reception and given helpful tips on how to spend the day. We were directed to the beach, which was what we wanted to experience first. We spent the first two days at the beach, which, although a good 10-minute walk in 35° heat to the hotel's private beach, was enjoyable once we got there. There are multiple bars and facilities nearby. Be aware that while the beach is sandy, there is a strip of rocks around the water. It's better to have shoes for taking dips as it's steep and sloped to get in and out of the water. The waves came crashing down quite hard, carrying more stones and pebbles. Despite this, I enjoyed the warm blue waters and the cheap drinks from the bars. After a couple of days, we decided to try the hotel’s pool, and we were so pleased we did. It's a decent-sized, clean pool with plenty of chairs to choose from. The entertainment team engaged everyone to break the monotony from time to time with activities like a quick half-hour of water gym, volleyball, or a game of polo. We made quite a few friends there, and that feeling is the main reason we will go back to Sundia. Additionally, I must mention the good selection of food, the cleanliness of the entire place, the great offer we received for a £20 Turkish bath that was amazing (I recommend doing it on day one), and the all-around friendly and helpful staff and good atmosphere that all of the above created.

What a great holiday, this hotel is absolutely fantastic. If anyone is looking to stay here its got a perfect location , just off the main street and 5 min walk to the beach . Food and drink so plentiful every one will like something . The pool bar pizzas are really good too. Beds and rooms aren’t the biggest but really comfortable and air conditioned. Nice drinks fridge which it’s topped up daily. Only complaint other guests can’t shut there doors quietly when they slam it makes you jump. Everywhere is nice and clean and well maintained the staff are so happy to serve and help you no complaints at all . Around the gardens there are loads of cats , they are so beautiful and friendly my kids fell in love them all .(so cute) The hotel has beach beds on the beach that you can use . I personally didn’t enjoy the beach very steep to get in and out of the water . When you’re in the water it drops off very suddenly and your then out of your depth .take a float if your with the kids . I would go to seahorse beach lagoon instead you have to pay to go in but so much safer and nicer place to be. My family and I 100% enjoyed this place so much we are looking to book again next year . I forgot to mention this is the place to come and go paragliding but forget about that if you want adrenaline sport just take a ride in a taxi , they are mental the phrase “drive it like you stole it” came from here .

A nice hotel resort, with beautiful garden themed balconies. The breakfast and dinner services were great with a wholesome variety, the only downside is that you have to pay for tea/coffee for lunch and dinner. And there are no free table waters available, you have to pay for water for all food service times, which is ridiculous! At least tap water should be offered for free with food. The hotel would’ve received the 5 stars if the rooms had been renovated. The rooms are really outdated, everything is falling apart, the shower head is half broken, the shower sliding door opens and has shatters. Finally I’d like to add, the warm and friendly waiters at food service time, they were very friendly and courteous! Overall an amazing atmosphere from all staff!

The hotel is very close to hisaronu. We visited the hotel during our tour and stayed there for 2 nights. Kind of okayish hotel, depends on what you are looking for. I wouldnt personally choose, but had to go as it was included in tour's package. Cons overweighs the pros Pros: *Cheap *Close to hisaronu by taxi *Clean (not very though) *Nice garden & pool Cons: *Rooms need proper refurbishment. Toilet was broken, whereever we were touching was almost falling apart *not tasty food and not fresh ingredients *you can hear everyone next door, very noisy *you have to pay for drinks during dinner (can be part of the tour agreement/general hotel policy, so check) *very limited toiletries, almost nothing

I am surprised to see less than at least 4 star reviews as the place was more than satisfactory. What we look in a hotel was there. 1. Clean rooms with smoothly working utilities like tv, small fridge, hot water, air conditioner etc.. (no kettles) 2. Daily cleaning service was being provided 3. A huge and delicious variety of food being served at breakfast and specially dinner along with fruits and desserts at dinner. 4. Friendly staff 5. The owner is also very friendly and chatted with us and was supervising that everyone was satisfied 6. A clean pool qlong with ping pong table and billiard Turkish bath was closed since covid and hasnt reopened yet. View is more than awesome Overall: satisfied and happy to visit even again

Just back home from a 2 week stay at Destina Hotel, our second home. Absolutely love this hotel, have been going there twice a year for several years. Fantastic hotel, owners and staff are always there to make sure your holiday that little bit special. Kermit is the life and soul of the hotel, nothing is to much trouble for him. Any problems he his always there to sort them out for you. Food is highly recommended, Chef is always on hand if you need any special requirements. Can Highly Recommend this Hotel, one big happy family, with people returning year after year. Made so many friends there.

It’s a disgusting sound all over the nearby houses and appartments. The volume is SO HIGH!!!!! It’s impossible to speak inside the appts! And of course they start at 8-9, when you need to keep calm your children. HATE YOU GUYS!
