The location is perfect with its own beach as well as 2 pools. A bus stops nearby for Kos Town. The rooms are clean. The resort is beautiful. The landscaping is unique, made up of vegetables and herbs used in the kitchen. The food is tasty and fresh. They cater for allergies. It's a true all inclusive, you won't go thirsty or hungry here. There is also a good range of activities. They pay attention to everyone, including their younger guests, it's the happiest children I've seen at a hotel.

Really lovely holiday - group of 6 adults and one baby. Staff amazingly friendly and can’t do enough for you. Rooms are clean but dated. We did have ants in our room but they work hard to clean these away.
The food is amazing really one of the best AI we have done, wifi is not the best so had to get data roaming. The grounds are great with all the fruit and veg growing.
We liked the bottom pool as beds were easier to get, good to be so close to the sea. Great snack bar and tasteful slides. Not too kiddie.
Would return but would maybe want a room in the main hotel which seem to have been renovated, although the family bungalow worked well for us with a 5 month old baby.

We went there mod August. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The food was amazing. The hotel is kids oriented. My little one had an amazing time with a lot of things to do. We will definitely visit again.

Beautiful hotel fab staff and good food.
I loved the fact that they ate growing fruits and veg throughout the hotel grounds I wish more hotels did this!
Also the maids are truly wonderful always said morning and had a smile on their face which was lovely to see!
Only thing that let's it down is bathrooms are very dated in main building rooms ours had alot of black mould in. Also the amount of kids running up and down the corridors really early in the morning screaming (this is not the hotels fault)

Advantages of this hotel:
+ One of the cheapest hotels in Greece
+ The food is really excellent. Great selection, tasty, fresh.
In terms of the diet and food, I would say it is better than some five star hotels we have visited in Rhodes or Crete for example.
The same applies to drinking, even the possibility to take a bottle to the beach, refill water bottles in the room, excellent drinks were made by Dimitris for example.
Food, drink five stars for us.
+ The cleanliness of the hotel is good, it's not exactly the best, but it's good as far as possible. The room was cleaned every day, although there was a little dust under the beds, where it was difficult to get to, but many people were normal.
+ Hotel staff, reception, cleaners, animators, kitchen, gardeners, bartenders, lifeguard, all very nice and polite.
+ Quieter hotel, no loud music like the hotel next door, suitable mainly for families with children, which was also our case.
+ Nice surroundings of the hotel, own gardens
+ The surroundings of the hotel are nice.
Disadvantages:
- It seems that during our visit in the high season of August 2024 there were more guests than there were sunbeds by the pool. We saw the two arguing. Two Germans were arguing there. The next day, a young German and an older Englishman were arguing next to us, also over a sunbed by the pool. We were sick enough of it, so I found deck chairs next to the water slide that didn't have a sign on them - Not to be occupied, like the others at the other pool, in the city of Kos, we had our own name tags printed and covered in foil and in the morning I ran quickly with towels and use that sign to reserve sunbeds that were not marked as not to be reserved. Unfortunately, the result was that we upset the hotel manager, who then immediately corrected the problem by additionally marking these umbrellas with signs, but unfortunately for the rest of the stay, he looked at us uncomfortably and made it clear with his attitude that he had had enough of us. Therefore, we felt very bad for the remaining days of our vacation and it spoiled the overall experience and impression of this hotel. But now I'm not going to evaluate our personal relationship between the manager and us, but the hotel, so let's put it behind us, but it was a test both for us and for him, and the guests are all sorts of things, all kinds of things happen, but you have to hold on and not tense the situation to multiply. We were supposed to shake hands and take it with a smile, which unfortunately did not happen.
Improvements:
* I would add YouTube and the Internet to the hotel TV.
* Loungers by the pool to add, they are still few and a person did not come on vacation to get up at six in the morning and run to occupy them every day.
* I would build another piece of white beach on the hotel property.
* Furniture, some drawers are already old, they need to be changed gradually or covered with wallpaper.
* I would add colorful LED solar lighting outside.
* Upon arrival, fill out a short questionnaire for each guest, which languages they speak and at what level, so that the reception can respond in case of any problems.
* Maybe I can make a colorful fountain with music, as I have seen elsewhere.
* Build one more small stand - a bar - right on the beach.
* Stick the wiper blades under the door
I could write about the improvements...
I recommend taking shoes, this year the first 10 meters of stones in the sea, then sand. Mosquito repellent and ant house.
Overall, apart from a personal problem with the manager, I rate the stay and this hotel well. He's smart, the staff is well trained, but he doesn't frown at guests, even if he's pissed off, he's already quite experienced with this kind of behavior.
Sincerely, Martin Scibran and his family from Slovakia
