Stayed here for 7 nights and it was great.
First, the hotel staff were kind and helpful, they’ve helped out with tips and tricks regarding the island as well as with renting cars.
The room was very nice, clean and well equipped with everything you’d need for a longer stay. It was also cleaned daily and the towels replaced whenever needed, including daily.
The breakfast was very tasty and had pretty much everything you’d expect, good variety and some dishes were rotated.
Some nice things are the pool, the locations is in close proximity to the central area of Tsilivi where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. Also they’ve got a parking right across the street and the bus station and ATM are within a 5 minute walk.

Cozy facility in quiet area near the center of Tsilivi, convenient to any beach/activity on the beautiful island of Zakynthos. Modern, clean room with towels changed at will and sheets changed every other day (very welcome and not at all expected). Our room was a bit small but offered a safe, refrigerator and a beautiful terrace overlooking the property's equally beautiful pool. Continental breakfast excellent but not too varied.
Very much appreciated the eggs freshly cooked according to one's taste. Very friendly and qualified staff; special thanks to the manager for his support and kindness.

Nice hotel, Zsenya and Serghei super friendly and helpful. The elder man frying eggs should smile more (he was like Grumpy) and say hello to guests. Breakfast otherwise very good, lots of varieties. No additional activities like water aerobics, which makes being at the pool boring... location is good, far from busy downtown. Beach is about a good 20 minutes walk, but there is transfer 3x per day. Nice, clean rooms... it is more a 3* hotel than a 4.

AVOID THIS hotel!!
First of all, it's not just for adults! There are kids around here screaming in the pool! We were given 2 rooms, 301 and 303 which do not look like the pictures they posted. They took professional pictures but the reality is totally different, absolutely everything is outdated and broken! When I entered the room, the air conditioner was not working, a mechanic had to come to fix it. I found hair in the bed and in the bathroom. In both rooms, the bathroom doors do not close. In room 301, there is no shower gel in the bathroom and the toilet paper is of the worst quality. The refrigerator in room 301 does not cool at all! The breakfast is very poor, with the cheapest products and leaves a lot to be desired! The employees don't speak english except Serghei and Cristina who are very kind, the rest of them are inexperienced.
The smoke from the grill reaches everywhere in the hotel, at the pool and even in the rooms! The experience is one of the worst for the price paid!

My partner and I were here for 1 week. I can only recommend a great quiet place to relax. Very kind and helpful staff. The beach is also a 20-minute walk away. We had a great time here, thank you very much :)
