Old tired hotel, but the staff is trying to give you the best impression. Amazing location, and the first line.
The safe is paid, but you can get towel or iron for deposit only. The umbrella and sunbeds on the beach are 3€ each.
Great WiFi!
Animation team is trying their best to entertain children in the pool at day, and make mini disco for them every evening. But for adults it's really weak. But they offer paid excursions and outside experience, you need to check the calendar on the bar door near reception, the surfing/kayaking experience was good 👍
Overally, it's a good hotel for non picky travellers, I would return here.

Andrea, Alex & Fenna absolutely made the hotel and the FUN! Well done to you guys and thanks for making our days at the pool lots of fun. Evening entertainment was so much fun, too x
Food fantastic - lots of choice each day from a varied buffet. Self service all inclusive and a range of spirits
The only let down was the rooms really, which do not deserve a 5*, very dated and unkempt.
Cannot deny the fantastic location on the beach - wonderful ❤️

**Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel!**
I can't believe this place has four stars. The hotel is ridiculously old, and it shows in every corner. The bathtub was disgusting, covered in stains that made me cringe just looking at it. The room was tiny, much smaller than advertised. They promised a double room, but what we got were three beds crammed into the space, with one awkwardly placed at the foot of the others. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel.
The overall experience was awful. The snacks were a joke—barely anything to choose from, and you're forced to eat in the restaurant if you're hungry. Even there, the menu was so limited it wasn't worth it. To make things worse, the meals didn't even offer a meat option—just chicken and fish, which got old really fast. Save your money and stay somewhere else. This place is a disaster.

Let me preface this with saying that i never complain about a budget hotel, because what you pay is what you get. But this hotel topped everything, in a bad way. The only good part about this hotel is the location. That being said, let me list whats wrong with this hotel;
Bathrooms are horrible, there’s mold everywhere and the ceiling is partly collapsing. The bed itself is OK, my partner hated it because it was so hard, but i didnt mind it.
The train starts at 6.30 i think and it’s LOUD. It even came through my earplugs.
The hotel itself is very outdated, which in itself isnt a bad thing, but you see everything is falling apart which is a shame.
The tiles at the pool are broken and loose, there is 1 music box for the whole pool which makes it that only in 1 spot you hear the music.
The worst part is mostly the bar staff; they don’t smile, they don’t engage with you. They look like they’d rather be anywhere else, which is a shame.
We met a couple that came here 12 years ago and they were shocked at the state of the hotel. They told us the all-inclusive food was terrible; almost no choice and everything is gone after an hour. You even have to pay extra for almost every cocktail…. Luckily we didn’t get the all-inclusive package.
Lastly; there is no good entertainment in this hotel. If you want to enjoy your evening, go to another hotel in the area and you’ll love it.
In short; i think any hotel is better than this one.

The bartenders are very unfriendly; they roll their eyes, behave completely disrespectfully towards customers, and you get the impression that they talk about you sometimes when you ask for something. Their behavior is not at all acceptable, as a customer you feel unwelcome. The only friendly person at the bar, who behaved impeccably, is a woman of color. The hotel is okay, you can see that the years have passed over it and nothing has been renovated. It is very well located just 10 meters from the beach, right in the center of interest where tourists can stroll along the promenade. A disadvantage is that the hotel is right next to the train tracks, and it can be a bit disturbing when the train passes. The food is very good; there are many varieties, and it's clear that the waiters and chefs put in a lot of effort to satisfy every demand. The cleaning ladies were also nice; they came daily and cleaned well.
It is a suitable hotel for families with children; every evening there are events specifically for kids.
