We were looking for a quiet fuss-free family holiday in Crete and this is exactly what we found. Everyone at Filion Suites was warm and welcoming. They were friendly and helpful and made sure our stay was exceptional. The rooms are cleaned daily, spacious and look out over the olive trees. There are 3 pools and they are never too busy. There are plenty of sun-beds, and everyone in the pool bar is friendly and quick to serve. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are server in the main restaurant and the food is very good, and there was always something we liked. Although all the staff cleaners waiters and barmen were excellent, we wanted to highlight Regina on reception who greeted us with a smile and addressed all our questions with a typical warm Greek hospitality.

Food deceiving for a 5 star. No Fresh juice for breakfast apart from orange juice, it is very unfortunate to have a soda machine like in a fast food. Very limited choice of food be it lunch or diner. We ate the same thing for a whole week, that is very unfortunate for a 5 star. In addition, the staff in the restaurant is constantly walking around collecting plates and we were often asked « are you done with this plate ? » we kind of always felt rushed and pressured to eat fast. The hotel itself is ok. The site is very calm, peaceful with a beautiful view of the mountains. Different pool choices and the kids pool is large enough, our kids enjoyed it. Our room was very spacious and clean. The cleaning lady was a very nice lady. The reception staff is also very nice, shout out to Dimitri who drove me to the pharmacy in his personal car so that I could buy formula for my baby.

We had an amazing 2 weeks stay at Filion. There is nothing bad to say about our experience. The rooms are lovely and well attended. The food was a great variety and pleased all of the family - even the fussy eaters! The location is stunning and there is lots to explore in the area. The most impressive thing about the hotel though is the staff and the service that we received. The team are friendly, welcoming and went over and above to make our experience the best it could be. The reception team, the chefs, the cleaning team and pool bar team were wonderful. We would highly recommend.

Perfectly adequate but do not expect a 5* if you've not paid 5* prices. Incredibly beautiful surroundings and amazing views from the rooms. Nice staff. Tons of food selection and all fresh/tasty. Delicious desserts which makes a change for an all-inclusive. Good selection of drinks. Rooms are spacious and very clean with comfortable beds, but it's not the 5* experience you'd hope for. Location: stunning but a car is highly recommended. Bali is very quiet and the beach very average. Entertainment was mostly terrible so be prepared to get out and about.

Absolutely fantastic stay, me and my partner had 10 days all inclusive (definitely needed more!), the food was consistently great, staff were all extremely forthcoming and happy to assist with any queries. Great place for families and couples! Was thoroughly entertained every night. Only criticism was a slightly leaky shower and WiFi was a bit hit and miss, bar that everything else was brilliant! Would definitely recommend any excursions!

Very loud disco music usually accompanied by a voice screaming something "entertaining" all the time makes it impossible to sleep before 11pm. This is probably the reason why I'll never stay in this hotel again. The food is ok, but not extraordinary. GSM signal is weak in the area and hotel WiFi is slow (15mbit) however stable. The beach 300m down the hill is small. The sunbeds cover every square meter of the beach, so you won't see the sand until you actually stand on it. It is not overcrowded, but it feels like a furniture store. There is 30m strip of the sunbeds owned by the hotel so you don't need to pay 15€ for the sunbed. The hotel has 2 small swimming pools, closing at 6pm. Why? You can play disco until 11pm, but close the swimming pools at 6? The outside tennis court, ping pong and gym area is mostly useless during the summer due to the hot weather. The price-performance ratio could definitely be better. I think we could have chosen a better place to stay for the price.

We liked the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the grounds are well-maintained, and the staff is polite. Upon check-out, wristbands are not removed, so you can still enjoy meals and the bar. There is also a shower and a luggage storage room. The hotel has a small water park for children aged 6 and up (minimum height 120 cm). There were enough sun loungers on the beach. There’s also a kids’ room for younger children — my daughter enjoyed going there to draw. On my birthday, there was no attention at all — no card, no small gift. The birthday package must be ordered in advance online or at the reception, but this was not mentioned at check-in, even though my birth date was clearly visible in the passport. The process of ordering the package felt inconvenient. Overall, it’s a good hotel for a family vacation, but service for special occasions could be improved.

I stayed at this hotel in May 2025 with my family and had a very pleasant experience overall. Highlights: Cleanliness: The entire property was spotless: lobby, swimming pools, rooms. Friendly staff: The team was welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Renovated rooms: Some rooms have been recently renovated, with a fresh and modern touch. Terrace and lawn access: One of the best features was the easy access from the room to a terrace and green lawn – perfect for relaxing outdoors. Kids club: Very engaging for my 4 y.o. daughter. Bar: Nice selection of drinks. Downsides: Poor sound insulation: The soundproofing in the connecting rooms was not great – I could hear my neighbor snoring through the door. Cold pool: The swimming pool was quite cold, which made it less enjoyable, especially for younger children. Pool slide access: The water slides are only available for children aged 6 and up. Although this is mentioned on the hotel’s website, I missed this detail when booking through a third-party platform, which was quite disappointing for my daughter. Limited fresh fruit variety: The buffet food was good overall, but the variety of fresh fruit at meals was quite limited. We would have enjoyed less cakes and more fresh fruits. Overall, despite a few small drawbacks, we had a very good stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mitsis. The staff were lovely and generally helpful, food was great and the location was perfect! Food: At each meal there was a wider verity of choice at the buffet. With Veggie and vegan options easily available. It included both Greek classics and home comforts (like scrambled eggs, beans and toast). Each day was slightly different too so you never get bored of it! The Cocktails on offer were tasty too and included spritzers, tequila sunrise and Long Island ice teas to name a few as well as non-alcoholic options. Rooms: unfortunately the rooms are very outdated and basic. The bathroom includes a shower with weak water pressure and the walls are very thin so there are a lot of disturbances in the night. That being said they were kept pretty clean and room service came around every day to clean empty the bins and give us new towels Location and atmosphere: we went in May and were very happy with this timing as the hotel and area wasn’t overly crowded but had a fun atmosphere. There were holiday reps that came to the hotel and led activities such as aqua fit to keep everyone entertained. The pools are lovely and overlook an amazing view. And the hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from the closest beach, there are also 2 other beaches close by within a 20 minute walk and you can do activities like canoeing, jet skiing and pedalos. Overall for the price we were very happy with our stay and would recommend Mitsis to anyone heading to Crete!

I stayed at this hotel, and I must say — it was absolutely wonderful! Despite its rating, the quality of service and experience exceeded all expectations. The food was delicious every single day, and the rooms were always clean and well-maintained. The pools were spotless, and even the outdoor tiles were washed daily — a small detail that really shows their commitment to cleanliness. But what truly made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, always smiling and ready to help. Special thanks go to a man named Dali — the heart and soul of the evening entertainment. Every night, he hosted Showtime — whether it was a quiz, dance party, or karaoke, he brought great energy and fun to the event. What’s even more impressive is that he speaks (if I’m not mistaken) five languages — definitely French, Greek, English, and German — so conversations flow easily no matter where you’re from. He clearly gives his all to make sure guests are enjoying themselves, and his positive energy is contagious. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm, clean, and fun place to stay. Don’t let the 3 stars fool you — this place shines bright!

I recently stayed at Lyda Hotel and I absolutely loved it! One of the best things about this place is the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff — they really make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But the real star of the show is the DJ, Dali! He’s hands down the best staff member — so fun, energetic, and knows exactly how to keep the vibe going. He made every evening unforgettable! I 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great vacation in Crete. You won’t regret it!

This is not a hotel that will receive repeat custom. I was lucky with room listening to fellow travellers. The food and drink choice is terrible and what is served is of low quality. This hotel should have stayed self catering. Nearly everything is extra, you cannot get a glass of water between 9.30am and 11am. The bar closes at 10.30pm so no water again until 7.30am. The snacks are served regimentally for 1 hour, 1 small tray (of their choice) at a time for over 1000 guests. Pay a little extra and go elsewhere. The only saving grace for this hotel is that there are two others. Valentina's and Rena's very close by where you can get nice food and drink.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks just arrived home. If you have kids i would not recommend this hotel, there is very little entertainment for them at night and non existent in the day! i did ask at the reception and was told they have staffing issues. food not so good over all not good for kids the evening meal does state no kids menu so was very hard to find something or them. the walk to the beach s about 10-15mins but you have to cross a main road first with no lights so not very safe! The hotel does have a bus on but does not run weekend, the little entertainment they do have they also do not do anything weekend its like the hotel shuts down on a Saturday and Sunday. On a brighter note the hotel is very clean the pools are very clean and the staff are lovely its just a shame the food, entertainment and distance to other areas lets the hotel down. Also if your AI they only offer brandy, Raki and Oozo, wine and beer on the alcohol no vodka not even the cheap version - i have always been offered cheaper versions of alcohol on the AI and obvs pay for the proper makes anywhere else but not this hotel. snacks during the day (or should i say snack) is at 11 for an hour which was onion ring or a pastry of some kind. nothing else during the day apart from cake around 4/5 - ice cram for kids isnt offered through the day just at lunch/dinner. Felt a bit cheated with the AI to be honest. I wouldn't stay here again, i did see the reviews about the above when i booked but thought id see for myself and gutted i didn't change the hotel now - if they at least put more snacks on in the day for the kids if they struggle to find something and entertainment was better it wouldn't be as bad!!

Starting this review, i want to say that the staff, especially the service, are very kind people. They are attentive and always listen to requests. The location is pretty okay, with a bus stop at a near walking distance. The beach is also not far ( about a 10 minute walk). This is just what you would expect from a 3-star hotel. Now to all the negatives: we arranged our trip mit TUI and booked a double room. We are a family of four and expected two rooms, but unfortunately we got one small room with four beds and one small bathroom. After bringing this to the attention of the receptionist there wasn’t anything she did or could do to help us but only told us to contact TUI. We did, they agreed with us and spoke to reception - we spoke to the manager, a bit intimidating but it was clear she was trying to help us understand that it wasn’t their mistake but TUIs. In the end we stopped trying, we weren’t willing to pay more money for another room and the discussion just stressed us. What was the cherry on top for us was definitely the food. I don’t want to criticize the cooking, since different people like different kinds of food, but it was a very disappointing experience for my family and me. It wasn’t very vegetarian friendly and the smell of pork was very overwhelming on some days. The most basic of foods just had a weird taste to it and even vegetables and fruits tasted old and flavorless. We all had to endure terrible stomach aches. Maybe its just that we are not used to the food but it was a singularly terrible experience. I lost my appetite because i didn’t look forward to eating and after spending so much money for the hotel, i wasn‘t willing to dine out to spend even more. Outside our room was a lingering smell of sewer and farts, that was extremely penetrant at night. So much so, I had to sleep with my hand covering my nose. The AC, which was above my little brothers bed, leaked water overnight, my brother sometimes waking up drenched in cold water. They fixed it, but it only worked for a couple of hours before it started leaking again. To sum all this up, there are definitely worse hotels and considering the kind service it was a decent experience. But when you are on vacation you shouldn’t have to get used to bad conditions in order to be able to enjoy it. I almost want go give it two stars but again you can’t choose who enjoys your food and who doesn’t. Wouldn’t visit again but i do not blame the workers! Management should definitely renovate their rooms, be more specific in their room descriptions and start investing in quality foods. Despite all this we thank you for welcoming us!

The Best Hotel Experience I’ve Ever Had This was, without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything about our experience was outstanding. The food was absolutely incredible – top-quality, diverse, and available at all times. Whether it was the main dining hall or the hotel’s restaurants, the selection was endless and catered to every taste and preference. The cleanliness was impeccable. Every corner of the hotel was spotless, constantly maintained to the highest standards. The facilities were simply amazing. Multiple pools for all ages, an enormous water park, and countless activities made it perfect for families and kids – but also relaxing for adults. What truly set this hotel apart was the level of service. The staff was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt welcome and cared for. The service here was the best I’ve ever experienced.

We had an absolutely fabulous time on our relaxing vacation! We are always hopping around anytime we travel, and we really wanted a vacation where we just relaxed and had fun! My kids swam EVERY single day from 10am to 6pm. The waterpark is amazing, and the slides were thrilling! I was appreciative of the readily available food and drink options, and the staff was ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Thanks for making our vacation fun!

Hotel was definitely good! Very quiet and helpful people. Lots of animation for young and old. Your kids will definitely not be bored here! The food I give an 8/10. Some days better than usual. When you arrive recommend: make reservations for the Mediterranean restaurant immediately for every night. Otherwise you eat I the other restaurant which has more of a canteen atmosphere. Important! If you rent a car, absolutely do not go to Perseas. They try to extort money by first being friendly and then when you return the car mentioning that there is damage. (Even if you have made a video).

The facility is really nice and well maintained, with beautiful greenery that creates a relaxing atmosphere. There are activities for the kids throughout the day, which was a big plus for our family. We also enjoyed the many swimming pools and the aquapark — there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. The quality of the food was average to good — some meals were enjoyable, while others were just okay. One of the highlights was the beachfront restaurants just outside the resort, which were within walking distance and offered a nice variety of dining options. There were a few downsides. The lush greenery, while beautiful, attracted a lot of insects and mosquitoes, which bothered the kids. The rooms were not as clean as expected and could benefit from better housekeeping. The beach itself was a bit disappointing — the water wasn’t very clear, and we would have appreciated a snack and drink bar nearby.

I do not know where to start…Me and my family had the best holiday in Stella Village Hotel! It’s a beautiful place where you can have some family time with your children. It has so many activities for children with water park, swimming pools, theatre, shows and kids club.The restaurant buffets were really good. But what made our stay so precious and wonderful were the Staff. From the reception staff, to the bartenders and to the restaurant staff, to the cleaners and to the Spa staff.. they are the heart core of this wonderful place. They are so kind, they are professional, they are so welcoming and they are just happy to help you. The village is beautifully made but the staff working in there make it even special. We will definitely go back there!

Not a Relaxing Stay – Needs Serious Improvement We stayed at the hotel with our extended family – adults and kids – during the summer. From the moment we arrived, the service was lacking. No welcome, no guidance to rooms, and the lobby was extremely hot with no drinks offered. Rooms were spacious but had weak air conditioning and ant problems in several of them. Beds were very basic and uncomfortable. Despite being told we’d get bottled water daily, we didn’t receive any unless we asked. The dining room was overcrowded and hot, with no air conditioning. Food was okay – better for kids than adults. The evening shows were unimpressive, and the Greek restaurant had a nice view but isn’t suitable for families with small children. Although the water slides were fun, there's no shade on the way up, making the ground too hot to walk on without shoes. The music around the pool was extremely loud all day, even in the rooms – not ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. Service overall was poor, and I even witnessed a staff member yelling at a guest over a simple food request. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone looking for a calm or high-quality all-inclusive experience.

The hotel itself is good for children, there is everything for them, including attractions and activities all day long. Regarding the level of cleanliness in the rooms and the hotel itself, it is very low and needs immediate improvement. The service itself is very low and slow in terms of initial response and also doing you a favor when you come. I also didn't like that they didn't take our luggage to the rooms. Even when we asked, no one from the staff bothered to come and take our luggage both at check-in and check-out. So please improve what I told you.

We had a fantastic family holiday. The resort is huge with plenty of space, lots of pools and seating areas, a super-fun lazy river and water slides that are enjoyable not only for kids. Food was tasty and varied, and reception service was friendly and helpful. The beach is just steps away and the sea is shallow and calm—perfect for children. We also tried the giant family tube ride and parasailing—both were highlights. Overall, excellent value for money for families. We’d happily come back.

We had an excellent trip in early April. The resort is very family friendly with a huge buffet that offered something for each of our kids, along with the separate Hot dog/burger/pizza and pancake/waffle and other snacks bars that were also enjoyed. The resort is well spaced so the room blocks aren't too crowded by each other. Before arriving we thought the water slides, pools and more were further apart from each other but it's a short walk all around from your rooms. It was off peak in early April so we probably avoided a lot of crowds, and got to enjoy the beaches and pools without their being crowded. I'm not sure what peak season is like though there's lots of loungers and more pools available. Good WiFi throughout, clean room. Most of the staff are very friendly. Pool water is cold as a warning, more an issue for the adults I found as kids just jump in. Limited selection of drinks can get boring after a while. Convenience store on site is expensive but you can blow up your own inflatable with their air pump so that's nice. Decent Spar across the road for your random item or other food needs. It would be nice to have a morning take away coffee option. That's about all the negatives I can find, we had a great trip.

Booked 10 day's family of 3 in July!Most things good ,really enjoyable staff polite, rooms & hotel areas clean plenty of sunbeds, loads of tables free in restaurants, good food & snack bars,so much choice vegan & vegetarian available! Snack bars were amazing! Go kart track ,gym & waterspouts on site,prime location with everything you need a walk away if you wanna explore! Amazing WIFI all round the hotel once you get password on arrival! My complaints are 100 euros on arrival at hotel which we were not made aware of! One lifeguard at the top of 4 slides & having to pay 5 euros for sunbeds 4 euros for umbrella when they sell you as a beach front hotel!

The hotel itself is 4 star. The rooms are not. They are clean, but not what you'd expect from a 4 star. I've stayed in 3 star rooms that are far superior in other hotels. But that is my only gripe. The 2 pools are great and clean. Plenty of sun loungers. And when they fill up, they'll bring more out. Food is incredible! A large selection that'll cater for everyone at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel backs onto a lovely, but rocky beach. Buy a snorkel mask, get into the sea and see all the marine life swimming with you. If you're lucky, you'll see a turtle swimming with you like I did..

Staff are 100% focused on providing a good holiday experience. All inclusive buffet is very good with a nice variety each day. Room are clean and tidy with plenty of space for 2. We had room 448 which was in an excellent location with a main pool view and a distant sea view. My only problem was the entertainment team have a very poor karaoke microphone, Everybody sounded muffled which put people off having a go. This is a very easy fix, so Silva Beach Entertainment team - sort it and improve your guest experience. I would recommend the Silva Beach Hotel for an all inclusive Crete vacation 👏👏👏

Nice location, good variety of food, beaches and facilities were close and clean. Service very friendly and quick (they prepared a cold platter for us in The room as we arrived late and skipped dinner). Overall the rooms and The resort would deserve a facelift but it’s a minor detail. note: all inclusive is only until 23.00 but it’s not an issue as nightlife in The resort does notmally not go on till late

we still have a week to go. don't believe the sunbed rubbish. Sunbeds still around at 8am may not be A1 location, but both pools are great for toilets and bars etc. Food is great lots of choice, loads of salads and pasta as well as different meats every night cooked in front of you. All staff work really hard. Noticed Yulia waitress in main restaurant, never stops I would like her vitamins to take. Would have given 5 stars but floors around pool and bar not cleaned enough.

I had a very disappointing experience with one of the bartenders during my visit. While the woman in front of us was served four drinks without any issue, when my girlfriend and I each tried to order a couple of drinks (to bring back to our family members), we were abruptly refused. What made the situation worse was that as soon as the bartender overheard us speaking Romanian, his attitude shifted. He suddenly claimed there was a limit of one drink per person — something that is neither mentioned anywhere at the venue nor on their website. This rule was clearly not applied to the customer ahead of us, which made the selective enforcement feel discriminatory. We felt unwelcome and unfairly treated, and sadly, this experience put a damper on what was supposed to be a pleasant outing. I hope the management addresses this behavior and ensures all customers are treated equally and with respect, regardless of the language they speak. Later Edit: I want to sincerely thank the hotel management for reaching out to me personally after my initial review. It was clear that my feedback wasn’t ignored, and I truly appreciated the effort to make things right. The manager was professional, kind, and genuinely committed to ensuring that our experience was a positive one. They acknowledged the situation, assured us it was likely an isolated incident, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and looked after. It's refreshing to see that customer satisfaction is taken seriously here. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way a business responds makes all the difference — and in this case, the response was thoughtful and reassuring. Thank you again for showing that you care :)

Super clean and great hotel. Kids pool was great for splashing, entertainment pool also good with snack bar and drinks near by. We loved the third pool with toilets and swim up bar, a bit quieter but really good. Good food selection. Evening entertainment was great and the sunsets at the beach just over the road were amazing. We had great food at the al a carte restaurant also, included in all inclusive but you pay for alcohol there. The shop on site was also really reasonable. Towels were €5 deposit per person for the week, to be paid in cash. It says no sunbed reserving, but everyone did, if you are there by 8 you will get a bed. They sell kids t-shirts with the names printed in for €19 which you collect that night at the kids disco. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed with my wife and our two children (10 and 13 years old) in August 2025 on an all-inclusive package, and we were absolutely delighted with everything! Delicious food, extremely polite staff always willing to fulfill every request with a smile, a wonderful room, unlimited quantities of food and drinks of all kinds, three swimming pools to suit every taste, and direct access to the sea for those who prefer it. Absolutely beautiful hotel. We loved our first time here. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Food.pools.entertainment were all fantastic. Our premium room with a sea view was really good. Room cleaned every day. Fresh bottle of water every day. We had a bottle of wine and fresh fruit which was lovely on our first day. Can’t fault anything. Everything was perfect. Well done to all the staff who work incredibly hard. 🫶

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was perfect for a family holiday. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel had a warm, friendly atmosphere and was clearly designed with families in mind. The food was absolutely amazing, served buffet-style with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. The serve food and drink from 07:30 till Midnight, considering those who arrive late. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with something new to try each day. One of the standout features was the five pools spread across the resort, each offering something different – from quiet relaxation areas to fun zones for the kids. The on-site spa was a lovely touch, providing a peaceful escape and a range of treatments that left us feeling pampered and refreshed. The beach is 2 minutes walk and the view just added another touch. They also do activities in the beach such as volleyball ect.... The evening activities was great. Every night offered something new, from live performances to themed nights, and the kids disco was a firm favourite with my child. She had an amazing time dancing and making new friends, while we enjoyed the entertainment and relaxed knowing she was having fun in a safe environment. The creche was also available. Although we need use the service, but knowing it was there was a peace of mind. Overall, this hotel delivered everything we could have hoped for in a family holiday – great buffet meals, top-notch facilities, endless entertainment, and a welcoming atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back!

Had a lovely holiday here with my wife and 2 kids (10 and 13). The staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly. The 3 hotel swimming pools were perfect. Great atmosphere for families and those enjoying a break from it all. The nearby town is beautiful with lots to explore and good shopping. The all inclusive food was delicious, the drinks were good but then I don't drink much so not an expert. The family hotel room we had was fine but not 5 star. Overall it was amazing value and just what we wanted. I would go again.

We were welcomed very warmly at the Rimondi Grand Hotel — the initial interactions with the staff were genuinely friendly and inviting, which set a positive tone for our stay. The resort itself is very hilly with lots of steps, so do bear this in mind if you are travelling with a little one or anyone with mobility issues. We had a toddler (1.5 years old) with us, and while the staff kindly tried to place us in a room close to the main reception and restaurant, this is still something to be aware of. When we arrived, the air conditioning in the closer room wasn’t working, but the staff were very honest about it and offered us the choice of staying there (with a fan until it was fixed) or moving to a room further away. We chose to stay, and true to their word, the air conditioning was fixed the next day. The room itself was very basic and not the cleanest. The shower could have been cleaner, and there was sometimes a sewage smell coming from the bathroom plumbing. Something important to note: you cannot flush toilet paper down the toilet, so it must go into a bin. We brought nappy bags with us, which were a lifesaver for sealing tissues before putting them in the bin — highly recommend doing the same. I was initially worried about the smell, but we didn’t have issues, especially as we booked daily cleaning via the website (which you must do yourself; they don’t just come automatically). Sheets and bedding were fine, comfortable enough, though a little worn. In terms of facilities, there are three or four pools plus a children’s pool, which was great for our little one. However, there’s no gym, and you can’t use the sauna unless you book and pay for a massage, which felt limiting for a “resort.” The biggest letdown for us was the food. Options were very limited, especially for younger children or picky eaters. Our toddler isn’t particularly fussy, but there wasn’t much for her at lunch or dinner. The all-inclusive package was worth it more for the drinks — cocktails like the piña coladas were excellent (according to my partner), and I enjoyed the non-alcoholic options. Another important point is the hotel’s location. It’s quite remote, about 15 minutes’ drive from the nearest beach and local town. While the hotel does provide a shuttle service, it isn’t always convenient, particularly if you’re travelling with a toddler. For the last five days of our trip, we hired a car from Rethymno, which gave us much more freedom to explore, eat out, and visit the beach at our own pace. The hotel quoted €85 per day for car hire, but by arranging it directly in Rethymno, we paid between €30–40 per day, which was far more reasonable. Having the car made a big difference and really improved the second half of our holiday. Staff were generally very kind and accommodating throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. That said, on checkout we did have one interaction with a member of staff who was quite rude and abrupt, which was disappointing after such otherwise warm service. Finally, this hotel is advertised as 5-star, but in reality it doesn’t meet that standard. While we enjoyed our time overall, the facilities, food quality, and general upkeep are not on par with a genuine 5-star resort. It’s worth noting that the star rating also affects your tourist tax — we paid €150 for 10 nights, which felt steep given the actual standard of the hotel.

Just had a week here, it was fine.. The food was perfectly fine despite what a handful of moaners say. Bit steep in places because it's Built into the side of a hill so remember that if you don't like hills. All inclusive drinks were perfectly acceptable in my opinion but that's because I'm not a raging alcoholic.. rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful, free bus to the beach, beautiful views, entertainment most nights.. it's not a chavvy benidorm place, it's somewhere to relax with your family.. which I want I wanted and exactly what I got... I'd definitely go again. Loads of stuff/excursions to do locally and further afield that you can book directly at the hotel as well.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The reception staff were excellent. The food was very good, with typical Greek dishes and everyday options to choose from. I think they deserve the stars the hotel has. The hotel itself is full of charm, with plants and cicadas all around. Rooms are very basic with poor lighting in bathroom, toilet seat falling off. The rooms need updating, the shower had a dangerous concrete step. Lovely balcony with sea view. The all inclusive drinks were not off a good standard, know alcohol spirits unless you pay for them. Cocktails were poor. All inclusive spirits are only available between 7pm - 10:50pm. Check-in could have been so much better had they given us a printed guide of the facilities and a map of the complex. 4 lovely pools. Buffet was good. Manager was very abrupt but the staff were lovely. Be aware, if you lose you key, a replacement cost will be 100 euros, they should use a more up-to-date system eg key cards. 20 euros deposit to hire a towel, but do not lose the tiny bit of paper as they don't keep a copy and you will lose your deposit.

Firstly, the staff are so accommodating and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The food in the main restaurant is of a high standard, with constant variation. The salad items are always fresh and crisp. The included wines and beers are palatable and always cold. There are several themed restaurants which are amazing. The bars have some great cocktails and the measures are just right. Obviously, you can ask for stronger drinks if required, but the standard measures are good. The hotel complex is on an incline, but the reception staff are quite keen to send a driver and electric buggy for guests with mobility issues. Overall, a good relaxing holiday. There are obviously things that could be improved upon, but you have to look hard for them. We plan on returning sometime in the future.

From the hotel, the view is stunning, and the hotel staff I met were perfect—very kind. At the restaurant, the meals are decent: some products are very good, while others are very bad. Be aware that the all-inclusive drinks are really poor quality—everything, even the sodas, is extremely low-end. Getting around the hotel is physically demanding because everything is uphill. Access to the beach is really difficult. Yes, there are shuttles, but they are very poorly organized. Personally, I recommend renting a car for all travel needs, even just to go from your room to the hotel restaurant. Obviously, don’t rent a car through the hotel—go directly through rental companies in town, the prices are better. Don’t forget to take the full insurance with zero excess so you can enjoy your holiday stress-free. I strongly advise against the Santorini excursion—it’s overcrowded, the time on the island is extremely limited, and it really feels like a tourist scam. The hotel rooms are very clean. This hotel offers relatively low prices, so be aware that the clientele may not always be the best—except in June and in September/October (outside school holidays). When you arrive at the airport, the shuttle to the hotel stops at many other hotels to drop off guests, so the journey is extremely long. You might want to consider booking a private transfer—more expensive, yes, but far more comfortable.

Very nice resort that really fulfilled our expectations for first family vacation with kids. Rooms are nice and spacey and fully fulfill needs during vacation. Food was all-inclusive, good quality and wide range of choices. Staff was great and very friendly. The beach is not far away but the height difference is troublesome. We spend few days walking, but due to kids, switched to taxi service. Can recommend.

Overall a satisfactory stay, the all inclusive experience left a little to be desired with cordial used in the cocktails opposed to fruit juice. The beer was a bit suspect too as the same brand in restaurants at the harbour seemed stronger. The welcome pack and when booking all stated if you were unhappy with the room speak to reception but we were constantly told come back tomorrow, after 3 days we gave up. Nice location but service could be better.

Six days with my kids i feel like my home. All the staff are professionals, without losing the immediacy with the people. They are gracious and fun, the hotel management responds to any customer request. The view from the restaurant is magical, gazing at the endless blue, combining mountains and sea. My children had fun all day on the water slides with plenty of quality food throughout the day. Every evening they organize an event from Latin dance, piano music, singing to traditional Greek songs. The hotel is very close to the center of Elounda and you can go on foot, while there is also a hotel van for transporting customers to the beach. The hotel occupies a huge area on the mountain, it is like a small village, while the maisonette we stayed in is super lux with an incredible view from your bed. In the upstairs bathroom you enjoy the endless blue while taking a bath. We thank you very much for our wonderful holidays, Mr. Giannis, Paul, Teo, Mrs. Elena with the wonderful piano and all the staff who are very talented. See you again in August!!

I recently stayed at Evita Resort in Faliraki and while the hotel itself had some positives, I was really disappointed with the restaurant. The food in the main restaurant was extremely poor – very little variety and the same options repeated night after night. On top of that, the food often looked unappealing, which made it hard to enjoy. For a hotel advertised as all-inclusive, this was definitely not up to standard, especially considering the price paid. That being said, I have to give credit where it’s due – the men at the snack bar running from 12-4 every day were fantastic. They made the best gyros and pizza I’ve ever had.

It is one of those places that is what it is, the food could be better, the drinks machines in the dinning room are awfull and causes delays in the morning. Really lovely resort, The room was incredibly warm but it was 40⁰ outside. Staff all attentive and helpful. They have a very convenient supermarket on site but Faliraki is only a stone throw away. The food in the main restaurant was a bit "samey" but overall nice, the snack bar was the main source of lunches and late breakfast with pork skewers, pizzas, pork gyros and fruit. The entertainment was ok but the fire show was incredibly good. Overall a very safe, clean, quiet resort for a nice family trip.

No towel changes, no soap or shampoo refills. • Food is substandard: repetitive, bland, and low-quality. Mostly carbs (pasta, potatoes, rice), reheated meats, barely any desserts. • Snack bar offers slightly better food. • Overcrowded pool bar in the evening — people sit on poolside loungers just to find a place. • No air conditioning in key areas like reception or the restaurant — uncomfortable in the heat. Yes, it’s a budget resort — but basic hospitality standards are still expected. Small, low-cost improvements could make a huge difference.

Fab hotel, nice spacious clean rooms and there is more than one pool. I stayed in a 1st floor room with a side view of the pool. The staff and animation team were great. I spent a lot of time out on boat trips/at the beach which is around a 10 min walk away. You can also hire e scooters and bikes. There is a decent shop on the resort too which is reasonably priced. In terms of the food...I tended to only occasionally eat there. It was lack lustre /not particularly hot. There are some really nice restaurants down by the harbour if you are open to going.

Please ignore the negative reviews we nearly changed hotel last minute so glad we didnt. The hotel is on a flight path so yes plans do come over regularly so dont book if this is an issue for your party.The postive to this is hotel is only a ten minute transfer from airport we were the first drop off and last to be picked up. The rooms were clean and tidy however in some places could do with redecoration but this didnt effect our stay. We found reception staff to be kind and helpful and nothing was too much for them.Juat a heads up the service tax for your stay has to be paided in cash on arrival.The rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh bottle of water left for us as well.We had booked a sea view rooms would reccomend this the views are out of this world. An amazing animation team great programme of activities on 6 days a week during the day and in the evening they are all worth there weight in gold and tried to get as many diffrent people involved as they could. Pool bar yes you do have to queue at busier times but not for long.A tip by the pool there is a self service Fizzy drinks and water machine for use during day so I took my own stanley cup to fill up there. The food in the resturant as per some previous reviews can be the same most meals however in our weeks stay we always found something to eat. I would recomend booking one of the three resturants on site which you can go to one during your stay you book your reservation through an app upon check in we went to the burger resturant it was amazing. The cats are in resturant areas however they do not get up on tables or counters and are only looking for scrap pieces of food.The waterpark attached to this hotel is good - Only 4 slides however is good fun for a few hours. The hotel offfers a place to leave luggage on departing and gives you access to a shower room if booked at recption ready for you return flight home for free rather than having to pay 10euros an hour for late checkout. The hotel is an excellent location as the beach easily accesible but is rocky we expect that in Greece so was prepped.It is a 40 minute walk to the nearest town strip.However the hotel does offer a minibus services to local attractions Rhodos Old Town,Butterfly Park,Water Park etc for a fee. Overall a really good holiday thankyou to all the staff who are incrediable helpful and made us feel welcome.

We stayed here for 5 nights, arrived fairly late at night and had booked a family room which was due to have 2 rooms both with 2 twin beds. The room we were given was appalling and more like a hostel. It had the tiniest bathroom and my daughters 'room' was a box with a dodgy sofa bed in that was filthy and falling apart. To top it off the lift was directly next to our room and the lift made so much noise, like a high pitched drilling all through the night. The room also did not have a working flushing toilet and the mattress me and my husband had was unbearable with springs coming through. I went to reception the first thing the following morning and told wait a few hours and will see what they can do. 4 times I went back to reception to be told at 8pm they couldn't do anything today but come back the next day. Roll on the next I was finally given a suitable room but no compensation was given except a bottle of wine and 3 pieces of fruit in our room that were from the all inclusive buffet. On our final day they let us have our room for a few extra hours. I spent 2 of my 5 days holiday chasing for a suitable room which isn't acceptable. Overall the food is fairly good, but long queues for everything, drinks, dinner, beach bar etc. The place looks nice in some places but really tired and worn in others, especially around the pool areas. The location is near the airport (its under a flight path which is fairly noisy) but that's about it. They use a travel company to provide buses into Rhodes old town but fairly pricey.

Just got home after 7 days. Overall a really enjoyable trip. Initially we booked the annexe and it was a big mistake. Old, tatty, not very clean, ants everywhere. For the price we paid it was pretty poor and after 2 days we had to pay for an upgrade. The family room we changed to was excellent. Lovely room with an amazing sea view, well worth the extra cost. If you’re interested in going, don’t expect to get a sunbed by the pool unless you’re up with the birds. In the 7 days we were there we NEVER got a bed! There are signs saying no towels to be left on beds but the masses snag them way before breakfast so anyone who doesn’t get up with cockerel has zero chance. Food is excellent. Drinks, a bit limited. No free ice cream for the kids in the all inclusive 🤔… bit strange. Staff helpful, nice and clean. Not much to do around the area outside of the hotel and a taxi to old town Rhodes is around €20 each way and 20 minutes away. Amazing weather though 👌🏼

We’ve had a lovely family experience. Kids and adults have loved it. Great location on the beachfront and close to the airport. There is some noise from the planes however you hardly notice them after a few go past and the kids loved watching them go by so close. The animation team are amazing, the energy levels from them throughout the whole day is very impressive and always smiling and engaging with everyone. Karaoke night was a particular highlight with Fredric singing horrifically but everyone loving it. 😂😂 again great energy making it very inclusive for everyone. I don’t know where they get the energy from. The rooms are basic but I would definitely recommend staying here as there are so many positives.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed, especially by the culinary experience and the exceptional service. The main restaurant offers a fantastic variety of dishes with something new every day. From fresh salads and perfectly cooked meats to delicious desserts, the buffet exceeded my expectations. Everything was well-presented and full of flavor, and the quality of ingredients really stood out. What made the stay even more special were the à la carte restaurants. Each one had a unique atmosphere and menu, offering gourmet-level dishes with great attention to detail. The Mediterranean à la carte was a personal favorite — every bite felt like a fine dining experience. Equally impressive was the service throughout the hotel. We had a wonderful stay at Mitsis Faliraki! Our sea view room offered breathtaking views and was spotlessly clean, just like the rest of the hotel. The all-inclusive service was truly impressive — with a wide variety of high-quality food, beverages, and sweets. The hotel features five restaurants, and we especially loved the Italian and Pan-Asian options. The staff was outstanding everywhere — from the bars and restaurants to the cleaning service. Everyone was warm, smiling, and attentive. We even received a thoughtful welcome gift in our room. The AC was new and very efficient, which made a big difference during the hot days. The sunbed area is spacious, with plenty of comfortable loungers, and the beach is clean, convenient, and just steps away. The Mediterranean Sea was simply fantastic — warm and crystal clear. The hotel’s location is also excellent — just a 2-minute walk to the main tourist streets, and the bus stop to Rhodes city is only 200 meters away. A few small areas for improvement: -The two separate beds in the room are not ideal for couples. -Pillows could be more comfortable. -The shower sometimes had spontaneous changes in temperature and water pressure. -Occasionally, the grilled food was a bit too salty for our taste. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Mitsis Faliraki for a relaxing and well-managed holiday!

We recently stayed at the Mitsis Faliraki in Rhodes for our wedding week, and it was simply outstanding. We had about 37 guests from our wedding party staying with us at the hotel, and everyone had the best time. The location is brilliant it’s super close to the Faliraki strip, which made it easy to pop out for food, coffee, or a fun night out. The hotel itself has fantastic amenities, from multiple pools and plenty of sunbeds to direct beach access, which made it easy to switch between lounging by the pool and taking a walk on the beach. The food was absolutely lovely there were lots of à la carte options and a great variety throughout our stay. The staff were truly amazing special shout-out to Louisa at the front desk, who helped us arrange a private pre dinner meal the night before our wedding. The food and beverage team, along with the chef, put together a special menu for that evening, and it was an incredible experience with every detail taken care of. Overall, the Mitsis Faliraki team made our stay truly special. They were friendly, personable, and incredibly accommodating to all of our guests. We can’t thank them enough for making our wedding week so memorable, and we’ll definitely be back.

Friendly, relaxing hotel in the heart of Faliraki. All the staff are so friendly and work so hard! I was amazed at how the restaurant staff always remember you, when there are so many people! Drinks were always on offer and no scrimping or waiting to be served. Beach area overseen by a great, friendly barman, who wandered the beds collecting glasses and taking drink orders! Our room could do with a little upgrading but that is something that is always needed.

We didn’t book a room but reserved the Private Lounge Bed for €50 as external guests. This included a fruit platter and cold water. Unfortunately, no towels were provided, which would have been a nice extra. The lounges are very comfortable and in excellent condition, definitely recommendable! Great value for money, and the drink prices are fair, even cheaper than outside the hotel. A special thanks to our waiter Michalis. Super friendly, very attentive, and always there when needed. Excellent service!

Just back from a very hot and sunny week here in Rhodes. The positives for me are the great location overlooking the sea and the grounds of the hotel are kept beautifully. The room is a decent size and the balcony is lovely too. The bar staff and the lady making the amazing crepes were also friendly and happy to help. I found the other staff to be very hit and miss - some of them really looked like they didn’t want to be there at all, especially on reception. I do not know how the hotel secured its five star status - it’s more of a three star I think. Improvements are definitely needed: - the bathrooms are old and our shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it. It’s just a dated shower over a bath system - the main restaurant is very busy and the air conditioning units are no way enough to cover the size of the room so it was always uncomfortably hot. - I think for the amount of guests, a 3rd pool is needed. The sunbed/towel situation every morning was pretty annoying and the sunbeds themselves are old and whack you in the head whenever you sit on them! - trying to secure a late checkout was very frustrating and again the staff weren’t especially helpful I enjoyed my stay as I was with family but I would not return here.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I felt well taken care of right from the start. The room was beautiful with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very cozy, and I appreciated the attention to detail from the fresh linens to the complimentary toiletries. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet had a great variety and everything was fresh and delicious. I also enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant Asian, Greek, and Mexican food, excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return the next time I’m in the area. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

The resort, from the outside, looks beautiful — very clean, well-kept, and aesthetically pleasing. Most of the staff were nice, kind, and helpful, which made the stay feel more welcoming. However, a few staff members came across as rude and lacking empathy, which was disappointing. The beach area was one of the biggest letdowns. Online, it looks much better than in reality. The sunbeds were very old and damaged, just like the umbrellas — clearly in need of full replacement. This gave more of a budget-hotel feeling rather than a 5-star experience. We stayed in a bungalow on the ground floor with a “garden and sea view.” In reality, while there is a garden, the sea cannot be seen because of the trees in front, and the beach is actually across the way. On top of that, the bungalow was full of ants, even in the bathroom and, unfortunately, on the bed. The furniture was very old, peeling, and outdated. No smart TV, and nothing available in English — just German channels. Food-wise, room service was nice, and the à la carte restaurants (especially the Greek one) were tasty and a much better experience. That said, it was very hard to book them as they were almost always fully reserved. The main restaurant was underwhelming: limited choices, food that felt more like canteen-style, and even the bread was not fresh. Overall, while the exterior of the resort is lovely and there are some nice touches, the reality doesn’t live up to its 5-star label. Considering the price, it simply doesn’t deliver the standard you would expect from a luxury hotel.

We have just got home from our holiday here. First holiday abroad with our kids (10,8,5). We have had an amazing time. All of the staff were very friendly and polite and always had a smile on their faces. Our room was a family room and we found this perfectly adequate with 5 of us in there. Lovely views over the sea. Beds comfortable and all nice and clean. Plenty of storage with safe provided and mini bar stocked I think every day. The food was delicious and to be honest careered for every taste. You couldn't think of what more they could have offered, the range was brilliant. The beach is literally on the edge of the resort with beach bar, toilets and loungers all on the beach. There was a bus stop directly outside the hotel which was very convenient for any sightseeing and the concierge kindly provided information on the timetable for this. Highly recommend this hotel, we were all sad to leave after an absolutely amazing week.

The people working there were kind and the service was nice. The rooms however were quite dirty. The sheets had holes and stains, just like the curtains. I think there was just one person cleaning the entire building we stayed at by themselves in quite a short amount of time which makes me think they might be understaffed. We had to buy our own bottled waters and put them in the fridge because they don't refill them. The rooms were old as well but that didn't bother me at all. Rooms aside, the food was mediocre. Breakfast was fine. Can't really do wrong with breakfast but lunch and dinner was supbar at best. I did like the local desserts they sometimes offered. Thankfully the location was nice. There are so many tavernas, rastaurants and bars in the surrounding area so you get to try the local (and tasty) food at those places. The locals are so nice. Also the hotel was right by the beach. We could comfortably watch the sunsets and sunrises. I also enjoyed airplane watching (they fly quite low). It's not the worst hotel experience for me. Besides the room and the food, it was quite enjoyable. Wouldn't comeback though.

The hotel is very large and offers an all-inclusive experience, which is great for families or groups looking for plenty of options. However, there are a few things to keep in mind. The cocktails and drinks are very sweet and not of high quality—more sugar than flavor. The rooms feel quite old and could really use some renovation. Also, the swimming pools and activity areas are spread out too far from each other, which makes it inconvenient to move between them. Some of the rooms are also located far from the main dining area, which can be tiring, especially in hot weather. Overall, it’s a decent stay if you like large resorts, but some improvements are definitely needed in terms of food and drink quality, room conditions, and layout.

Wonderful Stay – Exceptional Staff Care I stayed at this beautiful hotel and was truly impressed. The view of the sea is stunning, the food is both rich in variety and absolutely delicious — definitely top marks for the cuisine! What made the biggest impression on me, though, was the incredible care and kindness of the staff. I unfortunately suffered from heatstroke during my stay, and they looked after me so beautifully. A gentleman standing near the restaurant, probably part of the security team, fanned me with a hand fan for half an hour. The manager even called me personally in my room to check on how I was doing. I’m deeply grateful for their help and compassion. Thank you so much to the whole team!

Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel!! (Rated 4* in 2012 btw). Positives: most of the staff are really friendly and do their best to make you feel welcome, this is despite all the odds up against them! The location is great and is really close to the beach. Their al la carte restaurant Mamma Mia was the one good meal we had at the hotel. Negatives: the food was really poor, the quality isn’t there with the food being bland, only fatty cuts of meat and there being a limited choice of food, within a couple of days you’ve seen everything at the buffet which gets boring fast. The rooms are outdated, our bathroom flooded after every shower and the shower was no longer bolted to the wall. The air con was also broken in our room. The beds were like laying on an ironing board with a pillow for each of us which felt like you were laying straight on the mattress. Unlikely to be the best bed for somebody who has back pain. Also will note not all the arcade machines work and will take your money but the hotel are not able to access these so just take your money! In summary: staff are friendly and do their best but the hotel needs a lot of work and the food seems to be very cheap and needs work!

Very friendly and service-oriented staff. Very good location. The food wasn’t great – bland and boring, but as expected from previous reviews and for an all-inclusive hotel in this price range. There was a daily fight for the sunbeds in the morning. It’s important to get up early and place your towel to reserve a spot before others wake up. We were lucky and got “upgraded” to the newest hotel at the very back of the area, with its own pool and pool bar. The room was very good, but the beds were extremely hard. I had trouble sleeping and had to turn every 10 minutes due to pain, but my wife managed just fine. The downside of this room was that it was a bit farther to walk to the beach and other facilities, and there was some noise from the nightlife in the town behind, but we quickly got used to it. The air conditioning in the room was excellent. The à la carte restaurant was a big disappointment. You can easily skip it. It had more of a cafeteria feel. The waiters were more focused on cleaning up than serving. When the food finally arrived after a long wait, it was lukewarm. Overall, the hotel met the expectations we had beforehand. There should have been snacks available after 4 PM at the pool bar – this was something we missed. Something salty to go with the beer and drinks. The hotel appears a bit worn. We were impressed by the cleaning staff, who worked late into the night to prepare the pool and beach area for the next day.

What a holiday! From the second we walked through the door we were welcomed so well all the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The pool and bar area was very nice and relaxing including an optional beach bar and area which was a massive bonus. The food was amazing which included local cuisine which we loved! The rooms very clean and nice sea views and even gifted with wine and fruit on our first day! William is the best bar man in Greece always very friendly. Definitely reccomend to anyone looking for a lovely getaway me and my girlfriend had the best time!

This hotel is the king of fake reviews. Anyone praising the food here is lying. It’s nothing but slop. The chicken tastes old, the fish stinks. The meat is tough and stale, the potatoes too, everything is badly seasoned and completely careless. The vegetables taste like canned food, the pasta is totally overcooked… Nothing is nicely presented. Every dish is absolutely basic, more boring than what you’d cook at home. If there’s ever something special like tacos, only a tiny amount is made, and only the very first guests at the buffet get any. As another cost-cutting measure, the trays with the slightly better food are often empty and refilled very slowly. Real, fresh food like fresh orange juice is not all inclusive.. I was worried I’d gain weight on vacation, but now I’m not concerned at all. I’m just glad if I can find something I can force down without disgust. And it’s not just me—everywhere people are leaving large amounts of food uneaten because it tastes so bad. You have to find a table yourself, depending on luck and speed. Often you end up searching for quite a while. Some of the staff are unbelievably rude. Once, when we were still sitting at our table just 10 minutes after the end of meal service, they simply cleared away everything left on the table. Today, when I wanted to get a coffee, the same waitress came from the side, shoved her cup under the machine in front of mine, and didn’t even acknowledge me. The free drinks are the cheapest sugar syrup mixes imaginable. The so called wine is mixed in a mashine from concentrate, water and carbon dioxide. The hotel itself is pretty run-down. In our room, the balcony door rattles nonstop in the wind, as if an angry wrestler were trying to break in. The bathroom smells like sewage, there are no shelves in the closet below 6 feet to put things away, and on the balcony there’s no way to hang anything up to dry. In the bathroom, there’s only a bar way up above the toilet. When you shower, the water from the shower/toilet combo runs right out into the room. I don’t know what the cleaning staff actually clean, but the floor is clearly not part of it. The "fresh" towels are damp, I try not to think about it too much. The way to the “restaurant” is very long, since it’s in another building next to the hotel. You have to walk through blazing sun to get there. The room safe costs €3 per day. The tourist tax (€10/day) is only accepted in cash. The only positive aspects: the beds are comfortable, and the beach is great. But the beach also comes with a caveat: several times a day an old guy recklessly shoots through the swimmers and snorkelers with his boat to pick up victims for his boat tour. That's an accident waiting to happen. When I think of the vacation we had last year at the Palladium for the same price, I want to cry! This hotel is an absolute scam!

Filthy - Steer Clear. We stayed for 1 night in August 2024! Do not book if you want an enjoyable holiday! So, it was the first holiday abroad (all-inclusive) for me and my eldest son in 16 years, my younger twos first holiday abroad and my first solo holiday with my children. I wanted it to be special but the start was far from it. We arrived around midnight to be greeted in a clean hotel reception with friendly staff and were shown to our room. The first thing we noticed as we walked through the complex was the awful smell of sewerage and that smell continued into our room. As soon as we turned the lights on we saw the disgusting state of our room (507). The two single bed mattresses were extremely dirty and stained, so much so me and the youngest two slept on the double bed and my eldest spent the night sleeping on top of our two suitcases! The door frames and skirting boards were rotten and the bathroom seemed grubby and the supposed recent makeover incomplete. The vents were dirty. There were ants in the room and bathroom. We couldn’t help but notice another smell too. The next day (my Birthday) we complained and were offered an upgrade at their sister hotel. We went to visit and whilst the other hotel was amazing we decided to stick with the Sunrise Hotel, after they said the mattresses would be replaced. We spent the afternoon in the pool (it was pleasant but the metal guide/handle into the pool was insecure and wobbly). We then explored the food - it was basic and not to our taste or expectations, not helped by the awful sewerage smell. The drinks were watered down and warm. The smell seemed to intensify when visiting the onsite shop - which my kids renamed the stinky shop. There was not enough sun beds and the ones there were clearly needed replacing. We went back to the room (the mattresses had not been changed) to have a shower to find it did not work correctly - water was coming from the tap but the mixer part did not work. My eldest then decided to see what his other smell was and pulled out me of the cabinets out to find this awful mess (see photo) which looks to me like human baby poo! That was the final straw and we were upgraded to the other hotel and then managed to enjoy our holiday. Sunrise did say they would get the manager to come and look at the room but this didn’t happen. The photos you see on the website are nothing like the room we had (apparently a superior family room - it definitely was not & if they class it as that I’d hate to see the standard version)! It is false advertising. The beach was attractive but there was the awful smell. So my advice is steer clear! How can they run a hotel with such disgusting poor standards?! The only good thing is them arranging an upgrade to a different hotel.

3rd time of staying at The Sunrise and each time we stay it only gets better. Beautiful hotel with a stunning view and on the beach. On arrival we had a plate of fruit and a bottle of wine waiting for us in our room. The staff are really lovely and extremely helpful. There are 2 pools and a separate bar for over 16s only if you like it a bit quieter. The food is amazing and always plenty of choice. We always come for the Greek Easter and the restaurant was done out beautifully and everyone joined in The Easter celebrations together. For us it's the perfect place to stay for our holidays, I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel. Looking forward to our next visit already!

Absolutely Amazing Stay – Can’t Wait to Go Back! I recently visited this beautiful hotel right on the beach in Pefkous with my friends and family, and we had the best time ever! The location is simply stunning – waking up to the sound of the waves and having the beach just steps away was a dream. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and their genuine hospitality really stood out. And the food – wow! Every meal was delicious, with fresh local ingredients and a variety of options that kept everyone in our group happy (even the picky eaters!). Dining with a view of the sea just made everything taste even better. This was the perfect place to relax, have fun, and make amazing memories. We’re already planning our next trip back – can’t recommend it enough!

A well-situated hotel - just about 30 minutes from the airport, at the eastern part of Rhodos. The hotel is very nice, it has a main building and some other buildings around. The room is fine. The food (and also a food service) is perfect/delicious - a lot of vegetables, salads, fish, pasta, Greek foods, pizzas, desserts. I'm not a fan of hotel swimming pools (anyway they are really beautiful here) so I appreciated a short distance to the sea. The beach is very long (even the longest one on the island) - you can find 'your place' very easily, it's a calm place. We were lucky to enjoy an evening with African singers in the hotel - it was a fabulous evening (excellent singers, nice atmosphere). I was really happy in the Blue Sea Holiday Village.

When we arrived we got 6 free bottles of water which was nice. The entertainment was really good. And also the pool entertainment was great during the day. This place wasn't for us at all. I'll start with the good - very friendly and kind staff, anyone we met through our stay was kind and happy to help with a smile. The room facility was good with a great view to the pool. Other than that the experience wasn't good. The shared facilities are poorly maintained (pool area with no bathroom, many deserted spots, the stairs are all broken with cracks, many worn out furniture that was supposed to be replaced years ago, the stairs to the slides are rotten from water and many many more examples). The food was not to our liking after eating a few times in the dining room and finding hairs in my food twice we stopped eating there and ate outside. Location is also not that great if you don't have a car, it's not on the beach only with a view to the beach from afar. All in all this wasn't a good choice of vacation for us, we just slept and showered there and spent the whole day outside including 3 meals. The food at the pool area wasn't good the beer and drinks were lukewarm. No beds at the pool you have to fight for a bed, people are just leaving their stuff and going so all the beds seem taken. It wasn't fun for us to spend our vacation in a place that feels poorly maintained with questionable food and drinks...

Perfect Family Getaway – Amazing Stay at Blue Sea Holiday Village! We had a wonderful stay at Blue Sea Holiday Village! This all-inclusive resort truly exceeded our expectations. The 3-course meals were delicious with plenty of variety, and we appreciated the option for after-hours snacks as well — great for late-night cravings. Our family especially enjoyed the five large pools, the kids’ pool, and the fun water slides — our children had the best time! The beach access was also a huge plus — just steps away and so relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. A special thank you to Manager Kiki, who went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. So disappointed in this resort. We previously stayed at the Grecotel in Corfu and it was amazing....this place is not. Rooms, hallways, elevators all need renovation. Currently the air-conditioning is not working. The first room we checked into last night had hot air coming out of the AC vents so we waited about 1- 1 1/2 hours for them to put us in another room just to have the same EXACT thing happen. We had to sleep with the sliding doors open and of course woke up with mosquito bites everywhere. If the resort as a whole is experiencing issues with their air-conditioning, we should have been notified of this when we checked in yesterday. The 2 meals we have had so far at this resort have just been mediocre at best.While the hotel staff are extremely polite and the ocean view and pools are very beautiful, that cannot make up for all the other things listed in this post. I would NEVER stay here again. It's so bad my husband is looking for a room elsewhere. Again, I cannot describe my level of disappointment at this resort compared to the one on Corfu. The one on Corfu is a 10, this is a 2.

I just stayed here with my husband for a few days, it’s a very beautiful resort with very amazing serving staff. All the bartenders, bar managers, servers, and waiters/waitresses were absolutely beyond amazing. I think our best night of our trip was visiting the Greek restaurant, because of the waiter we had. I will say, it did seem that one of the managers for the restaurant and beach bar that we had encountered many times on our trip was very harsh to the staff and it was quite uncomfortable to see them treated like that. The buffet food is one of the best that i’ve ever been to, the environment is very calm and peaceful and overall if you’re looking for a good place to tan, relax, and have great food, i would certainly recommend staying.

I arrived at reception after my journey and was warmly welcomed with a cocktail and some water, which was such a lovely touch. My room was okay—nothing too special. The air conditioning could definitely be improved, but aside from that, everything was fine. The best part was the absolutely stunning view from my room. On my second night, I had an accident on an e-scooter and ended up losing my phone. The following morning, I was introduced to Foteini and Mariella, and honestly, I’m so grateful I met them. They were incredibly kind and attentive, especially as I was in a state of panic without my phone. Foteini even spoke on the phone to arrange a meeting point with the person who found it, which helped me get my phone back. I’ll forever be thankful to them. Over the next few days, I built a great rapport with Foteini and Mariella. They made my holiday feel so much more special—just their smiles and friendly conversations made me feel very happy to be there. Being on a solo holiday was tough, but talking with them every day really lifted my spirits. They’re genuinely wonderful people and a true asset to the staff. Overall, I was very happy with my stay. The food was amazing, the drinks were great, and the staff were friendly. Definitely a positive experience!

Absolutely loved this hotel. Staff were incredible. Bars were great - good range of well priced cocktails and outstanding service. Pools were busy - obviously it’s school holidays! - but we preferred the beach. Lovely rooms which were really well maintained. Can’t fault this hotel although if you’re not full board or AI, I can’t recommend the restaurants nearby for dinner (beach bars are good for lunch).

We booked a deluxe forest view room, as it was my 60th birthday we got upgraded to a deluxe sea view room, with a bottle of sparkling wine. Food was plentiful with a great choice always hot. Staff were polite and friendly. Very clean in all areas. Bedroom was adequate with a very large comfortable bed there was no dressing table so doing hair and make-up was a little difficult. Entertainment was very very poor all acts were inside on floor 11, most people want to sit outside but there was not enough seating. The only evening there was really good singers outside was when the female relatives dined in the Italian restaurant. We went to the Italian restaurant no menu you had to do the QR code which did not download properly so there was a poor choice. Went to the spa for a price list again QR code. Everywhere you went you had to download. Had to vacate our room at 12pm did not get picked up until 7.20pm 145 euros to keep the room, this is far too expensive. Used the spa to shower and change they provided a towel. Been to a lot of 5 star hotels this is not it is more 4 star, we paid £3400 for 10 days did not get what we were expecting.

Our stay at Amus Hotel has been absolutely amazing, we could not fault it at all. The staff members are all so lovely and very attentive! There is a wide variety of different food choices at the buffet every night, it is very close and easy to access the Old/New town and very close to the beach. Overall, amazing hotel and amazing time. It's a 5 star rated but felt more like 4 stars to me. The "deluxe room" was pretty standard fare. Reasonable size, 3 small drawers and an open area to hang clothes. The shower was over the bath with no anti-slip aid. I almost slipped over 2 or 3 times and ended up showering on my knees! There's a gym and spa and an indoor pool (the outdoor one was mostly unusable because of the weather). Reception was very nice but the place felt soulless. It's not all bad. The food was mostly excellent, with veggie options marked 95% of the time and the restaurant staff were really great (except the 1 waitress who kept clearing my table every time I went to get more food😒). A bus stop right outside the hotel to get into Rhodes and back in 10-15 minutes meant it was well placed. Restaurants and bars (mostly closed in early April) were within a 10 minute walk if you don't choose the all-inclusive option. Would I stay again? I'm not sure if I would. Certainly I wouldn't pay for all-inclusive again as a total waste of money, maybe half board.

Paradise on earth! Me and my family are having the most amazing and special holiday here. Literally cannot fault a thing..pools are fabulous, the surroundings are beautiful and clean, staff are super friendly and helpful and the food is delicious. Only visited the buffet and grill so far and it is supreme. Beach is lovely too. Great location to visit Lindos and honestly the prettiest hotel we have seen on Rhodes. So glad we chose to come here. ❤️

It's a large place with plenty of space, and it's very clean. The staff at the reception desk are incredibly kind and helpful, and the cleaners and restaurant staff are very nice. We booked a family suite, and it was a large room with a balcony. They gave us a six-pack of mineral water, two bottles of red wine, fruit, a coffee machine with pods and milk, and a mini-bar with about 8 cans of soda. It's a really good, high-quality place for families with children, with lots of activities for kids. There are water slides, 5 shallow pools (up to 140 cm deep), and a private beach that is very clean with clear, calm water. The main dining room is varied and very tasty. There are also 4 themed restaurants: Greek, fish and seafood, Mexican, and Italian. We had dinner at the fish and seafood restaurant and the Italian one, and it was delicious. At the snack bars by the pools and the beach, they have fries, hot dogs, burgers, nuggets, fish and chips, pizza, toasties, and ice cream

Simply a perfect hotel. We stayed at the hotel for 6 days and had an excellent and fun experience. The hospitality was amazing, with a wonderful staff. The kids enjoyed every moment and simply didn’t want to leave the hotel. Special thanks to Andreas at the reception and George, the front desk manager – both are lovely people who helped wholeheartedly with every question and request. If I return to Rhodes, it will definitely be to this hotel only!

The property is okay, although its prime days are long gone. The service, however, was absolutely disappointing. Stay in early June 2025, 2 adults + 1 child (traveling with a one-year-old), package holiday with TUI. THE PROPERTY: The hotel grounds are open. The pools and the children’s pool were okay — surprisingly, we usually didn’t have a problem finding a free sunbed. The elevator was rather inefficient and lacked air conditioning, although that’s a minor issue. There were only two elevators in the main building — definitely not enough for a complex of this size. Given all of the above, the disgusting coffee and the lack of non-alcoholic beer at the bar stop being worth mentioning. PARKING: Our stay began with the unpleasant surprise that there was no parking, even though the offer clearly stated that hotel parking was available (subject to availability). It turned out that the hotel didn't have a single parking space. The only nearby option was parking by the roadside where "No Parking" signs are posted, and the police eagerly issue fines to tourists. About 500 meters away there is a construction site which the hotel reception actually recommended to us as a parking spot — unfortunately, it’s full of sharp stones and there are even occasional snakes. One time, we stopped our car directly in front of the hotel for literally 3 minutes to load our baby and stroller, and a hotel employee came and rudely told us to move the car immediately.

It’s rare I leave slightly negative reviews on places I visit but I feel it is important to review this particular hotel. My husband and I stayed here for 10 nights and totally understand why others state in their reviews that this is not a 5* hotel. I’ll start with the positives - the complex is huge and we loved the room we were put in. Really spacious, comfortable beds & a powerful shower! We were fortunate enough to be based next to the main pool which we loved. The pools on offer are brilliant - different vibes for different people. We spent the majority by the main pool as it was relaxed with minimal noise. Cleanliness - I personally found the place to be spotless. Housekeeping everyday along with the hotel itself being kept clean. Staff work incredibly hard to keep the place clean & tidy, along with some friendly staff on the bars / reception etc. Although you can’t compare to a 5* resort in the likes of Mexico or even turkey, my husband & I have stayed in better 3* hotels in Europe with more to offer. We personally found the food to be very limited, repetitive and lacking in inspiration, particularly in the buffet lounge. The a la carte restaurants were good but that’s if you were lucky enough to get booked in. The Mexican restaurant was delicious. The drinks - dear me…. I tried numerous cocktails and after 2, I found them overly sweet & sickly. I never drink beer at home but found myself drinking it most the time at the hotel as couldnt stomach the cocktails and spirits. Even the Irish cream was weak and tasteless! I did however, enjoy a slush with white rum for something more refreshing by the pool that wasn’t too sickly sweet. The mosquitoes - I have never experienced anything like it in my years of being on holiday. They’re EVERYWHERE and the bites are extreme. The level I went to in spraying myself was wild - along with plug ins, burners and creams. So many people were bitten horrifically. I was demented after day 2 and stayed in my room most nights of the holiday to avoid more & more bites. If you need an iron - you have to pay €7 PER HOUR to use it - without an ironing board!! What’s that about!!???? And small touches like having to pay for your own bottles of water is rare at a 5* and even 4* hotels! Location - there is absolutely nothing nearby. But there are plenty of buses to take you around the island and a taxi to Lindos was only €25 euro. If it wasn’t for the fact that during our holiday, more family members joined us on day 3, (attending a wedding) I would have been desperate to come home. It’s the only holiday I’ve had that I feel I would never consider returning to as I feel it is not good value for money and is not a 5* experience in the slightest.

The hotel is quite good, actually very nice. The rooms were cleaned every day. The only downside is that the food was more or less the same, there wasn’t much variety in the dishes. Other than that, everything was excellent, and the view was wonderful. From the room you could clearly see the bay and the sea.

Had an amazing holiday here!! We were welcomed by staff and they helped with our bags up the stairs and also down into our room! All staff are amazing(reception, bar, restaurant, pool and entertainment)especially the entertainment team Mattia, Margherita and Zoe who made us laugh non-stop! They are all very polite and friendly people who definitely made the holiday and hotel experience a lot better, trying their best to keep everyone entertained… just a shame about the equipment that they have been provided with in the evening as it was a big struggle for them to use and breaks up a lot when using the microphone. The views the room with a partial sea view and in the hotel is beautiful and food is okay too, definitely not for the more picky eaters. The room we were in was alright and did the job it just needs a refresh with the bathroom/shower. The WiFi did not work in our room but it did on the balcony and around the hotel. Overall had an amazing experience (again mainly down to the team at this hotel)!!!

Currently here at the moment, wifi is shocking no connection in room non existent went to speak to reception staff to be told it's the area, slow everywhere. Hardly works in reception either. Room is a box room, with a big chest in the walk way to which keep banging our legs and both have raised bruises. Have to keep a light on to see at night. Bed was supposed to be a double to arrival was 2 single beds (fishfingers) they said they will push them together. The rooms definitely need updating as is like a hostel. Lifts cannot fit 2x people in and your luggage look very old. Taxi from the airport to here was €50 and then got to reception here and €70 for tax!! Food- we are only BNB but breakfast is always cold , had to send to kitchen to be warmed in microwave still wasnt hot when bought back out. No hash browns! Or pancakes. Noise from the maids from 6am is unreal banging stuff around and trollys moving on the floors. Talking so loudly. Their cleaning cudboard is facing our room. No choice to get up. Would say this is the worst hotel we've stayed in. Views are really nice, pools are decent roof pool nice to sit by in the evenings. The onsight shop is ok for choice reasonable prices too. Bus stop to Corfu town is literally outside the hotel and cost €5 for 2 of us 1 way. Recommendations from receptionist for nice places to eat were really nice places happy with those. Not wheelchair friendly at all. All in all to end this i Would say this was not a 4 star hotel would be pushing it at a 3 star. More like a hostel than a hotel.

Me and other people in my group visited a lot of places in Corfu, and people working there were very rude, staff in Paleo art nouveau too. Most of the times they “forgot” to leave clean towels or they left just one and we were 2 people in the room, and it was not just once or twice, it was every time they cleaned the room, and not only our room, but our friends too. Also it was cabaret night and people were dancing with the music very loud near reception, at the bar and in the other side of reception were the 8 ball pool tables and us playing there. Some guys from the reception were deranged because we were playing there and even waited there watching until we finished, making us uncomfortable. We finished but the music was still very loud and many people were there enjoying the music so I guess we Could have played without hotel employees watching us until we finished. Overall, it was a bad experience, the food was not great, not terrible, but the same everyday. I don’t recommend it .

I would give the hotel 3.5 stars. Our room was very basic, with the bare essentials like a fridge, T.V., hairdryer etc but this was fine. The room was also very clean. However, our shower was poor - the holder for the shower head was rusted, so came away from the wall a couple of times which could be frustrating. Alongside this, the showerhead was also similarly rusted/damaged so all of the water would come out of the side of the head. This isn't something we mentioned to the staff as it was bearable, but is a shame it hadn't been picked up prior to our stay. The bedroom had a lovely balcony overlooking the main pool and the air-conditioning in the room was great. Sheets/towels are changed every 3 days, which from a sustainability perspective is excellent. The food was okay - their was a good selection of foods to choose from, including salads, stuffed vegetables and plenty of meat/fish options also. The food was quite basic but was tasty, although at times was samey and I was ready for a change by the end of the week. It would be good if the foods could be labelled with allergens as my friend is gluten intolerant, although I'm completely understand that this is a small business so this likely isn't possible. I wasn't a huge fan of the ice-cream, and the wines weren't particularly nice, although the cocktails were very good as were the soft drinks options. We enjoyed the location - there is a beach just a short walk away from the hotel. There are plenty of local shops & restaurants by the beach also, a couple of which we tried and enjoyed. There aren't many bus connections available - there is one bus that goes to Corfu town (A7), that you need to pre-book tickets for at Alexandros Bikes which is by the beach and is €4 each way. There is another bus but I can't remember where this goes! There is also a sulphuric smell, particularly sitting in the outside seating area, however I don't think this is something the hotel can control and is likely due to the older plumbing on the island. The staff are also very friendly & willing to help - multiple times we asked the reception staff for help and the woman manning it was really helpful, answering all our questions and helping us navigate the buses & our trip to Aqualand! This made us feel very welcomed and did really come in handy when it came to getting out & about. Overall, I have to say this didn't feel like a 4 star hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! There were nine of us in total—including two little ones (aged 3 and 1)—and we spent two unforgettable weeks at the hotel, making memories we'll cherish forever. We'd love to return. Staff: 5/5 First off, a huge thank you to the incredible staff. I apologise if I’ve got any names wrong! Our housekeeper—Abgengia, I believe—was simply fantastic. She kept our room spotless and was so thoughtful and warm with the kids. My little ones adored her and even drew her a special picture! Demetrius from the food and beverage team made an immediate impression. He went above and beyond every day, especially with my 3-year-old—her face lit up every time he was around. And Nicos? His cocktail skills are top-notch! Always ready to help with a smile and happy to fulfill even the most specific requests. There were 2 ladies in reception who were also very friendly and accommodating! Food: 4.5/5 The food was excellent—fresh, tasty, and varied. We were spoilt from breakfast through to Dinner. The staff made sure everything was well stocked and clean. And those grill nights? Not only did they smell divine, but they added such a vibrant energy to the evenings. Entertainment: 3/5 The resort featured three pools, including access to an adults-only one—so finding sunbeds was never an issue. Entertainment-wise, there were only two themed nights during the week: a Friday duet and the Sunday Greek night. The Greek evening was an absolute highlight—interactive, lively, and full of special moments. We just wish there had been more of that kind of entertainment throughout the week. Hotel: 3.5/5 We stayed in a family room and were initially impressed with the space. However, we did come across a few maintenance issues—like a shower that caused flooding, a loose toilet seat, and a less-than-comfy mattress. Unfortunately, one night my daughter was woken drenched and cold from a drip from the ceiling over her bed. It took nearly 12 hours for us to be moved rooms. We were surprised to see the new room had similar maintenance concerns, but thankfully no leaks. Our extended family in other rooms had similar minor issues, but since we didn’t spend much time indoors, it wasn’t a major problem for us. I would also mention that the furniture in the family rooms weren’t toddler friendly. I.e sharp corners, and slippery floors. Outside of the room, the hotel grounds were gorgeous. The beach and local shops were just a short stroll away, and the overall setting was beautiful! We would definitely recommend!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! - our room was basically falling apart ; shower constantly leaking onto a slippery floor, the room wasn’t cleaned properly, hinges broken on all cupboards. - The food was cold, overcooked, some was okay such as the chips and plain pasta. - all inclusive but the bar shuts at 11:00pm? - the drinks machines always needing to be repaired - smell of sewage everywhere you go - the swimming pool is literally falling apart - most of the staff looked miserable - cheap plastic cups for drinks this is not a 4 star hotel at all!

Do not go to this hotel, I have just stayed here with my family for the past week and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The smell off sewage was everywhere due to there being a waist plant behind the rooms. The food was dreadfull. There power supply is cooled using a motor fan out front and the swimming pool was falling apart. There page says there is wifi through out the hotel witch is not true as it isn't in the rooms. My bathroom was caked in mold. The service was ok apart from one off the lady's at the reception was rude. One off our rooms has a broken shower and open drain cover. My nan is a severe lung problems and is in a ventilation unit and she was sleeping in a room that smelt off human waist. There was a fire in the electric unit because black smoke was pouring out but they tried to play it off as if there was no issues. Due to the smell off human waist we all got eaten alive by mosquitos. Myself having 25 bites on my back alone. And the elevator is broken the room is cracked with wires showing. And the toilet in are room is rusted. The hand rails om the stairs rock witch is unsave and my lamp was tapes with maskin tape to hide wires. There was also a fire in the electric station. They man hole covers doe the swedge was also open .the swimming pool floor was also falling apart .Do not stay at this hotel

Our stay at the Sandy Villas resort has been lovely, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only issue is that some of the bar staff, they are more than content to just stand and talk whilst you are waiting for a drink.. perhaps some gentle reminders from managers about their responsibilities... Our Villa is beautiful, the rooms are clean and well presented and a quiet corner of Sandy beach resort. The cleaning staff are quiet and dilligent in their duties, the room was clean perfectly everyday . At night whilst by our pool we saw Hedgehogs, geckos and mosquitoes (bring repellent). We have spent our days on the beach or in the Adult only bar and pool. It has a great atmosphere. The restaurants offer a wide verity of dishes with core dishes changing daily. Plenty of tables available, even when extremely busy. The staff that clean the tables do a fantastic job whilst under a lot of pressure. I would like to say a big thank you to the buggy drivers whom are always there ready to take you to wherever you need to go. My wife has limited mobility and they saved us lots walking, especially as we had a few days 40⁰C plus. The beach is beautiful, plenty of sunbeds, but they do fill up fast, there is an area just for adults. We shall definitely come back to Corfu and Sandy beach resort. There is so much to do, from the kids play area to the Adult pool, there is always something going on.

We returned a week ago from Sandy Beach. Well what can I say. After a long and stressful flight. We were dropped off by a lovely friendly driver. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The resort was huge and very busy at times. The meals were delicious, always hot, topped up frequently. A variety of dishes provided. I was generally impressed with the service provided. Few things that could be improved are more sun beds especially by the dolphin pool. It was hard for us to find a bed free. The music was too loud by the slide pool.Apart from that everything was excellent, I normally go to Spain. After Sandy Beach, Greece is my new " Happy Place"! Efcharisto xx

The hotel is very nice with a very big olive garden and plenty of space. The food was delicious especially the breakfast in the main restaurant. The room we stayed was 0153 and it was renovated and worth the money we payed. The half board package was nice as we could dine in all al a carts restaurants as well. Best of all was the music in all areas, smooth vibes everywhere. We will be visit it again next Summer.

I stayed at the property for 5 nights and I have to say that, overall, it was a wonderful experience. I went there to relax and recharge after a stressful period, and although not completely, I did manage to recover. Starting with the room: I had a sea-view bungalow — spectacular. The room was just the right size, and the view was breathtaking. Waking up early in the morning to watch the sunrise was an incredible emotion. Speaking of views, they’re equally fantastic from the three pools and the main restaurant: simply stunning. The staff was very kind and always helpful. Overall, it was a very positive vacation, though I do have a couple of small criticisms. The food quality at the main restaurant was decent, but the variety was lacking — the buffet barely changed from day to day. Breakfast also had very few sweet options and was mostly savory. Another issue was the management of the relax pool. Especially in the afternoon, there were always too many teenagers talking loudly — sometimes shouting and diving — as well as some groups of adults speaking at an exaggerated volume. No one seemed to address this, but in a “relax pool” I would expect a bit more peace and quiet. Some better supervision might be needed. All in all, however, the holiday was very positive. The property truly deserves a lot of praise.

Amazing location with beautiful views 2ith a private beach and sunbeds, restaurant on the beach, lots of pools including adults only with a beach bar which had a sea view. The only down side was the wasps, everywhere. Hard to relax with a drink or on the balcony eating with wasps everywhere. Cleaner never gave us hand soap or milks for the room drinks and cannot phone down to reception as the line is always busy. Fab golf cart to take your luggage or you to your room which is helpful as really steep paths.

Very nice hotel located on a hillside among trees and gardens. The 3 swimming pools offer choice and variety and never seemed too busy. The family bungalow room was small for family of 4 with two teenage boys but we spent little time in the room. Staff are very friendly and work really hard. We had some issues during our stay and the concierge did really well to resolve them. The food is ok, what you expect from a buffet, sometimes really good and sometimes not. After staying in Barbati further up the coast with crystal clear water, the beach here is disappointing and not good for snorkelling. And the gym is very small! Overall had a lovely time and it’s a good 4 star Greek hotel.

The service is great. We stayed at the top of the resort and had no trouble using the buggy service to and from. The room was amazing, we had the superior room and it was definitely worth the extra money. The beach was beautiful, we always managed to get a spot, even turning up after lunch! ✨ The buffet was delicious, always a good variety of food for all tastes. A lot of effort has gone into the resort and we would definitely return again. It was great for a couples trip! 💞

We already had high expectations given the good reviews, but Akti Beach and its team exceeded them!! Both the food and the facilities were excellent. The kitchen team varied daily and always prepared delicious food and plenty of it. The service staff (waiters, cleaning ladies, reception) which you deal with a lot as a guest, was very friendly despite the fact that some guests can be very rude. The rooms were neat and clean, with comfortable mattresses and excellent air conditioning. Some tips: - spend a little extra and get a room with pool access, which is fantastic! - if you are not traveling with children, go for the adult only! - go for a beauty treatment or massage at the spa, it’s next level! We will definitely come back!

Overall, the hotel met our expectations. The food exceeded what we anticipated, and it was easy to find something to eat or drink at any time of day. The accommodation was comfortable and functional. The rooms with direct pool access were especially convenient. There were enjoyable areas for children, and they made good use of their time. Most of the staff were attentive and helpful. Overall, we were satisfied and consider it a solid option worth evaluating.

Location is ok as have the free bus service, food is alright if you want to try new things snack bar could be better as they just serve whatever is left over from breakfast lunch or tea , birds are allowed to sit and peck at the pizzas ready to go in or the bread left uncovered on the side. Not happy as we came in a large group , all paid the same yet some get their fridge filled daily with drinks yet others don't when asking at reception we are told we get what we paid for ( we all paid the same and were allocated the rooms on arrival ) The hotel is very clean not much to do once here though there are only 2 main pools for families and that's it so the kids got bored very easily , the animation pool id advise getting round their from say 7.30 getting your bed as there is hardly any their too start with , main pool their is no music or entertainment The beach is very close and very clear waters however very rocky beach , theirs nothing down the beachfront other than a supermarket which is cheaper than the hotel so it's worth the walk 2 of our party had issues with their room 1 didn't have any sockets that worked and also a broken toilet The other had a broken toilet The tvs have around 6 channels and are all in German with no option to search more, so glad I brought my android box so I could use my sky go app

Not at all a 5* hotel and I would struggle to justify 4*. Service here is very poor. It really is not good for value for money. I have been to much better for much cheaper on other Greek islands. Major concerns on allergies and dietary requirements - management don't seem to care and laughed off what I would have considered a major breach of hygiene and allergies laws. Would not recommend to anyone and definitely would avoid if you have a restrictive diet or suffer from severe allergies.

Not a 5-star hotel more like 3.5. We stayed in early August. When we first arrived, the check-in was not very welcoming. The staff didn’t explain what we could do, what’s nearby, or any activities, it was more like “here’s your key, go check in.” That said, most staff were friendly, especially the bar staff, who always tried their best despite the long queues for food and drinks. Our first room was dirty hair on the shower walls, brown-stained towels, a bad smell like rotten eggs (not sure if from the rooms, cleaning supplies, or the area itself). The fridge wasn’t restocked, not even with water. Afterwards, we got room 1821, which was renovated, clean, and right by the pool with sunbeds a huge improvement. The location is far from Kos Town about 40 minutes by bus but the price (3.80€) was quite good. Trips booked through the hotel were excellent. The beach water was clean but rocky to enter, and the sunbeds were never cleaned. Food was mediocre overall. Pizza, tzatziki, olives, feta, Greek salad, and souvlaki were great, but potatoes were clearly from a frozen bag. Drinks were flat and pre-made in plastic bottles, but the bartender made an effort to present them nicely, which we appreciated. Wine was okay. Overall: friendly staff (especially at the bar), nice trips, and a few good food options but also long queues, cleanliness issues in the first room, strange smells, and poor maintenance. Definitely not a real 5-star experience.

Great hotel, staff really friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Food great, a variety each meal time. Situated in a quiet area, nothing else to do around the area, so perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. Beach 4 min walk from reception and a bar at the beach front.

Second year here as a couple and going to book next year. The all inclusive is great and has good variety but I would only ask that the allergy information gets filled out properly at the buffet please. Both of the guys at the main bar (the two Georges) went above and beyond for us as well as Billy always taking care of our table. Riggs the entertainer is great at hosting events during the day at the pool and in the main bar every few evenings. The staff make sure you feel well looked after and leave a great impression. See you all next year!

Rooms are neat and clean. Associates are polite and interactive. It's a beautiful hotel with a beach just a short walk away. The breakfast layout is good. Plenty of choices. Bread products, eggs, sausages, and bacon, fresh fruit, yogurts, and roasted tomatoes with garlic and cheese. Many other food choices. Only real downside to the location is that to go see anything like the port, castle, ruins, and shops, you have to take a cab or rent a car. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay, especially if you are here just to relax.

Hotel is in super grounds. Food they catered for everyone's needs. It is fully inclusive. The staff, all the staff were wonderful. Unfortunately the rooms are only cleaned every other day, so tea and coffee facilities are not replenished, but you can call reception and they are most helpful.

We have just come back for a 3 night break, first off, no way is this a 5 star, rooms are of a 3*, bathroom floor and tiles are thick with scum, shower head filthy and barely throws out water, and the shower curtain has seen better days. The food is the same every day, just nothing wholesome to eat, the chef does cook some fresh food on the grill which is the best thing. Reception, friendly and helpful Bar lady was lovely and always happy. Overall the rooms are not the best and the bed linen is pretty terrible, I’d say a 3 star here at a push, 5 star? No way!!!

This was our first ever all inclusive family holiday (and this is my first ever review too) I’d previously avoided this type of holiday, but Mitsis Family Village was recommended to us by family members. I have to say that we were all very impressed with the entire set up. To start with the Transfer to the hotel was so easy. The food was amazing, so much choice and variety. Different fresh fish everyday was the highlight for me, but the meat and vegetarian options, and desserts were wonderful too. The beachside pizza and gyros snack bars a great addition, alongside the beach bar. The view from the hotel and restaurant was beautiful. The sharing and main pools were fantastic, and with evening entertainment suitable for the whole family. Absolutely All of the staff were wonderful. They worked so hard, but still remained very cheerful and attentive throughout. My eleven year old son said it was his best ever holiday (he loved the independence of going up for ice cream and crepes and without having to ask for money!) so a big Well done to everyone at Mitsis Family Village.

As a person with ceoliac disease I have the highest praise for the wonderful Chef, who walked me around the all inclusive buffet at every visit, pointing out the safe gluten free options. I found this very reassuring and helpful, being able to eat without the worry of being ill. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. My grandchildren, aged 11 & 9 years had a fantastic time, enjoying the pools and waterside. They also made full use of the ice cream and crepes station. Would highly recommend.

We LOVED this hotel! Came with our two little boys, and the team couldn’t have been more hospitable. High-fives for our boys whenever the staff saw them, receptionists gave them both toys on arrival, the lady on the ice cream counter was amazing and always made a fuss of the boys making them very happy. I was worried about the food being a one restaurant AIC, but it was honestly great. Lots of choice, handmade pizzas, Greek stews, and the best chips. We loved the puddings too. We had a sea view room and the view was the best view we’ve ever had on holiday. Beaches were a short walk downhill with a shuttle available on the way up. Part of the AIC too so drinks and food included. Weather was amazing, AC worked and didn’t need key in fob so room was cool the whole day. This place over delivered on our expectations. Thank you for letting us stay and enjoy your hotel and make us feel welcome!

The hotel is situated on a hill, which was stressful to get up to. Great job that they provide towels. Lots of steps so beware of your children. Staff are very friendly. Mini market is basic but a larger one at the bottom of the hill. Buggy to the beach every 30 minutes. Great pool and great seats. Wonderful views at the sea or mountain. If your child is a picky eater please speak to a staff member and they will always accommodate you. All inclusive drinks available at the beach. Sun beds are great and comfy. Everything put together though great service, Great views and great company. Thank you.

We have had a wonderful time staying at the Mitsis Ramira. The location is perfect with a wide selection of pools, bars and restaurants. The staff have been incredibly helpful and everything we have needed they have made sure to accommodate our every need. During meal times the staff are always so kind and engage so well with our family especially our three year old. Anna has been exceptional and always makes a fuss of our little one and comes and puts a smile on his face every meal time. So much so he asks for her every time we have breakfast, lunch or dinner. A place I would definitely recommend to others and would definitely visit again.

A pleasant and well-managed hotel experience We had an enjoyable stay at Mitsis Ramira Beach. The hotel is well-maintained, the room was spotless with very comfortable beds, and housekeeping was consistently great. The staff were courteous and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. The pool areas are beautifully designed, and the water slides were a highlight for our children. The food was both varied and of good quality, catering well to different tastes. There is, however, room for improvement in service efficiency. Empty glasses around the chess pool area were not always cleared promptly, and during lunch and dinner, drink refills often involved long waiting times. Introducing self-service stations for soft drinks and water would enhance the overall dining experience. Overall, a very positive stay, and we would gladly consider returning.

Booked this hotel through TUI for our holiday. Also it was my wife's birthday so needed a place to go. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. In the Dinning area we had Noah who was always catering for us paid particular attention to my kids knowing what they wanted when they come for their meal. The rooms were always cleaned. The Kitchen Manager Mr Costa was really intentional when l told him it was my wife's birthday. He helped decorate the table, baked a cake well paid for it and made the evening special for her by singing for her. The holiday Owner did not spare any expense he gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate the occasion. She was indeed very happy. The cleaners also went all out to decorate the room with flowers. The hotel was a short walk to the beach very clean and lively. I would recommend this hotel anytime.

Wow! Stunning beaches! We went to Andrea's beach- 15 euro for front row sunbeds with a beautiful umbrella, a lockable storage cupboard and a service button to the close by restaurant. You simple press the button and they come to you to take your order and then bring it back to you at no extra cost! Fancy a beer in the sea- just press your button! The sand was lovely and the sea was clear with a few fish HOWEVER- WARNING ⚠️ I stepped on a weever fish 🐟 and was poisoned, the pain is horrendous and intense, it's immediate and you must seek medical attention straight away! There are no warning signs of these fish in the waters and there was no help! The restaurant told us to go to hospital and the treatment is unpleasant. It could ruin your holiday so make sure your get yourself some sea shoes! Other than that tigaki itself is lovely with plenty of shops and restaurants on offer.

The hotel isn't what you expect from a four star, you have to pay for use of safe, no kettle in room, no entertainment other than greek music one night. Majority of staff aren't friendly. Definitely catered for German guests, we stayed in September & there were mainly German pensioners. All inclusive drinks were self service drinks in the day so it was limited to a few options, no spirits until after 6pm. Food was quite bland, dinning room dark & dated, trees around hotel blocked out alot of sunlight. Sunbeds were plentiful, pools were clean, rooms were clean. All German channels on the TV no English. No toiletries in bathroom either, few tweaks could do so much better as per other reviews. Wouldn't stay here again if I came back to kos.

This hotel is perfect if you’re after a relaxing holiday by the pool with the option to explore nearby. The location is great – just a 30-minute walk or a quick 6-minute taxi ride (around £8) to the Old Town or Dolphin Square. The staff were absolutely lovely, especially Poppy on reception. She was always happy to help and really went out of her way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The restaurant offered a different menu each day, with a wide variety of tasty, high-quality dishes. Our room was clean, comfortable, and included a balcony, which was a nice bonus. There were a couple of small downsides. There weren’t enough sunbeds available unless you reserved one early in the morning, which meant we sometimes had to sit in the bar area instead of relaxing by the pool. Also, all-inclusive drinks ended at 11 p.m., after which you had to pay – something we didn’t expect. There’s no entertainment during the day or evening, so the atmosphere at night was a bit quiet. If you’re looking for nightlife or more of a lively vibe, you’d need to go next door to the bar or head into town or Dolphin Square. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The positives far outweighed the negatives, and we’d definitely consider coming back!

We had a pool view room, perfectly clean, large bath room with shower and large balcony. Rooms next to each other so privacy upto a certain level, meaning if next room respectful expect no problem. We accommodated on a rather chilly night, A/C only cools not heats but hotel provided blankets so perfect service. Large breakfast buffet. Ponny at reception can assist you with many things so you feel as comfortable as at home. Definitely recommended.

Marvelous! Super clean, spacious and organized, with a wide range of services. Has swimming pools, both for adults and kids, and a pool side bar with snacks. Breakfast is great with freshly cooked options every minute. They also serve lunch and dinner to those tired to go for a walk into town. There’re rental car companies and bike rental options left and right, but it’s also only 2km by feet to the center, very pleasant walk too, stores, markets and restaurants all the way. Also two very good beach bars just across the street. Great staff! Kiria Poppy is the best 👏🏻 ❤️ she can help and solve everything hotel and tourism related.

Gorgeous hotel, lovely grounds kept beautiful growing their own fruits and vegetables. Rooms were nice and kept clean. All pools really nice and good sizes, although understandably busy (we visited in school summer holidays!) Food was lovely, especially lunch and dinner, breakfast could improve and was a bit samey each day. Self service for beer, wine and soft drinks which was great, only thing was this meant if you wanted a different drink eg cocktail the wait could be long as the bar with only one serving. For us, couple of things to improve on… there’s only one ramp which is right next to reception, which means if you have a pushchair or wheelchair you have to go all the way up to reception to then get to the top pool or restaurant for example. Another thing was I requested a cot on my booking, I then emailed a few days before to re confirm and didn’t get a response then didn’t receive a cot for our whole stay. We worked it out but just something to bear in mind if your baby won’t co sleep. Most of the staff were nice, especially the bar man who worked his socks off all day! Reception supervisor was a bit rude to my husband at check out but we all have bad days . Overall a great experience at this lovely hotel close to the beach…. I’d probably say it’s the lower end of 4* but still a great stay and gorgeous hotel !

Beautiful hotel and really kind staff. We stayed in the family bungalow which had everything you need and always kept clean and tidy. The whole hotel is kept to a good standard and the pools were great, the small children's pool was a hit with the girls Always plenty to choose from for the food and the meal in the restaurant was gorgeous. As mentioned the staff were super friendly and very attentive, always friendly and welcoming. The only negative isn't really on the hotel but the guests and the sun beds, theres signs saying no reserving the sun beds but unfortunately this was done all the time. People putting towls down in the morning and leaving them unoccupied for hours not allowing anyone else to use them. Would love to come back to such a beautiful place.

4* Hotel, fantastic food, the staff never stop working and can not do enough for you. It's clean and tidy and a beautiful location. Loads of food options, inside and out and also has a street food area. I have stayed all over the world and this hotel is just as good as some 5*. We had a late arrival and food was finished, however we had lunch in the fridge. The room is spacious, cool and was all new. Only problem was some families reserving sunbeds, despite signs saying do not. However I told the staff and they removed the towels and allowed other families to use the beds. EDIT* Now returned home, again, unable to find a reason to complain about the hotel, however some guests (Mainly German speaking) are rude, pushing in at the bar or dinner, taking up multiple sunbeds then not using them, letting children run around in the nude at all times of day or night. A small bunch were very rude, but also had no idea I spoke German and have the ability to understand. Last issue is parents letting children run around holding glasses or plates, running around hot food and drinks in the dining area, at least 4-5 plates and or glasses smashed per day due to children that I personally observed, parents, control your children. Also don't forget some people (Stupid English) as we were called understand and can speak your language. Thank you

Only rated the room so poorly as it was not a refurbished room as we expected. However the rest of the hotel was fantastic and the customer service was excellent! They moved us to their 5 star resort near Kos town with an upgraded room. Casa Paradiso was perfect other than the room, and we were in 2 minds about the move. Food was excellent with lots of choice, branded alcohol and lots of treats and snacks for the kids. The facilities were clean and well maintained and staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

We stayed from 2 May 2025 - 9 May 2025 and had a great time. Our highlights: * all pools are well maintained, clean, and spacious. * Snack bar, crepe station is amazing, help yourself to soft drinks * Staff are so friendly and welcoming * Private beach was close to the hotel and clean * Plenty of sun beds, we weren't having to get up early to find a nice spot. * Wide range of all inclusive drinks at the bar. * Always something we enjoyed at mealtimes * Good evening entertainment - equally we enjoyed sitting around the bar area playing cards. * Lifeguards we're friendly and great with families and children. * Reception had a couple of birds that fly around and it is so lovely to see how nature is respected at this hotel. * There is a beautiful cat who liked to lay on our sun beds and the staff are so respectful to the animals and don't see them as a nuisance. The only minor inconvenience was that our aircon only worked as a fan and didn't cool the room down much but otherwise the rooms are nice and clean. Would definitely recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If we had gone by the reviews we wouldn’t have gone. But we took a bit of a leap of faith as the original hotel closed and this was the offered alternative. It wasn’t too expensive so if it didn’t work it wasn’t a major loss. We went through Jet2 and as the transfer slowly when through the different hotels we started to panic as we cycled through some amazing hotels. When we arrived it was late at night. After the night entertainment had finished. And what a great time to arrive, as we dropped the bags into the room we were greeted with the incredible view of Bodrum, lit up across the ocean. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer holiday. The food was amazing. The entertainment/entertainers were welcoming and superb. The kids club was engaging for the kids and the option to sit around the bigger busier pools during the day or the calmer mini pools around your room was ideal. We don’t often visit the same place twice, there’s so much of the world to see. But this may be somewhere we do!

I recently stayed at Aegean view aqua resort and spa and had a lovely experience. The views were absolutely stunning—you could watch the sunrise and sunset each day, which made the setting feel truly special. There were six pools to choose from, so it never felt crowded, and the variety of food on offer was great throughout our stay. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Our room was clean and comfortable, though we did hear of a few guests experiencing issues with cockroaches—thankfully, the staff responded quickly and offered room changes. There were also quite a few cats around the resort, which added charm, though some did seem to have fleas. Overall, it was a beautiful, relaxing holiday, and with a few small improvements, it could be perfect. I’d happily return and recommend it to others.

The accommodation is located in a beautiful area and has very nice pools. The rooms were clean and relatively renovated. For its price, the amenities are quite good. The food was fairly good, as was the service. Unfortunately, we noticed that a manager at the restaurant displayed inappropriate behavior toward the staff. It is unacceptable, in my opinion, to treat a young woman in such a manner, especially in front of guests. Despite this, the staff remained polite and professional. This issue should be taken seriously by the management.

We were a little nervous before arriving at the Aegean View Aqua Resort & Spa, having read a few concerning reviews online. But after spending time here, we genuinely wonder if those reviews were for the wrong hotel entirely, because our experience was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. There were plenty of sunbeds available, no dreaded early morning "sunbed wars" here! In fact, the whole resort had a relaxed, well-managed feel to it. We were pleasantly surprised to find more pools than advertised, giving us lots of space and variety to enjoy throughout our stay. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily to a high standard. The shower was the strongest we’ve ever had in a hotel, which might sound like a small detail, but it made a big difference and added to the overall comfort. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of well-prepared dishes catering to all tastes. The waiting staff were efficient and not once did we see a dirty table left uncleared. Their speed and professionalism really stood out. In short, we couldn’t be happier with our stay. The Aegean View Aqua Resort & Spa gave us everything we hoped for in a relaxing holiday and then some. We’ll definitely be back and we recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone considering it!

I would like to start by saying that this hotel and its views are absolutely gorgeous, they have a lot of pools and places for children to play, the entertainers are amazing, so kind and friendly However.. We knew the hotel would be a bit run down and that was fine with us, when we arrived and the room was clean so no complaints there but the floor definitely wasn’t mopped, you’d walk around the room for 5 minutes and the bottom of our feet were black… the cleaners changed our bins every other day and during our 10 day stay our bed sheets only got changed once. Staff service was shocking, hung up on us various times, not very friendly and look like they don’t want to be there. Lastly the food….. the exact same every day for lunch and dinner, only things that change is different pasta sauces and pizza for lunch. Not great…. All in all our stay has been okay despite these issues however they are something to take in mind when booking. The hotel does offer shuttles to town for free 9-6 but be wary that it often happened to us that the last shuttle ran at 1:15 and the next one after that was 5:15 (this was told after 3rd time hotel hung up on us when we called asking where’s the shuttle as we were pretty much stranded in town where we didn’t know where anything was) our taxi back was €10 which wasn’t so bad but still unnecessary money spent. Overall this hotel is family friendly and the entertainment is great so In that sense I recommend and they truly are the people that make your time there!!

After a week at Smy Kos Beach & Splash, we are back home and I’d like to share my impressions. Cleanliness & Room The room cleanliness was good overall, although the towels were dirty and didn’t smell fresh. The cleaning staff was always friendly and tried their best. The room itself was very small for three people and three suitcases. Hotel & Dining Area For a four-star hotel, I expected something different. In the dining area there were drink dispensers and unstable, uncovered tables. If the tables were covered, the tablecloths were often dirty, and water was dripping from the air conditioning on the ceiling. The buffet often offered the same dishes, and unfortunately it was easy to see how much food was being wasted. The evening chefs, Khan and Qasim, were very friendly and always tried to do their best. Overall, most of the restaurant and bar staff were friendly, but the reception staff were rather unfriendly and uninterested – except for Ilias and Alex, who were fantastic and always had a smile on their faces. Environmental Concerns What I really disliked about this holiday was the massive amount of plastic used in the hotel. It felt like time had stood still, as if they didn’t know how harmful plastic is for the environment. Plastic straws, single-use plastic cups – and I don’t mean reusable ones, I mean the kind you use once and throw away. Plastic cups were seen everywhere – on the floor by the pool, even in the pool. Instead of ashtrays, you’d be given a plastic cup with a little water inside. Entertainment & Animation We really enjoyed the animation team. There was plenty of daytime entertainment, but you could easily avoid it if you preferred. In the evenings, there was always a one-hour show, which was absolutely fantastic. The animation team led by Matilde was sensational – super friendly, professional, and always in a good mood. Especially Piotr, Emma, and Federico were incredibly friendly. The shows that Matilde plans and choreographs are an amazing achievement. Also, the sound and evening atmosphere created by DJ Laris were top-notch! Conclusion Thank you for the wonderful week. With less plastic, more cleanliness in the dining area, and some modernization, we might come back.

Smy Kos Beach & Splash is an amazing hotel and they have great pools and a splash park with slides for the little ones. The food was okay. Lots of choice. Lots of salads and fruit. I don't know how someone can write that there was little food and it's always the same!! Luckily I didn't give it to other people's reviews because the food was amazing and I ate a lot I was with my father who is 80 and he was satisfied he always found his cakes amazing!!! The rooms were small but nice only a very soft bed as I have a problem with crises but it's bearable. The beach is about a 5 minute walk along a paved road. Private small beach with another pool nearby and a bar and buffet. in the location of the hotel there is a really beautiful beach with plenty of sun loungers, beautiful clean sea with a gradual entry into the sea, and sometimes the sea is with big waves depending on the weather sometimes it's quite windy and there are beautiful sunsets. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday I will definitely come back next year.🙏🇬🇷❤️

Worst Holiday Ever – Unsafe, Unclean, and Unwelcoming We stayed at Smy Resort in Kos with our two small children, and it was a disaster from day one. Our “welcome” was cold and unhelpful, with no information given. The room was dirty, missing towels and even pillows, and we had to chase reception multiple times to get them. After two days, the air conditioning broke for three nights in 30°C+ heat — no room change, no fan, no apology. This left us and our kids exhausted and covered in mosquito bites. Cleanliness across the resort was shocking: dirty tables, hot glasses straight from the dishwasher that warmed drinks instantly, and drinks often running out. Food was poor quality — frozen pizza and hot dogs for “show cooking,” repurposed leftovers, no fresh milk, and beer/wine running out frequently. Worst of all, food labels were missing or wrong — one dessert had walnuts without warning. My wife is allergic and only realised after biting it. This could have been life-threatening for someone with a severe allergy. Staff were consistently rude and unprofessional, from bar staff laughing at guests to reception acting bored and uninterested. Entertainment was amateurish, with barely any English spoken and most guests leaving before the end each night. This was unsafe, unsanitary, and completely unwelcoming. Absolutely the worst hotel we have ever stayed in — avoid at all costs.

Our holiday at Smy Kos was Excellent! In particular, the Animation team Federico, Emma, Alyissia, Greta, Loris, led by Matilda were absolutely amazing! They were always enthusiastic, engaging, vibrant and full of energy! Their shows were impeccable, and must have required so much effort and hard work. We would always see them rehearsing at night until 1-2 am. These guys BY FAR were the best part of the holiday. The sound, lighting, production and choreography were extremely professional. far surpassing ANY other holiday entertainment I've seen before. A great holiday for families.

I recently stayed at Diana Palace in Zakynthos with my brother and his girlfriend. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel with well-kept, lovely rooms. Personally, I found the food a bit disappointing, as the selection was the same every day but you almost forget about that because of the amazing people who work here. There are two women who truly deserve a special mention: 🌟 Marina – a fantastic woman I kept seeing everywhere in the restaurant service. She works incredibly hard, always with a radiant smile. Her warmth and dedication genuinely make your stay more enjoyable. Every day she greeted us with a smile, and that is pure gold. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🌟 Eleni (animation) – I almost have no words for how good she is at her job. She runs the entire animation program all by herself, yet everything feels perfectly organized and full of creativity. Her energy, positivity, and original activities are the reason I would come back to this hotel just for her program. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Of course, there are also some staff members who are less involved or friendly, but thanks to people like Marina and Eleni, this hotel has earned a special place in my heart. They are the reason my stay felt so special. Hats off to these amazing women! 🙌💛

Great overall experience! The location of the hotel was great and includes a car park. Also can’t complain about the food or the rooms. What stood out the most was the service we received from Christos, who always greeted us with a big smile and made us feel very welcome from day one. Christos even went above and beyond by making us some traditional Greek coffee which tasted amazing. Thank you Christos and Diana Palace for a great stay!

Loved this hotel from the moment we got there! The staff are so friendly! Big shout out to Stathis the barman, lovely guy, remembered what drinks we liked and remembered our names as well. The food was outstanding! Something different every night it just kept on getting better. Rooms are quite basic but beds were very comfy and we had a lovely view of the pool and the sea. The location was ideal, plenty of shops and bars and there is a sandy little beach 5 minute walk away, the water is very shallow and crystal clear. The entertainment is pretty good! They do quizzes everyday which always turned into a good laugh. Pool games and water aerobics was also good. Another shout out to Kelly on reception who made us very welcome when we arrived at the hotel! Only con's:- air con is only on at selected times so if you want it on all week you have to pay! We did as first couple of days were so hot, the safe we also had to pay for, but we went knowing this already so took extra money. Would I return! HELL YEAH xx

We had one of the top rooms. Couldn't fault it. Food was nice and plenty of choice. We ate far too much because we wanted to try everything. They had nice tea but tiny cups. Bring a mug. All inclusive food, drink and ice-cream for the kids. The pool was cleaned daily and everything was clean and tidy.

Overall we had an enjoyable stay. The room we had was in the new block, very spacious and modern. The restaurant was nice and clean, fantastic staff, although the food was repetitive it was good quality. Pool area was new but always busy, we stayed at the children's pool with our new found friends...

A week of vacation spent at the White Olive Elite Laganas hotel was wonderful. Excellent food, well-kept territory with plants, clean room that is cleaned often. Two swimming pools for relaxation and 300 meters to the sea beach with turtles. Very good location of the hotel on the edge of Laganas - so the nightlife is not heard, the widest beach and turtles nearby. I definitely recommend the hotel for a family vacation.

We stayed here in June and had a great vacation! I'm convinced this is one of the best hotels on the island - new, clean and with enough sun beds for all guests. Rooms were cleaned daily and service was excellent. Some guests from an island nation were loud at night, but I still slept well. Highly recommend!

Hotel beautiful. Clean rooms and housekeeping will clean daily with fresh towels if you want. All staff very helpful. Food and drink not to my taste but that didn't matter i just ate out and got to see alot of the island. Thank you white olive elite for a lovely stay.

So this was our first visit to Zante island decided to go all inclusive which we rarely do & boy were we sorry! The hotel itself is quite new looking very modern & very clean but that's where it ends. Nespresso machine in rooms but no coffee pods, you have to buy them at reception at a cost of 70cents each! Only place to have a drink is the pool bar , no atmosphere, no a la carte restaurant as advertised & sign posted all over hotel, but believe me they could do with one. Food absolutely awful! Always the same rabbit,salad that was there all day looked & tasted dry, pizza,chicken dippers,spaghetti bolognese not 5 star food & to go with it Always cold! We did attempt to eat there as we had paid for it,but it was inedible, even breakfast was not good. We ended up eating out every evening at a brilliant restaurant down the road called the island restaurant. Breakfast was coffee in our room made with pods bought from the supermarket. White olive need to buck up their ideas as this hotel is definitely not 5star but you have to pay 5 star tax! Never again.
