The weather in the Seychelles is distinctly maritime, and enjoys temperatures between 24°C – 32°C year round. The trade winds govern the islands’ climates. From May to October enjoys a dry period. From November, the winds become warmer and December to March is its wettest period. However, it is also this period which is the warmest. April is the most popular month – calm, warm and dry.

  – there are a huge amount of islands to visit in the Seychelles. There are lots of boat cruises to choose from – the only difficulty should be choosing which ones to go on.

• Hike the Copolia Trail

  – there are many hiking opportunities on the island, and each trail allows you to explore the islands and their amazing sights. Walk through coconut plantations, cinnamon forests and rubber trees and wonder at the amazing natural beauty of the landscape.

• Check out the markets

  – If you’re heading to Victoria, look out for market day (particularly Saturdays). Fresh fruit and vegetables, souvenirs, herbs and spices and clothing are all sold here – and apart from a great present buying destination, it’s also a great way to soak up the island atmosphere.

• Hit the beach

  – after all that activity, the beach starts calling, and they don’t come better than a Seychellois beach. Cocktails, a beach lounger, the sound of the sea and a coco de mer palm to rest under – the Seychelles is arguably the most perfect place to unwind on the planet.
