The resort offers an exceptional experience with its exquisite cuisine, refreshing beverages, and top-notch service from the staff. Guests can indulge in the luxury of the sparkling pool and enjoy the vibrant entertainment provided by the shows. However, it's worth noting that the soundproofing between rooms could be improved to enhance the overall comfort and privacy. Despite this, the resort's amenities and services make for a memorable stay.

Superb hotel. The buffet food was very good in the main restaurant. Al a cartes restaurants are included in all inclusive but require booking and are definitely worth a visit, especially the fine diner. The beach is amazing. All the pools are great. Pool parties could do with a bit more bang. Only let down was the "24 hour" bar status. Whilst there is one bar open 24 hours. After 1 am it only serves beer and soft drinks... Unless you pay premium prices... Which is a bit of a con if you've paid for an all inclusive holiday. The lobby bar is by far the best, the staff there make cocktails properly and are the most fun. Evening entertainment is fantastic for adults and kids alike. The Lion King, musical bingo (more fun than it sounds), Aladdin are definitely ones to attend and enjoy.
15-20 minute walk will see you in the clubs.

Don’t stay here!
Staff are rude and uncontactable at all times.
We paid for all inclusive but were charged a service charge every-time we wanted some water in the room because they kept forgetting to put any in the fridge.
They told us they have 1000 people staying at the resort but there is only 150 daybeds around the pool which meant there was never enough daybeds for everyone.
The photos online look nothing like the actual place and for 500€+ a night you would expect a 5 star hotel not a 3 star (at best)
Spend your money elsewhere and you’ll save hundreds and get a much better experience

The good:
- Staff are generally friendly and service is good
- Beach is good quality
- Pools are nice
- Sports facilities quite nice
- Kids club is small but welcoming
- Clean and well manicured
The bad:
- Rooms lack sound proofing. In Ibiza this is an issue. With music blaring in the pool area it’s difficult to sleep. It’s just comically loud. Add to that loud guests in the corridor coming back from parties at all hours, easily heard banging in the room above, planes taking off and flying over during the night - all makes for a very average sleep. Do I really need to wear ear plugs at this price point? Why not properly sound proof the rooms??
- beds on wheels. Pet peeve - rolling around all over the place
- pillows - terrible. Beds v hard.
- Food varies between bad and ok.
- Included wine range is atrocious (not unexpected)
- What is with the tiles at the pool area? It’s like someone sadistic deliberately picked the slipperiest tiles known to man and put them all the way around the pool area. Disaster for kids (and adults!)
Overall - definitely not worth the money. Top dollar for an average experience.
