The hotel itself was adequate. The rooms were a little shabby, but you get what you pay for and they were spacious and comfortable. All staff were very accommodating and answered any questions you had readily. As a vegan, the options were limited but what was available was to a good standard. Had I been a meat eater on this holiday the restaurants would have been excellent with plenty of choice and all the food looked well presented and tasty. There were a LOT of mosquitos so I recommend taking a good bug spray and making sure you cover head to toe, particularly in the evenings and in the area of the mini golf and by the water. I must stress that this is not a failure within the hotel, you can't really control nature and we experienced the mosquitos wherever we went. The pharmacy that was next to the hotel was excellent and provided good products and advice. The evening entertainment was actually quite good, particularly the Kenyan Acrobats and the wee kids disco that precedes it was good, with the entertainers being engaging and highly energetic. All in all, I would go back here. A lot of reviews give this place a bad rap, but I think people need to temper their expectations versus what they are paying and the fact that it is a 3 star hotel.

Paid all inclusive which was a mistake as food options were very basic. Seemed that the all inclusive guests were not able to enjoy half of what was offered on the booking site. There is only one restaurant serving all inclusive guests. Not the multiple as described online. No baby changing facilities around pools and they are all freezing cold. My baby girl came home poorly and full of cold. Balcony missing a safety panel. Tiling is very dangerous in bathroom, slightest bit of water makes them very slippery. My nana skid the length of the bathroom

Great place to stay, we spent a week self catering. Rooms were clean, staff were super helpful great evening entertainment great location for the area for bars and restaurants. Some hints based on some bad reviews I seen before I went: - your room is cleaned every second day, you need to leave out your clean room sign. If you need extra towels they will provide them in reception or a cleaner on site. - the hotel is massive with multiple buildings and reception areas so one is always close, we did not find it noisy at all. - there are 10 pools at the hotel the main one is busy all day, the others are generally quiet. - buy mosquito repellent, there are lakes nearby and Alcudia has swarms of them, you can pick up the super strong one in the chemist across the road, paint yourself in it for the nightly entertainment. Overall we had a great holiday, would definitely return in the future.

We had a last minute (literally) holiday and found this pretty cheap half board deal. We were very worried about the reviews and almost cancelled. This place is vast and we were pleasantly surprised with the service which was very good especially as a 3☆, the lakes are a magnet for mosquitoes but with sprays, air con on & doors closed, we hardly got bit. The main reason we came was for our 4 children 3, 12, 14 & 16 who all loved the pools, foam party and food. We booked the Mexican restaurant 2 nights and it was slightly different to the main restaurant. The beach was great and only a 10 minute walk. Sun & fun for 7 days. 45 min transfer on a public shuttle which was OK. Your holiday is what you make it and we enjoyed our stay. The staff have all been helpful and polite considering the amount of people here.

We went all inclusive and the food was limited choice and not very nice nothing really for the kids just chips although the snack bar burgers hotdogs and chips were a hit. The staff are amazing and the rooms clean and air-conditioning is good. There are a few pools closed off due to damage. The location is great we went out to eat at night plenty of nice places very close. It's a 3 star so it is what it is but if your coming all inclusive be prepared for the food. I would not go back

Stayed here after having to leave our original hotel. The reception staff were lovely and welcoming. Nice hotel complex, the staff work hard to keep it clean and tidy. The kids entertainers were brilliant and definitely put a smile back on my kids' faces. Rooms are a nice size and comfortable, but the walls are really thin. No Beer/Larger or soft drinks available in the restaurant. You have to pay to use TV in room and pay for WiFi. But these are only minor things. We are extremely grateful for the hotel taking us in and rescuing our holiday. A nice hotel for families.

Absolutely love this hotel! Been 4 times so far and coming back next year. Location is stunning, a short walk to the beach which is beautiful with a lovely coastal walk too. The rooms are clean and well kept. The only down side is the food is hit and miss especially breakfast for me but you don't starve. The staff were all lovely and efficient

Very clean hotel, staff are great and friendly. Food is tasty and well cooked. Most of the complaints seem to come from those who want chips, chicken nuggets and burger. The snack bar is there if you wacky that. Dinner time is late at 7 pm, so it's not ideal if you have young kids. Entertainment is aimed at families with young kids, so not ideal hotel for couples. Plenty space by the pool, good drinks, close to local shops and bars for other entertainment or meals out. You get more than what you pay for. Remember, it's a 3 star and very well priced. Enjoy your trip!

We've just come back from a 7 stay at the hotel and the only issue we had was one of the ladies on reception was rude at check in but other than that it was wonderful and for the money it was great value for money food was varied and tasted fantastic the rooms were cleaned beautifully every day and house keeping staff were so friendly and helpful, the entertainment staff went out of their way to make sure everyone was entertained and happy and having the time of their lives. The bar staff were friendly and very accommodating. The hygiene levels were 5 star totally spotless even down to the outside paths and around the pool were washed down every morning. The only thing I would say is maybe there could be some more entertainment aimed towards the adults as it was very child based so maybe some later hours adult entertainment would be great. But can't wait to stay again and we are looking to book for next year !!

Never again!!!!! I do not recommend this hotel. The ladies at the reception, especially one with short black hair, were rude to guests. They treated guests almost like intruders, the same with the bartenders. Only the ladies who cleaned the rooms were very nice. The rooms were dingy, full of ants. The swimming pool was tragic. The hotel is absolutely not friendly to families with children. The kids' club was always closed. You have to pay extra for everything. We had a delayed flight, so we arrived at the hotel quite late. We asked the women at the reception if it was possible to get something to drink for the children, they rudely replied that there were vending machines and we should go buy some. Overall, a tragedy. We would not go there again even for free.

Thankfully we stayed in the globalales opposite. On our last day we was given a courtesy room to have a quick shower and freshen up before heading to the airport. This room was in said hotel, my god I was thankful that we were staying in the hotel opposite. The room was dated, stained carpets and walls. The bathroom was dingy and to top it off there was human faeces in the plug hole of the shower. My partner went downstairs to report it. The guy behind reception didn’t have a lot to say and gave us a key to another room, on the way to that room there was bin bags of rubbish in the hallway. We are thankful for being given a courtesy room however we expect to not have faeces in the shower, pretty basic request if you ask me.

Arriving at globales playa santa ponsa was quite a shock, we have used other globales hotels as a family and individually for years and this hotel conpletley let's the chain down. The rooms we were given were a disgrace. Smelly, dirty and mouldy with loose light fittings and stained walls. We instantly went to reception where we were not respected or listened to fairly, it felt as though the staff and manager knew exactly the state of the rooms and were ashamed to agree. Due to my dad's poor health and other room having an infant we gave up our room to sleep on the sofa in the reception as the problem was just never solved. Leaving the first night an absolute nightmare for us all. The following day after alot of upset and persistence we were all given new rooms, cleaner and with better facilities but still in need of a basic renovation, much like the rest of the hotel. After a horror 24 hours we were adamant to enjoy our holiday, waiting a year for my Dad to be well enough to travel. The dining areas (split over 3 hotels) were clean and organised with a good range of food, we enjoyed the pool and games and the entertainment staff's friendly and welcoming attitudes. Santa Ponsa and the surrounding areas did not disappoint, lots to do and beautiful beaches. Safe to say we will not be returning to this hotel and I will be hasty to use Globales again, sadly. The fact this hotel is a 3 star is beyond me, my only words of advice would be find somewhere else to stay as this hotel really is on its last legs.

Visited for 11 nights 20th-31st May 2024, with my partner and 2 year old boy. We had an amazing stay. Service is 10 out of 10 all very hard working people. Entertainment, bar, dinning and cleaning staff are exceptional. We were all inclusive and always found an option to eat especially with a picky 2 year old. I loved the fact it was quieter as we had our little boy with us. Evening and day entertainment was excellent. Unfortunately the time we visited was quiet so kids club hadn't started but evening entertainment kidies disco was enought for him and he really enjoyed dancing with the team. Breakfast and dinner have great selection, You have the option of lunch from the hotel next door which always had something if it was snack bar or restaurant. Only down fall was the shower size but very manageable all the same and no fridge in rooms but we bought a cool box so that sorted that. I am looking forward to booking again for next year. To all the staff thank you for an amazing family holiday.

Rooms basic but functional. Bathroom tiny and our shower sprayed more onto the wall than on us when having a shower. The shower head was broken. Apart from that there isnt anything to complain about. It was kept clean, the food was good and varied apart from breakfast which was the same every day. I would have liked them to have omellettes or pancakes or churros to mix it up a little. Location was great, only a couple of mins walk to the beach and a couple more mins to the bars at night. It was in a quiet spot so close to nightlife but there was no noise from the bars when at the hotel. I would stay here again.

We stayed in this hotel for a week. For us it was a beautiful holiday. Thank you for everything. Especially thanks to everyone at the bar. They made for us drinks with less alcohol because it was too hard for us. 😁👍 Hopefully we will arrive again.

This place was really big and mostly designed for kids which is good. The rooms were nice and perfect in size.There was an little arcade and the games are addictive. I love how it includes lots of stuff, 1 main pool, 2 children ones, snack bar, bar, restaurant, supermarket,football pitch and tennis court. The pools were really good although I wish the main pool had a shallower end because the shallowest it was was 1,50 meters. The football pitch was nice. Loved the food, it provides all meals, except i wish they had more varieties but everything was awesome.I would defiantly recommend. They also have a beach 5 minutes away and shops 5 minutes away.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area & it's only a 5 minute walk to a small cove beach & a short walk to the main strip, where there's an abundance of restaurants, bars & shops. The resort is very clean and well looked after, with staff regularly maintaining the green areas. The only issue was the cleaners not cleaning our room often enough. The staff on the front desk are brilliant. Very friendly & accommodating. They upgraded us to a superior apartment free of charge due to us being placed in the wrong room. The hotel offers a great range of activities, 3 pools (pools are deep & salt water) & a splash pad which was great for the kids. I thoroughly enjoyed the adults only pool on the roof terrace 😆. The restaurant is like a stampede when it's peak times, so I would suggest going early. Breakfast is the best meal option, lunch is better at the snack bar & dinner; it was hard to find foods that go together to make a nice meal. But there's some great options for eating out because there's some nice restaurants nearby. I came with my 2 year old twins & found it hard keeping them entertained as there were no suitable contained spaces for them to play. The park was more suited for small & older children. Overall, I would highly recommend for families with children above the age of 3. Big kids will love it, so many options for them; kids club, entertainment, pitches, etc 😀

We stayed for 6 nights all inclusive. The staff at reception and at the restaurant were great. The food was good and varied well. Sushi evening was fun. The staff at the pool bar were unfriendly and we were made to feel a nuisance when asking for something. What really put us off was the amount of smoking in the pool areas. Majority of guests smoking, even in the children's sections. Cigarette buds on the floor and in the pools. We spoke to reception about this and they said this shouldn't be happening and that they would look into it but nothing seemed to change. Our room was extremely basic and lacking curtains. With on outside light directly by one of the windows we had constant light in the room. Again, spoke to reception but never heard back. The bathroom was utterly disgusting. The tap had not been cleaned for a while, the soap dispenser broken and rust stains in the bath. The tap water was undrinkable as this is basically sea water but when we asked for bottled water we were told we had to pay for this even though we were all inclusive. The hotel has potential but needs to be operated better.

Great hotel with friendly pleasant staff, the pools were the highlight of our holidays, my kids had hours of endless fun in them. Kids club was good too and they even had the chance to be in a show with the staff for the evening entertainment. We went all inclusive... apart from the restaurant being too overcrowded at times and the snack bar being a long queue food was great and plenty to offer from fish, chicken, pork, pasta and rice dishes, noodles, pizza, potatoes, chips, vegetables, salad, desserts, fruits, soft drinks, beers, wine. Breakfast was English breakfast items, bread, pastries, cereals, yogurts, fruits, hot drinks and fruit juices. You have to buy a plastic beaker each for €1 and keep it all week, the bar staff do clean it out before refilling again but do watch your cups as we witnessed some boys stealing people's cups and taking them to the bar to earn themselves some euros. 😩 Our apparentment was clean and good size, bedding and towels changed every 2 days but could do with sweeping more. Our shower was also broke. There's a lovely cove beach just under 5 minutes walk away which you can also go on the Starfish boat from which is a great trip out and loads of shops and restaurants just about a 10 minute walk away.

We spent 7 nights here in August 2024. The reception staff are fabulous, nothing is to much trouble; they even organised a birthday cake for my twins during the stay. Location is perfect, 2 min walk to the beach, same distance the opposite way to the resort centre which was filled with lovely bars/restaurants and usual gift shops. Plenty going on. Also the electric train had a pick up point outside the hotel. 15 min walk through to the marina which is absolutely gorgeous, with plenty of atmosphere in the evening! We have 3 children under 8, the pools were good but the main pool is very deep, even the shallow end. Sunbeds were always gone by 7.30am so you need an alarm ! A negative was the whippy ice cream included in all inclusive was only available in the afternoons by the pool, rather than all day - not a first world problem. All drinks were good. Good entertainment in the day, the kids team always doing games in the pool and the children loved the foam party. Our room was spacious and cleaned everyday albeit a bit tired in the bathroom but all worked fine , you get what you pay for. Clean towels everyday. Food good, again it’s all inclusive … but a change everyday and there is fresh meats being cooked each sitting. Drinks token system - annoying but understandable and you get used to it after you’ve walked back to the room a few times to get the forgotten cups ! All in all, a great holiday. Would recommend and the location is absolutely spot on.

Just got back from a weeks stay in a junior suite, 2 adults and 1 child. The staff are super, very efficient and friendly, they obviously work very hard. Only slight gripe on service was during the evening at the outside bar it is table service only and they can be a bit slow due to the number of customers. They should allow people to go to the bar too (it seems kids can get their drinks from there in the evening but when I tried I was asked to sit at the table and wait) Our room was large with a nice sea view. Cleaners make up the room nicely each day and change towels when you need them. Towels are fluffy. Air con works well and isn't noisy. Powerful hot shower. Mostly quiet in the room. Downsides were the extractor fan not working in the bathroom and we HATE it when hotels push 2 single beds together to make one bed, not even using a topper to bridge the gap created. This isn't hard to get right and is a real annoyance for us, given that most staying there are couples with children, the bed needs to be joined up! The evening entertainment was somewhat of a let down, particularly the kids Mini disco which consisted of the same songs for 30 minutes each night, supposedly themed each night but how can it be with the same songs and the entertainer just putting on mouse ears for Disney theme etc. My 7 year old lost interest very quickly. The more grown up stuff was a mixed bag..... Some pretty awful singers some nights but a good magician on one night and an OK dance show. The pool is cold! You get used to it and it's a good enough size and we never struggled for a sunbed. Now for the food and drink.... We were all inclusive. This is the 4th time we have gone on an all inclusive holiday and unfortunately, overall, the food was the poorest we've experienced so far. Breakfast was nice with everything you could ask for and the omelettes cooked to order were great. I thought the apple juice was gross and the coffee they bring to tables not good but the machine stuff is OK (not the hot chocolate though) For lunch and dinner we just didn't rate the choices most days, especially at dinner. Also found meat was sometimes overcooked or (on one occasion) the chicken was undercooked. Pizza was really disappointing with cheap bases used. Lack of decent sea food. Puddings were nice. We went out for an evening meal 3 nights and missed 3 lunches which says it all. Included white wine was awful, beer not much better, cocktails were OK. The location of the hotel is good, a stones throw from the beach but there is another hotel in front so it's not on the sea front itself. Lots of shops and restaurants near by.

Hotel has a great location near to the beach no more than 2 minutes. But if you are not over 40 or a family with kids the hotel is not for you and if you are not German speaker the hotel is not for you either, some staff will not bother to speak English. The breakfast was same for entire holiday of 10 days, no diversity for lunch or dinner either. Lack of entertainment or shall I say very low budget entertainment and also it finishes at 22:30 at best. In the room you will be given just one bottle of still water on your arrival and they don’t give you anymore, you need to go to the restaurant but when is open or to the bar but also when that is open from 10:00-24:00. No music at the pool and the pool is not so big.

Lovely people and a nice hotel with nothing else to wish for. Lovely Beach is within 2-3 minutes walking. Only downside is that you are 1 hour away from Alcudia and Palma, so choose this hotel if you are primarily going to the beach for most of the day.

We went with 10 adults. We could check in early and receive our bands early which was a bonus. And even though check out was 12 we could stay in the hotel until 6. One room requested laye check out for 40 euro. Most of the staff were amazing. Really friendly and helpful. We only had one issue with a man an reception at night time. Very rude. The drinks were plentiful. Cocktails are premixed. Everything was clean. My only complaint is the food. We aren't fussy eaters but everyone in our group commented on it. Pizzas were always undercooked. Food was quite cold. The snacks seemed to be left overs from breakfast and lunch.

Ignore all the poor reviews! My wife's been fretting for weeks about our stay because of the bad reviews lately - from our experience they're unwarranted. Is this a 4 star hotel like that in the UK? No. Is there anything bad about this hotel? Not so far. Rooms are a big enough size, clean, semi modern. Communal areas are clean and tidy, easy enough to get your way around. Beach is a 3 minute walk away with pedalos, loungers etc for hire. Food has been amazing for every meal we've had - far more choice than any hotel we've ever stayed in before. Drink measures are insane and plenty to keep the kids going in between main meals. Staff have all been pleasant and accommodating. That's about all you need from a holiday! Ignore all the Karen's leaving poor reviews - they're the same people who would complain if you paid off their mortgage for them. If you're in any doubt - book! For what we have paid for flights and accomodation this is our best value holiday of all time.

Great family hotel. Entertainment staff were amazing. The kids loved the water slides and inflatables. Great variety of food on all inclusive, loved the help yourself soft drinks during the day, why close it at night though? Clean rooms however slightly cramped with 2 adults and 11 Yr old and 13yr old.

The pools, the kids club,the bar with the cocktails, the cheese quality in the buffet were very good.. Unfortunately the negative things about this hotel are more than enough.. The room was not good cleaned every day. The door in the bathroom was destroyed because of the mold. The floor in the balcony was dirty and they wouldn't cleaned it as long we were there.. The food in the buffet was not good enough for the prize of the staying, many things were frozen or used the previous days. The only fresh foods was where the chefs were cooking(fish, meat) The kid's food (chicken nuggets, potato nuggets, spinat nuggets etc were fried, burned almost every time,and really cheap quality)We can buy those stuff from the market.. The juices (orange pineapple) were too sweet and bad quality too.Not drinkable.. When you stay in a huge hotel with 12 floors it is normal that the quality will not be so good but we didn't know that it was so big and full of people. Too noisy in all dinners and dinners show.. It's not our style,and we will not go back. There are plenty of hotels with good activities for kids more quiet and with better quality of food.. We have been in many and that was the worst..Sorry..

First family holiday with my 4 year old daughter. Had the perfect time and I’m sure my daughter has come away with memories for a lifetime. Hotel was lovely, the pools and slides were so much fun for both kids and adults, staff were fantastic and very welcoming, food options were great. Room was perfect for the 3 of us with daily cleaning. Location is great, 5 minutes walk from the beach which was beautiful with plenty of great bars and restaurants.

I come back to this hotel with my family every summer holidays. We really love it there. The hotel is always clean, food is very delicious and the service nice and with a big smile on their face. But what I like the most is the service at the bar. Even if you don't know which drink you should pick, there is a very charming gentleman Fabian who can prepare the best drink you've ever had. Thanks for everything you do Can Picafort Palace staff.

We stayed here for one week in the busy summer holiday. The rooms are modern, nice and clean. They are also big enough for a family of four without a doubt. We have kids with food allergies, so we have a few challenges normally. We spoke to Alicia the manager for the kitchen and restaurant, and she did a wonderful job providing us with the food we needed and customized the buffet, so our children could eat. Lovely woman, great service minded and hard working. The other staff was great as well.

Just home from a fantastic holiday at the Palace. Thank you to the staff for keeping this building absolutely spotless. We had a great time in your establishment. Everywhere is immaculate and the staff make you welcome, always smiling. The pool bar staff were great. Hello to Tony, thumbs up pal, your doing a fab job. We would go back there in a heartbeat, but we don't do the same place twice. Totally recommend the Can Picafort Palace to anyone 👍

Very good hotel with everything you need and want. I really enjoyed the time at their gym. Food was perfect. We had shrimps and even a chocolate fountain 😍. What I really appreciate is their staff concretely Alicia and Fabian. They were always nice and helpful. They also gave me a few tips for trip and restaurants.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which is rated 4 stars, but I found it to be more of a 3-star experience. The food was extremely basic and seemed to be recycled, making it difficult for vegetarians or vegans to find suitable options. Only a handful of the staff were friendly, and the night-time entertainment was hit and miss, although the magic show was excellent. The spa was a disappointment; the water was ice cold every day, and the sauna was never working, even after requesting it at reception twice. The spa was also full of little kids, making it impossible to relax. On the positive side, there were plenty of sun loungers outside, and the pool was a good size with a separate baby pool, which was great. However, there wasn’t much animation except for some dances in the pool, and it was very loud until 11 pm at night. The drinks all came from the same machine, and the coffee was hardly drinkable. Strangely, they refused to give us the snacks included in the all-inclusive package at the pool bar. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to a friend. It was okay for a 3-star stay but didn’t meet the standards of a 4-star hotel.

We visited Hipotels Coma Gran for our summer holiday. Everything was spot on, the apartment was nice and spacious, great balcony with view on the pool. Beach is very close. The food was awesome, every day the variety changed. My kids loved it as well. The kids corner was also awesome, my daughter loved going there and drawing, playing with other kids. The animation team was very nice and welcoming. Evening program was also very good, every day something new would say like 90% of the shows were great. My kids loved mini disco. All in all, complete place for a vacation, would love to visit it again.

Amazing place. A family of 4 stayed in a one bedroom apartment, it consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and then a lounge with table chairs along with a sofa that pulls out into two single beds. Food choice is as expected for all inclusive, whole family had no issues in deciding what to eat and dessert options are plentiful. The hotel and grounds are spotless, the pool areas are busy with a splash park and bigger pool,although very safe. Entertainment team are great and do stuff for adults and children. We will come back again.

Brilliant hotel, staff are amazing, the hotel is so clean, the pool area is lovely, more than enough sunbeds to go around. The hotel is situated in the centre of sa coma with loads of shops, bars and restaurants around. A couple of minutes walk to the beach which again is clean and well maintained. We had concerns that the 1 bedroom apartment would be too small for myself, my husband and 2 kids but they are a great size, plenty of space. We went self catering but ate most days at the pool bar. Great selection of food and drinks and very reasonably priced. All in all a brilliant week. Hope to be back next summer ❤️

We are currently at the hotel and yes, it’s your standard 4* all inclusive resort. Staff are friendly and helpful, everything is clean and the food and drinks are well above average compared to other 4*’s I’ve started at throughout Europe. Cocktail selection and quality is one of the best I’ve sampled. My biggest criticism for this “family resort” is the evening entertainment volume, given its location near to one half of the accommodation block. Some of the events are obscenely loud so getting kids to sleep before 11pm on more than one occasion now has been terrible. If you’re coming here with young kids, ask for a hotel room away from the entertainment area of the hotel, otherwise you’ll be partying with Chicane till 11pm some nights.

A great hotel for families, staff very friendly and great with kids too. Location perfect. The only reason I give it 3 stars was due to the hotel having an act of parrots being made to perform silly tricks for entertainment. It seemed like an unwelcome throwback to a bygone age. Poor example for the kids.

We have come for a week’s break in the October half term. I can see from the reviews that the hotel did really well throughout the summer, and i can believe it. The hotel is lovely, the pools are clean and well maintained if a little cold! The rooms are adequate and the staff are fantastic and work really really hard… however… the hotel is closing at the end of this week for the winter and it’s very very obvious that there has been a last minute cram for money. I feel us as holidaymakers and the staff have really been taken advantage of. There simply isn’t the room for all of us, we are crammed in like sardines, the food is completely inadequate and the variety is minimal, and the worst thing is you have to queue to receive it! I feel like this is a managements idea to make a last minute quick buck before the closure and the ones suffering are those paying and those trying to run the show on the front line. If I was to come again, and given my experience this week, I don’t think I would! But if I did I would never go all inclusive, I feel like you are given a really second rate service. There are restaurants on site that aren’t included in the all inclusive and this is where they want you spending your money so they dish up very poor quality food in the hope you do exactly that! There are also some really lovely restaurants all around serving traditional Spanish food and not just chips and pork casserole 🤢this review is no reflection on the front line staff, the receptionist, the bar staff, the restaurant staff, the cleaners and the maintenance staff as they are working there socks off. This is a poor decision from management and looking at your reviews you’ve paid the price for it…

2nd stay at this resort and the place has had a number of improvements made around the pool area and new loungers as the old ones were looking a bit old. Plenty of space and sun spots for people to chill out and the all exclusive package is so easy. Check in staff were super helpful but the reception can get a little busy at times when coaches arrive. Food is always good with plenty of choices although we never at any of the buffet food as were not hungry from eating at just the main meal times.

Cinthia even got us up singing and dancing to the kids club songs!!! The only downside was the sunbeds really - very few of them are reclining ones and most of them have just 1 fixed position unfortunately - but other than that, a brilliant hotel and a great stay! Thanks for having us Marthas - we'll definitely be back again !

The quality was disappointing, and the menu seemed to be the same every day, with very little variety. While the drink options were decent, the lack of creativity and quality in the food left a lot to be desired. On a more positive note, the hotel’s location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and beaches. The two good-sized pools were also a nice feature, providing ample space to relax and enjoy the sun. One aspect that stood out was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, doing everything they could with the limited resources available to them. Their professionalism and dedication did improve the overall experience. In summary, BLUESEA Club Marthas has potential, with spacious rooms, good pools, and a great location. However, the recycled water in the showers and poor food quality significantly detracted from my stay. The staff, though, were a highlight, going above and beyond with what they had to work with. Unfortunately I don’t think I will come back.

Situated a short walk to the beach, lovely light and airy hotel. Enough space for all. No scrambling over pool chairs in the morning! The rooms have a safe and fridge but they need a kettle, TV had quite a few English channels and clean towels provided everyday. Just wish we had a sign on the door to ask the cleaning team to change bedsheets. Lots of choice for breakfast and dinner including soft drinks. Alcohol had to be bought at the bar but you do need to spend a Euro for a cup when by the pool area. Lots of friendly staff and happy attitude every day. Really lovely stay x

This hotel has great staff and is in a good location. Sadly that is all the positives. The food at lunch and dinner is dire. No salad dressing and all meat except pork served on the bone and fatty! Very little flavour to the dishes and the chicken noodle soup tasted of pasta water. Limited choice and did not see any vegan options at all! The breakfast is the better meal but some of this is served cold and burnt. The rooms are spacious but shabby and the cleaning team do not clean! The beds are rock hard and for some reason our third bed was not even made when we arrived at 2am! The pool does not open until 10am so you are not even allowed out there to enjoy the morning sun before this time. Many of the sun beds are in the shade so if you want a sun bed in the sun at 10am, you have to do an Olympic sprint to secure one. We booked before the law changed on the 1st June so we were not privy to the full all inclusive (no one thought to mention this) and we were not even asked if we wanted to upgrade when we arrived (we wouldn’t have bothered and preferred to spend our money in the resort). Frankly this is a three star hotel at best and the price should reflect this. Would not recommend and will not be returning!

Really enjoyed my stay here. I did not have the same experience as all the negative reviews Excellent location, not too far from the strip. Being close to the strip, there was a few drunk people but this was barely an issue and only really on Friday night. Food was decent for an all inclusive, but don't expect crazy high quality (I really enjoyed the Mexican night and Chinese night). Rooms were nice, although the pillows were a bit weird and uncomfortable. All the staff were lovely (shout out to Santi who remembered my vodka diet coke order!) Pool was nice and not crazy busy (in September), although the life guards were very strict with music even though other guests wanted music. Overall I do recommend.

I had the worst experience of my life at this hotel! It's a 4-star hotel, which deserves 1 star! Cold in the room,it was warmer outside than in the hotel, I asked the reception to turn off the air conditioning and they said they couldn't, offering me another blanket,after 3 days of complaining, they turned off the air conditioning from the electrical panel in the room and brought an electric heater . The staff is unfriendly and poorly trained in the hotel field! Poor cleanliness, in the first 2 days I didn't have shower gel in the shower, so I had to buy it ( after 2 days the shower gel appeared), I know that in a hotel you must have, shower gel, soap at the sink and towels! And in my last day ,they had a bad incident witch involved the police and ambulance,and the staff was not able to redirect the customers to another exit, being witnesses to scenes that are hard to imagine!

Rooms were nice and clean. The food is a hit or miss but most of the time it's nice. I would recommend it to people who like to party but definitely not families as there are a lot of rude people who are extremely loud at night. You can forget having a good night's sleep for excursions... The night staff are sometimes helpful but most of the time, they won't be. Had to call reception to get them to let our "neighbors" know it's 4am, said they've sent someone when they honestly haven't. Had to call them multiple times to get them to do something and they sounded annoyed. Won't ever come back here. Extremely disappointed.

Good resort, great for families. Very clean saltwater swimming pools (cold though). Good food if you like buffets. Reception staff very efficient and friendly. We had a water leak in one of the rooms after some heavy rain but this was fixed promptly. Recommend bike hire to get around and as others have noted its not in the main part of the beach so you have a 30 min walk to restaurants, shops etc. On site shop is pretty good. We went out of season so it was fairly quiet, I imagine it's very busy in school holidays but it is very big with lots of pools and loungers to go round.

We stayed here from 16 to 22 oct 24. It was our first holiday as a family together. Although we have traveled worldwide at different times as individuals we did not know what was expected. The resort is ideal for families, especially younger kids catered for. We travelled out most days visiting outer towns and historic area. Ideally serviced withl public transport. Each evening, we were back. Went to the evening entertainment. Very well organised and thought out. Parents could sitback and enjoy, meanwhile the kids floor coordinator entertained the kids with games and drawing etc. To say will we visit again - very much so.

My husband and I have just come back from a weeks holiday here with our baby. We were very impressed with the hotel - we stayed in an apartment room on the ground floor near the kids pool which was perfect for us. We had bed and breakfast because we wanted to go out for dinners in town. Breakfast was nice- everything you could want. The spa facilities are great and we both had a massage during our stay which I would highly recommend. Only thing that I would say is the hotel is slightly out of town (not walkable with small kids) so required us to drive for dinner each night but this wasn't too much of an issue.

I really enjoyed my recent stay. I experienced mainly positives and a few notable negatives. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Positives: The hotel boasts plenty of sun loungers. The pool bar is fairly priced. The food quality at the hotel's poolside bar is impressive. The location of the hotel is great, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. The staff are very friendly and attentive, with someone available to assist guests 24/7. The rooms are modern, featuring plenty of storage and a fridge, which is convenient. Moreover, the hotel offers great facilities for late check-outs, making it easier for guests with late flights or travel plans. Negatives: Unfortunately, there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, which would have been a welcome addition. The hotel's location on a hill might be challenging for those with mobility issues. During my stay, I noticed some ants in the room, which was not a major concern but still notable. this, I believe is a big concern as it happened on 2 separate occasions during our stay. Despite displaying the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door, the cleaning staff still entered our room This invasion of privacy is highly problematic, especially considering previous reviews that mention theft by cleaning staff. Such actions not only violate guests' privacy but also compromise the sense of security that guests expect when staying at a hotel. I believe it is crucial for hotel management to address and resolve this issue as a matter of urgency. Ensuring that staff strictly adhere to the "Do Not Disturb" signs and reinforcing the importance of respecting guests' privacy. In conclusion, the hotel offers a pleasant stay with many amenities and a friendly atmosphere. However, addressing the issues mentioned would enhance the overall guest experience.

The hotel itself was nice rooms clean and nice pool. However I’m disgusted with how rude the staff were towards us when we showed them nothing but respect and will not be returning for this reason. Very disappointed with how we were spoken to and treated especially by staff member Armourella who was very nasty to us for no reason which ruined our stay. As well as, in the room there is hanging metal lights very low down which we kept on constantly hitting our heads on. Very Bad design! Very let down will not be returning ever. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Very disappointed with they way the staff was . Don't leave anything in room as the cleaners like to take things without asking, also had the cheek to leave a note saying they have taken an item and left something in its place. This was reported staff didn't care ,so they came back and stole more items from the room. Reported this also . I emailed them and they ignored me . Reported again when leaving they wasn't interested at all. Even gave them the cleaners cloth with the cleaners name on that she left behind and still wasn't interested. Room was full of ants they did sort that out . Very disappointing knowing you can't leave your things in the room as cleaners are taking them . They stole full expensive tan lotion ,bottle of perfume and €80 .my daughter shouldn't of left money out . I'm writing a review on behalf of my daughter as I'm so annoyed

Overall we were happy with our holiday in this hotel. The room was fine, albeit a little dated and could do with some refurbishment, we were a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids) the kids “beds” were the sofa and a pull out bed, not ideal but we pushed them together and the kids loved this idea. We also had an issue with our shower leaking into the bathroom which I have seen on other posts, we did report this and it was attempted to be fixed but to be fair to the hotel I don’t think it can be fixed without changing the door for the shower. The food was hit and miss, some nights very good variety and other nights not so much but I guess that is down to personal taste. There is not a lot of options for kids I would say but again I guess that depends on what your kid would eat. The restaurant doesn’t seem big enough for the amount of guests so it can be a bit busy but the staff keep the tables clean in a very timely manner so it’s not so bad. Pools are fine although in the busier summer months I can imagine it being a bit of a rush to get a lounger. Entertainment at night is good, kids disco at night keeps them happy. We stayed in the Mallorca building which has a great view of the stage from the balcony which is perfect if your kids don’t like loud noises too much like our son. Kids club was fun although we weren’t exactly sure what was happening and when until the second half of our holiday so we missed a lot of activities. The game room is very dated, some of the machines either aren’t on or don’t work, same with the rides in the seating area, the majority of them were off for the whole week we were there. All in all we had a good stay here and we enjoyed ourselves so I would recommend but maybe temper your expectations of a 4 star hotel because in reality I think Eurocalas is more like a 3 star for what you actually get but it is still a good hotel for a family to enjoy a holiday

Food has been amazing best all inclusive we have been too fresh pizzas for lunch we’re our fave and dinner was lush always something for everyone, and I have one fussy boy! Big shout out to animation team who are superb with the kids Chip, Nico Cecilia & jenny (sorry if I’ve missed anyone yous were all awesome!) We will miss you guys! And also Said the bar man knew our drinks after a day we didn’t need to say what we wanted. All staff are so friendly rooms cleaned every single day the house keeping staff do not stop all day and night. Thank you again for an awesome holiday we can’t wait to return next year 🤍 Xxx

For the money it's a 10/10. Wasn't happy with our first room being so high up. We were moved with no issue. Staff helpful. Food good, completely as expected in an all inclusive. No better no worse than previous holidays. Plenty of alcohol options, cocktails included and nice. Loads for kids to do. Loads of sunbeds and umbrellas, never an issue. Some reviews I've previously read are harsh. For the money you get what you pay for. Hotel is maybe a bit dated but it's clean and the staff are good, pools are great. Glad we came.

We recently stayed at the HYB Eurocalas on Mallorca’s east coast and had a mixed experience. The location is convenient if you’re planning to visit nearby attractions like the Dragon Caves and Dino Park, but the coast itself isn’t particularly attractive or easy to access by public transport. Also, Palma de Mallorca is quite a distance away, so if you’re planning to explore the island, you’ll need a car or be ready for long transfers. This hotel is definitely geared towards families who tend to stay on the property. The food selection is repetitive, and after three days, we were ready for a change. However, the evening entertainment is decent, though the kids’ disco lacks behind the variety we’ve seen in other family resorts. The hotel’s facilities are quite worn, and it’s clear that many of the attractions are over a decade old, giving the place an overall dated feel. The primary guests here seem to be families from the UK, which shapes a lot of the programming and food choices. On the positive side, the stay was affordable, so we felt we got what we paid for. Overall, it’s a decent budget choice, but I’d recommend it mainly for families looking for a simple, budget-friendly vacation without too many expectations.

We spent 7 nights all inclusive with my 3 year old son. I can’t fault it at all. When we were away it was my sons birthday and they had kindly left a lovely note and some special cakes to wish him a happy 3rd birthday. Lots of choice of foods, fresh fruit and plenty drinks choice. Absolutely 10/10. And I most certainly will be back . Even down to the pools , park and mini club.

Nice hotel in a good location close to town and beach. Dining area clean and well kept. Food was not great apart from a good selection of fruit and breads. Some hot food was cold or raw. Room spacious and clean, however when we requested a change of linen they just remade the beds with the same sheets, but everything else in room was good. The staff was the most disappointing. With the exception of one or two staff members, they were all extremely rude and unpleasant, in particular the pool bar/food area staff were unbelievably rude, one bar lady mostly. She had no customer service skills and zero patience, even when attempting to order in Spanish to her! She even shouted at customers on occasion, as did the chef. Disgraceful behaviour. Unfortunately this put such a dampener on our days at the pool and even made us change our plans on a few days out of the week.

We have been visiting the Mimosa for many years and have always rated it five stars the last time in March and have just returned after two weeks in October. Since our visit in March some things around the pool area has reduced our rating. I am a swimmer and enjoyed the pool which has always banned inflatables and balls when returning in October this was no longer the case with many inflatables and balls being used. Also people drinking alcohol in the pool again never allowed and the indifference of the lifeguards. Onto the good bits the rooms are a good size and spotless and a powerful shower. The staff are all friendly with a big shout out to Miguel, Francisco and Juan in the bar and Vera in the restaurant. Also to the animation team Marty, Katarina and Lucas who work really hard to make the holiday more enjoyable. Food is what you expect from a hotel with a good range and choice, bear in mind that the hotel has visitors from many countries and doesn't cater exclusively for British tastes so do try things you maybe wouldn't. We are returning twice next year and met many people who are regular visitors which tells you something. Would definitely recommend and hope that the pool issues are sorted.

Great stay. Wonderful staff especially Ana and Eva on the poolside bar all dayand the pizza chef Food varied and plentiful and great quality. room spotless, towels changed when needed as were bed sheets. Air con was fine and welcome in 35 degrees heat. There are 3 lifts but they are small so you need to be patient they can't build another lift shaft! I would have like a kettle in room and tea tray but took my own travel kettle. Animation team provided good activities and entertainment . They were great fun.Missing the pool aqua fit dance already! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would go back.

I had a wonderful stay at Globales Mimosa. Compared to my previous all-inclusive experiences, this hotel stood out in many ways. The rooms were spacious, the views impressive, and there was a good variety of food. Overall, it lives up to its 4-star rating. Room and Views: My room was clean and well-maintained, with all the essentials. The balcony had great views of either the sea or mountains, which was perfect for relaxing. The bathroom was nice, although the shower temperature wasn’t always consistent. Food and Drinks: The food selection was broad, though the quality did vary. The hotel seems to have listened to feedback, as the cocktails were freshly made and enjoyable. I particularly liked the pizzas. However, if you don’t eat fish, the variety may feel a bit limited on certain nights. Pool and Sunbeds: The pool area was clean and there were plenty of sunbeds, with no extra charge for the more comfortable ones. Although the pool wasn’t heated, the October weather made it fine for swimming. Entertainment: The entertainment team worked hard to offer a range of activities. My only suggestion would be to improve the visibility of the evening shows, as some seating areas had obstructed views. Location: The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach and within easy reach of nearby attractions. In conclusion, I highly recommend Globales Mimosa for a relaxing holiday in Palma Nova. The hotel offers great value and seems to have made efforts to respond to past feedback.

This hotel is lovely! I've seen a few people complain about it and I can't see why. The lifts aren't the best but they work and there are 1 or 2 members of staff that clearly don't want to be there lol it shows. The location is spot on, no hills. It's a 5 minute walk from the town and beach. The food is amazing! there's so much choice it's ridiculous. Although I am vegan and there wasn't much option other than the salad and chips. There was occasionally a dish I could have for a change. My sister in-law has a gluten intolerance and they catered to this. The staff are super friendly and helpful (except the 1or2) The hotel/rooms are to a high standard. Very clean and well decorated. The pool has black grime around the edge but the water is clean and so is the bed area. All in all I would definitely come to this hotel again and again 👍

Great hotel, we went as a family with 2 children on a b&b basis . Hotel was clean,rooms were good, buffet breakfast was amazing. Staff attentive to detail, friendly and always busy . Pool setup was very good, with a lifeguard on duty. Plenty of entertainment, for the children and also good evening acts . Handy shuttle bus to beach. We all really enjoyed our stay there. One minor thing ,a socket by the bed would be handy.

We had a fantastic time at the Lagotel. We booked a family room which was adequate space for a family of four. The room was cleaned daily along with fresh towels. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of options-we were spoilt for choice-and the snack bar was very reasonable and the portions of food were very generous. There was a friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel, day and night. Although there was a short queue for the main pool before it opened, there were always enough loungers available and the entertainment team provided activities throughout day. My son loved all the activities, especially the children's water bingo. The lifeguard was a real presence, chatting with the holiday makers and was always on hand to help with any issues. The nightly entertainment was certainly our highlight! The visiting performers-especially the Queen tribute- were great. I would especially like to thank Fabian and the rest of the entertainment team for all of their efforts. They worked really hard to ensure that everybody was having a good time and we all looked forward to the party dances every night. We hoped to find a hotel which was clean and reasonably priced with a happy buzz and this is exactly what we got! Thank you Lagotel-see you next year!

We booked this hotel randomly, one night before our vacation, because our previously booked hotel was tragical. And what can I say it was really amazing ! Good place for travelling, amazing plenty of variety breakfast, good animation in the evening, comfy beds, good ac in the room, nice pool areas. We liked it a lot. Highly recommend !!!

Looks dated but rooms are okay. We went all inclusive and the food again is okay but the queues to get served are long and annoying, you can’t self serve any drinks which slows things down quite a lot. Staff were pleasant and the entertainment was really good. The beach is 15-20 walk away or there’s a free shuttle bus (not on a Saturday) to take you there, once there it’s really recommended, cool breeze and the sea is warm and shallow to 50m out so great to play around in. From the beech there’s local busses into town - we ended up missing our stop but they’re circular. Loads of beach side restaurants and bars so guess overall a good place to go for a sensible price

Had a couple of night stay here. Super clean rooms, beds made and fresh towels daily. Communal spaces all super clean and maintained. Stayed B&B, reasonable food at breakfast, lots to choose from. Easy wander to the beach (about 10 minutes) choice of 3 pools at the hotel.

We got a standard double room for 2 adults and 2 children which is fair to say wasn't adequate. Food was not great, out of buffet for every meal there was potentially 2/3 nice items and rest of the food was flavourless and what I can only describe as poor quality, no drink served in the restaurant, just soft drinks. Kids pool was really good and amazing way to spend a day, also the shuttle transfer to the beach was a plus, however any shops were about 25 minute walk away from the hotel and the shop in the hotel has barely anything in it so if you need something (which in our case was formula and nappies) it's some distance. Staff were trying to be helpful, particularly guys in reception, very good!

Great value hotel. We had a lovely holiday with the children here. If you arrive with you’re paying for a 3* hotel in mind you won’t have any issues, I think some people think they’re at a 5* when leaving negative reviews. The food was lovely with lots to choose from, there was always something to eat and a good variety of meats. There was plenty to choose from with the drinks so no issues there. Lots of pools to choose from which was great with the kids, a lovely beach a walk away from the hotel and a park on the resort. The place was clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The hotel reception staff were great and very accommodating moving us room to one with a balcony upon request. My only issue with the hotel and our over all experience was the kids club staff, we found them to be very rude and some of the activities were at a charge, which is ok but if your don’t have cash there is no ATM on site. On our last day one of the kids club staff actually stood at the gate not letting anyone in unless they pay €10 for T-shirt making. There was no letting the children in just to play and not participate in the T-shirt making. I would have liked to of put 5* and resolved my issues at the hotel but unfortunately I didn’t have time to speak with reception before my bus arrived. All in all we had a very positive experience here.

Food lovely and lots of variety. Restaurant staff work really hard. It’s actual Pepsi Max provided at the bar and in the restaurant and is self serve. Pool at the back of hotel was warm which was great.. Room cleaned daily but I did get bitten by something. it would have been useful if they had provided with more explanations when checking in as didn’t realise the other pool was across the car park and the daily activities were shown on a screen near the stairs. Evening entertainment not the best.

Very good overall experience! 1)Food & Drink Food was great and the menu is changing every day during the week. Plenty of meals to choose from and we always found something good to eat. (There is plenty of space for improvement in the desert section and also in the way the restaurant operates) Food was always tasty and fresh and also the restaurant working hours are a big advantage (you will never stay hungry or miss a meal). Variety of drinks at the bar Definitely worth it for the price and considering that this is a 3* hotel 2)Sometimes overcrowded The hotel has a very big accommodation capacity (rooms and beds for people to sleep) but during my stay there is seems that the services ( restaurant and bars and entertainment stage area ) are struggling to keep up. Staff working hard to please everyone and seen customers become a bit wild and inconsiderate by blocking other people's view. 3) Just as a suggestion towards the management next to the entertainment stage I would say that you need a few Bug/Fly killer ( electrical device to eliminate the bugs) 4) Entertainment Kids club/kids entertainment is absolutely amazing. The entertainment staff is great and the kids can have loads of fun and have plenty of activities suitable for all ages/genders. Loads of activities and competitions for teenagers and adults as well. Different shows every night after the mini disco and bingo. I've seen a lot of areas that would need improvement and would help the hotel improve their customer service and improve the way the hotel operates and could be helpful. Arriving at the hotel we was met at reception by a very blunt receptionist! He gave us wristbands and a little information we needed and went to our room! He wasn’t the most welcoming but we knew what we needed and was with 2 tired toddlers so just went to our room! Room was basic and small but ok for sleep! Our first morning waited for the bus service to the beach waited more than 50 minutes (arrived 9.20) and first 2 mini buses was full and then the driver kicked us off the bus for people that spoke Spanish! Along with another family we complained at reception and the man there was great he phoned the driver and insisted we would be on the next bus, then another Spanish woman (she spoke Spanish) physically pushed me out of the way in order to get on the 3rd bus so that ruined our day but she even argued with the driver that she was more entitled than us for that bus even tho we had been waiting 50 minutes at this point! We was fed up really! Food was basic but we all found something to eat everyday! The adult entertainment staff were amazing and got everyone involved in activities everyday we didn’t take our children to kids club so can’t comment on that! ALL the bar staff were also fantastic couldn’t be more friendly and helpful worked so hard all day I don’t have anything negative to say on bar staff and also the people in restaurant were fantastic polite and friendly! Pools were lovely always found a sun lounger and parasol! Overall had a great time!
