Honest Review of Our Recent Stay
We’ve just come back from a 10-day holiday at this hotel, our second visit after enjoying it six years ago. While we were excited to return, I’ll do my best to provide an honest review without letting our past experience overly influence my thoughts.
First, I recommend against choosing the all-inclusive option. Compared to other all-inclusive holidays we've been on, this experience felt lacking. On arrival, we had to wait until exactly noon for our wristbands, which made us feel like the hotel was worried we’d take advantage before we were officially checked in.
We also encountered a surprising €15 deposit per towel at the spa, which felt excessive. The drink selection was limited, with pre-made cocktails that tasted nothing like what they were supposed to—often warm and quite unappetizing.
The food was decent but repetitive; we found ourselves bored with the options after a few days. This was a stark contrast to our previous visit when the dining experience felt much better.
On a positive note, the staff were fantastic—very nice and polite, which definitely enhanced our stay. However, if you opt for half or full board and pay for drinks separately, you’ll find a much better selection.
In summary, we spent nearly a grand each on all-inclusive and unfortunately did not feel we got our money's worth this time around. It’s a shame, as we had such high hopes for this return visit.

Nice hotel, a bit dated but still charming. The bathrooms could use some renovation. The staff is incredibly friendly and supportive. A heated children’s pool would be nice, but there is a beautiful, heated indoor saltwater pool. The buffet food was good, and the chefs and service staff were very kind. Unfortunately, you have to pay immediately as charging to the room is not possible. The hotel is pleasantly located away from the party scene, which is a plus. Right in front of the hotel, there’s a small playground directly on the beach.

Location is perfect, cannot fault this. Staff are also perfect, very very friendly and polite, always willing to help. Food is absolutely fantastic, i am a fussy eater even if there is nothing good to eat there is always some fresh meats or pizza, brilliant. Only criticism i have is the adults only pool is very dirty and could do with a good clean, and the lack of bars (only 1 bar in whole hotel!), but the positive very much outweigh these small negatives.

Bit run down needs a total refurbishment. We had a second floor room with great sea view. Room however was a little shabby. Food just ok. Good adults only area with plunge pool. As stated if it gets some investment will be very good.

This will be another sugar-coated opinion about this hotel, but there is simply no other way. Everything positive that has already been written is confirmed. For my part, I can only add, because maybe it will be particularly useful for someone: the food is delicious, and there is a large selection of vegetarian dishes as well. If you have trouble identifying dishes, you can ask the person at the restaurant reception for help. A big advantage is the adult zone on the terrace. It is worth ensuring that the hotel enforces this rule because it is nice to relax there :)
