Recently returned from a weeks stay at this complex. Unfortunately, we booked before reading the reviews. The location is excellent and was central for most things, eating out, drinking and the beach. The complex however is dated and would benefit from some TLC. The food was basic at best and the choice, well there wasn’t one. It was the same food every meal time. The room we stayed in was large and that is the only good thing I can say about it. There is no air conditioning ( you have to hire a fan) the towels were changed once in a week, as were the beds.The bathroom was never cleaned and there was an infestation of small bugs in the bathroom that would run round when you turned the light on to use the toilet at night. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, as was the young man who worked the bar in the evening. The other staff member obviously missed the course on customer service and almost threw your drink at you. I am aware that the complex does not charge the earth for a weeks all inclusive stay but, I do expect the rooms to be clean and , as best they can, bug free. Regarding the food, well at least I lost some weight.

We've been before and going again soon. The room was clean and maids in often enough. Last time, we got a full board deal and found food to be fine, plenty choice, but you'll still want to eat it occasionally.The restaurant is right in the basement really, but the decor is nice with palms and plants etc in a lovely setting, very spacious and airy. The onsite shop just off reception was helpful if you are self-catering, but everything is up to all inclusive if you want it. Location is OK, but not right in the very heart of things, but not that far off, really. Staff are great and very helpful. The pool area is nice, and the pool is well kept pretty good sun trap. Occasionally, a little fashion show turns up, and sales thereafter. There are lifts to all floors, wheelchair access, too. As I said, we're going back, we know what to expect, if it was bad, we wouldn't go. I'm looking forward to our stay there. It's three stars, and good enough as it's a base camp, really, rooms have everything you might need. Hope this is helpful to you..

Me and my five friends came here to stay for just over a week. I really wasn’t expecting a good experience based on reviews. I however was proven wrong with this hotel for the amount of money you spent it is worth it. There was five of us and they gave us connecting rooms so we were all together. The maids came in regularly made the beds, cleaned toilets and emptied bins etc. We had all inclusive and I will say the food isn’t 100% the best. We did eat out some nights but it was good to have some nights as there was different selections of food everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The drinks were also good in all inclusive alcoholic and soft drinks. I will say at night it can be noisy when people are coming in from being out at 3/4am in the morning walking past the corridors your room is in but apart from that I found it to be quite quiet not a lot of noise. We didn’t have our veranda/balcony door opened a lot but for just over a week we got 2 cockroaches in the room which isn’t the worst. I wouldn’t know how it would be leaving the door opened a lot or during the night if warm. Beds weren’t the worse could still get a decent sleep on them. Hotel is at a great location with so much around you one of the best things about the hotel I would say. We did go to Siam Park, Mall & Markets which were located in or near Los Cristianos but there are taxi ranks all around the most we paid was around €10 & even bus stops that will take you there for free. I would overall recommend the hotel if away with friends or even a couple’s holiday away. I would say maybe as a family holiday you could probably find a hotel more suitable but if not still an okay holiday for a family

The hotel is in need of some serious refurbishment. 3 foot of mould in the room by the door. Walking to the dinner room felt like a walk into darkness, poorly lit, and quite easy to walk into the offices of the hotel. The rooms do not have AC, so quite warm at night, you can hire a fan, you can also hire the safe key and pay for WiFi and hire the TV remote control. We did none of those. Breakfast was okay. I didn't eat any other meals there to comment on. Staff were all very nice, pools gets good daytime sun. It's very noisy in the night with people screaming and running about, shouting, tends to die down after 1000hrs. If you want a place to put your head and nothing more, then it will do if you want more than that, probably not the right place for you. Again, the staff were helpful throughout our stay

Rooms were clean and also cleaned regularly which was nice. Balconies are great and most have a nice view. No a/c or fans in the room unless you pay extra at reception for a fan which in my opinion should be included in a place like this. The pool is beautiful with lots of loungers but you need to be early to get one. The pool bar is also conveniently to the outside until a certain hour so you dont need to dry off before going there. Very spacious hotel.

The hotel is about as 3 star as it gets. Nothing too fancy, but nowhere near as bad as some of the reviews make it out to be. Rooms are nice and practical but don't have air conditioning which makes them very hot. Balconies and views are nice. Food wasn't the best and a couple of staff were a little bit rude. It''s also a lot of hill walking to get back from the town which isn't ideal in the heat. Overall, if you're looking for a budget holiday destination, it's a great choice. There's certainly more luxurious locations in the area, but I enjoyed it. Pool was great.

After reading some reviews of this hotel before coming here I was very nervous and it put me off, however after arriving I was put at ease as we had no major problems whatsoever. You get what you pay for, it’s basic and has everything you need in the rooms, we were lucky to have a balcony and the view was amazing especially the sunsets in the evening. The rooms were clean, cleaners came every two days to clean our room gave us fresh towels, bedding and cleaned the floors. The staff were very friendly throughout the hotel, reception were helpful at calling taxis for us. The food is basic, but we only went half board so ended up eating out most the time. The location is very convenient as it’s close to lots of nearby attractions and has a shop right next door. The hotel is on a big hill which was probably the biggest negative it can be hard to walk back up the steep hill in the heat but there are scooters available if anyone would prefer that.

From an 11 year olds point of view, all these reviews are a bit misleading the cockroaches are very few we only saw 2 and we stayed here for a week . For the room, no air conditioning I was annoyed at because it gets pretty warm in late September. The location is quite annoying when you are going out every night for food and activities because of the steep hill and can be hard work in this type of heat. Reception didn’t seem happy when we wanted more towels and told us to talk to house keeping where we eventually got some from the following day. The pool was huge with some salty water but not too strong, the floor of the pool was slippy and food was decent in the grounds. Overall, the apartments are decent at best but could do with air conditioning to ensure a better sleep

Not bad for a 2 star hotel. It's clean and we had a lovely view. It's Ideal for party people who enjoy noise at nights. The hotel is on a steep hill known as the 'cardiac hill' When you get to the top you need an oxygen mask lol 😂. I love walking so it didn't stop us walking up the steep hill every day 😁 There is a small shop next to the hotel so you don't need to carry groceries or drinks up the steep hill.

Don't listen to reviews about how dirty it is, how rude the staff are, how poor the food is etc.. we experienced none of that. We visited in July this year and actually don't have a bad thing to say about the resort. Pool was great, nice and clean. Food was fine, no issues. You pay for what you get. Rooms were basic but clean and the amount of time you spend in the room anyway, it makes no difference. Staff were extremely helpful and nice. The entertainment at night is a bit 'dated', bingo and karaoke every night but lots to do down in adeje.

The stay at the hotel was pleasant. The room was older, but nice and adequate. The food was good and there is always plenty to choose from. Overall we have a good feeling about the hotel. The only thing that spoils the atmosphere are the British guests who don't know how to behave. Especially the younger ones, they make noise and eat like pigs, but that's not the hotel's problem. Everything else was fine.

Hi. I don't write reviews but today I have to. I have compared with many hotels. But this is the first time I've encountered such crap. The rooms are old, but relatively clean. The area surrounding the area is a garbage dump, an old unfinished construction site, a garbage dump, and dead palm trees. But the worst thing is the restaurant and food. Boring and tasteless food. My son said that prisoners probably eat better. There are no free tables in the restaurant, for lunch or dinner. You have to wait up to 30 minutes. When there was a table, there were no plates or forks. And inside there are groups of workers renovating the hotel rooms (I appreciate that the workers can eat there), but something is wrong when the hotel guests are standing in front of the entrance, waiting, and the construction workers are eating lunch. Bar and drinks failure, Vodka, Whiskey, beer and Coco Rum, nothing else. All other drinks are charged. I rate the three pools 3/5, but nothing special. We stayed in the Magnolia II House and had to climb 124 steps to get to the restaurant. If you are in poor condition or have mobility problems, you won't be able to live like this. We talked to a couple from the UK, they had cockroaches in the room, luckily we didn't. No music, no animation for children or adults. Boring. This is not a budget vacation, it is a waste of money. No more Blue Sea, second visit to this hotel chain and another failure. We came back yesterday.

We had an amazing time here. The staff are so friendly, I particularly liked Eduardo and Kevin. Great guys. The food was nice and what you would expect from a three star hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby if you fancy a change. The beach is in a walkable distance and the area is very peaceful and quiet. The cleaners came to my apartment in a team of five every other day. The evening entertainment on a Wednesday and Friday was brilliant. We would definitely come here again. Thanks to everyone at Blue Sea for making our holiday a great one.

Have a nice day, thank you for a great stay. We were there for 11 days. We arranged the stay ourselves with a super winter discount against travel agencies. Moving around the hotel was challenging, but again you keep fit. The rooms are clean, just would like to take the rubbish out of the toilet more often if you are not allowed to put paper in the bowl, it smells. The rooms are large - the great thing is that there is a living room and a bedroom (4 people). I also liked the kitchen and fridge, which is not usual. You can see that the furniture remembers something. The food was always a little different but similar - it was good - I might have differentiated the desserts more. I would also suggest more frequent cleaning of toilets by the pools, tables in the bar and around the pools. And I would also recommend no smoking by the pools, there are cigarette butts, cups with butts, there is a smell from smoking. There are noisy English groups flying around. Great staff, I suggest you respect them and pay them a lot!!!

This hotel is very basic, the rooms were ok lighting isn’t very good there was a random water leakage on the first day but luckily some nice men came and fixed it on the second day, the cleaner is meant to come every two days but doesn’t clean much, we got left some clean towels in a bag I front of our room. Balcony view was quite nice, although at night you can usually hear music from the bar, the beds aren’t the best but what do you expect for a 3 star hotel. Everyone is so nice here and tries their best. Coming from a person who is not picky the food was not great at all very very slim selection and not the best for picky eaters although at dinner there is always plain pasta with tomatoe sauce and cheese. Desserts are the same everyday and there is an ice cream machine for dinner ner which is a plus, unfortunately you have to pay for juice and fizzy drinks at dinner, water is only free. Breakfast was also not the best there was not even a lot of fruit. Overall wouldn’t come back to this hotel. Also overpriced drinks.

Really enjoyed the GF Fanabe. Yes, around the edges it needs an uplift, however the staff are so friendly, the cleaners keep the hotel ever so clean, reception friendly and helpful although not a massive amount of interaction with them. The bedroom was always kept clean, plenty space inside with everything needed for a holiday. I had a ground floor pool view that captured the afternoon sunshine. The food in the restaurant was varied, well presented and tasty, something for everyone. The hotel is in a good location, handy for the local shops, close by to the promenade and yes there is a slope to walk. Entertainment in the evening was varied, even providing a good rock group that were pretty good. There are faults the hotel is a 4 star and it is a big hotel the all inclusive only provides local drinks and I'm sure the premium drinks would not add much extra and having easier access to fresh water would have been better than having to queue at the bar but definitely this hotel and it's staff provided an enjoyable holiday. We stayed here beginning of September for first time, for our honeymoon. Lovely hotel, rooms cleaned everyday, staff always friendly & helpful. Food was okay not restaurant quality but totally adequate, lots of variety, lots of fresh Salad every day, different cuisine, something for everyone. Brilliant roof top pools, never any sun bed wars. Can't wait to come again next year

Honestly, best holiday I've had in a long time, staff very friendly, food was excellent, entertainment on every night, although we like to walk, and everything is within a very short walking distance especially to the beaches, highly recommended this hotel and the staff, hopefully next year we will come again. Pools are well maintained, cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. Sad to be leaving. Our trip was 5days Friday to Wednesday.

Animation team are amazing, big shout out to Ana. They really try hard and get guests involved. Lots of different activities to keep you entertained. The evening entertainment is good, johnny circus in particular is very funny. Great hotel, staff are very friendly and are happy to help. Breakfast is brilliant always something to find even if you are a fussy eater. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool.

Just got back from a 4 night stay. The rooms are dated but the beds are comfy, clean and have what you need. The food was lovely (hot if you get there when it opens) paella every lunch and fresh prawns one evening. A different selection of meats each day. The vegetarian options were also very nice. The beer was good as was the sangria. The hotel was busy but still quiet enough to be able to easily get a sunbed. The entertainment was good and the staff were friendly. No complaints at all and would definitely return. As for the reviews regarding flies - yes there was flies (not swarms) but you cant help nature.

This is our second time at this hotel this year. The rooms are huge, the beds are very comfortable, it is clean and spacious. The cleaning is regular. The food is very tasty, you will not go hungry, fish, meat, vegetables and fruits. Food for every taste. The animation is great. The animation team is great! I would especially like to mention Gabriella❤️❤️❤️, she is very cool, she loves children, people and her job, she is very cheerful and kind, she leaves no one without attention. The hotel staff is very polite, good people work here. Thank you all very much!!!

Always helpfool never seen any staff where ever we went doing nothing always busy pool staff done excellent keeping all areas clean and tidy. Very clean. The staff were excellent - very friendly, attentive, and helpful. We only ate breakfast at the hotel - lots of options and all well prepared. Beds were comfortable, the air-conditioning is a lifesaver and says on throughout the day/night without the room card in the little slot. Rooms were serviced every other day (perfect) although they didn't change towels until the 2nd service (even though we put them in the bath as requested) but not a huge deal, everything else was kept very clean :) In all, very happy 💕

We had a good holiday with no issues. Being half term (UK) the hotel was close to capacity. We had to queue at meal times to get a table in restaurant. Most of the staff are polite, hospitable and happy to help. Room was fresh and clean, all the facilities you need. Pools are nice and you can always get a sunbed. We went all inslusive drinks from 10:30am with cocktails included. Breakfast lunch and dinner mainly catered for a European pallet but there’s plenty of chips, pizzas, burgers etc on tap. We’d stay here again and would recommend it to families

We arrived back in Wales at 1am Saturday 31st August after an 11 night stay at the Gala Hotel. What a holiday. It was perfect from start to finish. And any minor problems were dealt with immediately without any attitude from staff. Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff we met but our cleaner of room 563 was fabulous and Joel behind reception. We can't big this hotel up enough to be honest as we didn't have any complaints. And considering it's supposed to be so close to the strip, it wasn't noisy once you closed your balcony door and we didn't have one police incident the whole time. The all inclusive system is all by card so you don't have to wear a band on your hand. And all staff are polite and I could order as many drinks at a time as I wanted, and was not limited to one at a time by each person.

We spent 5 days there in October (half of our honeymoon). The location is close to restaurants, pubs, clubs, bars and the beach, but that also means it's not exactly quiet. We asked for a quiet room and it was, during the day, but during the night you could hear the booming music from the nearby clubs until like 3-4 am. It didn't bother us, since we can sleep on music but not on discontinued noises. The mornings were quiet and that's all we wanted. So note to those who want to sleep early, this might not be the hotel for you. The room was big enough, had a fridge and it was clean, if a little old. The bathrooms were large and accommodating. The balcony also large enough, but we didn't spend time on it, since it was facing the Veronicas. We had half board. The food was average. They tried to do a themed buffet every night (Mexican night, oriental night etc) but the food just wasn't all that tasty. However, no matter how picky, there was something for you to eat. As a suggestion: I know it's a big hotel with a lot of guests but maybe the staff could be a little nicer and attentive. They smash the plates and cutlery so badly when cleaning tables, I found like 3 glasses with shards in them. Other than that, it's a big, crowded hotel and I reckon they try their best. It's good value, but note it is average. We liked it because it was close to everything. The internet was also pretty good. PS: it was my birthday while staying there and they were kind enough to surprise me with a champagne and 2 flutes, so thank you! It was much appreciated.

Very nice hotel and lovely staff. For what's in the staff's control they do an excellent job. We travelled there with a 2 and a half year old and he loved the facilities and all 3 of us really enjoyed the afternoon entertainment. Giovanni the barman is a top man doing the work of two men wherever he is. Breakfast is also quite good which we had every morning. My only suggestion to staff would be to cook the black pudding a little longer it makes the world of difference 😂😃

The hotel was okay. We got a room downstairs, no view at all. Next to the path where all trucks drove, at 4 a.m. the trash was picked up, glas was brought to the trash at night and in the morning, sleeping was not really easy. We did pay the same price for a bad room in the hotel and we did not even get a warning about the placement when we checked in. The room was okay, the bathroom could use some renovation. The Check-In was easy and the people at the reception were nice. The buffet: it was big enough but always pretty similar. Breakfast was always the same except for some small changes. There were a lot of times where food was empty and did not get refilled a very long time, especially 1h or even 1 ½h before "closing". The waiters were nice. Pool: Not enough loungers and sun shade. The cocktails were not that good and the bartenders often seemed annoyed about ordering specific cocktails. The hotel was at a pretty good spot, it was loud due to the party mile but that should be clear after some research in advance. They had a special path to the beach which was a good shortcut and only took 3 minutes to get to the beach. Animation was okay, could have been better. Overall it was okay but absolutely not 4 stars.

We visited this hotel on a 10 day holiday. Rooms were spacious, well air conditioned and very well looked after by the room staff. The food was better than I expected and the theme changed every night and the waiting staff were brilliant. The hotel amusements for the kids were great, multiple pools to choose from were all very clean. We visited the sister hotel, The Green Garden a couple of years ago and is definitely of the same standard. Highly recommended

Book a last-minute 7-night B&B stay here with my family (2 teenage boys). Arrived midday, so rooms weren't ready, but we knew this beforehand( the room was ready about 2:30 pm). Alfredo checked us in and gave us the rundown on the hotel, mealtimes, and pools etc, he even called our transfer company( several times that week) to see if they had found my sons bag he left on the bus 🤦‍♂️. Room was a 2 bed 2 story terrace (cleaned every day by the awesome cleaning staff) photos attached. Pools were decent size, and lifeguards were not too strict. They told people off when they needed to. Animation team were good from what we saw. The location was a little bit away from the beach, and the main areas, there was a free bus to and from the beach and Siam every day. Taxi was about 7 Euros to most places or loads of scooters to hire. There is a bit of a steep hill up to the hotel, but perfect to get your steps in. The shopping centres are about a 20/25 minute walk, We upgraded to all-inclusive twice during our stay (€45 per person), which was worth it for the 2 pool days we had. Food was decent with a good variety breakfast was worth having every day. The reception, bar, and restaurant staff were all awesome, happy, friendly, and extremely helpful, genuinely nice people. We would stay here again as it is close to the airport, Siam Park, and Karting club Tenerife. Cheers for a great week in the sun 🌞 😁.

Beautiful hotel. Views and the layout is very picturesque. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Entertainment is average, very good at getting the crowd involved and keeping it entertaining. Food was good. Rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. Need more activities for older kids.

Our first family holiday abroad and what a great choice we made for some autumnal sunshine, the hotel was amazing, the rooms (apartment) we had was great with an amazing balcony and then a roof top solarium with unbelievable views of the surrounding areas. Food and drink choices were great, so glad we chose all inclusive (although my waist line has increased) staff were brilliant and so helpful.

Really good hotel resort. Would recommend if looking for affordable, but comfortable, clean and spacious all inclusive break. Staff were very good. Rooms are really apartments, upstairs with a living area (which we had 2 proper beds in as family of 4), balcony and small kitchenette. Downstairs main bedroom with another outside space, and nice large bathroom. No complaints at all, clean spacious and comfortable. Resort itself was spotless and very well kept, nice flow to the place. Pools very good and lots of sun loungers. All inclusive buffet food was generally excellent with lots of choice. Can get busy and so they try and rush you on after finished at your table but this was our first all inclusive so suspect that's normal. The poolside bar is a nice place to sit in shade. They have sandwiches, hotdogs and chips available there 11-6. The other small bar is for a quiet drink away from the evening entertainment. So all works well. My only complaint is the all inclusive wine, which was undrinkable (beer and cocktails were fine though). Very surprised at this given we were in Spain after all! Same for the coffee, really bad unless you went to pool bar after 11 and asked them for a proper espresso machine coffee. And the fruit juice at the all inclusive was horrible. But really that was it, everything else was great. The surrounds are not a place you'd want to walk about, feels like lots of other developments have stalled so lots of abandoned building sites if you walk down to Los Cristiano's beach (25 mins). So best just get a taxi (5-8 euros), v easy to hail or reception order. You don't see any of the surrounds from the resort so it doesn't really matter. Very easy and short taxi from/to airport too (25 euro). Our apartment was right at the top of the hill, so quieter up there and could get a view out towards sea. The small onsite gym was basic but actually pretty good. I wouldn't recommend the neighbouring golf course, very expensive and not as good to play as it looked from the resort! Finally, the temperature in mid October was amazing. Absolutely perfect. Hot in sun but not too hot. Never cold or chilly. Cooler at night but still pleasantly warm and never needed jumper. And not uncomfortably warm at night either. Pool felt cool when first in, but that was more the change in temperature, once in it is fine. Would return, and might well do next October.

Great location and rooms where cleaned every day. We ended up above a group of drunks for the first 3 nights who would fight and shout every night and smash windows they where from the south of England and the security where always at there door I think in the end the police where involved. Thankfully they left but this is the fun of a all inclusive hotel. Staff are nice the the pools where clean and warm. Plenty of shops and bars around and only 10 mins walk to the beachs. We had a great holiday and will definitely book this hotel in the future.

The scenery is nice, but nothing else is. For starters, we booked a suite with two separate bedrooms, and instead received 1 bedroom and a living space with a sofa bed, which is annoying but manageable. The all inclusive isn’t exactly all inclusive. There is no free snacks, or anything to eat other than when specific meal times are. The meal times are also quite inconvenient. The food is terrible, and very boring. Same food every day and it’s dry and tastes old. Unless you like dry fish and dry inedible burgers, then you won’t enjoy it very much. Occasionally there was a tough bit of veal being cooked, which was more edible, but it was still not very nice. We also got very sick a couple of days in, which may not be their fault, but could be related. Some of the staff were incredibly rude and ignorant, and basically dirty looked you just for asking for a drink. However, there was 1 lovely bartender who was very kind, however I am not sure of his name (dark brown hair, quite tall, very friendly guy). The receptionist was also nice, but nearly every other staff encounter was bad. The rooms are not good, but are reasonably spacious, however don’t book a balcony room and expect a balcony. We got a room on the bottom floor with a bit of a post around an on-floor patio section. It is also far too hot, with no air conditioning, and only a fan that is near enough non-functioning. It felt like it was 50 degrees every night. We’ve also heard reports of cockroaches in rooms, however I haven’t encountered one myself, though it’s definitely made me on edge. Location is fine enough as it’s only about a 15 minute walk to the beach, however at night it’s seedy and seems unsafe to go out alone. Overall, this hotel isn’t the best in the area, and should definitely not be marked as a 4 star. I’d advise booking elsewhere for the same price, as this was far too expensive to be like this. If I could refund and never experience this holiday in the first place then I would. Wish I cancelled and stayed home.

Great location with only a 15minute walk down to the beach and restaurants. Rooms are large and relatively clean. Two pools with plenty of sun beds. Great choice of drinks for all inclusive including cocktails. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the all inclusive food which was subpar with undercooked meat and uncooked rice and very repetitive with the same choice of food everyday. I would NOT recommend going all inclusive at this hotel., but with plenty of local restaurants you wouldn’t be stuck for choice with self catering.

Really loved the stay. The hotel was good, clean and functional. We booked All inclusive but in reality it is not. After 11pm you don’t get drinks. The service is super helpful and friendly. You have to walk a bit until you get to the beach but we knew that when booking. The good is ok, there is a lot of variety, lots of soft drinks and coffee types, the outside seating is nice, inside is cantina feeling. If your room - as ours - is facing to the sea, you habe ti accept music and party from the shopping centre late at night. Hotel animation is of lower quality, more amateur people, maybe that differs in summer season. The events organized from the hotel like bingo and quizzes are super fun, better than the evening acts. There is a gym on the site but you have to pay attention xtra. Swimming pool is ok, nothing fancy, but lots of seat reservations with towels early un the morning and nobody is really cleaning up. It is pretty littered by the evening with full trashes everywhere

I do not recommend this hotel. The lady at the reception is very unpleasant!!If you have a problem, call LoveHoliday ,(that's what I'll tell you and that I'm not interested in it, it's just a way to work)the pool is beautiful but, as mentioned, the lifeguard only sits on the phone and doesn't care much. the food is boring, drinks 🥤 they are not worth recommending , only beer is 👍 They clean the rooms as they want every 2 days.I don't have much experience but I do not recommend this hotel, please avoid it.

For a budget hotel this place is fine. The food is mostly edible (although I was served raw chicken one night) but there is not much variety and the food is not replensihed that often meaning there is often items unavailable for a long time. There is a snack bar available throughout the day but it seems like too much trouble to ask the staff to cook something so we didn't eat from the snack bar. The rooms are basic but clean and the cleaners come round daily. They change towels and bedding twice per week but if you want them changing more frequently you have to pay per item. There is no free WiFi and you have to pay extra if you want it. I did not have very good internet signal all around the hotel. The room does not have air con, only a fan, which was fine for us as it was out of season but I definitely would not stop here during the summer season. There is a good size pool which is clean. However the sun loungers are not great. The drinks are very basic and all inclusive finishes at 10:30pm which is quite early. The complex has a nice village feel to it, and like others has said it has lots of potential but requires renovation. The entertainment is very basic but one night there was a live singer who was really good. There was only day time entertainment on the Saturday. There are excellent transport links to bigger areas such as Las Americas, Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje, the bus takes between 30-45 mins and is really cheap. The hotel does not offer late checkout, and despite us arriving late on our first day and missing a day's meals, we were told that the all inclusive would end after we check out in the morning so have missed outon a days worth of meals. Overall for a budget holiday I can't complain because you get what you pay for but I wouldn't stay here again.

staff is unfriendly. The rooms are unreasonable, you have ants, mold and dirt in the kitchen, not to mention water damage. For the WiFi you have to pay 20 per access. The remote control for the television costs 20€. You also have to pay money to weigh your suitcase. If you check in after lunch you will still get lunch on the day of departure. If you lose your bracelet it costs €150 per person. Drinking glasses are dirty and not washed. You always eat it cold.

This is a very low-budget resort. I don’t like the location and amenities as well. Nothing was renovated or maintained over the years. Costa del Silencio is like a town from the mid-’80s. Don’t go there if you prefer more vibrant life and something in better shape. Good for low-budget vacations.

Sceptical after reading the reviews, but it is what it is, it's a budget all inclusive hotel, so people writing reviews because it wasn't 5 star quality, for minimal money... We couldn't fault the place, yes rooms are a bit dated, but again, you get what you pay for. The room was large, bedroom, balcony, separate lounge area with sofa, kitchenette with a fridge/freezer that was ideal for keeping cold drinks, and separate bathroom. It did what we expected of it for the price we paid. Food, standard all inclusive mass cooked, designed to feed a few hundred in a short space of time. Again, people expecting Michelin star quality food, for minimal money should look elsewhere. It was edible, it tasted ok, we never went and found there was anything we didn't like. Just your standard all inclusive buffet food. It did for us what we expected at the price. The staff were brilliant, all friendly, the bar staff were great, the animacion we didn't really get involved as we were out, but from what we saw, they were doing a great job of getting people involved and having fun. Location, there isn't much to do around, but the staff kindly pointed us to the bus stop around the corner, €1.50 for a half hour ride into Los christianos with its nice sandy beach. And they're regular. Overall we cannot fault this place, the price we paid, we got exactly what we expected, so there is no complaints at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was clean and tidy. Receptionist upon greeting were lovely and very helpful. Restaurant and bar staff were great and Ruben in entertainment was amazing. He had time for everyone and provided what he could within control. Dino the lifeguard well….. aggressive, slapping his hands to guests when angry, don’t like British female guest. Falls asleep on his chair likes to close the pool early. Leaves the pool 20 minutes early so he can get changed so he can leave on time which means the pool is unmanned. Needs to learn to be professional.

During my recent stay at BLUESEA Lagos de Cesar, I found the experience to be acceptable, though far from outstanding. The hotel met basic expectations, but there were several areas where improvements are clearly needed. Firstly, the cleanliness of the rooms was satisfactory, but only just. The housekeeping staff seemed to do the bare minimum, with the rooms being cleaned enough to be presentable, but not sparkling. There were occasional missed spots, and the attention to detail was lacking. As for the food, this was a mixed bag. While some meals were decent, there were noticeable instances where the ingredients didn’t seem fresh. This inconsistency detracted from the overall dining experience. The breakfast, in particular, often featured items that appeared to be past their prime, leaving much to be desired in terms of flavor and quality. On a more positive note, the drinks and cocktails were free, which was a nice touch. However, their quality was very low, clearly made with cheap ingredients. While it’s hard to complain about free beverages, the taste left a lot to be desired, and they didn’t add much to the overall experience. In summary, BLUESEA Lagos de Cesar provides an adequate stay but lacks the finer touches that could make it a memorable experience. If you’re looking for a no-frills option where you can manage with the basics, this hotel might suit your needs. However, if you're seeking quality in both food and service, you may want to explore other options.

We absolutely love this hotel. Have been visiting 2 a yr for the last 16 yrs and have seen vast improvements. The staff right from management to cleaners are polite and friendly a great credit to Blue Sea Lagos de Cesar. The entertainment this last two visits was absolutely excellent, Dumi leaving will be a big loss to the hotel. It would be lovely to have drawer space in the rooms and air conditioning in the main bar, and although I understand the plastic tumblers round the pool it would be nice to have proper glasses in the evening, just adds a bit of class to our drinks. Apart from those wee issues the hotel is exceptional. We have already booked for next March and Sept and its 3 couples. Thankyou Shirley Wright

Last minute holiday booking. The hotel is well located for small shops, the beach (black volcanic sand) and restaurants. A very good, cheap, bus service was available at the bottom of the road. The hotel itself is very clean, simply presented with very polite and helpful staff. The bedrooms are simply decorated, with super comfy beds. Bed and bathroom linens were changed every other day. Rooms cleaned daily. Standard size fridge also in the room. We had a room on the 2nd floor, overlooking the pool and with a sea view. Wonderful view of the setting sun each evening. Pool area was very well maintained and there were plenty of sunbeds AND umbrellas. 1 umbrella or every 2 loungers. The pool area is closed overnight. No access in the morning (doors locked) until the restaurant was closed (10.00). None of that dreadful scrambling to put towels on the sunbeds at stupid o'clock in the morning. My husband was extremely impressed by this. The food was plentiful, always hot , if a little repetitive. Good amount of choice, catering for all tastes. We would certainly go again.

We are here at this minute and are having a lovely relaxing time. The rooms and hotel are spotless. The food is plentiful and varied. It's not too full at the moment so there are lots of sunbeds but sometimes the dining area is quite full and busy. The staff are lovely and helpful. One of the major gripes is the only evening bar, the que for drinks is ridiculous, limited bar staff and guests requesting cocktails take up time, an independent self service machine for beer would help. Location is good but it's a downhill walk to main shops and beach. Buses run regularly along to other resorts which are quite cheap.The weather this time of year is sunny and not too hot.

Fabulous time with 6 adults and 3 children. This hotel was amazing for the children, it had everything they could possibly want, from pools, 1 with a large slide, games room, table tennis (10€ deposit). Lovely poolside animation team, daily aquasize and activities. Loads of sunbeds. It also had a self-service mini laundrette, which cost 5€ for an industrial sized wash, including detergent (Great when you've taken children, who like runny egg sarnies). Always a good choice of food, themed every night. Such as Asian, South American, etc. Great snack bar, around the pool with a bar and also a self-service drinks area. In the main bar area, they serve trays of sandwiches and fruit late on. We never figured this out as it seemed to open at midnight and close 1 minute later (that needs looking at by the hotel). You could have any drink you wanted, including a nice Cava on the AI and the bar staff we're lovely. The rooms are apartments and very clean. They had a 2 ring stove and microwave but no pans to put on the stove and did not have a kettle. The hotel needs to look at this. Possibly provide kettles, and some tea and coffee, etc. It would have been nice to have a cuppa on the lovely balcony (waiting for grandson getting up) The bedroom was comfortable and had a ceiling fan, which I loved. The rest of the apartment had free air-conditioning. I would definitely recommend to family's or people who want to relax in a lovely hotel. It's very hilly around the area. Gorgeous views of the sea, wherever you are but no way to get to it. A nice restaurant over the road and a bar overlooking the sea, which did fabulous cocktails, 9€ each. Recap. Fabulous hotel, needs some tea/coffee and a kettle in the room. Maid service, way too early (just after 8am) We're on holiday and don't want to get up. Great pools, bar and food. Apart from the dodgy sandwiche issue at midnight (still confused). We have decided to take the kids back next year, so would recommend and can't wait.

One of the standout aspects of our stay was the incredible support we received regarding my partner's gluten allergy. All the staff went above and beyond to ensure she had safe and delicious meal options throughout our stay. We are especially grateful to Geonodo, who took the time and effort to get my partner her favorite gluten-free pizza. His dedication and kindness truly made our trip special. One of the worst Hotels I’ve ever been. We booked the hotel from 31.10.-10.11. We are still here since 2 days and talked several times with the manager(s). We just wanted to cancel this hotel and would even pay for a night more even if we not staying here, when we can have our money back for the rest. First they said they would do that but than they just ghosted us on telephone. We can‘t reach them. The bad things are. - It‘s way too loud for us and our 2 small kids - There is a sweet but very annoying smell in the lobby and the restaurant - The food is not good - You have to wait in a line in the restaurant in the evening to get something to drink, even water - The rooms are very used and there are several broken things in it The managers can contact us in E305!

My husband and I took our 9.5month old baby here last month and we had the best time. We stayed for 10 nights and couldn’t fault anything. The staff are so friendly and brilliant with children, food was great, entertainment, pools, rooms literally everything. We had a sea view room which was so worth the small extra cost it was absolutely beautiful. We never normally like to return to the same place as we feel we have been there done that kind of thing but we said we would 100% go back to allegro! Definitely would recommend! We come away with are 15 year old girls and from arrival to departing we had a great experience. Staff were polite, with a positive attitude. To be right on the beach with a see view you would normally pay a premium and with a gate straight on to the promenade this was great for shops, bars or a nice stroll away from the teens. Food was plateful and available from morning to night, with a great choice even for fussy teenagers. Yes: I would definitely return if i was to come away as a group or kids, teenagers. if you were looking for a quite lazied holiday if may not be a great choice for you. But if you looking for something central, with plenty going on this would be the place.

Visited march 2023- review based on then Sol Tenerife is a dated hotel in need of a spruce up. The staff here are lovely and the food is alright. What lets the place down is the dated rooms, lack of noise deadening (even from within the hotel you can hear the rooms next door far too much especially in the bathrooms) I’m not going to complain about location noise, if you book a hotel right next to the Veronica’s strip you should know what you’re in for in that respect. Unfortunately during my stay due to the lack of a lifeguard, a man had sunk to the bottom of the pool unnoticed. When a lady spotted him the entertainment staff did not hesitate to jump straight in and pull him out. They immediately began CPR and called an ambulance. After a long while of shouting and screaming the ambulance arrived. I have no idea if the man died or not, he was unresponsive when he left so we don’t know. This was a traumatic experience to watch and it should not have happened. Where were the lifeguards supervising the pool? This is a family hotel, health and safety precautions need to be taken and they need to be stricter. I would still like to give credit to the fantastic entertainment and bar staff who did make a lot of our stay entertaining, but I shall never return to this hotel.

The hotel was in the center of Las Americas. the hospitality of the staff is very good and the service from the staff is very good. the hotel should renovate the rooms, and a solution should be found for the bed in the pool because many people sit on chairs. the outlet to the sea was very close. very good food. The big problem was the loud and local music that was in the centre, which goes on until 4am

POSTING This is the worst hotel I have ever visited in my life!!!! I have been to Tenerife over 9 times and decided it would be nice to try a new hotel, well I was wrong! All the bad reviews are correct and I don’t understand how this hotel has any positive ones. On check in the First Lady that we spoke to was nice however our experience went down hill from here. The toilets in the room don’t even flush and when I asked about this we were told that “all toilets in the hotel have this problem” the women then stopped her self and said “there okay you just have to flush a few times”. The rooms have 2 sockets and have terrible outdated decor. We were on the 11th floor and our bed sounded like it was in the middle of the club, don’t get me wrong we knew that it would be lively but that was to far. The room got cleaned once no mop just a sweep of the floor. The maids went into our room even though we asked them not to and told the staff “our room was too messy to clean”. We got a phone call to the room saying this in which we laughed as the only mess was open suitcases on the floor as we were getting ready to pack, and a few empty bottles of water etc.We had to get a new mattress due to bites all over my skin, when we asked to move rooms the manager laughed in our faces and told us that there is no room. I have read before that this hotel has bed bugs and I am awaiting a doctor to review my bites.As soon as the bed was changed I mysteriously woke up with no new bites .when the maid lifted the mattress there was a tampon, i was horrified as I don’t use them for medical reasons and when I confronted the manager she told me it must be mine and laughed in my face once again.On our second to last night I explained that the room air on doesn’t work and the rude women looked at us blankly. This hotel is the worst i have ever stayed in; there is no way in this world that this hotel is a 4 star. The food is also absolutely awful and the pool tiles have all came off the floor. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We love this hotel! It’s the second time we’ve been back as it’s so great. With 2 pools separated from each other you can have a choice of ‘lively’ or ‘quiet’ depending on what you prefer. Never had a problem getting a sunbed here. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great and staff very efficient. A special mention to Elena for being so helpful and friendly when we were booking our Grill/Italian restaurant reservations.

The main reason for leaving this review was for the amazing entertainment in the evening. The activities offered are varied and entertaining, perfect for families and couples alike. Every day, there was something new and exciting to do. The food was another highlight of my stay. The dishes were delicious, with a wide variety to choose from—everything from international options to local specialties, all of exceptional quality. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. I loved the cozy atmosphere and the attention to detail in every corner. It’s clear that they put a lot of care into everything. I would like to make a special mention of Yurama, the front desk manager, who made our arrival and stay even more pleasant. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help at all times truly made a difference. Thanks to her, we felt at home from the very first moment. We’ve been to this hotel 3 times now and honestly it’s amazing all of the staff are friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. Every aspect of the stay was fantastic. I have felt that each time it’s become even better. This year in particular the food, entertainment and spa seemed to get better. We loved the queen tribute band, the neon colour party and funfair. My children enjoyed all the sports like mini golf and football making friends from other countries. A variety of food and drink and we all loved the spa. The new signs put up were clear explaining where things were. Because we are returning customers we have had perks including attending the two restaurants Italian and the grill. We sat outside and saw the sunsetting was beautiful. This year they’ve also created brilliant photo opportunities with some things put up around the hotel. A giant deckchair , large Door and chair with lights behind (see pictures attached) Just one thing that we would say is the splash park needs revamping as it’s become a little tired. Repainting and the flooring was warn. But still accessible and my children enjoyed it. The games were fun like playing pool, air hockey and some highly addictive new pearl game that all the children wanted to play to get tickets. Again the prizes were rubbish and I think they would much prefer winning a sweet or something better than a tacky cheap plastic toy. But this is in a lot of hotels and not a reason not to stay! You could avoid them if you wanted to. I’m sure we will return again. What I also noticed was so many people who live in Tenerife also stayed there so it says something when people on the island come and stay. Equally a mix of English, Spanish, French and German with staff speaking different languages. Playing a variety of music from different countries. Thanks for a fantastic stay and hopefully see you again soon.

Very clean staff attentive and friendly. Entertainment very good and varied. Location is central to beach,shops and entertainment. My only comment for improvement would be to monitor sun beds on you present rules towels can be put out to reserve beds and clients are getting up very early and reserving beds(from 6.40 am) some of these beds are not used until after 3.00pm in some cases ( this is where people go to beach and shops) some other hotels we have stayed in on Canary Islands have two hour rule:- so if beds are not used in this time towels are removed ( Clear notices are shown)

We’re coming to the end of our 10-night All Inclusive family vacation here at Best Tenerife! It has been a lovely trip for all of us. Each day, there has been a great selection of fresh food for every meal. The entertainment has been plentiful, with a different show outdoors each night. The bar staff have been fantastic, and a special mention goes to Oscar, who has always been there for anything we needed. A great person—thank you! 🙏 Overall, we would definitely come back here! The hotel is very clean, and all the rooms are cleaned daily. The cleaners work tirelessly from dawn until dusk to keep this hotel gleaming. If you’re thinking of booking and are unsure because of the reviews, I would recommend booking and seeing for yourself—it’s a great hotel, and you will have a wonderful time.

Great location, Great Value. Overall the hotel was very clean, food buffet was okay. It’s your typical Tenerife all inclusive experience. The rooms were very clean, no issues. The pool space was good. The poolside entertainment was excellent! The entertainment staff were all a great laugh and really made the poolside entertainment experience enjoyable! The location is dead in the middle of the strip, partygoers strip and beach is also very close. Siam park and other attractions bus stop is outside the hotel which was convenient. Lot of restaurants and decent shops nearby. This includes supermarkets that you can buy water for your room etc. I would recommend and I would come back.

Great location for the hotel and the hotel itself is fabulous too. The let down is there was not enough room for the amount of people there! We managed to get close to the pool 2 days out of 14, the rest were spent at the nearby beaches and occasional trips. We were all inclusive so having to spend lots if time away from the hotel was extremely disappointing! Food was nice, typical AI meals but nice all the same. Staff were friendly, service was nice but definitely overcrowded. Children ran up and down corridors late at night, I'm guessing it was their entertainment because the entertainment area was always overcrowded too. Still had a good holiday but unfortunately I won't go back to that hotel.

I had a really good 10 days in this hotel, the staff were very friendly towards all our concerns that we had during the 10 days. Pool area smelt a bit weird at times due to drainage issues but nonetheless I admired the pool area. The room we stayed in was very surprising as we got to our room we discovered it was over two floors which was a very good discovery as we had plenty room to relax. Our patio/ balcony was very spacious aswell with two deck chairs and two normal chairs. The hotel is very wheelchair friendly also as there's several lifts within the vicinity to get you down to the pool/ dining area or to get you to various levels of the hotel. I would reccomend this hotel to stay and I would stay in the hotel again.

Lovely hotel with good rooms and pool. Beds made every day and if you leave towels on floor in hallway they will change them which was a good service. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection you could want. Poolside snacks daily. Evening meal had a variety of food which we found as we had a party of 10 there was something that everyone could find to eat. There is a few shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance but not loads in this area. Great holiday with entertainment every night.

A lovely holiday at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well equipped and it was good not to pay extra for the safe. There was a wide choice of food at all meal times but I did find the speciality Italian meal a little disappointing. Great pools and we never had a problem getting a sun bed whatever time of day I found the location to be good as there was a variety of walks from there but some may feel there's not much around if wanting night life. The free shuttle bus was very handy.

Just returned from a 7 day holiday with my two daughters ( 7 & 22months) and my mother. There are so many lovely things about this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. There was lots of wardrobe space, a TV and a nice big bathroom. There was tea and coffee facilities and a big safe. I cannot fault the room whatsoever. There are 4 pool areas you can access therefore there is enough space for the many guests staying at the hotel. We went down to the ocean view pool but found it to be colder than the others and was too deep for my young children. The rest of the week we spent by the kids pool which has different water features in for them to play with and was only ankle deep meaning they were safe to play. The main pool was always really busy but there were at least 3/4 life guards walking around the pools all day. The main pool had lots of activities going on all the time and had a nice atmosphere. The first evening we went to the Terra Cafe which is the biggest of the buffet restaurants, it was extremely busy which meant food was cold by the time you go back to the table after waiting in the queue. We opted to eat at the ocean cafe the rest of the week, it had a much calmer atmosphere and no queues. There was entertainment every night which varied from live music to acrobats. I cannot fault the entertainment that was provided and the staff. They got everyone involved and every evening started with a mini kids disco. My family had a great time every evening, my daughter made friends and played in the arcade. The hotel felt safe and staff were always around talking to guests and interacting with the kids. The staff overall were amazing. They were friendly, helpful and attentive. The bar staff were also brilliant and remembered our drinks order every time! My only gripes with the hotel would be the flies, they became frustrating especially during lunch when trying to get snacks at the bar. The main buffet restaurant could also do with opening earlier to stop the rush of people going in between 19:00-19.30. The entertainment started at 20.30 every night for the children and if you didn’t get there early enough, you wouldn’t be able to get a seat therefore, everyone rushed the restaurant at 19.00 when it opened. For the sheer amount of people in the hotel, they could do with larger buffet areas. Would recommend this hotel especially if you are going with family. Our overall experience exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely choose to go back when we return to Golf Del Sur!

Very good location if you're looking for a quiet and chilled holiday. Food was great and something new every day. Staff was great, always smiling and willing to help. The only down side was shutting the pools down at 6pm and poor entertainment. If you don't have full inclusive there are restaurants to choose from that are affordable too as the whole island is approx 20% cheaper than the rest of Europe.

We recently stayed at the Alua Atlantico Golf Del Sur and had an overall enjoyable experience. The hotel was impressively clean, and the music around the pool area added a vibrant and relaxing atmosphere to our days. However, there were a few drawbacks. The main restaurant had a noticeable issue with flies, which was a bit off-putting. On a positive note, the smaller buffet restaurant was much better, offering a more pleasant dining experience. The pool bar, although a nice spot, was often busy, and there was a noticeable lack of replenishment of snacks, which was disappointing. We also found that the All Inclusive Plus package wasn’t worth the extra cost, as it didn’t offer significant added value over the standard all-inclusive option. Despite having a good time, we’ve decided not to return to this hotel. Instead, we’re keen to explore other options in the Golf Del Sur region for our next trip.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. Initially, they were fully booked when we arrived, despite our reservation three weeks prior. They arranged one night in another hotel and covered transportation. The next day, we got a beautiful room with a pool view and sea view balcony. The all-inclusive dining was a pleasant surprise, and the restaurant staff were courteous and professional. The hotel was spotless, and the pool area had all-day sun exposure. It was a great experience.

Myself and a friend were on a short break ( 5 days). The hotel is in a perfect location for shops,bars and the beach ,we didn't do any excursions (tho plenty on offer) preferring to make use of the gorgeous weather and lounge by the pool which was lovely and always plenty of sunbeds, we were all inclusive and really enjoyed the food and the drinks 😁..the hotel is clean and the staff all very friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable my only small complaint is that the wardrobes can't fit a long dress in them.. we went out and about in the evening enjoying the entertainment in the bars.. I'd definitely love to come back it was great ..

Unfortunately the elevators not suitable for Electric wheelchair couldn't fit my wheelchair in them hence had to leave wheelchair in the car. Food buffet OK, Couldn't use facilities as too far for walking but they looked great. I was solo but it looked a great child friendly hotel. Staff were nice. For the price it was great so if you are a semi-abled bodied person who likes fun stay here.

When we arrived we was in a room without a balcony, after 4 days we approached the staff and asked to be change has we was unhappy. The staff and manager was happy to meet our needs. We are extremely happy with our new room. :) The staff are friendly enough and the activities are a great bonus. The gym area is not the cleanest I have been in some of the equipment is dated and needs attention. But apart from that you have enough equipment to still do a workout. The spa was very peaceful and again staff friendly.

We loved it, food was good, no problem getting a sunbed the rooms are larger than normal. WiFi in the rooms is patchy and poor. This hotel is due to close on April 2nd for a massive refurbishment. Check their website for reopening dates. We definitely will be returning.

This place was immaculate, the staff cleaned all the time. The reception and event planning staff, communicated well and were genuinely kind people. There are 8 large floors at this hotel and 3 employees guessed my room number correctly on only my first day. Special thanks to Margarita, who made the check in process as quick and enjoyable as it could be - this lady was as helpful as she was funny. I loved the low-touch nature of this resort. The staff leaves you alone to enjoy the amenities and relax, but if you wanted to get lively, there were well organized activities. We loved Ricky, he made our stay so much more fun!! It’s close to the beach and many affordable shops for souvenirs and women’s clothes! The resort sleeps at midnight and is almost exclusively made up of couples of all ages.

Having been at this hotel 10yrs ago when it was Be Live we returned with the anticipation that the animation team would make this a memorable holiday and boy were we right, Ricky is by far the most personable charming young man who cares for the guests experience. No hard push or sell. The rooms are amazing and the views outstanding. Food was plentiful and serving staff engaging. Didn’t catch his name but wanted to mention the young Italian chef at the platinum who chatted with us. Such a pleasant change as those behind the scenes are rarely recognized. Will be hard not to rebook for next year!!

We spent 10 days at the hotel with my family and husband, and it was lovely. The staff were super friendly and the waiters were brilliant, especially in the a la carte restaurants. The animation team were great, loads of activities during the day if that’s what you fancy, although we didn’t get involved with that. Special shout out to Ricky who was a lovely piano player, but the entire animation team were great. This was our second time here and we’ll definitely be back

We have had the most wonderful holiday at the Landmar Hotel despite some issues with Jet 2, the reception team managed to sort the issues out and upgrade to the Platinum package for the remainder of our stay. Daniel from reception has been absolutely fantastic and is one of the main reasons we had such a good stay. Big shout out to him and we hope he is enjoying his holidays. In respect of the Animation team they have all made a positive impact. Each and every one of them is vibrant and full of energy, we would especially like to thank Ricky (the best Animator) for having such a big smile on his face daily and such incredible contagious energy. I spent 14 days of holiday with my girlfriend here. Despite some small problems the first day with the room, everything was good. We had an incredible view on the pool and on the sea, we could even hear it at night. The hotel was very clean and the service quite efficient. We appreciated the food a lot: assorted buffet but not excessively big, with really well quality dishes. Also the animation team was a great point, especially the duo Ricky and Anton, who were always ready to involve the guests in all the activities. It was our first holiday together and we will keep it in lovely memory!

Fabulous suite and clean. Staff very welcoming and friendly. The rooftop bar is a must but drinks aren't included even for all inclusive customers. The sunsets are amazing to see. Not much choice of food in the restaurant but all fresh and plenty. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. We were on the first floor and at the front of the hotel but there was no noise from traffic or people passing. Overall it was a very enjoyable holiday and would recommend it

Fantastic hotel. Were welcomed with a sandwich, water and fruit as we had missed dinner on arrival. Also offered a glass of proscecco. Stayed on the Adult only side, which was very peaceful. The suite overlooked the pool and was beautiful and very clean. Complimentary dressing gowns and slippers! Bottled water in the fridge, replaced every day (also plenty of bottled water at mealtimes.) Food was good with plenty of choice and many things being cooked to order. Polite staff. Not far to beach, bars and shops Will certainly come back again. Fantastic hotel at a sensible price.

Hotel is lovely rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard with fresh towels etc. The pool was clean with plenty of activities for the kids and adults if you wish to be involved. The kids particularly loved Anya and Pilar. The food is plentiful and you won’t go hungry. That been said it was nice to get a break from the food by eating out a few nights . I cannot fault this place we would visit again. The hotel also organise your trips which was nice and there is a bus out the front of the hotel for pick up for trips.

I have just returned yesterday from an amazing two week stay at this hotel. Where do I start…. Angelica, who looked after my room and was always the first person I saw when leaving my room. She looked after me so well and it was great to see a friendly face first thing in the morning, wishing me a great day. The reception team who greeted me late at night on my arrival where so welcoming, including the food packet they had prepared for as as my arrival was so late. They continued to assist me throughout my stay, even smiling through my somewhat silly questions. Working myself in the hotel business I was so surprised at the work the bar staff put into their jobs, seemingly with no effort. He told me I had to mention him so, “Luis you where amazing” 🤣 although I think Jose Luis was definitely the star, trying to teach new Spanish words when he could. The entertainment was also great and in short… a perfect holiday. Just need to find a holiday company that covers my next holiday at his location and I can not wait to get back next year, this time for 3 weeks. Thank you so much for a great time. Philip

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at this stunning hotel. From the initial welcome and efficient check-in, until the end of our stay the front desk staff were friendly and professional. The rooms are clean with plenty storage space and super comfortable beds. All of the foods we ate were delicious with an added unique dining experience The Gourmet Market, boasting sunset views this is a must, a big shout out to all of the chefs and servers! The pool area was peaceful with plenty of coctails and food to try. There really is so much to enjoy at this hotel which boats style, cleanliness, and on the doorstep to anything you need to experience a 5 star holiday. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable holiday and we look forward to return in the future!

Hands down the best hotel I’ve ever been to, there’s always something to do (cooking class, yoga, free ice cream, concerts and the list goes on) the staff are lovely and so attentive. The beach is a very short walk away. We were on half board and the breakfast and dinner each day were AMAZING, they had a sushi night which blew me away. There’s plenty of sunbeds and the pool was never crowded.

Bittersweet experience that I will try to go through here. Starting at the start of our time there. - The service, that is by far the best of our experience. From check-in to check-out everyone is friendly, polite and very attentive. Every person in the hotel at all times wished you good morning, a good day... And tried to make sure you were comfortable there, cleaning service, bartender, chefs... - The location, you need to know where you are going. Costa Adeje is not a relax place, is a town catered to the tourist that is coming to drink, sunbathe, party and eat in the most touristy restaurants that can exist. This was clearly a mistake from our side as we wanted to relax and enjoy our time at the coast. However, if you understand that you are coming for that, Iberostar selection sabila is a great place. Located 5 minutes walking from the beach and relatively easy access by car. Very close to restaurants, beach bars... Definitely a very good location in the area. - Breakfast, here is where the bittersweet experience starts, and with bitter I will start on the coffee. It is unbelievable that a 5 star hotel has such a bad coffee. I was very disappointed with it. The buffet in itself, has everything but it feels as if everything is mass produced. There are some nice touches like grilled veggies, fresh omelette, poached eggs... but being in such a big hotel, everything is produced, and you feel it, even the fruit was quite tasteless and felt canned. You have some healthy options, but it was striking that from the cereal bar, except the oatmeal, everything was sugary. In general, it felt catered for British tourist (it's target population) with not a lot of care for local products. It was really a pity because it was good, just not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. - The amenities, the swimming pool is a relaxing swimming pool, no place to swim and low depth. But in general it is decent size and not very busy. The bar is nice and you have plenty of options to order. the gym was quite small, a very standard hotel gym. The towel service was very nice and worked really good. But again I need to highlight a very negative aspect, the seats around the swimming pool. It made the whole relaxing and spending the day at the hotel experience stressing and very bad. From very early in the morning (around 8) people went down to 'book' their seats at the swimming pool. Which is fine if they want to, what is not fine is that after having breakfast, relaxing at our room, we went down to the swimming pool to read and sunbath a bit, and our surprise was, not only that all the seats were busy, but the fact that from all of the busy seats, counting together the people at the swimming pool + the seats with people laying, probably occupancy was on the 50-60%. No control was made over the empty spots, after waiting and eventually being able to take 2 seats that were left free, I saw seats next to us, with towels on them that were not used for over 2 hours... When someone came to sit on them. If real control would be made on that, everyone, throughout the day, that would want to take a seat would be able to, however, the fact no control is done promotes people to 'book' seats as otherwise they know they will not have a spot free because everyone is doing it. - Sleep, unfortunately, as said above... This is catered for a certain tourist. There is a live show in the hotel and even worst, a big live show at the hotel in front. It lasts until 11 with loud music afterwards at least during the weekend. So if you are planning to read and sleep early, this is not an option. Really a pity. Conclusion, evaluate what do you want in your holidays, and if you know Costa Adeje is for you, then this hotel will be an amazing option. Unfortunately, it was not exactly for us. Still, kudos to all personnel, everyone was amazing!

We spent a day at The Spa in the hotel and we were not disappointed. Nina and Erica gave us the most amazing couples massage and all the staff were just lovely. It was my birthday on the day of our spa and they bought us prosecco after our treatment. The Facilities were beautiful and it was a great way to spend my birthday. The hotel was fabulous and the staff were great.

Absolutely stunning! The hotel’s interior and exterior were both breathtaking, and they never stopped amazing us throughout our stay. The design is tasteful, with careful attention to detail. Both rooms were spotlessly clean, featuring large TVs and spacious bathrooms with both showers and bathtubs. Even though we didn’t upgrade to the ocean-view rooms, sitting on the balcony was still a delight as it overlooked Mount Teide and offered beautiful sunrises. The entire staff was consistently proactive and helpful, without exception. The activities, especially the sports and handcrafts, were fantastic. The food was varied, fresh, and always plentiful. It’s hands down the best place I’ve ever spent my holidays.

Sad to write a bad review but just so people know what to expect. The structure itself is quite well designed and they have a lot of facilities. The main issue I have is the food was so terribly average which you’re paying a lot for even as half / full board. Everything tastes the same and feels like it’s made in one central kitchen. Apart from fish, everything was very poor quality. The prices for non boarders were insanely high for the quality and cooking. I have no issue with high prices but you expect good quality ingredients. To get reservations at dinner you have to use an all which appears to never have any availability. Most of the staff were pleasant though some clearly just couldn’t care less about helping (perhaps they are just totally overwhelmed by the hundreds, if not thousands of visitors per day).

The Worst Experience at a 5-Star Hotel ! I paid nearly 2500 EUR for a room in a 5-star hotel for three adults for six days—specifically opting for a Front Ocean View because the photos showed a beautiful view of the ocean, perfect for relaxing on the balcony. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the room I had booked (a month in advance!) was not available. Instead, we were given an "upgrade" to a Red Level room. I’m not sure what exactly this upgrade was supposed to entail, because the view from our balcony while sitting on the chairs was as you can see in the attached photo... The room was supposed to accommodate three adults, yet the third adult was forced to sleep on what was grandly referred to as a sofa, but was actually more like a chaise lounge. And then there were the cockroaches scurrying around the bathroom, which seems to be a standard feature of this hotel... though I must apologize, as just a few days earlier we stayed at another hotel (with no stars at all), and there were no bugs running around there. Some might argue that I should have reported these issues to the staff, but honestly, why should I have to? Don’t they have eyes? Don’t they think when assigning rooms? Can’t they see who is arriving and what they’ve paid for? Oh, and one more thing—the pool might be the longest in Europe, but it’s filled with saltwater, which was not mentioned on the hotel’s main website. That said, I must give credit where it’s due—the hotel staff, especially those responsible for maintaining our room, were simply wonderful. They were courteous, attentive, and did their best to make our stay comfortable, despite the disappointing conditions. In summary, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a supposed 5-star hotel, and I would not recommend it to anyone, despite the excellent service from the housekeeping staff.

Beautiful hotel, food was outstanding. We were upgraded to a sea view room and staff couldn’t do enough for you. We would have preferred a bit more going on in the town, but that’s just personal preference. Some lovely towns locally and taxis are readily available and affordable. Would certainly be recommending this hotel for anyone who would like a luxury holiday!
