Excellent location, beautiful people and the food is excellent too. Only little niggle is the accommodation. The "Superior room we were in was very small and dated but very clean. The beaches, the water and the gardens are exactly what paradise should be. I would not hesitate to recommend.

The resort has a speed boat scheduled at a particular frequency. Thus one may have to wait for sometime at the airport.
Checkin was smooth.
The rooms are very good.
The home reef/coral starts 2 feet from the beach. Thus, nice for snorkeling. However, you do not have a beach where you can walk till your waist due to the coral.
The food was not that great. We took it all inclusive. The breakfast spread was nice. I cannot say the same for lunch and dinner. I would say it was very average or even below average. Do not take all inclusive. They have restaurants where you could order. I think that would be more efficient.
Checkout was not that smooth.
I have a feeling that Maldives still has some learning left on hospitality. In general, not everyone. Not even the immigration says 'welcome to Maldives'.
If you compare the resort staff with a similar resort in Thailand or Malaysia, the people there really do everything to make you comfortable and feel welcomed. I did not see the same in Maldives. It could also be the culture in general or could be that they did not like me.

Nice resort conveniently located close to male have all inclusive package where transportation to resort is included.
Have flexible staff they accommodated my last moment request .my kids 4 all around12-15 were accommodated had booked two room .1 ocean view villa other garden room.
Avoid garden room unless u are on tight budget .pool villa is huge has spool jacuzzi and great. View of the ocean
Negative as with all resort they practice 2 pm check in and 12 check out despite providing transport from airport at 3.30 pm

We came on our honeymoon and we chose this place because of its location. Earlier I found a few things in the resort inconvenient and I felt that could ruin our honeymoon but they were able to change my perception with their helpful attitude. Especially Fifi who is the reception supervisor came to our rescue and she helped us in every way so that we have a positive experience here. Plus, she really ensured that we are comfortable and happy and checked with us so that we do not have any problem.
