I’m incredibly disappointed with my stay at Beach Club Doganay — this hotel is absolutely not a five-star resort as advertised. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the standards were far below what we expected. The entire hotel was freezing cold, making it almost impossible to enjoy any of the facilities. We couldn’t even think about using the spa or swimming pool because stepping out of the water into the freezing air was unbearable. Cleanliness was another major issue — the hotel was dirty and poorly maintained. This really added to the overall uncomfortable experience. As for the food, it was nowhere near the 24/7 service they claimed. There were very limited hours for meals, and outside of those times, there was no option for food at all. Worse still, the food was the same every single day — bland, repetitive, and often just reheated leftovers. For six long days, we were stuck eating the same poor-quality meals. The bar was equally disappointing. They offered a very limited selection of drinks, and even those were of poor quality. For example, the so-called “pineapple juice” was actually orange, packed with sugar, and completely undrinkable. Overall, the facilities were extremely poor, the service was lacking, and the entire experience was a huge letdown. This was, without a doubt, the worst holiday I’ve ever had, and I definitely won’t be returning. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere if you want a pleasant and comfortable vacation. Room 310

From the beginning, very far from the airport (2 hours by car) and far from being a 5 star hotel... We stayed in the old building, so everything is quite worn out or outdated. The elevators seem newer but look cheap and tacky and are really small. More important aspects would be the really thin walls and balcony door. We could hear all our neighbours and the loud music from outside until falling asleep. After the party is done or earlier in the morning, you can hear the traffic from the nearby highway through the closed balcony door. The staff try to be nice but are quite dismissive, also they hardly speak English. The food was ok, better than other places in Turkey we've been. The beach is very close to the hotel, there's a neat passage under the highway that gets you directly there. The shore is rocky and the sand is rough, so better wear water shoes. We couldn't enjoy the beach much because there were always high waves. Overall, not worth the money and we wouldn't recommend this stay.

Very disappointed 😞!! Dirty cats every where .. spoiled our Christmas treat !! No way this place is a 5⭐️ the rooms are dirty all damp we suffered with the cough and chest this 5 days on our visit ! the restaurant is full of cats walking everywhere all around the chairs and tables ( webpage says no animal friendly)and the night we arrived we left our cases in the lobby while we went for a drink one of the cats piss all over one of my cases all the clothes stunk very bad. rooms and toilets are mouldy. Indoor pool very disgusting 🫣 0 clean rate . Drinks at the bar are so cheap . Also no much entertainment as was christmas week and the place was busy .. the only good think was the massage treatment 😌.. but the rest very dissatisfied.. and poor 😢 PLEASE don't waist your money !!

If you want a nice friendly 5* hotel This is not the place for you tiles missing from the swimming pool floor,plastic plimps broken around the pool a few staff members really rude. No real first aid to speak of. Will not be going back. I'm only giving an honest view take it or leave it.

Me and my partner visited for 6 days. We arrived late and were greeted with a warm welcome a staff member helped us to our room and then told us there is a late supper on which we are welcome to go to. The pools were all amazing and some fun games around the pool with the animation team such as water polo and water gym. All the staff were super friendly even tho there was a slight language barrier as we are English and they were mainly German or Turkish. The beach has a lovely set up with a cute swing to take great sunset photos on. Multiple bars to get drinks from and one that is even open till 2am. The evening entertainment was brilliant. They had different acts on each night. The hotel is fairly dated but looks nice for how old it is LOVE the lobby and the rooms are good size and the house keeper comes round every day to stock up and replenish the fridge. The shops on site were great and we have definitely gone away with our moneys worth. Good information In main lobby of things you can do outside the hotel. The only issue we had was the food. We are not really picky eaters but some of the food was not great. Allot of the meat was very fatty and not nice. There needs to be more signs telling you what is what on the all you can eat buffet as if you had an allergy to something especially on the salad bar it has no signs to say what it is. The food did seem to get better as our week went on but I do think the food needs a big improvement as most of the time it was either cold or bland. All round great hotel worth the money and would definitely come back again.

Exceptionally clean room. The rooms had everything I needed. I didn't notice the fridge until I left though. The easy to pull out drying rails on the balcony were a nice thought too. The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard every day and tea & coffee topped up. The nice touch of two free bottles of water were appreciated. There was also cold water available from dispensers around the hotel. All the staff I came across were so friendly & efficient. I was all-inclusive and the food was amazing with a very wide choice with daily changes to the menus. I saw a lot of negative reviews about food not being hot enough, which is just not true. And anyway, I saw at least one easily accessible microwave to heat to required liking if necessary. The facilities were superb. I used the indoor pool every day. There was always available sun beds and outside pools were lovely. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and hope to come back again one day.

EXTRA.While the resort is advertised as all-inclusive, we were disappointed to find that we couldn’t take full advantage of the specialty restaurants during our 5-night stay due to restrictive terms. This is something to be aware of when booking, as it detracted from the overall experience. The restrictions left us feeling like we weren’t getting the full value of what was promised. We are at the Alua Atlántico Golf Resort and were very pleased with our experience. Upon arrival, we were checked into a room with a spiral staircase, which, as an older couple, we found unsuitable. However, when we requested a change, the staff was incredibly accommodating. They promptly arranged for a new room that suited our needs perfectly. The service was exceptional—truly reflective of Hyatt's high standards. The staff were friendly and professional ensuring we were comfortable. The resort itself is lovely, with excellent amenities.

This hotel is great. We stayed in My Favourite section and would recommend this. The room with the snacks and drinks was a great amenity. We booked an Ocean front suite and it was huge and modern and clean. It was stocked with drinks and Cava. The animation team were very nice but not too loud and annoying either. We loved the other quieter pool. So much space around it. Finally the food. It was fantastic. So much fresh fruit and salad and vegetables and fish at every sitting. Really good. I can’t get over the value of this package. We cannot fault it apart from the overly sweet fruit juices and shaky WiFi. The only tiny things.

Lovely hotel - spotlessly clean. Big bedroom - cleaned every day and fresh towels. The hotel is massive. Food excellent- there is always something you will like. The token situation to get drinks is odd but you soon get use to it. Pools are fantastic. Special mention to Andrea at the Areca pool who always had a smile on the face. The only negative I would give this hotel was the evening entertainment, flamenco, etc - it just wasn’t very good. Overall a lovely holiday - lots of sun beds - no need to reserve !

Stayed at this beautiful hotel in November, everything was perfect, rooms are very spacious and absolutely spotless! Plenty of sunbeds to choose from and nice size pool. All inclusive was busy but never had to queue, lovely food, couldn’t complain about any of the meals. Staff were lovely, especially the housekeeping staff. Absolutely perfect for us! 10/10

We came for a short holiday, 5 days. We had an amazing time here, staff are very friendly and rooms are very spacious and clean. Location is perfect with a 10 minute stroll to the strip or 20 minutes to the old town. Food was great, lots of choice and snacks in between if you are still hungry. We will definitely be returning again!

On the 17th floor, not had a problem with lifts. Good location for the new and old town. Beach about 10 min walk. Hairdryer in bathroom. Shower gel in shower Loved this place, will come back

Hotel complex is up the hill around a 15 min. to the beach. We had halfboard on our short term stay. Breakfast buffett is rich and there is something for everyone. The dinner buffet offers also something for everyone. staff was very friendly to us. I would stay there again.

Our 2nd visit and again we were not disappointed. The hotel was busier than I expected for the time of year. The rooms or should I say apartments are so spacious, I cannot fault them. There was always something tasty to eat as the selection was so varied. The hotel is over 14 years old only and that makes a huge difference for a peaceful holiday. The bar staff are great too. I would highly recommend and we will be back again soon.

We loved our stay here, the food was okay, had enough of a choice not to get bored. The nearby beach isn't the greatest and it's an hour's walk from the grand bazaar or about a 8 min cab ride for about 8 pounds The best part about this hotel to be honest was the staff, we had our infant son with us and everyone was super accommodating. The Spa staff especially were excellent and so kind so much so I would return just because of them. Low points about the hotel were, no iron provided you had to rental from the on site shop and the WiFi wasn't the greatest.

***WOULD AVOID*** Green Nature Resort in Marmaris offers some positives, but overall, it falls short of the experience expected from a 4-star hotel. Our room (Room 4000) was spacious, but noise was a constant issue, with guests running and shouting late into the night, making it hard to rest. When I inquired about packed lunches, the response was condescending, as if I had made an unreasonable request. The dining experience was also frustrating. Staff would clear food and shut off drinks machines right as mealtime ended, even if guests were still serving themselves. Lights were turned off, and tables were cleared around us, making us feel rushed and unwelcome. A little flexibility would make a big difference. Bar service was inconsistent. While most staff were okay, one young bartender was rude and careless in preparing drinks. Thankfully, a senior waiter provided attentive service, which was a refreshing contrast. Security was another concern. We found the safe open and our room door left ajar, and only upon returning home did I realize that two of my designer t-shirts were missing. When I rang the hotel, I was told they couldn’t do anything because I had already left and would need to report it to the police if I was still there. The representative implied that it was my responsibility to check my luggage before departure, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. The on-site shop experience was disappointing as well. My young daughters (2 and 6) were testing some toys, and the shop owner began shouting at them for making noise—even though we were planning to buy the toys. A friendlier approach would go a long way. The tattoo shop delivered good work, but prices were inconsistent. Initially, I was quoted £95 per hour, then later £80, which felt unprofessional. While the result was fine, I could find more reliable and consistent artists back home. Overall, Green Nature Resort has potential but lacks the service and security to live up to 4-star standards. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

It's a really nice hotel, the location is great. About 900 meters from the beach and mountains in the background. You could go with the bus to the beach which comes every day. Food is good, sometimes little bit cold but overall good. The hotel is mostly English so most of the food and drinks are from English culture. For the waiters on the other hand, they were mostly talking to each other and didn't do much. If you are sitting on one of the furthest tables chances are small that they are coming to ask for drinks. And for the tables, some big tables are reserved every day. Little bit weird. Swimming pools are great. Fun waterslides. Some extra things that the resort could change are: animation costs, some activities costs money. Like the bingo and pizza making. For a all inclusive resort this could be changed in the future. Overall this is a great resort and we had a lot of fun!

Stayed here for a week commencing 19.05.24. 12 family members including 6 children and it was the 2nd time at this hotel. Great experience once again. It has a sister hotel on the beach which is newer and more expensive but according to friends who have stayed at both this is better. Great variety of food and free ice-cream for the kids. Rooms are average but regularly cleaned and no extra cost for Internet or safe. 2 large swimming pools and slides + children's pools. They have a foam party once a week and daily evening entertainment for kids and adults. 10 minutes walk to main road near the beach with plenty of shops and seller's of excursions. Hotel can get very busy. We all had a great time.

I visited this hotel end on August. We arrived there late at night and the hotel reception staff was absolutely rude. We were given very bad rooms with horrendous views which I kicked off about. We got changed in the morning to the pool views which I was happy about. The food at this hotel was atrocious it was very bland with no taste at all. I ate out throughout my stay there and didn’t even bother waking up for breakfast. The sun beds was held by stupid o clock of a morning which gave others no chance of having a bed. This needs to stop as it’s not fair on others staying there who would like a chance. The reception staff are very bad and need to be reconsidered as that’s the first point of contact whereas the rest of the hotel staff are so polite and helpful. The WiFi kept cutting out which was very annoying. The room cleaning was not very great but did get some every day. The beds had a very thin and small blankets to cover up in at night which made me freeze to death at night as it was too hot if u had no AC on. For the price I paid I could have been a lot better and the hotel is very back dated for decor. I’m not sure if I would want to return back there again.

The Hotel is old and Tired. It is a good 30 minute walk to the town but the views are spectacular. The staff are friendly enough. Food is terrible but what do you expect for a budget hotel. All these you can take in your stride but not offering a shower facility for guests with after check out flights is unforgivable , it's been a long time since I've had to change in a bathroom and not have a shower before boarding an evening flight .shocking 🙃

I stayed here for one week with my girlfriend and we absolutely had the best holiday . The all inclusive food was so good . So fresh and so much choice everyday. The barstaff were so good . The girls who did the entertainment were fantastic and so friendly and fun ,we got involved in all the daytime activities everyday at the pool because of them. We met some characters here which was an added bonus . Good location and a regular bus service . Nice restaurants nearby if you wanted to eat out . The private beach was lovely . We went for a dip every morning . The on site spa was an added bonus ,we paid extra for massages and it was well worth it .

We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were fantastic and very helpful, always smiling. The food was plentiful and always fresh. The rooms were good, the only thing is they could do with a bit of an update but it absolutely did not bother me. If you want somewhere easy, friendly and low key, this is it. Lovely pool, right by the ocean. The girls doing the entertainment were amazing, so much fun.

We went with our two teenage kids 15,17 years old. The family room was not really suitable for us .The rooms and facilities are a bit dated. The whole place could do with a revamp. Rain water ce through the restaurant roof , gutter system just bodghed together. You weren't allowed to take any food or drinks to your rooms. The food was ok, but need to crisp the bacon up as was almost raw. Could do with a fridge or tea making facilities in the room. The entertainment was awful but made you laugh at how bad it was. Didn't go in the pool as it was very cold. The sea was warmer but not easy to get into because of all the rocks. I would probably stay further up the cost at Flamingo Bay if I went again.

Just spent a week at the resort. Very mixed feelings about the experience, having read the reviews before we arrived we were very sceptical. Some of the points we read were 100% accurate and can’t disagree with. Good location to be fair and the weather was glorious and the view from the pool area is stunning, sea is hard to swim in as currents around the rocky shore is strong and isn’t an easy walk to the sea. Swimming pool was freezing most days one of the days it was bearable to get in but it was the warmest day. Pool bar always quick to get drinks and waiters come and clear the empty glasses fairly quickly. Food was not good, very limited choice and very repetitive, seem to cater for the French and German guests over the English. Lunch was probably the best choice of food and quality. Breakfast isn’t English either and not even similar so went to bills 10 minute walk up the road ( breakfast there was insane ) and only €5 for a full English. Most of the staff were pleasant but there were a few that were rude and abrupt. They talk to you if you are French Spanish or German not very friendly to the English. The evening entertainment ( well if you can call it that ) is not worth wasting your evening going too, always late to start, no organization at all very very amateur at best, it was error after error on every night we went. Again if your French Spanish or German they engage with you other wise no, and when they do quizzes they tell you the answers in either French or Spanish. Very very heavily French and German and Spanish populated and found these people very rude and arrogant and just found them staring at the English all the time, the French stood out to me as being intolerable and no consideration for anyone else, its put me off even wanting to visit France. Rooms are clean and beds comfy and we had a nice terrace area on the ground floor which is a bit dated but we found the room fine. Only saw 1 cockroach on our terrace the whole time saw more little geckos than anything else, oh yeah and the local hedgehogs! It’s a cheap and cheerful hotel really don’t expect luxury. For us it was the people really who spoilt it in a way and also the food and staff. Location and weather were the really positive points and meeting some friendly English people too. Oh and a special mention to Katarina who does the car hire she was really nice and gave us a good deal on our mini convertible for 2 days. Also don’t get taxis from the hotel as they are perverts and make you feel very uncomfortable. 2/5 for hotel experience 5/5 for making our holiday fun in our own way.

Definitely not 4*, needs painting and silicone needs replacing around shower and basin. Food was very disappointing and basic. We asked for a garden view, which there was if you looked to the left, infront was was the roof of the entertainment shack. Cleaner, Bar and restaurant staff were excellent. Cats and kittens in the hotel, which I don't mind, but there was cat pooh on the chair in the library. Sun beds need upgrading. Wouldn't return to this hotel

Honest Review – Mixed Experience The hotel had a welcoming staff and a beautiful beach view from our room, which we really appreciated. However, the hotel itself felt quite basic and didn’t really live up to a 4-star rating. It was fine for the price we paid, especially since we spent most of our time exploring rather than at the hotel. One disappointing experience was on our last day when we were unexpectedly charged for two cheap, tasteless drinks. A friendly staff member initially assured us it wouldn’t be an issue, but when the receptionist changed, suddenly there was a problem. Given that we barely used the bar during our stay, this felt unnecessary. We ended up going to the nice café next door instead, where the drinks were much better anyway. Overall, an okay stay with a nice view, but some aspects of service and quality could definitely be improved.

Just returned from a 7 night Holiday at Royal Star Resort ,Hurghada. Initially booked at Empire Beach Aqua Park we had to upgrade to Royal Star Resort (1000£ paid extra) because it was impossible to stay there. A group of 15 ,8adults and 7 kids ,this holiday was the worst ever…. First evening meal: The restaurant/canteen, looked dirty, ferel cats wandering around. We were lead to a table which was just a thin table mat , with a piece of tissue with a fork on it on 1 side, and a knife on the other. We gave our drinks order of 1 white and 1 red wine, then went to go get the food. To say the food was good would be a lie! It set president for the whole week. Chicken, beef, fish are the only thing the cook's know what to cook. Beef comes in various disguises, goulash, steaks (fried beef) burgers (actually fairly nice), roasted ( dry or chewy). Chicken came mainly Egyptian version of KFC negative any flavouring or taste. Didn't do Fish (allergic), but it was always hidden in a tray with lid on. Going back to our first night, we was eating approximately 7:20 ish, (bearing in mind that dinner finished 9:30pm), I asked a waiter for a 2nd glass of both red and white wine, he came back with a glass of white wine and no red. I asked for my red wine, to be told they had run out of red wine. I asked why not get 1 from the main bar, he shrugged his shoulders and walked off. 4* hotel running out of wine within 3/4 of an hour of opening and not doing anything to sort it out? This was a recurring thing, four of the 6 nights, red wine ran out early without replacement and another night the white ran out. Cleanliness: Walls near tables are full of stains of spilt food and drinks, dirt encrusted on ledges, floor needed mopping not just sweeping. Most cups, plates and bowls were chipped. Cannot count how many times you had to wait for a clean glass, before you could order a drink, you had to search other tables for a knife or fork, if the table reseter wasn't around. CATS I am not a cat lover. So to see a restaurant allowing wild cats into a restaurant/canteen, without chasing them out aggravates me. To see people picking them up and letting them eat off their plates, or encouraging them to sit on the tables and feed them, and staff doing nothing infuriates me. Bar, Cat's allowed to sleep on chairs and settees without being moved off them. This results in the furniture smelling of cat's and cat hairs everywhere. Again lack of glasses, meant you get thin plastic ones which are meant for pool area. Rooms basic, you get a kettle and tea, coffee, sugar, no milk or cups. Bathroom Towels were thin but changed daily, Bedding wasn't changed in the 6 day stay. Beach Beach towels, not cleaned daily, as too many stains showed. Sunloungers: Some by the pool area where fairly modern. The rest were wooden things made around 1930's , legs have nails sticking out. Some came with wheels (if they didn't fall off), other's the wheels had been cut off. The mattresses were in poor condition, with rips, tear's stains etc on them. Windbreakers were good, but very heavy to move. However, 1 day we tried moving 1, to find our hands covered in blue paint. Apparently staff had repainted them without leaving a wet paint notice anywhere. So me, my wife, the lifeguard and a towel man were covered in paint. No paint remover was available (or the painter's couldn't be bothered to get some), the towel man brought some cloth and suncream, which eventually with a lot of scrubbing worked. The hotel is clean & tidy, the staff very attentive & helpful. It is a good cheap holiday but don't expect too much. It's tired, the online photos are old. All the sun beds are in varying states of disrepair, the beach towels have definitely seen better days & should be replaced, the room bath towels are not much better. The location however is fabulous.

would 100% come here again. rooms were clean and tidy. we got refills of water, sprite and coke everyday! there’s so many pools, and some are heated. they had beanbags at the beach which was my favourite place to sit hahaha. food was really nice, especially the cakes. inside of the hotel is just wow! built so intricately. i don’t have any complaints.

This is my second visit to the Titanic Palace and I absolutely love this place! The staff are so friendly and the hotel is really well appointed. There's always things to do and the animation team are always keeping you busy with activities. The Egyptian staff/people are amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay in Filion Hotel. The room was spacious, fresh towels and cleaned everyday. The staff were very helpful with a quick and efficient service. Nothing was too much for them. We like a quiet holiday so the location was really good for us. The pools and areas were very clean. We were also well and truly entertained every evening whilst enjoying some cocktails.

We enjoyed a lot our stay in Filion- Sugar villa. Service was perfect. Employees were very friendly and helpful, they accommodated with everything we needed. We had very beautiful view with mountains and sea. In the villa was really clean and we found everything what we needed, like kitchen utensils. There was also nice terrace with the private pool and the grill. The restaurant had amazing medetarian food, where you can choose everything from self service buffet. Really recommend the place!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We found all of the staff to be very kind and helpful, fixing any issues we had quickly. Reception, restaurant, bar staff and cleaners were all very friendly. Room was always left clean with fantastic views from the balcony. Only issue was WiFi connection was quite temperamental in our room. There are three pools to choose from with plenty loungers, with the one we picked very quiet but great to lounge or swim at. Food was perhaps a small selection but still enough. Grilled food was always excellent and always fresh salad available. Downside would be the location. While it is quiet due to being in the hills, this means the local town isn’t walkable but they do offer a free shuttle bus there and back. Overall, an excellent stay.

We spent a week at the Filion Hotel this September and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Despite some of the negative reviews (mentioning issues like cleanliness diminishing the further you were from the main areas, inconsistent pool maintenance, unenthusiastic staff, and hit-or-miss food), I felt the hotel delivered on its promise of a quiet and relaxing all-inclusive holiday (esp. when you consider the price). While the pools were relatively small, there were three to choose from, and finding a sunbed right by the pool was never an issue. It's worth noting, though, that the pool floors were not cleaned daily, and some debris could occasionally be felt at the bottom. The staff was generally helpful and friendly, with special recognition going to the reception team and the pool bar staff, who consistently provided excellent service. The main restaurant offered stunning views and a good variety of dishes, though the menu tended to be repetitive. You could expect to see the same main courses every two to three days. However, this allowed guests to focus on the better-quality options and avoid those that were less impressive. Some of the cutlery wasn’t always spotless, but the staff promptly replaced it when asked. Overall, while the hotel may have seen better days, it still met my expectations and provided the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

First, do not be put off by the nasty reviews! The hotel is slightly oldish and it's not a luxury establishment, but I really enjoyed my experience at the hotel, the location and especially the view from the rooms is spectacular. Extremely good value for the price! The staff had been absolutely lovely - friendly and helpful and the food has been prepared with more love than in the usual all-inclusive setting, even if the breakfast could be more varied. It was a perfect quiet location to relax and get some work done. Also, as a young-ish female travelling alone, I felt nothing but safe. I'm actually planning on going again soon, if I find the time.

Lovely hotel, a bit outdated but still great place to stay. Spacious rooms& bathrooms, comfy beds. The food was tasty and fresh, good wine and some really nice cocktails, especially mojito (lots of fresh mint and lemon slices). Pretty quiet outside at night. Sun loungers always available, water in both pools really cold. Entertainment... definitely needs improvement, stayed 7 nights, not spent even one watching entertainment. Altogether definitely recommend this hotel.

This complex is in need of renovation but it does provide excellent value for money. There's quite a lot of little things that could be done to improve the experience, like labelling the food, replacing old chairs and fixing floor tiles. Also the steam room was out of action, the jacuzzi was cold, the tennis court needs attention and there was only one intermittant working lift throughout our stay. Despite all this, the staff were helpful and friendly, the food was very good and the outside pool areas were most spacious. The location is remote so you can only really access another bar, a shop and beach facilities by taking a fair stroll along the beach which is accessed by some difficult steps. If you cope with this, it's well worth it, to enjoy a beautiful natural beach. All in all, this is not a four star hotel by today's standards, but if you are only paying a two star price, you can't complain.

Stayed here for a week and came back 14th Feb. Food was lovely and varied and our room was cleaned EVERY day however the location was awful because if you like walking there is just nowhere to go! The hotel is virtually on the beach but you have to negotiate 101 .. yes 101 rickety steps to get on it! We found 2 bars/cafes on the beach but that was it unfortunately. It was such a shame. There is a way to get on the beach but you have to walk down an old shut off road and down a rocky unstable track and THEN go down more steps to the beach bar. We were treated brilliantly at the hotel and that's why I gave it a 4 star. Giovanni in the pool bar is fantastic and extremely talented when pouring drinks....

Beautiful views but sadly neglected. We found the staff to be generally very pleasant and helpful. A good selection of food at all meals but the building is very neglected and in serious need of repair and upgrade. It is clean and our beds were comfortable but old leaks, unpainted walls, broken tiles and uneven floors all added to the uncared for appearance. We were surprised that there was a deposit for Pool Towels of €10 and if you ask to get a clean one it's an extra €1 per change. The location is quite isolated and extremely windy.

Me and my partner stayed here for 10 nights and loved it here! We plan on returning next year! The room we stayed in didn't have air con but we survived and the bed was two singles out together but it wasn't too bad. The views from our balcony were amazing though! We had all inclusive food and drink and it was so worth it, the food was well cooked and freshly topped up regularly. The drinks were all self service, including the alcohol!

Great view. Overall decent experience, however cleaning was nonexistent with dust bowls in every corner. Breakfast buffet is good but the dinner is embarrassing. We fortunately did not have all inclusive, would suck to eat that every night. Frozen pizza for 12 euros. The gym is nonexistent as well if you plan on doing any training. 1 fictional machine for strength training.

went on a seven day all inclusive holiday with my parents, little brother and partner in August 2024 and I was one of the best holidays we have ever been on. This hotel was absolutely amazing. Before going I saw some not so great reviews and my experience proved them review wrong. The buffet was always fully stocked with all foods during the meal times and there were many options to choose for especially for my partner who is a very picky eater. Between meals you have a snack bar which is also set up buffet style. The view from both pools and rooms was absolutely beautiful. The bar was all self service when all inclusive so no need to wait in long lines when wanting a drink. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and were cleaned regularly, unless asked otherwise. The staff were very respectful when you didn’t want them to go into the room and still offered clean towels and to take the bins out for you. Overall our experience as a family was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be returning.

Our experience with Altamar was horrendous. We arrived 22:30 and were told there was no room for us due to construction. We were never informed about this before arrival. They put us in their sister hotel, where the breakfast was cold and the grapes were mouldy. We paid extra for a sea view, which the other hotel didn’t have. We had to spend hours trying to get back into the other hotel. When we finally got back, the air conditioning didn’t work, the hair dryer didn’t work, the TV didn’t work. We chose a self catering apartment, no washing up liquid or a sponge was provided. We were woken every morning between 7:30 and 8:00 with building work. Didn’t get a relaxed lie in once while we were away. The cleaners came around at 8:30 one morning, knocking on the window three times and peeping in the bedroom window - very inappropriate. We were never given anything to say ‘do not disturb’. Took 3 days to receive any sort of an apology, and at that we had to go looking for it. We were ‘compensated’ with free breakfast. Very poor customer service skills from the manager. Spoke to us badly and argued with everything we said. Save your well earned and go elsewhere, plenty more beautiful hotels on the island.

I went to this hotel with my family and it is one of the best places I have ever stayed it, the location is lovely and I love the way that the hotel is build as the views are lovely too. One of my favourite parts of the hotel are the balcony’s as they are massive and always gets sun. The entertainment is brilliant as they have stuff on for all ages which we all enjoyed. The food is good and it has wasn’t too busy. For us we managed to get a sun bed everyday which wasn’t a struggle, There is a lot of steps in this hotel but there is a lift for anyone who needs to use it, the lift can be busy but it wasn’t a problem for us. The Europa centre is only about a 5 minute walk from the hotel if you fancy going out for a meal which we did some nights and it was great as they have shops there aswell. Overall I would definitely go again and I would recommend this hotelto anyone considering going to Gran Canaria.

My partner and I have just returned from a delightful week-long holiday. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and while the rooms were basic, they met our expectations for the price. The pool area was well-maintained and tidy, with the only minor issue being the inconsiderate behavior of some guests who monopolized sunbeds for extended periods and not using them. We would appreciate it if measures could and should be taken to address this issue in the future. The bar staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the food hall offered a wide variety of fresh food options, catering even to individuals with particular dietary preferences. This was my second visit to the hotel, and I would highly recommend it and consider returning for a third time in the future.

We are currently on our 5th night. From the very start at check in (we were 3 hours early and they still checked us straight into our room) the holiday has been amazing. Nearly every single drink at the bar is included in the all inclusive, the food selection and quality is amazing for an all inclusive. Our room while it only has a ceiling fan was cool enough to sleep in if you keep the patio doors open and curtains closed 24/7 this is with 29c days. Information given at reception on bus times, prices and what buses to catch and where to change for a trip to the aquarium was so helpful. Lovely pool and getting a deck chair isn't difficult at the end of Sept/beginning of Oct. Most staff speak great English. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is inland, but a free shuttle is provided for the beach. Staff are friendly and hardworking. I do, however, have two complaints. Jet2 advertise the hotel as a family destination yet there is no gate on the children's pool area which would add a level of added security. We are travelling with 2 toddlers, yet we have been allocated rooms over the smoking area and the pool bar where nightly very loud entertainment does not finish until 11pm. It can be heard even with the balcony doors closed, which also makes sleep difficult as the air-conditioning unit is portable and needs to be vented through the open door! There is a ceiling fan, but this just circulates hot air. We have twice requested quieter family rooms only to be told the hotel is full and there are none available. This is despite an email request before we arrived, and there have been two changeover days during our stay so far. The hotel does not appear to be full, but maybe there are a lot of rooms with single occupancy. I therefore could not recommend this hotel as a destination for families with young children.

Mum and I went on holiday here 11-18 October 2024 3 star hotel. Staff polite friendly and helpful Rooms needed air conditioning not just a unit which was very noisy only pool view get the units. Or you can pay 5 euro a day for it. Pool bar was great serves food and you can have any drinks after 11pm you pay shuts at 12am. Entertainment was wonderful in evening and in day also entertainment was great for all. Buffet food in dinning room A lot to chose from sometime it is cold but what do expect when it's a heated unit. Great Hotel. The staff is superb. The room are very clean. Outside a magnificent pool and a beautiful garden awaits the guests. The beach is very well kept and beautiful. The strongest point of Mitsis Falraky is obviously its cuisine. I've seldom eat better food like here. All time I felt surrounded by kindness and attention However there is only one aspect that requires improvement. Namely, all the rooms located in the first building, having even numbers between 12 to 24 , 112 to 124, 212 to 224, 312 to 324 are affected by the noise of the ventilators from the kitchen and/or laundry. This makes sleeping with open windows impossible. Even with the windows closed the continuous droning is noticeable. With that said, I would recommend it without hesitation.

I recently stayed at Mitsis Faliraki and had an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They catered specifically to our halal diet, even going so far as to order in specific meat for our lunch and dinner, which made us feel truly valued and appreciated. Despite a slight hiccup with our room not being ready on the first night, the staff handled the situation with professionalism and care. As a gesture of goodwill, they compensated us with free massages, which was a lovely surprise and made us feel taken care of. I would like to give a special mention to Christos for being exceptionally accommodating during our stay. His attentiveness and dedication to making sure we had a great experience did not go unnoticed. We would really love for the restaurant to acknowledge his outstanding service. Overall, we had a fantastic time at Mitsis Faliraki and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!

A pleasant hotel on a beautiful sandy beach. Sunbeds available by the sea and by the pool, outdoor gym. Pancakes by the pool all day, served by nice ladies. They cook great and have excellent quality wine. Every night there is a different program. The staff is very nice, except for the pool's bar waitress, who ignored us. On the other hand, the others are very nice - at the reception, at the main bar, in the restaurant and on the beach. Big thanks to the trainers at the gym for the way they trained with our son, they are really great!

Hotel Sunshine Rhodes We recently stayed at Hotel Sunshine Rhodes and had a lovely experience, which I would rate as 4 stars. The hotel boasts a fantastic location right by the beach, making it perfect for those who want to escape the busy pool area. If the pool feels too loud or crowded, you can simply step onto the beach, which is conveniently located next to it. The food overall was a highlight. Breakfast was standard—similar to what you'd find in many hotels—but I would have loved to see more local fruits included. However, lunch and dinner were exceptional. The variety was impressive, with fresh and tasty options that catered to all tastes. We especially enjoyed the Greek yoghurt dips and the dessert section, which included delicious ice cream; we indulged in them every day! We stayed in room 105, situated in the first block. While the location was great, the room itself was dated. The mattress was in need of replacement, and the shower could use a thorough deep clean. Additionally, we encountered some pesky mosquitoes. My husband suffered from the bites so severely we had to visit the pharmacy; installing a net on the balcony door would definitely help. Next time we'll know to be prepared. Despite these room issues, the staff made our stay memorable. From the cleaning ladies, who were always accommodating, to the reception team, who were incredibly patient and helpful despite the constant complaints from guests about the hotel's dated facilities, their friendliness truly stood out. Dining at the Mama Mia restaurant (part of the hotel experience included in the price of the hotel) was a mixed experience. While the food was okay, it wasn't as good as the main restaurant, and we had to ask for extra drinks. However, the desserts were delightful, and we ended up having a fun evening thanks to the company of a lovely English couple we met. The poolside snack bar was a pleasant surprise, offering great options served until 4:30 PM, which was perfect for lazy days by the water. The hotel provided plenty of activities, including darts, water aerobics, mini-golf, tennis, and more. The hotel bars offered stunning sea views, and the location is ideal, with many local markets, bars, and restaurants nearby. Plus, bus connections to Rhodes Old Town and cheap car rentals made exploring easy. I only rate it 4 stars due to the room conditions, as the photos on the website can be misleading, showcasing newer buildings instead of the existing ones. While I understand the marketing strategy, it doesn't accurately reflect the present condition and has led to this negative review and disappointment. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, returning relaxed and happy, and I would definitely consider staying here again. Just keep in mind that while it's not a luxury hotel, it has plenty of charm and benefits. I hope this review helps others in their decision-making!

More of a 3 stars than a 4 star. Some aspects are dated, but the public areas, pools, gardens and beach is kept immaculate they take real pride in that, staff are great. Food is a bit below par but has a variety and the drinks are quite poor for an all inclusive unless you like beer. Great location and is ideal for a quiet get away, if you want to explore the island you need to rent a vehicle.

All Inclusive hotel with very nice pool area, close to everywhere, the beach, the airport and Rhodes town. Close to the hotel is a lot of gift shops and a good, cheap car rental (Sky Rent a Car). Some rooms are a bit outdated. The buffet restaurant (Dionyssos) has very good rotating menu. Overall an excellent place!

Stunning location Right near the strip. Full of beautiful restaurants bars and plenty of shops We had a family room The room was plenty big enough with a sea view. The bathroom needs tidying up. Sealant on the shower is full of mold. It rained for 2 days and the room got flooded. They font seem to fix the cracks and water damage. Just dry it out. Service is mostly very good. There are the odd ones that are rude. Especially one lady in the mama Mia restaurant. She was impatient and took our plates away while we were eating. Food was really terrible in there. The main breakfast lunch tea restaurant was lovely. Plenty on offer every day and lovely staff. Pool bar is lovely Set on the beach its a beautiful location.

In the fifth block of rooms, the rooms are nothing like the hotel photos. Mine was very spartan, which I wouldn’t have mind if it was comfortable and clean. But you can feel the coils in the beds (very uncomfortable). There is no mattress protector, just a sheet right on top of mattress. The bed linens and towels are worn down, faded, torn, and old. There are no hangers in the closet. The bathroom is gross, toilet is broken, and the shower and faucet must have been skipped in the cleaning. The buffet food bland; at minimum, in Greece, one would expect Greek salads to be fresh, tasty and bright in color. (It is not here.) They don’t tell you there is a cut-off time for pool/beach towels (5 pm). It’s not posted anywhere or conveyed at check-in. This is maybe a two star hotel but listed as a four star. That it is definitely not.

Hotel is clean a lot if food options especially if you are a fussy eater like me.The entertainment make the hotel more enjoyable where you can easily just stay in the resort all day and night. They were great with everyone. Plus right on beach so you don't have trek worth all your stuff.

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs We recently stayed at Labranda Beach Hotel, and it was an absolute nightmare. First, we arrived only to discover that the hotel had filed for bankruptcy, something we should have been informed of before our arrival. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, as we were left scrambling for alternatives with no assistance from the hotel. Eventually they let us pay again for 2 nights and we had to take it since it was too late to find something else. The rest of the experience only went downhill. The food was subpar—bland, poorly prepared, and clearly made with cheap ingredients. The beer they served was undrinkable, and yet, we had to wait in long lines to get this miserable excuse for a drink. Maintenance was nonexistent; the entire place looked rundown, and even the basic amenities felt like they hadn't been properly taken care of in ages. Our room was tiny and uncomfortable, with minimal attention to cleanliness or upkeep. The service was consistently terrible—staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, doing the bare minimum without a hint of courtesy. Overall, I can’t stress enough how disappointing and frustrating our experience was. This hotel failed us on every level, and I would highly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. Save yourself the money and stress—there are far better options.

We stayed in a family room with 2 adults and 2 children. The room is very small, barely enough space to put suitcases away. The room also constantly smells like urine so we had to buy an air freshener, but this doesn't cover the smell. The fridge is old and rusty and smells bad inside. One of the bedside lights is hanging off, but the maintenance team was sent to fix it after I complained. The shower has black mould in it. When I complained, they just said "This is just how it is in Greece". The hotel itself feels generally old, rough around the edges and grubby. The elevator was out of service for a couple of days. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Didn't get a single good night's sleep. I complained about all of the above and asked for an upgrade. They said they would call me but I never heard anything from them. The food is adequate. Lots of choice on the buffet, but the quality is lacking. The Muses restaurant offers a poor example of Greek food. You're much better off finding a local Greek tavern. The pools are well kept and clean. The view from the 4th floor is beautiful, you can see Turkey. There's immediate access to the beach from the hotel grounds. It's a smooth pebble beach with some sand. The staff are friendly enough, but some of them look very unhappy to be there, especially the bar staff. The kids entertainers are nice and friendly, but the entertainment is basic. The drinks are fairly poor. Sometimes the punch will be made with orange juice, sometimes it's orange squash. The pool bar looks particularly dirty with rusty fridges and mouldy, wet areas. The waterpark is good for kids. It looked safe and clean and my 9 year old enjoyed it. Overall the hotel is disappointing and absolutely not what I would class as 4* compared to other hotels I have stayed in.

Posting review right as staying at labrana blue bay Probably like a lot of people was very concerned to book by reading bad reviews, but honestly can’t name anything negative. It’s amazing for the kids!! The pools are clean and water park is amazing. Rooms are small but cleaned daily. Staff are friendly and kids discos, clubs are good. Right on the beach, yes it’s stones, but as soon as you go a bit deeper it’s sandy, so water shoes a must! Food is not bad, big options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My picky kids found a lot to munch on. Nice to have early breakfast in the beach restaurant the views are amazing. So don’t be put off by negative reviews and have fun, you get what you pay for as it’s only 3+ stars but I would give a 4 definitely

We had a marvelous stay at the hotel! The service was excellent , they fulfilled all our requests and were very serviceable. Although the hotel was full, we had a very quiet, pleasant and peaceful vacation. The hotel grounds are enormous so we always found an available spot at the pool and at the beach. Loved our stay here! Great for couples & families. The entertainment was great & the beach volleyball was a highlight for us both! Peach Slushies with Amaretto were excellent on the hot days! The buffet was well varied although wouldn’t say the quality was 5* - perhaps 4*. The pasta however was excellent & authentic! The pool is not heated so despite still being 27 degrees each day, it remained cold. The sea was warmer!

Hotel very nice location is good too but if you want to go to the old town it’s bit too far about 2 hrs away. I stayed in this hotel in August 2024. Overall hotel is very beautiful but there are some things I didn’t like beach towels are too far from the beach and I didn’t like the plastic cups in the pool and beach bars. There is not enough changing cubicles in the beach only one that I saw. Food was very nice but they need to put more choice of food. Staff were amazing specially in the main restaurant. I didn’t like Dimitri at the beach bar he was always grumpy. Rooms are very clean. Staff is amazing. Entertainment team love you all thank you.

One of the best holidays we have been on, which was made by the fantastic hotel and hard working staff. Our first time travelling late October and the weather didn't disappoint either. The ultra inclusive option of having branded spirits, a mini bar restocked daily was great. The entertainment was amazing and our 9 year old thoroughly enjoyed the mini games and football tournaments The food was exceptional and the spread that was put on for Halloween was amazing, we celebrate Halloween every year so being able to do that here with the buffet and party was wonderful The cats round the hotel were adorable, we will miss 'Ruby' and 'Smudge' but look forward to seeing our on back home If I had any criticism it would be the hair dryer in the room kept cutting out with it getting overheated, but that's probably because I have long hair. There was also often a smell that would be present early morning from the pool area, but both of these things do not make me score the hotel any less. Thank you for an amazing holiday and making the end of the holiday season special ❤️

My wife and I spent a week here in August 2024 and having just booked to return I really thought it about time to write a review. Frankly, the place and team deserve it. The location is easy to get to from the airport with a roughly 30min ride in a taxi. We had actually booked a pool facing room but upon arrival found out we'd been upgraded to a swim up room. Easily the best room in the hotel as it got much more sun than the private pool rooms which we could see from our part of the pool. I had previously read reviews that mentioned the food being cold. As a chef that has never been interested in going to an all inclusive I actually thought the service, selection, presentation, and flavour of all the food at the hotel was excellent. The system they have for daily A La Catre options is very well executed, this alongside things like the salad bar and pizza oven make for a varied diet throughout. Breakfast is the only buffet service and the choices are fantastic. The rooms are lovely and are well looked after with very pleasent staff. This service standard was matched by all the staff I met during my stay. I really can't say enough about CCC but it should speak volumes that we have booked again for 2025.

We loved our stay at Cooks Club. The hotel is in a great central location with easy access to all the great bits of the island. The hotel has been designed beautifully inside and out. Not only that but it's very clean and there were always pleasant staff to greet you. The lobby, dining hall and grounds are all immaculate and aesthetically pleasing. The rooms are a decent size and ours overlooked a mountain which was lovely! The bed was very comfy and the room was nicely appointed. It had a luxury feel. The app that they use to order food works seamlessly. There was a good choice every night and it wasn't all the same stuff. There was a good choice of Greek cuisine too. This is no buffet, food is delivered beautifully to your table. The a la carte restaurant is amazing. The best food we had on the island! Don't be afraid to order something a bit different! There is a good array of drinks too. You don't feel hemmed in by the all inclusive at all. So summary- great hotel! I would visit this one and the others in the group. Don't hesitate to book!

I’d like to give a fair review of our stay at this resort. Whilst the design and concept of this hotel is stunning, I really don’t think it is worthy of 5 stars. It seems luxurious at surface level but there is some false advertising - first of all, the nearby sea is not very pleasant and the surroundings of the hotel are quite bleak. Not a problem if you don’t want to leave the resort, so it didn’t lose a star from me as we caught a bus from outside the hotel when we wanted to visit Corfu town and rented a car for days we fancied exploring nice beaches (don’t rent a car or book excursions via the hotel - it’s twice the price. You’re better off doing your research beforehand). We didn’t really fancy staying in the hotel much as it was full of moody British tourists that brought the vibe down. Not the hotel’s fault though so doesn’t impact my rating, just worth pointing out if you don’t want to feel like you’re in the UK! Secondly, the facilities are not quite 5 star level. The “mixologist” is just a bunch of bartenders who mix a few things together with syrups/purees. Which is fine, but sometimes drinks would be garnished nicely and other times they would be quite basic. The barista is also just a bartender that makes the coffees or instant coffee machines, not quite so exciting. The street food options are quite basic and repetitive but the Cantina and restaurant menus are great and we had no issues with any of the food as vegetarians. It all tasted good! I would expect though, at a 5 star resort, that the management would engage more with customers and make sure they are happy. It’s a good opportunity to find out issues during their stay, especially when the reception staff are not approachable in the first place if you want to raise anything! If you don’t cause a fuss they are just… fine. Lastly, I think there is a massive issue with management at this hotel. A lot of the staff seem miserable, especially the bar staff and front of house. The only genuinely nice interactions we had were with the cleaners and restaurant/Cantina staff. Funnily enough, the ones without a tip jar nearby. The bar staff were often moody and seemed stressed. We at one point asked them for advice on what to do on the Island and one mentioned to go to Sidari. We did enough research to show that Sidari is a trashy place for Brits so a bit of an odd suggestion. These are the same people that complain visitors don’t leave the resort and explore Corfu. I don’t think they are going to if you don’t actually want to share the beauty of the island! So yeah, it seems obvious that management at this hotel do not treat their staff well so I think they need to focus on finding decent managers rather than the concept. This is the reason driving my rating down to be honest. Everything else was great. Hotel was clean, super comfy, the room and view was lovely (if you want a quiet room, ask for it when booking rather than complaining about music at a party hotel!). Food was tasty and had a good variety. The restaurants were great and had a good selection but don’t bother paying for wine with your meal - they don’t tell you straight up but you can order from the cocktail/normal drinks menu as normal and not have to pay extra. Finally, the hotel don’t give much information when you check in on a lot of things, such as activities - never ended up being told how to book onto yoga, tennis, sound healing etc that was advertised. Also the coffees that the bartenders make can be good when customised but they don’t tell you that and most people rely on the machines! On the whole, our stay was pleasant but could have been a more positive experience if the environment was nicer and friendlier. Thank you to the staff for all their hard work, especially our cleaner on the 2nd floor who greeted us kindly every single day and checked if we needed anything. The restaurant staff were also lovely and would greet you every time they passed us!

Beds are amazing. Room was good, not keen on toilet and shower being combined with room with glass doors that don’t shut properly. Only 2 small bottles of water in fridge daily. Bar staff at best didn’t want to be there. Food was good, pizza especially. Al a carte grill was good but lots of added charges if not careful. One choice of steak. Everybody bitten by gnats in corfu, everyone we spoke to! Not sure if this is time of year? But was bad. Had a great time but wouldn’t go back unfortunately.

Came here with my child and the place was filled with 60+ which wasn't the worst thing. Pros were that the rooms were spacious and that there was plenty of storage. Cons, why do you have to pay 20 EUROS to park inside and only 8 EUROS for a car park outside. The lifts were okay but they were tiny and when you arrived at your floor you would drop a little bit before the door slowly opens. My child went to the lobby to say that the WiFi wasn't working on the TV, it took them 40 minutes for them to come up before I called them. The toilet was leaking for the first 6 hours of our stay. They promised us complementary water on our arrival but when we called about the WiFi then they came with a bottle of water. The breakfast was very limited. The toaster wouldn't toast the bread on both sides, the croissants were burned, the drinks were watered down. The only good thing was the shops downstairs. On the last night me and my child went downstairs and couldn't walk down to the shops because a drunk man was sat on the stairs and so many people were surrounding him and blocking the way down. We had to wait for him to move. The shop was fine nothing special. I do recommend the fish spa next door. You could hear someone from the room next door talking. The floor felt dirty barefoot. The staff was nice and kept everything under control. The old people would stare at you when you would walk past and especially if you had something in hand. This made my child feel slightly uncomfortable but he said it was not that much. The cleaners do a good job everyday. JUST BE PREPARED if you go in the non-summer periods you won't be able to go in the pool. They said we would get a sea view but you would have to lean over the railing to see a tiny portion of the sea. Lets just say we won't be returning.

This is our second time staying here and I have to say it's a great hotel to bring the family, our grandchildren love the pools and the food the hotel provide. It's not far from the airport by taxi. You can get the hotel free bus into the town and there's a train station nearby that also takes you into town. The staff are incredibly helpful from checking in to Imad and Valentina on the restaurant front of house duties. All the restaurant staff are very helpful and the food is varied. We go all inclusive as it's easier... in fact we've booked for next year. Family rooms are great with views over the pools and sea or mountains. Very clean, housekeeping is very clean.

Hotel is dated in places - our room in particular Our room was also very basically furnished. Also although plenty loungers, again , a lot were very dated, torn in places. Great selection of food at all meals and plentiful. Good pool areas but the main large pool does not have signs showing the depth at the deep end and it is very deep. Entertainment wasn't great. The hotel has a free bus service to the beach. The beach is a good 30 min walk downhill. All the staff were lovely, very helpful.

We had a lovely 5 night stay here at the start of October. We were really impressed with everything. Rooms were big and balcony had a view over the pools. 3 pools in total. Pool bar was good with self serve beer and soft drinks. Location is a bit back from the front but complimentary bus is available. It is a 10 mini walk from the train station which is 3 stops from Málaga airport. Food is buffet style and a bit repetitive but is of good quality and always something there to your liking. we would recommend 100%.

Enjoyed our stay here, the entertainment was very good, the pool activities were super fun! Food selection was good, beds were comfortable. Great family holiday! Reason for 4 star is on an occasions we were told to leave the restaurant while mid eating cause they were closing- they seem abit strict on this, any restaurant I have been to will let you finish your meal. Also rooms could do with an update. Aside from that we had a ball- Would recommend. Really nice hotel and great for families.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, the room is lovely we got given a free upgrade so have a pool view. The food choice and quality is excellent and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately the second half of our trip was very noisy and disruptive due to hordes of under 14's staying for a football competition, they were noisy and every evening till nearly midnight were running around the corridors and banging on doors.

We are here at the moment, having been here previously more than twice a year and been happy with the room we were allocated, but not this time. I feel we were given one of the smallest rooms available, when asked to change was told fully booked. I know that is not true as I was very observant of available empty rooms during our stay.The room was very dingy and dark and dissapointing, we are used to better.Having said that it was nice to see some of the same staff still there . They were so friendly to us and the food was always lovely, but not always hot. The kebabs are to die for.The cleanliness is so good here cannot fault anything at all apart from our room. My husband is disabled and would like to see walk in showers in some of the rooms.

We went on a family holiday, lovely big rooms and balcony, not much entertainment apart from half an hour children's entertainment in evening, one small shop on site, there's a supermarket about 10-15 minute walk away, we walked into Alvor and it took us about 20 minutes (you can get a taxi but we wanted to walk) there's a free bus daily that takes you to the beach, would go back there. Food, drink staff were great.

Lovely hotel, rooms spotless, cleaners work really hard, as do all members of staff. Pool is huge, but cold, mind , you do soon get used to it . Never had a problem getting a sun lounger, loads to go round. 2 restaurants, green for families and blue for adults, plenty of choice , just the odd day the choices weren't to my taste, but, still found something to eat. All in all we had a lovely holiday. If anyone asked me if I would recommend the Alvor Baia, my answer would be, yes absolutely

This is not a 4star hotel. Very limited food offer in restaurant same most days . No pool tables no real games room . Indoor pool u have to pay extra bd kids can only use between 6 and 7pm . Limited drinks menu. When we stay there was a booking with over 600 kids in a football tournament who took over hotel. Very noisy here everything from floor above and corridor. Entertainment is prob the worst ever seen in a hotel . Staff do nothing when u raise a complaint. Lovely area shocking hotel. We won't be back

We started coming to Kos in 1996. We still come back. In 2020 the hotel we usually stay at closed so we came here. We have returned three times and all I can say is it is what a fantastic place. The animation team are fantastic. The bar staff fantastic. The Maids kept our room spotless and the receptionists are so polite and helpful. The bus into town is punctual and very handy I will dare yogi to .not be impressed with the whole hotel. Ultra clean, food is so Good and drinks are great. Tonight the show put on was the best and I would recommend anyone comes to this beautiful place and enjoys their holiday. I wish we could stay longer. Two weeks of pure happiness and fun. Thank you thank you for the best time again.

Positives first We were in a suite with an upstairs downstairs and it was immaculate, cleaned everyday and the air con worked fab. The view was just beautiful and we got to hear the entertainment at night from our balcony watching the sunset. There was a whole variety of food for breakfast lunch and dinner which meant most days the kids and adults were happy. Drinks are good measures 😂 too good maybe haha. The animator team are just awesome! My 4yr old son can be very challenging and they kept him entertained no problem, he fell in love with Miguel and Kevin and was so sad to leave them!! I'll be singing the sunshine song for the foreseeable! Plenty shaded areas for the kids, lots of shallow kids pools and snacks ice cream served throughout the day for them. The staff can never do enough for you apart from the old grumpy man who serves on the bar at the animator pool! Which brings us onto the negatives .... this man is so rude and grumpy it actually made us switch what pool we sat at because no one wanted to ask him for drinks, he huffed and puffed at us every time we asked for a drink, and God forbid you ask him if he was having a cigarette! I got my drinks slammed on the bar! The hotel shop is quite expensive but we found the shop down by the beach to be much more affordable so started using that. The drinks machines kept going out of order so had to walk up and down the dining room to find one that worked. But honestly they are the only negatives I could pick out of our 2weeks there. All in all it was a fabulous resort and we will most definitely be back!

The hotel is far away from everything and the service at the reception is not good. Only some of them can speak English and they how can speak English doesn't speak well. The service at the reception is not so well the information is not clear, sometimes incorrect and not at the acutall stand of time. The service at the restaurant is okay mostly the waiters are fast to take the dishes but it's quite normal that some people can't eat when they want because there are no seats left. The pools aren't heated and at a temperature around 15°C (the lake is warmer than the pools).

my biggest complaint about the hotel is one. it is generally dirty and you can see that the hotel needs renovation. a lot of flies in the restaurant, tables stick from dirt. ants in the rooms. traditional and Chinese food is good, other dishes especially the imitations of European average.

I bit out of kardemena, but service from waiters and waitresses was fabulous. The rooms get a lot of use and air conditioning is a bit noisy but they were well cleaned. Food was good it's very difficult to cater for lots of people but food was good. Highly recommend more sunbeds as people will always leave towels all day and not use them. Mermaid restaurant wasn't great, long waits and I understood what is trying to be achieved but it didn't really work out.

We were a little disappointed with our room condition, but as the hotel was fully booked, we couldn't be moved. We understand that this hotel will be undergoing a refurbishment in the not too distant future, which may have something to do with the condition of it. However, the rest of the hotel was fine. The bar area was nice and comfortable, the pool was nice, clean, and warm. The poolside bar was excellently staffed by enthusiastic and friendly staff. The food was of very good quality and variety, and the service at lunch and dinner was exceptional. The people working there really made this place. Always smiling, always friendly, and always ready to accommodate any, reasonable, request. They made us feel very welcome.

This hotel is shouldn't be 4 stars it's definitely a 3 star! The pictures they show on their website do not match the rooms in real life. Our towels weren't replaced in the room for 2 days and they don't regularly replace new mugs or fresh tea bags, coffee and milk in the rooms. The Pillows and sheets are stained with make up etc. And they're not replaced the whole of your stay! The pool is the best part of the hotel however they have lights hanging off inside the pool and the children's pool is full of debris and needs to be cleaned regularly. The pool bar staff are brilliant and really friendly. The bar in the evening is very slow and needs more staff for the amount of guests in the hotel. The eveing entertainment is rubbish they might aswell just not bother! The decor is very dated with old manky carpets running through the corridors. I will say the food is lovely and changes everyday so your not eating the same things all the time. This hotel definitely needs to be down graded to a 3 star and stop leading people to believe it's a 4 star online!!!

The rooms need fixing up and a bit of paint their was mould near the air condition ants in the room on the cups in the room so we could not drink from them and thread coming out of the bed sheets hole in the cover. The sevice was good there was always staff at the desk to help you. Entertainment was great loved it the day and evening. Good Location it’s near where you can walk to shops or have lunch or dinner out or go out in the evening to have a drink

Although this hotel is a little tired looking in places it is clean. The staff are friendly & even though we arrived nearly 3 hours before the scheduled check in time they allowed us to use the facilities & start using our all inclusive bands straight away. The only thing I would note is that although the pool is very large it has very limited shallow ends. My partner is over 6ft tall & was only able to stand in about 20% of the pool the rest of the pool was nearly 2 metres deep which is not great if you have kids who are not strong swimmers.

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for a week whilst visiting paphos. Tldr; Overall, I would give this hotel 3/5 stars, good hotel ONLY if you get it for a good price like we did. I wouldn't recommend it at all for young couples in their 20s and early 30s or anyone seeking anything other than sun, beach and being poolside. Rooms 2/5: the rooms are dated and not particularly well equipped. The mattresses are firm and the pillows are really poor. The air con in the room works fine, the TV is tiny, has about 8 channels that are all in greek. We got the sea view room and the view was good however depending on which sea view room you got your view could be amazing or awful. Our towels were changed daily and bed made with some light cleaning. Staff/service 3/5: once again it was just decent. The staff don't really talk to you or say much, they're not particularly friendly but not rude either. A very average service throughout. Food 4/5: the food was surprisingly good considering it was included, we got half board breakfast and dinner and both are buffet style. We were both surprised at the quality and the amount of choice. Notably the meat choices for the dinner service. I read a few reviews before coming to the hotel, that the food was poor however it is clear that those people were unrealistic considering this is a hotel on the cheaper side. Drink 2/5: I usually wouldn't write a section just for drink but this is important. They have the WORST selection of 3 beers and 0 cider options which was surprising to me. They do however get +1 star for the cocktails that although do not look great and are not made with any real care, are loaded with what I can only call "super measures" of spirits. Hotel environment. 3/5: once again it was very standard and nothing special. The pool is big with ample seating, there is a standard sized indoor pool and sauna and a TV room with a small TV. There is daily evening entertainment which is probably the worst thing about the hotel. It was either music or bingo or both, and the musicians could have been anyone they pulled off the street, furthermore you have no choice in listening to it and the windows are not soundproof. Local area 3/5: you're pretty far out from the centre of pathos but there are travel options very close to the hotel. There is a particularly good beach spot a short walk away but be advised, other than this beach there is nothing else to do locally that is not shopping or eating. There was no evidence of local crime or scamming going on and the area seemed safe and mostly clean.

Had an amazing time at Hotel Tafoukt in Agadir! The hotel is right on the beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the sea. The entertainment is fantastic, with a great team keeping the atmosphere lively, and there’s a club with a DJ every night until 5 AM! The food is delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure guests feel welcome. The location is amazing—perfect for a fun and relaxing getaway! Highly recommend this place for a great holiday experience!

On arrival we were met with loud music, drunken people and informed we were in our room for just one night before they would have to move us. Luckily this was a one off. We had already booked and paid for an excursion the following day so were told to make sure everything was packed and they would move us while we were out. The initial room was a family room, it was beautiful, large and clean. Whilst out we were moved to another room which would naturally be smaller as just 2 of us. Again it was a nice room, good size and clean. Some minor repairs required but by no means affected the stay. All of the staff (apart from the odd one) were so polite, hard working and couldn't do enough for you. We paid all inclusive and are non drinkers, the rooms had kettles but only provided a satchet of coffee for the first night. The hotel is nicely located and a stones throw from the beach and local shops. It can get very loud at night from other activities outside of the complex which is no fault of the hotels. There is a large variety of Moroccan foods to choose from that are available during 3 different times per day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The communal areas of the hotel are beautiful, a large seating area which all feels very opulent.

Great location - right next to the beach. Hotel also owns a private beach section with its own chairs and staff. Room service - available everyday without fail. Housekeepers were very nice, one even helped me with my back zipper! Food - variety of food however it will depend on the day but most of the time if you’re a picky eater like me, you’ll find something for you and if you don’t, there are lots of fast food places and/or restaurants nearby. Entertainment- lots of entertainment throughout the day and in fact the entertainment team can be quite persistent for you to join the activities but it’s okay to tell them if you just want to relax Services - there’s actuality 2 bars available, on by the beach and one indoors which I sadly only found about on my last night. There is also an ATM on site if you need to withdraw cash.

The staff came into our room unannounced at 04:00. Didn’t apologise. We both also got severe food poisoning 4 hours after we left the resort. Which we couldn’t have gotten from anywhere else as it was all inclusive and we didn’t eat or drink anything from outside the hotel. We tried several times to get in contact with the hotel after our stay to complain, but no response.

The entertainment at this resort was one of the best I have experienced. They kept us entertained throughout the day with pool activities, games, themed nights and opening the dance floor. They made us feel so welcomed throughout our trip and went out of their way to make it special. The entertainment team were the best part of this resort! The restaurant and bars were lovely too! Pool and water slides are great fun and this is very family friend! Hotel staff were very accommodating! Very well located resort near all the best landmarks!

The hotel is very clean and well organised. The staff are so lovely and wonderful to talk to. They do shows every night and work very hard on them. They have a lot to choose from for breakfast, lunch, dinner. During the day when your at the pool they will do some activities that you can choose to do. As a mother bringing two of her teenagers alone we have had the most lovely holiday. Check in was easy and smooth our room was very clean and spacious and ready on time. My daughter has a peanut allergy and we felt safe with the main meals. We avoided all desserts as we always do on holiday. The teenagers enjoyed playing tennis and swimming in the pool. I enjoyed the selection of drinks and relaxing by the pool. We wish we could stay longer but sadly have to head home to London. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The staff here across all departments are utterly wonderful and can't do enough for you! The entertainment team is fantastic, there is always an activity or event going on. The kids really loved the mini disco too! The pool facilities are excellent, though unfortunately I wish we'd known beforehand about the age 8 restriction on the slides meaning our daughter couldn't go on. The pool water was also painfully cold for the time of year we went (end of Feb). That's not a complaint, just an observation for anyone looking to go at that time. The cons were that at times the tables and chairs in the buffet restaurant could have been cleaner. The food options for vegetarians were poor or very bland. Very repetitive also. The fizzy drinks were always flat despite the crazy amount of fizz that went into them when first poured at the machine. A decent place but wouldn't return as isn't enough pulling us back there.

Charming spot. The water really was ice cold for 4/5 of the days we were there but that's can't be helped. Plenty of activities and games to play throughout the day, regardless of your age and really nice, friendly staff all over the hotel! The only slight let down was the food, however there was always something to eat and the fresh pizza/pasta station was great! A bit out of the way but would recommend!

Fab hotel for families. The rooms would have been 5 stars if they included tea/coffee machines, which for myself is a must as I love my morning coffee and I felt the loss. They also lost 1 star on service as there was no ice cream on offer for kids, which is a first for me whilst on an all-inclusive holiday. Ice creams and crisps had to be purchased from onsite shop at €3 each, which quickly added up over the week. Apart from those 2 negatives the hotel and its staff did very well and we enjoyed our time there.

A long transfer but well worth the wait! From the second we walked in everything was perfect! Used the online check-in facility which was easy to use and when we arrived at reception there was nothing to do other than start our holiday. The staff are incredible - friendly, welcoming and professional - nothing was too much trouble! They were amazing with our grandkids too! We couldn’t fault the food, plenty of choice everyday, service amazing! 🤩 the entertainment team were first Class - Ramos was fabulous! All the activities were great! We will definitely be coming back!

It's a nice hotel but the rooms need a bit of updating. Around the handles of the wardrobe, the colour had worn off. Around the sink in the bathroom was the same. Although there was a kettle and a bottle of water ,there were no complimentary beverages such as tea and coffee. Did mention to reception but never received them. Luckily, we brought some tea bags with us. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. The staff at reception were very polite. Likewise, the waiters,cleaners and the staff at the Spa and Massaúge Parlour. They did a wonderful job and I'd recommend this . You get more than your monies worth . Keep up the good job 👏

We had a great 9 days here with some family. The staff are very friendly & helpful, even the security staff & housekeeping staff. This hotel is well placed with just a 5 min walk to a shopping mall across the road & its own private beach. Any small issues we had were dealt with swiftly & efficiently. The choice of the food in the buffet restaurant was superb & the waiters/waitresses took time to talk & ask how we were enjoying our holiday. Our room was spotless & the kitchenette was useful. I wish we could remember names of staff to commend them for their welcoming attitude. We will certainly return.

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel! The service was excellent, and the food was great. The hotel was very child-friendly, even though both the kids' pool and lazy river were under maintenance. Fortunately, the main pool was open, and the private beach was exclusive, which made up for it. The location was very central, making it easy to explore the area. I also appreciated the free valet parking, which was a convenient bonus. The hospitality was outstanding—the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The only downside was the drainage in our room, as the water took a long time to clear after a shower.

I read a lot of 5 star reviews which is why I booked this location; however it seems there is a disconnect between what is being posted and my actual stay. The rooms were never cleaned, the staff was very unresponsive, the hot water did not work and the elevator system took a long time. I spent more time waiting for things at this location than enjoying it. It’s a nice place. However, it’s not a 5 start hotel by any means. It’s a great location and has potential. But I would not recommend staying here with the leadership team that exists today.

Firstly I must say Dubai is the best place I have visited. Everything is of the highest standard. The people are amazing and welcoming. Dukes The Palm A Royal Hideaway is an exceptional hotel. The lobby and facilities are stunning. The rooms are immaculate and clean. The service is brilliant and the staff are so polite. Honourable mentions to Prince who looked after our room, such a lovely man and Edna, a waitress. They really made our experience even better. Having visited a lot of places around the world, Dubai tops it, I will definitely be returning.

Possibly the prettiest little harbour I've ever visited. Lots of bars and restaurants which make the most of the scenery. The hotel is just around the corner from the cove (walk out and turn right). The hotel is peaceful as there are no children. The entertainment on the rooftop bar is fun. The rooms are generally small but cool (the air conditioning seems to work well). The balcony is tiny but welcome, we have a poolside view on the second floor and it suits us fine. If you enjoy a relaxed pace and love the sea then this is the place for you.

There are stunning views of Mahon bay from the superior sea view rooms, although views from some of the first floor are limited due to the ground floor of the hotel extending forwards, ask for a sea view room on a higher floor level if possible (4th floor best) and rooms numbered 115 to 124, 215 to 214 etc.  for best views. Rooms are compact, with an unusual bathroom layout (separate WC and shower areas, washbasin in the bedroom). Our superior sea view room had a safe, kettle and fridge, all at no extra charge. The WiFi was fast enough and didn't drop out. We found the evening meal offering  disappointing, with limited choice and food not always hot. Also there were always small flies around the buffet which was off putting; other reviewers have commented on this.  We didn't find the restaurant up to our expectations of a 4 star hotel, and have had much better at 3 star hotels. There are numerous restaurants a short walk away, if we returned we would opt for bed and breakfast. All the staff we met were friendly and efficient,  the hotel was clean, the rooms spotless. The outdoor pool is sheltered and offers sun and shade, whereas there was little shade on the rooftop area. There are small shops just off the square a couple of minutes away, and lots of restaurants and bars ariund the bay to the right of the hotel. There is a good bus service to Mahon, only €1.75 each way (cash only). There is a water taxi, €15 per person return, or €10 one way to Mahon.

Had a great time at the Barcelo Hamilton. One of the best locations for a hotel that we've stayed in. Views from balcony and rooftop are just stunning 👌🏻 On the the down side, we thought the food could have been better. Breakfast is fine but omelettes were still have cooked with the egg mixture still running out onto my plate. Next morning I asked the cook if she could let it cook longer which seemed to upset her and I got it undercooked yet again. No more omelette for me. This happened again at lunch with the pork cutlets, however I could always find something within the buffet that I could eat. Food at the pool bar is not complementary under AI until 3pm. So if you fancy a snack at 2pm you must pay or attend the buffet restaurant. Also some of the cocktails like strawberry daiquairi are not offered on All inclusive so better to ask the bar person before ordering. My final negatives are the air conditioning in our room was very poor. I asked at reception if they could check it and they agreed. However, it never got any better, so really warm at nights. Apart from these niggles it is a good hotel. If they cooked better, cooled the rooms and allowed All inclusive at all bars 10.00 to 23.00 I would give it 5 stars. At 3k for 7 nights for a couple I expected better.

The rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday by wonderful people. The food is excellent , with loads of choices. The staff are 5 star, especially Monica who took it on herself to teach me Spanish phases. The location is the best I have ever visited. Sitting drinking coffee on the sea view balcony watching the boats go past in the sunny weather is an absolute dream .

I am staying here as I write this review. The staff are ALL LOVELY. Can’t fault the location. I would strongly advise paying for the sea view. The thing that lets this hotel down so much is that on the website they make a huge thing about the hotel rooftop terrace and sea views - and rightly so. Which makes it unfathomable that the rooftop bar is never open. To get a drink in the best spot with the best views you have to wait for one of the two slowest lifts in the world to take you down 5 floors. Walk up a ramp. Walk past the ‘enclosed by the hotel’ swimming pool, up approximately 25 steps, then repeat the process to get back to the rooftop terrace. . By the time you are back you need another drink. It really is unbelievable. The rooftop bar should be open ever day. There are enough of the lovely staff to manage it. It suggests a complete lack of foresight by the rmanagement.

This is an adult only hotel, close to the airport in a very small town. Staff were friendly and helpful, great food lovely rooms and entertainment was really good too. The pool area had a lovely chilled vibe and sun beds were really comfortable. We hired a car for the day through the hotel, excellent value and delivered to the hotel on time the next day! We drove to Ciutadella beautiful town just an our away would definitely recommend this. Reason for 5 Stars, we just couldn’t fault it!

We stayed here from 14 Sept - 17 Sept and I cannot fault the hotel. We experienced attentive and polite staff who were available 24/7 and always helpful. Our room was really clean upon arrival and this was maintained throughout our stay by the lovely cleaners. We had fresh towels provided to us daily and shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and handwash was also provided. There was also a hairdryer provided which was really handy. There was a good selection of food available at breakfast, lunch and dinner which we enjoyed. The only thing that we didn’t enjoy were the all inclusive cocktails in the bar, they were very strong to the point where we couldn’t drink them. The beach club opposite was gorgeous and the spa at the hotel was great. I had a massage at the spa which was very relaxing and the pool in the spa was really enjoyable. The hotel is located in a very quiet place and so we did not come across any night life - this is the perfect holiday destination if you just want to relax. We also got a 15/20 min taxi from the hotel to Mahon which has some lovely views and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Would definitely come again.

Lovely location and excellent pool area adjacent to the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our 'garden view' room had no view at all as the greenery was very tall and beyond that was a white painted wall.

The rooms were spacious and clean. We asked for more bedding and it was delivered quickly. Slight confusion over the swimming pools but we always found vacant sunbeds. We made good use of our plunge pool,which although not huge was perfect for cooling down. We bought water for our room but plenty was available in the restaurant and reception. The snack room was relaxing and cool. I would have liked hot water as well as a coffee machine. Food was varied and good. Staff all friendly and spoke very good English. Some evening entertainment but we wanted a quiet break. I think there was plenty going on during the day if required. Hopefully we will return

Friendly and polite staff. Good sized room with everything you’d expect. Two great pool areas with plenty of sunbeds. Hotel is located in a quiet little area with not much to do. But has a free train/bus ride that takes you on a 20 minute ride around the surrounding area. Food is ok but not amazing. Would go again in the future. 😎
