For the money we paid, this was absolutely fine. Rooms were big and clean, cleaned daily which was great. Food, some dinners we found ok, breakfast not great and they serve chips every meal. Drinks were awful, cheapest booze and sickly sweet. Beer was flat. We ate out a few times and needed too for a decent drink. Be warned this place is really noisy, people shouting and kids screaming all up and down the corridors right outside the door, cleaners banging about very early. We could never get a decent sleep the whole week. A stag party was next door to us and we felt they were in the room with us, kept us up for a few nights. People put towels down which is a real issue for me, towels should be removed! Entertainment was absolutely dire at nights, even charged us 10 euros for 3 bingo cards. Staff were friendly though I would personally stay somewhere else if I returned, but we got a bargain deal so we got what we paid for

Honest review- Pros - hotel is located close to the beach and town centre with restaurants and shops ( 5 min walk), rooms were generally new and clean, good selection of all inclusive drinks, 2 small pools with a lot od sunbeds so you dont have to worry if you can find one for yourself, very friendly bartenders and animation team! Cons - the food was in my opinion a bit boring and low quality (especially breakfasts where they serve the same food everyday), People reserve the sundbeds by putting their towels on them and hotel does nothing about it despite the fact there is a sign in reception not to do it. Restaurant part is a bit old and in my opinion need some refurbishment Generally it was a good holiday so i would recommend going there :)

Odd reception area which makes you feel like you're entering a 'kafeneion' rather than a superior hotel. Higgeldy-piggledy sunbeds scattered around and the basic dining tables on a concrete floor don't suggest modernity or cleanliness. However, look beyond the depressing first impression and you'll see that dining staff were super-diligent about clearing tables and keeping the surrounding food areas clean. The accommodation and rooms in general were also of a surprisingly high stsndard. Spacious, clean, bright, well-appointed with huge, private balconies. Our top floor room, was at the opposite end from the solitary lift, but we never had to wait for it. The beds were huge, comfortable and had soft sheets and bedding. Towels were soft and plump too. The aircon and fridge in the room were both efficient and quiet and the walls were solid so you could barely hear any other guests at all! Particularly loved the roast duck, octopus, lamb and giant prawns but as I'm a big fan of Greek salads, I was permanently happy with the food. If you're happy with selected cocktails and beer, you'll be fine. A variety of teas and coffees from the self-service machines were great, as were the soft drinks which were also on tap to help yourself to. There's no real evening entertainment at the hotel but you could walk or cab into the main town. There's little to complain about really but note that, if you arrive on a late flight, you won't get any dinner! Even if you're all inclusive, you'll have to buy your own. Not the welcome you'd want after a long day of travelling and you're tired and hungry. Shame really.

Not sure how I feel on this one. The rooms and pools are great, the location also. However that’s about it, the food and drinks are sub par, lukewarm with the same choices and no snacks in between meals. The drinks were just disgusting. The wifi worked 2 days out the 10 days I was there. The staff were a bit miserable except when talking to young girls. Sunbeds old and dingy and no efforts made to stop the weirdos who get up at 5 am and lay their towels down. But absolutely worst of all with zero redeeming qualities was the entertainment. It’s actually horrific. The rep (Louis) is so arrogant , so rude, so not funny and clings to one family and just sits with them drinking all day and insulting people. It’s honestly shocking. Overall the place itself isn’t so bad it just needs a lot of changes, won’t be returning

My friends & I have just returned from a one week stay here. We loved it . The accommodation was clean & spacious. The staff were very kind friendly & welcoming. The apartment complex is family run & has a lovely homey feel. Located approximately ten minutes from falarki centre , we walked in the first morning but got taxis every other time. The apartments are overlooking falarki with stunning views through the trees! We went to the beach most days. We got a very kind taxi driver a few times who is a friend of the staff who own the apartments. He was most accommodating & friendly. We regretted not requesting him more frequently as some taxis over charged us. Will definitely return!

The cleaners are thiefs, they stole £600 worth of aftershave from the room. Asked reception to fix the balcony light also as it was not working on the first day. Still not fixed and its day 5. Will never be back and would not recommend unless you want robbed love from scotland! (Also doesn't deserve 1 star)

Have just returned from an 8 day stay and would recommend to anyone. Our room was cleaned 3 times during the stay and the facilities are more than adequate. The bar has a great selection of drinks that are very reasonably priced. The food although basic is tasty and again very well priced. The pool is clean and well maintained and we never struggled for a sun lounger. The walk up to the hotel is steep but we had a hire car so no issue. It is nice to be away from the hassle and bustle of the resorts but only a 2 minute drive to faliriki. The view is also brilliant from the hotel. Special mention to Ben the barman. A pleasure to meet and always a laugh. Thanks for a great stay

Love this place! Staff is so nice and helps with everything you need at any hour. Food is great and freshly cooked at poolside restaurant, thursdays is Greek night&bbq. Location is perfect, couple km from the center&beach, hotel shuttle does 3 trips/day both ways. Nice view with some peace&quiet to enjoy. Surrounded with olive, fig and orange trees! Rooms are clean and neat, some have their own kitchen. Hotel has mini-market 24/7. Bigger market is within walking distance.

Our second time at hillside. Honestly could not recommend this place enough! Came with our 4 year old daughter in September and she absolutely had the best holiday. Rooms, food, service, staff we could not fault. The most friendliest people! (Lydia made us feel so welcome every morning at breakfast and looked after us all day by the pool) The place its self is just perfect. We would love to come back next year! (Also if you go make sure you book Greek night. One of the best nights)

Stayed for two weeks in July 24' and had the most wonderful time staying here. Staff were friendly and informative and everything was clean and of good quality, food as well. Never too busy at the pool. Lydia especially was super friendly and always made extra time for everyone.

This was a great stay, the staff were super friendly (shout out to the breakfast team who were always happy to see you), I arrived at 12am and check in was easy. Breakfast was great, the pool area and bar were lovely. The rooms were spotless and modern, bathrooms were also very modern, l had a car so the location was great, 5 min drive to Faliraki, 25 mins drive to old town, 45 mins to Lindos, and you’re spoilt for choice with so many beaches a short drive away. Shuttle bus services to Falaraki beach if you don’t have a car. I would reccomend, excellent value for money!

Stayed there at the start of September. Went all inclusive. Overall I found the hotel to be very good. All the staff were freindly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything you need in them, including decent air con. I had a balcony with a sea view, which was nice especially at sunset. The pool is quite small. However modern and clean. Also a lifeguard on duty. Plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas, seating and tables. Again all in good working order. There was a good variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I was happy with the food and drinks offered. Between the main meals, you can get soft drinks and beers from the pool bar. There are also snacks and ice creams, which you can help yourself to. The hotel is directly opposite the beach. There's a section of sun beds and umbrellas directly opposite. I used them everyday and nobody approached me for money, so assume that they were the hotels. Loads of supermarkets etc nearby if you need anything. There's bus stops directly outside the hotel which will take you to the airport or Rhodes Old Town. The buses are very cheap. Just inconsistent. Don't think there's an actual timetable and sometimes they turn up full. The drivers seem to like starting arguments at any given opportunity, so that was a good bit of free entertainment. In summary I think the hotel offers good value for money. I would definitely stay there again. If you've got deeper pockets, there's a 5 star and 4 start hotel either side, which again looked nice, but I imagine more pricey. Hotel Lito offers a great, cheaper alternative to those.

Great all inclusive experience, super convenient with good food. The hotel has a super beautiful and chill private beach right in front. Staff is nice and professional, they took also great care of the cats around the hotel area which do add to the Greek experience!

Hotel is in a great location with easy access to the beach, lots of food places, shops & public transport. It is quite a busy road so be careful. Staff that work there are very friendly and do a great job which are the only thing that hold this hotel up. Bedrooms are fine & get cleaned everyday if you request, bathroom is horrible and old and needs urgent renovating. We went with the bed & breakfast option only (luckily) & the food was the most basic you can get with the same exact things meaning eggs,beans,bread and pancakes every day. The fruit options are limited to only cut apples and oranges doesn’t look fresh at all and the snacks don’t either. If you decide to go with all inclusive apparently you can only start getting alcohol drinks from the bar after 18:00 which is just poor. If you are planning to go on a trip here with children I warn you DO NOT book this hotel and book something better, the price may look good but I know for sure if I was ever to come back to Rhodes myself I’d pay extra and go elsewhere. The hotel is not really child friendly doesn’t offer any activities or things to do. If you are only planning to sleep here and nothing else then yes, I guess this would be a good option if you get a good price. Lastly check out was at 11am and my flight was at 9pm, when I asked if we can leave our bags and suitcase in their storage they said if I want to use their storage I need to pay which is a joke.

Lito Hotel is very good place for vacation in this category. There are clean rooms, delicious food, pool and pool bar. Every staff member is very friendly and helpful - every eye contact means smile and good vibe. Any unusual request will be dealt with by the staff without any problem. There is live entertainment twice a week, which is ideal for a week-long stay. Many thanks to the stuff for nice vacation. Great place!

The manager and owners are so welcoming ( despite some reviews I have previously seen ) People obviously don't see what we see which is very warm welcoming people and we can't wait to come back in 2025

Stayed here for a week and I would like to share some PROs and CONs from my personal experience (from someone who’s between 25 - 30): PROs: - People working there are very nice and kind. They do really make the difference. I’d like to specifically applaud Dimitris and George from the bar, they are really nice people and we had great cocktails. 🍸 I appreciate their suggestions for activities around the village and places to visit in Rhodes. Thank you for the great drinks and the hospitality! 😉 I personally had a great interaction with the reception staff and I appreciated their hospitality and the suggestions they offered. The last but not the least, good job for the cleaning staff as we had our rooms refreshed every day & clean towels. - No kids around. - Cool & clean poolside. We always had available sun beds so don’t worry in case you feel like it’s not enough. Bar staff will bring drinks to you directly. Toilets and showers available outside. - Good breakfast and pretty diverse. You have many options to choose from & coffee/tea and you also get fresh fruits. There’s someone (a very nice lady!) who cleans the tables after you’re done eating. - There’s someone at the reception desk 24h. - The hotel itself has pretty cozy rooms and there’s enough place to unpack your clothes and organize them in the wardrobe. I personally prefer doing it for longer stays instead of creating a mess. I slept like a baby on those beds. - I loved the balcony! I think you have them in every room, standard or superior. We experienced both rooms and I personally preferred the standard rooms with no pool view, it’s more private. - Free parking & available cars to rent. The hotel is located in a village so don’t expect having Rhodes at a walking distance, do your research first. I recommend renting a car and you can do it directly from the hotel. - Many places to sit outside & chill in the evening. - There are markets, bars, tavernas & souvenir shops around. - There’s a lift. CONs: - Not allowed to take the coffee outside the restaurant area (during breakfast) which might sound stupid, but it can be really annoying if you’re a smoker and you want to enjoy it. 😂 - Bad wifi connection. - There are 3 sockets available in the room, but none near the bed. - Some guests were loud during the night/early in the morning and this one comes down to common sense. Overall, it’s a really nice hotel with great people in staff and good facilities for the money you pay. We really had a memorable experience and happy days 😊 and I’d definitely recommend.

Older reviews do not correspond to the current situation. The hotel is very nice, for the price I think even great. Everything is nicely cleaned and tidy, super pool. The staff is nice, I don't understand the complaints in the reviews, we never had a problem, receptionist, barman, manager, cleaning lady, all helpful. The biggest surprise for me was the food, which was delicious and tasty. Some negatives: no wifi in the rooms, shower splashing water all over the bathroom, high air conditioning fee. Overall I recommend this hotel, great value for money.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days, staff very friendly and helpful, big and clean swimming pool and very good environment. It would be nice to have iron on demand, as they don’t have any, and double bed instead of two single beds. During hot weather as we had (30 degrees at night) aircon shouldn’t be paid (we paid 9€ per night), mainly because if you sleep with the window open is very noisy outside due to the airport being very close (you can hear planes until 1am and from 5am) and the insects ( like cockroaches). I think providing this service for free will give more reputation to the place. Also would be nice to have a sign for the door to indicate if you are in or not, for the cleaning service. Breakfast is good and good variety, and the common areas clean and nice. Room with a balcony with chairs and table.

Everything as expected, drinks were nice, people here are super friendly and we will miss them so much. If you are looking for a good price hotel with awesome people - you found the right hotel! The only disadvantage is distance from the beach but there is a free hotel bus which goes there 6x a day and the driver is a funny nice guy. Very basic and food is Rubbish same thing everyday all inclusive drinks are very limited. Hotel is poor ramp up to reception and dining area is extremely steep for any disabled person. Cats allowed to roam the hotel and do toilet under the tables often. Absolutely rubbish hot food is cold.when a member of staff is carrying what is supposed to be hot trays of food with bare hands it tells you how hot it isn't

Nightmare form time we booked in just after 12 no food or water . Breakfast was nothing to write home about but it got worst lunch time food run out at 1pm ment to be serving till 2 then when asked for management staff trying to past off pot washer as management am shame to have brought my husband here for our 1ts Anniversary how any travel agents pass this as 3 stars all I can say is they have very low standard. No morals and no value in life all hotel staff form management to pot wash don't care about anyone

Money was stolen from the guest rooms, and when the incident was reported to the reception staff, they responded with extreme rudeness and a complete lack of concern. Rather than addressing the issue and providing assistance, the front desk personnel dismissed the complaints and made guests feel at fault. Their unprofessional behavior indicated a clear lack of intention to help or take the matter seriously. Due to the dishonest staff and incredibly poor customer service, it is strongly advised to avoid staying at this hotel. The safety and well-being of guests should always be a priority, but this hotel failed miserably in that regard.

Agree with most of the reviews on here regarding food and drink. We’re not picky at all but it was a very poor selection, spaghetti every night, food often cold and clearly sitting out for a long time. Drinks watered down and cups not the cleanest along with the cutlery. Rooms not the worst, very hard beds and wires sticking out of walls and some ants knocking about, shower is ABSOLUTELY diabolical. At one point, a light came loose in the pool and floated around the whole day without anyone doing anything about. Staff were mostly all lovely, really loved the free shuttle bus to the beach thought it was a great touch, they made the hotel a better place. Great location, easy to walk to Faliraki and the beach (mostly to find alternative restaurants). Would not visit again.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff and hotel was nice for 3 star but the Food is awful and had to eat out, and the stench from the sewage through the drains wasn't very pleasant. Other than that I cant complain. I will mention again how bad the food was though. Process tinned food. Just not edible. There were 9 of us and we all couldn't eat it. I no everyone has different tastes but we weren't the only family not eating there. Such a shame. You will pay around 35euro to get to old town in a taxi as it's quite far out but only 15min walk to the beach. Had a lovely time in rhodes. Would 100% go again but not to this hotel unfortunately.

If you want a quiet, well kept family run hotel you should stay here. The facilities are kept incredibly clean and tidy, the staff are welcoming and so very friendly. The option to sit by a quiet relax pool or splash around in the family pool is such a nice balance. The foods was delicious Greek food and tasted so fresh, juices are delicious, especially pineapple. Greek night was an amazing time such good happy vibes. Rooms were cleaned everyday and left spotless. Gardens are beautiful and vibrant green. We enjoyed our stay so much thank you to everyone at Meliton we will be back.

We stayed as a family of 4 in 2 rooms at the Meliton hotel for a week in August. Three things stood out to me during our stay and that was the cleanliness of the hotel, how well the buildings and grounds were maintained and the friendliness of the staff. Staff were always approachable, helpful and happy. The hotel is a little secluded, but there is a free transfer to the beach (3 mins away) and the bus stop a 10 min walk. The hotel also provides a trip to the Valley of the Butterflies for a small fee. You can also book other trips with tour operators from the hotel but they are quite pricey. We got the bus to Rhodes town for 3 euros each. If you pay on the bus they only take card, but coming back you can buy the ticket at the ticket office with cash or card. My only two gripes with the hotel was the limited food choices. You're in Greece so don't expect to see chips, pizzas, nuggets, burgers too often. I think they served chips twice during our stay. It didn't bother me, but my teenagers can be quite fussy at times. This is also the first all inclusive hotel where snacks haven't been available in between meal times so, my kids were starving come dinner time. We'd have lunch about 1pm and dinner isn't served until 7pm. We chose to eat out a couple of times. There's also a great snack bar at the beach that sells omelette, chips, toasties etc for a reasonable price if your kids need a top up. My second gripe was the amount of people smoking during meal times. As the main eating area is outside, people are smoking all around you. Even if you choose to eat in the small indoor area, it is all open to outside with sliding doors so the smoke comes inside too. It's not pleasant for children and non-smokers. Maybe a ban on smoking should be introduced during meal times only. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend the hotel to others. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay a pleasant one.

Room was clean and decor looked newly painted. Small bathroom and could do with a full length mirror for us ladies in the room. No toiletries apart from hand dispenser for hand washing and one in shower. Staff are lovely helpful and attentive. Food is well cooked but the choice is limited and can get repetitive even for a 3 *. Garden and pool areas well maintained. Away from it all location curtesy bus to stoney beach twice a day. Bus stop is quite some way away if you wish to go out and about .

When there was a water failure at the bar in the middle of a hot day, the only thing offered in the all inclusive program is beer or wine, and right next to the bar the owner runs a shop where the fridges are stuffed with water, which she will not provide to the guest, but at most you can buy it yourself. The food was edible, but the same food was eaten several times every day. the only saving grace is the very nice and wonderful guest service.

Fantastic stay – Outstanding service! Our stay at White Olive Premium Lindos was exceptional! The waitstaff was always attentive and friendly, enhancing every meal with excellent service. The reception team made us feel welcome from the start, handling all our requests with efficiency and warmth. Lovely staff at the hotel especially Georgia. Hotel is in a good location with rows of shops on both sides of hotel a few minutes walk away. Food is very good with different selections most days. Clean good sized rooms and we had a nice view of pool. Drinks at the bar are great and the bar staff are super nice.

All the food is flavourful, varied and the snack bar contains a good variety of food. The cocktails are really nice and there’s self service machines for most drinks which is helpful.

We have just returned from a week at The White Olive....🫒 Lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, perfect location, what's to complain about? When we arrived we were shown to our room and received a complimentary tray of fruit and bubbly.🍾 This came again on our last day - lovely touch. 🍸 The staff were brilliant, it was my birthday and they gave us a little tipple - YAMAS!! 🥂 Georgia would go out of her way to ensure that everything was OK across the board, she even came to see us off in reception - above and beyond!!! Well done and thank you for making our week so special. 👏🩷👏🩷

Staff were all very helpful and often went out of their way to make sure we didn't want for anything. The modern style and layout of the Hotel made it feel intimate and never too busy with a great pool, pool bar and snack facilities on hand when you needed them. Rooms were well equipped, including a fridge!.. a must when it's 38°C outside. Nearby Pefki Beach is sandy and within a 5 minute walk with beds to hire. An easy slope into the sea makes it great for swimming.

A nice hotel that could be so much better. The restaurant served ok food but the variety wasn't there and the salads were poor. The all inclusive did not include drinking water, which is bizarre. Our room was awful but they agreed to move us to one that was a bit better but not great. Overall 3 stars.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! First of all, it was a complete scam. The reality was nowhere near the advertisements and pictures online, which was a huge letdown. When we arrived, we discovered that we were five minutes away from the actual hotel and far from the pool. The rooms were filthy, with mold covering the ceilings, and the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned or bleached in months, with stains all over the lid. The towels and bedsheets were also dirty, and the shower was so tiny that it left the entire bathroom flooded after use. To make matters worse, the food was terrible, leading my partner to get food poisoning. It was cold, repetitive, and the staff were incredibly rude. Because of these issues, we had to switch hotels and leave early. Don't waste your money on this disgusting place; it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

IT was a very nice stay the staff were great especially the bartenders and the hotel reps and the guy at reception. We enjoyed the pool drinks and activities there were to offer what I would say though is lunch is not great but breakfast and the evening meal were great along with the snacks on offer I would highly recommend this hotel it’s perfect for family Freida and couples I can’t wait to visit again soon hope this review helps and enjoy your stay.

Our first room was well below of what I expected and it was not as advertised by tui which was disappointing, however, by we were offered an upgrade to a room with a pool view and this was much better, rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels given. The food was good but as with most all inclusive i got sick of it by the end of the 10 day period. Staff are all great and polite and the animation team were spot on and were very polite. They have various entertainment nights which is good, greek night was great. The hotel is about 15 minute walk into faliraki and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We went to Rhodes and lindos using the local bus service which was fine and much cheaper than the bus or pre booked tour, don't believe it when reps etc tell you the bus service is unreliable, they have ticket offices at the main stops at Rhodes old town and lindos who are great and help you with the bus tickets etc. All in all a great holiday but ensure that if you book you get a decent room as this was only major moan.

Staff were very friendly. The room was clean. For all inclusive, menu was weak. Also the restaurant was very small and you have to wait for the empty table. Water was smelling (I do not think that it was drinkable) and other drinks was not tasty. Beach was perfect (Hotel do not have facility in the beach, you have to rent umbrella etc.). Especially snack time was very poor. Everyday there were only cookie biscuit and ice cream (Ice cream was not delicious).

This hotel seems to be just the one perfect match. Its remote, its kinda small and the beach is really close - about 5 minutes walk. Theres even small mini market (expect it to be overpriced and not very well stocked). During the day there is snacks and ice cream times (included in the all inclusive) but only limited to on hour window and the morning and evening. Some cookies, some baked snacks and icecream. Thats it. Drinks are awailable during the day. Extra drinks like ice coffe is paid (2€) - not included in the all inclusive at all. Pool side is ok, nice water, planty of beds to lay on. Water would be nice to be cleanded here and there. There was this one leaf at the bottom for the whole time we were there so I expect the pool is not manually cleaned very often. The main problem comes during the night. There is an ac unit in the rooms. This ac tends to switch or put itself to sleep randomly during the night and starts to click so loudly it will wake you up multiple times per night. If you open the balcony doors there is so so loud noises of other ac units, its not doable at all to sleep. ALso theres this one beeping sound whitch goes off every 25 or so seconds and it woke me up most of the nights. Outside AC units are loud due to its age and it screetch really loudly. Its not good at all. Bus stop is about 2 km away from the hotel. You will literally die in the heat haha. But its doable. Food is normal, repeat itself often but you will get a choice from like 4-5 courses. Breakfast is all the same every day. It was ok. Apart from the night sitch.

We spent about 6 nights here with breakfast, lunch, dinner the foods were very tasty and we enjoyed every plates. The staffs were very helpful and kind. The room has been cleaned everyday.

I didn’t like our stay at all. The quality of the food what’s awful and very bad, far away from the Greek standard. The staff was rude. When we arrived they told us that our room that we have booked and payed, was given to somebody else and that we should stay at other hotel for 1 night and than to come back. Don’t eat the food from the restaurant of the hotel! We will never come back again!

The hotel is extremely unprepared. Rude staff, old and same food every day. At each one, we were told that we did not have a room and that we would be sent to another hotel for one night. There are not enough sunbeds for the people in the hotel. The air conditioner cannot work if you are not in the room because of this you are only given one card.

It was a really relaxing holiday, the place offers breakfast lunch and dinner. There is a big pool with sunbeds and umbrellas to enjoy the day. I highly recommend coming to this hotel, Even though it is a 2 star I had a really good time. The owners were really kind. Thank you very much. 100% satisfied. 😍😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️🙂🙂🙂Thank you... Top top top! We had an amazing stay here. The rooms are cozy, clean and they are cleaned every day. We had a pool, a restaurant and a view to the garden where they grow oranges. The overall atmosphere was quiet and private. Location was perfect, close to the bus station, gas station, restaurant, sea, car rental, shops, pharmacy, etc. Beware that if you need air conditioning, you have to pay extra 10€ per day. But that was ok, since the price of the rooms was very convenient. The staff were friendly and respectful. It’s perfect for couples and families. We highly recommend.

Really nice this place , it said 2 star on the comparison site I booked through but it was more akin to 4 star, we only stayed for one night before our flight home but the staff were great , the pool was lovely, rooms were big spacious and nice , wish we had time to try their food it looks great! Only a short 2 minute walk into the town centre as well . Next time we’re in Rhodes we will definitely stay here for a few days . Great value !

At arrival, had to pay additional costs of 10 euros per day for the use of air conditioning, while this was clearly included in the booking on booking.com The host was very unfriendly, even after I explained that the booking was including air conditioning. After contact with booking they told me that they are not allowed to charge extra costs for air conditioning, so hopefully i can get my money back.

Had a week here at the end of October 24 and had a lovely relaxing time. The staff are great, tasty (inexpensive) food and drinks. My room was clean and functional for self catering, the resort has a few different accommodation blocks, some nearer the beach than others, access via quite steep climb from the beach. Water is amazing, great snorkeling and calm.

Just returned from 11 nights at Palm bay and would totally recommend. All the staff were brilliant, they all spoke very good English and made you feel at home. Our room was very modern and spacious which was cleaned every other day. The whole hotel was kept very clean. The supermarket at reception was kept open for late arrivals so you could stock up on water and snacks on arrival and the prices were not expensive. We could see why people return year on year and we would definitely be back.

Family run business. Couldn't have received a more warmer welcome than that of George and his daughter Donna. Not once throughout the stay did Donna not remember our names, which made it very personable. Great accommodation with a proper fridge/freezer (essential for storing my medication). On site supermarket which was kept open for early morning arrivals to stock up on water and snacks. House keeping staff very polite and friendly, as were the staff in the Palm Bay restaurant. Need a taxi or hire car? Donna organised everything in a flash and ensured everything ran smoothly. On our departure we were sent on our way with hugs, kisses and water for the transfer back to the airport. This really felt like we were leaving a family and was so lovely. I'm sure we will visit again. Thanks Palm Bay, you were amazing!

We had a lovely experience here as a family, however due to the late flights it kind of ruins the start of your holiday due to the tiredness as soon as we got to the hotel we just wanted to get to our rooms have a shower and sleep with the air con on - we were met at reception by the owner/manager and told that there was a price per night for the air con ( we were not told about this prior to the holiday ) we were there for 2 weeks and had 2 rooms so this resulted in us spending 200+ euros before our holiday had even started. This was very frustrating. The rooms were a great standard, however the layout was very confusing. The bathroom had a window that pointed out to the corridor, if you were in the shower and had that window open people passing by on the corridor could easily pop their head round (or their phone) to be able to see you in the shower, we then felt too uncomfortable to leave the window open while we showered. We are now home after a weeks and we have very much enjoyed the holiday but we just wanted to note the 2 things that we would like to improve. With the air con situation, it is on the hotels website which we found on our second day. However we were not told this by Jet 2 when booking, wasn’t included on the hotel information which isn’t great and I’m sure that other holiday makers who book here for the first time won’t be too happy with the bill on the first night after a very long flight!

This is a 3 star hotel but with 5 star service. This is a family run hotel and wow the staff are so helpful and friendly. They have a bus that they drop and collect to the beach daily. We went half board and the food was absolutely amazing. The Greek night is highly recommended. I loved it. The rooms are basic but are made up with sheets and fresh towels daily. It is a bit out from Rhodes but it has everything you need to help to have an amazing, relaxing holiday. There also is information in reception to organise day trips to other parts of the island if you want to pay for this. I definitely will return

The friendliness and the kindness of the staff were amazing! We stayed for one night, clean hotel, the breakfast could be a little better maybe ,not many options but the coffee was excellent....the greenery all around the hotel is so relaxing, there are cats and dogs around, they love and care for pets , that's a plus ..the decorations are amazing too, all handmade and handpicked,you can find a lot of local products there .sea is close, and there is also a clean pool .. we will definitely be back! Highly recommended

Amazing staff. They could not be anymore helpful. Thank you. Our flight was delayed for 24hrs having and had to find a hotel room at 4am. The staff came and picked us up from the airport and were very sympathetic. Being so close to the airport we were in bed by 5am. 3 stars for rooms due to amenities- very clean. Very comfortable. Lovely pool area. Lots of shade. Breezy foyer to stay cool awaiting the travel back to the airport to see if our flight actually goes later. Thank you again. Super staff!!!! So pleased they answered the phone to our call.

Rhodian Sun is a wonderful place to stay. A lovely and friendly family is running it, the food is genuine and generous. The bed is confortable, the garden is lovely as well. Very close to the airport and the sea. Will be back for sure ☀️

Stayed in July with daughter and wife. We've never felt more comfortable and relaxed anywhere than the rhodian sun. Every member of staff are so pleasant and exceptionally helpful. Great homemade grub which we loved. Can't praise enough and we will definitely return
