We have loved our stay at the Blue Domes. Brunch was a real highlight - the service couldn't have been better! Every meal was fabulous but brunch felt really special. They made special pancakes for our son, and adapted menu items to give us a perfect treat. Can't recommend highly enough.

The brunch was very very lovely. But, the lady is making the difference. She, with the guy with the glasses in the lobby, the lady who is doing the pita breads on the beach and the lovely old Greek at the entrance of the restaurant are SMILING. I have noticed that a lot of others are not. How come? You want that we will come again, right? 5 stars because of the brunch!

Fantastic stay with wonderful staff. Special mentions: Natasha (Assistant Food and Beverage Manager) was amazing at the wine tasting and educating us on wine every night after. Brilliant. Our time here was lovely! The staff were incredible. The restaurants were a great variety including Japanese and Mediterranean. George treated us so well from the Med restaurant and welcomed us with a lovely smile. The entertainment was incredible and there was a great party vibe. The rooms were good and we had a sea view which was breath taking to wake up to each morning. I would highly recommend this hotel to couples and families.

Oh Wow, we stayed for a week in middle of October 24, we had the best time, weather was lovely 😍 nights do get chilly if it's windy, all the outside bars, restaurants will give you blankets if you ask. Staff were great, very helpful, rooms were nice, lovely choice of restaurants, food was nice, different themes in the buffet restaurant each evening. Entertainment in the evenings was good, location brilliant, so nice, would definatly go back. X

What an experience!!!!! Fantastic hotel, the pools, the rooms the views 10/10 class. Amazing! But what really made the experience for us was the dedication and attentiveness of the team. The buffet was so well run, chefs were out front constantly walking around and checking the buffet to make it presentable or restock it with fresh items. Waiters were doing the same. It was such an overwhelming level of care and attention which really made the experience for us. The chefs were friendly and guest focused, I asked them loads of questions and they were happy to help. The waiters and managers were on the ball ensuring the standards were up to scratch. Daily debriefs were done and everyone carried around note books to make notes. I’ve never seen this level to care before. Maria by the pool was amazing! She was so friendly and welcoming, her recommendations were on point and her tequila sunrises even better! She was so attentive and had learnt our drinks order quickly and would come over regularly to ask! She made our stay!

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mitsis Family Village, and we couldn't have asked for a more lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning views and the warm hospitality of the staff, who were absolutely excellent and attentive to our every need. Whether we were enjoying a casual meal at one of the takeaway restaurants or indulging in a sweet treat from the pastry corner, we were always delighted by the quality and flavor. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to a beautiful Blue Flag-awarded beach. We loved having the option to either take the hotel’s beach hopper or enjoy a refreshing walk to the crystal-clear pebble beach. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated in a Mediterranean style, offering an impressive view of the Aegean Sea. The shared pools were a fantastic addition, providing a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring. With numerous recreational activities available, including seawater swimming pools, water slides, and sports facilities like beach volleyball and tennis, there was never a dull moment. Overall, Mitsis Family Village is the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and enjoyable stay in Kos. We look forward to returning to this wonderful hotel in the future!

Our room was stylish and comfortable, very clean, featuring a lovely view. We also appreciated the hotel’s amenities, especially the spa and restaurant. We had a great time at this hotel. We had booked into a basic room which was fine and we were happy with. 3 days into our trip we got offered an upgrade to a room that had direct access to a pool. If you get the chance I would book this room. The drinks are all branded and the cocktails were lovely. The food was very tasty. The walk up and down to the beach is about 5 minutes and it not too bad of a walk. Overall I would fully recommend this hotel. We paid £700 each including flights and it was great value for money

Firstly, the staff were incredible. From reception, to waiters, the crepes woman and our maid were so kind and friendly. Everyone is always willing to help anyway they can. The rooms are outdated but still pleasant, pillows are very comfy. Our TV didn’t work which on a nighttime a bit of white noise is nice but it wasn’t missed. The views are amazing, but the location is difficult for people like us. Luckily you can walk into Kardamena or get a bus. The food wasn’t the best, the fries were so tasty and a great idea with pizza on the beach but other than that, pretty basic. The food and isolation of the hotel were a downfall but that’s because we aren’t the kind of couple that enjoys just “all inclusive”. Each to their own. We both thank the staff for their hard work and kindness, you may think that they’re just doing their job but they all go above and beyond for you.

This was my second time staying at Mitsis Norida, and once again, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into paradise. The beautiful setting, impeccable service, and the welcoming atmosphere make it one of my absolute favorite places to stay. Every time we come here, we feel like we’re in paradise. A special thanks to ladies from the reception, the great bartender lady on the main bar (with red lipstick), and Alexis from the à la carte restaurants, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional. In fact, the entire staff was incredible—everyone we encountered was helpful, friendly, and eager to ensure we had the best experience possible. It’s safe to say we received the best treatment we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Also food was absolutely amazing, with flavors that felt like home. Each meal was delicious, well-prepared, and comforting—a true testament to the hotel’s commitment to quality. Overall, our stay at Mitsis Norida was nothing short of perfect. I’m already looking forward to returning for another unforgettable experience. Highly recommended ❤️🥹

Amazing holiday!! I really can't speak highly enough of this place, all the staff made our stay incredible. The food, the service the cleanliness. All together is a success story for an amazing holiday.. The A la carte dining was high quality ingredients cooked to perfection and even the other restaurants/buffets on site were also delicious. All fresh and great service to match. Plenty on offer to do with excursions, entertainment. But you can cater to your own needs for your holiday. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high quality great value stay. Thanks guys and see you again soon 👌😊

Nice resort. The crepe restaurant was really nice and the asian restaurant was alright. I really enjoyed the pools as well but be careful the floor/sides are gritty like sandpaper can graze yourself very easily! The main restaurant buffet isn't bad but it isn't amazing none of the cooked meats were seasoned and food was always a little overcooked. Overall I had a very nice holiday there and majority of the staff were very nice and super helpful!!!

Very nice hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The food is varied and good. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The entertainment is particularly great. Whether by the pool or in the evening. Always fun. The hotel beach is very rocky and not recommended, but a hundred meters away is a very nice sandy beach with boat rentals and jet skis. The path up to the restaurants and reception is really steep and strenuous. But you can call a golf cart to take you up. Another positive thing to mention is that there is a very large selection of all-inclusive drinks and only branded drinks are served and not cheap booze.

A fantastic week at the Grand Blue Hotel. The photos on the website really don’t do it justice! If you have mobility difficulties I would definitely think about where you would like your room and it is quite a ‘hilly’ resort. However there are buggy’s that taxi you around the resort. The entertainment pool was a favourite of ours and it had a brilliant atmosphere. My partner particularly liked the water polo! The beach is a little small but in a short walk you can reach parts of the sea that are perfect for snorkelling. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the closest town where you will find bars and restaurants. This was very handy if we weren’t fussed on the evening buffet but on the whole the food had something for everyone. We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous hotel and we will definitely be back!

Good little place - not 5 ⭐, nice entertainment. Good location and decent food. All inclusive is ok. Beds poor, two singles together and cheap mattresses,. Room by the pool with entertainment - hard to get a quite nights sleep before 12pm. Good service and friendly staff - decent gym and pools.

Alright Hotel, but not a 5 star one. Large and comfy rooms, 3 Pools, all of whom were full by 11AM, 3 restaurants and a bar. Our Room (Number 118) was far up the hill, which meant we had to order a cart to get down to the beach and back to our room, which in the first few days did not work, until we complained to the reception. The restaurant was relatively close though, with only a slight inclination upwards. The beach is rocky and almost always full, so make sure to reserve a sunbed in the morning. A few hundred meters or so down the road there’s a sandy beach, which you have to pay for. The food at the two main Restaurants was alright, though nothing out of the ordinary. The drinks at the bar, which are included in the all inclusive package are definitely a highlight of this hotel. There’s an à la carte restaurant, which you have to reserve a spot at and the food there was definitely one of the best things about the hotel. The staff are friendly and talkative, and seem to really care about the customer experience. Overall the hotel would make a nice 4 star hotel, but I think lacks qualities that a 5 star hotel should have.

Definitely not a 4 plus, or 5 star hotel. More like a 3 star. Lovely location near to the beautiful town but the food left quite a bit to be desired. The staff do their best and are very nice but there seems to be a management issue whereby quite often certain choice of food missing for periods of time, cutlery missing etc. Room was a decent size with great view but cleaning was sporadic and not great.
