Lovely clean hotel, with the most amazing staff that go above and beyond. Good quality food. Good shuttle service from the hotel to the next town, and a bus stop that's a few feet from the hotel that costs €5 for an all day pass. The sea view rooms are lovely to sit out on, the views are stunning. The only thing that let's this little gem down is the alcohol its not great and no icecream.

Just had a holiday there for a week with my wife and grown up son. The hotel is full of trip hazards and stairs. It is situated on a very busy road, which has no pavements, so you take a risk walking down it. Traffic noise and fumes come from the road. The so called beach belonging to the hotel is about 150 yds, along the busy road and down a stoney track. The beach is mainly pebbles, rocks and wooden boarding. We only ventured there once and that was enough.The hotel is out on a limb, so if you like a supermarket and shops/ restaurants around forget it. It takes about 10 minutes on a bus to get to Benitses, where there is a small village. The hotel runs a bus there seating 7 people once a day at 13.00 and brings them back at 20.00!! To get to Corfu town is a 35 minute bus ride. The rooms were very small, being taken up mainly by the bed, which had sharp right angle corners on it. There is a TV opposite the bed, so you have to lie on the bed to see it head on and there was one English Channel. BBC World News. The bed has a ledge on it, so you cant sit back and lean on the headrest to watch the TV. You literally have to lie down and strain your neck to see it. The internet signal was poor and intermittent, so beware. Have many bruises as testament to sharp corners on the bed. As others have mentioned the bathroom is small and there is no luxury to it at all. The food on offer was mainly cold and if you like cold bacon and eggs, plus beans it will be ideal. We used the microwave. Not much variety and just 2 types of cake each day. We actually lost weight after our all inclusive stay. You had to pay for bottled water and ice cream. Reception staff were nice, but we found some of the other staff, such as the man serving in the pool shop quite offish. The pool was reasonable, but had mosquitos around it. These are my honest opinions of the hotel and amenities.

Just got back from a 4 days trip in Corfu with a room in the lovely lido hotel. You know what, if you're planning on having a couple of days to blow off steam or relax in a wonderful place at a reasonable price, no need to seek anywhere else.The service is good, the room is clean, the food is ok, the location is only 4 km away from the splendid village of Benitsa, a private beach, nice swimming pool . We really enjoy the place and highly recommended it, the price/quality ratio is definitely what I consider a good bargain.

Nice hotel and the room we were given had a great view of the see, the staff were great, we had a nice time but the hotel has its issues, do not come here if you have any mobility issues, lots of steps and steep sloops, there is no access to any were in the hotel unless you use steps or steep sloops, the food was the worst part of our trip, the food was cold or tepid at best the BBQ night we were served raw pork skewers, when i complained to the manager he didn't seamed that bothered, the beach if you can call it that is not as advertised, it is down a very dangerous road with blind bends and no paths, then down a steep path to what is best described as a rocky outcrop. nothing around the hotel unless you are willing to catch the bus or books a excursion in the local town.

The staff are great friendly and very helpful . It's location is also good, it's easy to explore from here. Catch the number 6 bus and buy an all day ticket for€5. You can go to Corfu town, walk through old town to the fort, or goto benistes and enjoy good food and drink. The road is a bit dodgy with traffic , so a bus is a good option. they also have a beach which is 5 mins away, you'll need water shoes or crocs, as it's a bit uneven and stoney. But it's got toilets and drinks.

Stayed here in 2023 and was highly satisfied with the service, cleanliness, access to excursions and the sense of community. The hotel offered fun and engaging night events and a variety of dishes in an all inclusive package. The highlight of this hotel was arguably its close proximity to the beach, which offered stunning views of the rising sun and picturesque views at night. Would recommend to anyone staying nearby Benitses.

This hotel is located on a very busy road with nowhere nearby to walk to. The communal areas are very dated and some underused. The beach is very nice and easy to swim in. The pool is at the top of nearby hill and attached to the hotel by a walkway and lots of steps. The children's pool is even higher up the hill and many steps. On the whole the staff are good, unfortunately the hotel was closing down completely at the end of our stay and this did reflect on the way some staff were, not smiling, very glum.

The Place was really nice and the staff all amazing and very helpful. The hotel is a little dated but the food, facilities and effort the staff puts in absolutely make up for that. We didn't enjoy the pools as the beach was just stunning. We went a bit around and the beach, however with pebbles, was the nicest we visit, full of fishes swimming around your feet! With two kids that was holiday's main occupation!! Having a late flight back, it was great that you are allowed to use all the services including restaurants and the pools until all day after the check out. We were even offered to book a room to shower before leaving! If you are looking for an honest place with a beautiful view and good food, here it is!

We were greeted with a warm welcome by a lovely lady. All staff were friendly and helpful. Food was brilliant, a great variety. The hotel was clean, and the maids regularly asked if we needed anything. Entertainment crew were great fun, engaging everyone to join in. The hotel had their own facilities at the beach which was lovely ! Reception was helpful with bus times, as the nearby road was not suitable to walk. A busy road without any pathways. People were around to help with excursions. We had a great holiday! Views were stunning !

The hotel is old, and the rooms are not as depicted in the photos; they look much worse in person. However, there is a positive side: the beautiful view and several pools, including one with slides for children up to about 10 years old. The food is not fancy but quite tasty (we have other all-inclusive experiences in Greece to compare it to). The beach is not well-arranged, with loungers placed too close to each other.
