Very cosy hotel. Rooms are big enough, A/C works well, service offers high quality, very tasty food every day sth different. All inclusive works well. I would remommend to extend opening hours of lobby bar till at least midnight.

The rooms were clean and big,I liked them.But we stayed 3 nights and no one came to change the towels or clean a little bit the room.
Food was very disappointing,it tasted like nothing.Also,not too much food for an all inclusive hotel.No variety.The cakes were awful...The drinks were ok-ish.Staff was ok.The pool was nice.The beach was ~15 min walk from the hotel.

It was a spontaneous vacation. Nevertheless, the stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. Food, swimming pool, staff are on a big plus. The animators were great, but the morning stretching and Zumba with the very talented and smiling Sylvia were the best for me. The most comfort person I have ever met in my life. I could come back to the Kristal hotel many times just for these attractions!

The hotel is not really 4 stars, I would rather give it only 3.5 stars. the location is quite far from the beach, we used to walk there for about 20 minutes. We stayed in a family room with a large double bed and 2 sofa beds. The furniture is a bit old and the walls a bit dirty. The 6 nights we stayed there, our towels were changed only once, the bed linen was not. Cleanliness is not a strong point, it should be insisted more, especially in the bathrooms, both in the room and those at the reception, restaurant and pool. The water in the pool was not very clean, it had a lot of sand and dry leaves in it. Also, the yard and the stairs leading to the yard were quite dirty. The food was good, tasty, but it consisted only of cooked dishes, we did not have grilled meat or fish on any day. Which for us was a minus. Also, there is no bottled water, only by the glass from the dispenser and you have to ask for the bartender during the day. The animators were nice and they tried to do their job as well as possible. Bartenders were so-so, seemed a bit tired and the treatment was tipped or not. Instead, the waiters were very operative, immediately picking up the empty plates and cleaning the tables. Parking quite expensive 20BGN per day and there were not even parking spaces, but the space in front of the hotel. The time interval for lunch and dinner seemed quite short to us, I think it could be extended by at least 1 hour each. Overall, it was a pleasant vacation that we enjoyed.
