From the beginning, very far from the airport (2 hours by car) and far from being a 5 star hotel... We stayed in the old building, so everything is quite worn out or outdated. The elevators seem newer but look cheap and tacky and are really small. More important aspects would be the really thin walls and balcony door. We could hear all our neighbours and the loud music from outside until falling asleep. After the party is done or earlier in the morning, you can hear the traffic from the nearby highway through the closed balcony door. The staff try to be nice but are quite dismissive, also they hardly speak English. The food was ok, better than other places in Turkey we've been. The beach is very close to the hotel, there's a neat passage under the highway that gets you directly there. The shore is rocky and the sand is rough, so better wear water shoes. We couldn't enjoy the beach much because there were always high waves. Overall, not worth the money and we wouldn't recommend this stay.

Me and my partner visited for 6 days. We arrived late and were greeted with a warm welcome a staff member helped us to our room and then told us there is a late supper on which we are welcome to go to. The pools were all amazing and some fun games around the pool with the animation team such as water polo and water gym. All the staff were super friendly even tho there was a slight language barrier as we are English and they were mainly German or Turkish. The beach has a lovely set up with a cute swing to take great sunset photos on. Multiple bars to get drinks from and one that is even open till 2am. The evening entertainment was brilliant. They had different acts on each night. The hotel is fairly dated but looks nice for how old it is LOVE the lobby and the rooms are good size and the house keeper comes round every day to stock up and replenish the fridge. The shops on site were great and we have definitely gone away with our moneys worth. Good information In main lobby of things you can do outside the hotel. The only issue we had was the food. We are not really picky eaters but some of the food was not great. Allot of the meat was very fatty and not nice. There needs to be more signs telling you what is what on the all you can eat buffet as if you had an allergy to something especially on the salad bar it has no signs to say what it is. The food did seem to get better as our week went on but I do think the food needs a big improvement as most of the time it was either cold or bland. All round great hotel worth the money and would definitely come back again.

If you want a nice friendly 5* hotel This is not the place for you tiles missing from the swimming pool floor,plastic plimps broken around the pool a few staff members really rude. No real first aid to speak of. Will not be going back. I'm only giving an honest view take it or leave it.

The hotel and the rooms are clean and come with good beds and excellent showers. İt’s all a bit dated though. Since one spends most of the time outside that didn’t disturb me much. It’s and all-inclusive hotel with ample restautants and bars. The overall quality of the food was good, as was the variety. The beer was good, the wine undrinkable. What I really disliked were guests who apparently thought that the drinks and food provided by the hotel was the last food on earth. Food was piled so high on their plates that there was eternal snow on top of it. The concept of sharing and behaving normally seemed to be lost on them. I also did not like the absent-minded zombies with watery eyes at eleven in the morning trudging continuously from beachbed to bar and back holding as many beer glasses as they could at every beer run. But hey, that’s me!

Food is perfect. As a vegetarian I found a wide range of vegetarian dishes which were very delicious . Kids activities are pretty. I just didn’t like the bathroom. Water flow is very bad and toilet paper quality is extremely bad. Otherwise,everything is great .

Lovely hotel with good rooms and pool. Beds made every day and if you leave towels on floor in hallway they will change them which was a good service. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection you could want. Poolside snacks daily. Evening meal had a variety of food which we found as we had a party of 10 there was something that everyone could find to eat. There is a few shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance but not loads in this area. Great holiday with entertainment every night.

A lovely holiday at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well equipped and it was good not to pay extra for the safe. There was a wide choice of food at all meal times but I did find the speciality Italian meal a little disappointing. Great pools and we never had a problem getting a sun bed whatever time of day I found the location to be good as there was a variety of walks from there but some may feel there's not much around if wanting night life. The free shuttle bus was very handy.

Just returned from a 7 day holiday with my two daughters ( 7 & 22months) and my mother. There are so many lovely things about this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. There was lots of wardrobe space, a TV and a nice big bathroom. There was tea and coffee facilities and a big safe. I cannot fault the room whatsoever. There are 4 pool areas you can access therefore there is enough space for the many guests staying at the hotel. We went down to the ocean view pool but found it to be colder than the others and was too deep for my young children. The rest of the week we spent by the kids pool which has different water features in for them to play with and was only ankle deep meaning they were safe to play. The main pool was always really busy but there were at least 3/4 life guards walking around the pools all day. The main pool had lots of activities going on all the time and had a nice atmosphere. The first evening we went to the Terra Cafe which is the biggest of the buffet restaurants, it was extremely busy which meant food was cold by the time you go back to the table after waiting in the queue. We opted to eat at the ocean cafe the rest of the week, it had a much calmer atmosphere and no queues. There was entertainment every night which varied from live music to acrobats. I cannot fault the entertainment that was provided and the staff. They got everyone involved and every evening started with a mini kids disco. My family had a great time every evening, my daughter made friends and played in the arcade. The hotel felt safe and staff were always around talking to guests and interacting with the kids. The staff overall were amazing. They were friendly, helpful and attentive. The bar staff were also brilliant and remembered our drinks order every time! My only gripes with the hotel would be the flies, they became frustrating especially during lunch when trying to get snacks at the bar. The main buffet restaurant could also do with opening earlier to stop the rush of people going in between 19:00-19.30. The entertainment started at 20.30 every night for the children and if you didn’t get there early enough, you wouldn’t be able to get a seat therefore, everyone rushed the restaurant at 19.00 when it opened. For the sheer amount of people in the hotel, they could do with larger buffet areas. Would recommend this hotel especially if you are going with family. Our overall experience exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely choose to go back when we return to Golf Del Sur!

Very good location if you're looking for a quiet and chilled holiday. Food was great and something new every day. Staff was great, always smiling and willing to help. The only down side was shutting the pools down at 6pm and poor entertainment. If you don't have full inclusive there are restaurants to choose from that are affordable too as the whole island is approx 20% cheaper than the rest of Europe.

We recently stayed at the Alua Atlantico Golf Del Sur and had an overall enjoyable experience. The hotel was impressively clean, and the music around the pool area added a vibrant and relaxing atmosphere to our days. However, there were a few drawbacks. The main restaurant had a noticeable issue with flies, which was a bit off-putting. On a positive note, the smaller buffet restaurant was much better, offering a more pleasant dining experience. The pool bar, although a nice spot, was often busy, and there was a noticeable lack of replenishment of snacks, which was disappointing. We also found that the All Inclusive Plus package wasn’t worth the extra cost, as it didn’t offer significant added value over the standard all-inclusive option. Despite having a good time, we’ve decided not to return to this hotel. Instead, we’re keen to explore other options in the Golf Del Sur region for our next trip.

Came here for a weeks holiday all inclusive. The staff are great, the hotel is very clean the rooms are lovely. Food here is brilliant there is a good choice for everyone. The hotel is situated in a good place not too near the noisy parts of benidorm only about 5-10 minutes walk away from everything.

Our 2nd visit and again we were not disappointed. The hotel was busier than I expected for the time of year. The rooms or should I say apartments are so spacious, I cannot fault them. There was always something tasty to eat as the selection was so varied. The hotel is over 14 years old only and that makes a huge difference for a peaceful holiday. The bar staff are great too. I would highly recommend and we will be back again soon.

Amazing, friendly staff. Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. Fabulous pool areas x3 and a great location to get to Old Town, the beach and the Strip. After two visits of All Inclusive, we have decided we don’t get our money worth, the food is ‘okay’ it depends if you are ‘fussy’ I don’t consider myself to be however I also don’t like fish/sea food. I can’t say it was bad food as I managed to eat multiple times a day however I also wouldn’t describe it as ‘brilliant’. I would probably give the food ⭐️⭐️⭐️ of that helps to gauge. Plenty of options available in the buffet style restaurant, cold meats and cheeses, pastries and fruit.

***WOULD AVOID*** Green Nature Resort in Marmaris offers some positives, but overall, it falls short of the experience expected from a 4-star hotel. Our room (Room 4000) was spacious, but noise was a constant issue, with guests running and shouting late into the night, making it hard to rest. When I inquired about packed lunches, the response was condescending, as if I had made an unreasonable request. The dining experience was also frustrating. Staff would clear food and shut off drinks machines right as mealtime ended, even if guests were still serving themselves. Lights were turned off, and tables were cleared around us, making us feel rushed and unwelcome. A little flexibility would make a big difference. Bar service was inconsistent. While most staff were okay, one young bartender was rude and careless in preparing drinks. Thankfully, a senior waiter provided attentive service, which was a refreshing contrast. Security was another concern. We found the safe open and our room door left ajar, and only upon returning home did I realize that two of my designer t-shirts were missing. When I rang the hotel, I was told they couldn’t do anything because I had already left and would need to report it to the police if I was still there. The representative implied that it was my responsibility to check my luggage before departure, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. The on-site shop experience was disappointing as well. My young daughters (2 and 6) were testing some toys, and the shop owner began shouting at them for making noise—even though we were planning to buy the toys. A friendlier approach would go a long way. The tattoo shop delivered good work, but prices were inconsistent. Initially, I was quoted £95 per hour, then later £80, which felt unprofessional. While the result was fine, I could find more reliable and consistent artists back home. Overall, Green Nature Resort has potential but lacks the service and security to live up to 4-star standards. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

We loved our stay here, the food was okay, had enough of a choice not to get bored. The nearby beach isn't the greatest and it's an hour's walk from the grand bazaar or about a 8 min cab ride for about 8 pounds The best part about this hotel to be honest was the staff, we had our infant son with us and everyone was super accommodating. The Spa staff especially were excellent and so kind so much so I would return just because of them. Low points about the hotel were, no iron provided you had to rental from the on site shop and the WiFi wasn't the greatest.

It's a really nice hotel, the location is great. About 900 meters from the beach and mountains in the background. You could go with the bus to the beach which comes every day. Food is good, sometimes little bit cold but overall good. The hotel is mostly English so most of the food and drinks are from English culture. For the waiters on the other hand, they were mostly talking to each other and didn't do much. If you are sitting on one of the furthest tables chances are small that they are coming to ask for drinks. And for the tables, some big tables are reserved every day. Little bit weird. Swimming pools are great. Fun waterslides. Some extra things that the resort could change are: animation costs, some activities costs money. Like the bingo and pizza making. For a all inclusive resort this could be changed in the future. Overall this is a great resort and we had a lot of fun!

Stayed here for a week commencing 19.05.24. 12 family members including 6 children and it was the 2nd time at this hotel. Great experience once again. It has a sister hotel on the beach which is newer and more expensive but according to friends who have stayed at both this is better. Great variety of food and free ice-cream for the kids. Rooms are average but regularly cleaned and no extra cost for Internet or safe. 2 large swimming pools and slides + children's pools. They have a foam party once a week and daily evening entertainment for kids and adults. 10 minutes walk to main road near the beach with plenty of shops and seller's of excursions. Hotel can get very busy. We all had a great time.

Loved our stay at green nature. The rooms were a bit smaller than imagined but functional. They were also tidy but didn't think they were adequately cleaned. The bathroom was the cleanest part of the room. Food there was always a variety of food and different each day. The had a theme for each night in the main buffet hall. Outside was a lot of different grilled meat and fish as well as pizzas. Reception staff were friendly. Waiting staff were really friendly and helpful. Engaged in conversations which was nice. Kids club is good my children loved for all the days we used the service. They did the t shirt painting and neon disco etc. Their spa is 10/10 I loved the experience. The massage and facial is well worth every penny spent. Staff in the spa were friendly, respectful and very helpful. The on site shop is a bit overpriced for certain things better to buy outside the resort if needed or bring extra from home(£25 for sun screen is extortionate). Overall I enjoyed my stay here and I wouldn't mind staying there again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were fantastic and very helpful, always smiling. The food was plentiful and always fresh. The rooms were good, the only thing is they could do with a bit of an update but it absolutely did not bother me. If you want somewhere easy, friendly and low key, this is it. Lovely pool, right by the ocean. The girls doing the entertainment were amazing, so much fun.

Rooms are basic but it's just a place to put your head down anyway, could not get the air conditioning to work so made do without. Food was good, always something to eat and drink. If you're in the low 1000s room you'll likely get a friendly cat popping around, he likes nothing more than curling up on a lap and going to sleep so look out for the wee fellow. There's another around the poolside bar too. A fantastic week was had at Royal Monica

We went with our two teenage kids 15,17 years old. The family room was not really suitable for us .The rooms and facilities are a bit dated. The whole place could do with a revamp. Rain water ce through the restaurant roof , gutter system just bodghed together. You weren't allowed to take any food or drinks to your rooms. The food was ok, but need to crisp the bacon up as was almost raw. Could do with a fridge or tea making facilities in the room. The entertainment was awful but made you laugh at how bad it was. Didn't go in the pool as it was very cold. The sea was warmer but not easy to get into because of all the rocks. I would probably stay further up the cost at Flamingo Bay if I went again.

WARNING WARNING! If you want to enjoy your holiday, DO NOT stay at Royal Monica!! My family and I went to stay here for 6 nights in 2 separate rooms and we arrived in the evening. The following morning, we went for a walk along the beach and when we arrived back in our rooms, we noticed the cleaners have been in. When we checked our wallets which have been out on the table, from one of them a €50 note was missing in one room and from another wallet in our other room, 2 €20 notes were missing. Unsurprisingly, the wallets which have been hidden away had no money missing. When we went to the reception and asked for a manager to put in a complaint about this, we were told the manager isn’t there and so we told what happened to the receptionist and he was very rude and laughed in our faces whilst telling us to go to the police as he trusts the cleaners to never do something like this. We weren’t the only ones there that needed to talk with the police as we saw the police at the hotel on 2 separate occasions speaking with people staying there and on one of the occasions the lady speaking with them was crying and left the hotel not long after, so clearly we weren’t the only ones having a terrible experience. We saw cockroaches multiple times whilst staying here as well. We saw them inside of our rooms and also one time whilst we were eating in the dining room, a cockroach was crawling on my mum’s shoulder. The food was horrendous at Royal Monica. The food available was repetitive, almost the same foods every day and on top of that, they were serving raw meat a lot of the time as the chicken and beef weren’t cooked enough. The chefs are also very unhygienic as we saw them cooking the pancakes and fried eggs on the same grill with the same utensils, this ended up with some of the eggs having a layer of pancake stuck to the bottom which was disgusting, there was also egg shells in the fried eggs. They definitely also used the same knife to cut vegetables and fruits as the watermelons tasted like onions. Dessert was also horrible as the cake they put out was fully frozen, it was hard to even cut the cake and you could see the ice inside of the cake! There is supposed to be entertainment at the pool bar every day like at most other hotels but even though they say they put on entertainment, there is nothing at the pool bar for entertainment other than football on the TV. We were all so excited for this holiday but it was the biggest disappointment of our lives and we do not recommend this hotel at all, please stay away!

Just spent a week at the resort. Very mixed feelings about the experience, having read the reviews before we arrived we were very sceptical. Some of the points we read were 100% accurate and can’t disagree with. Good location to be fair and the weather was glorious and the view from the pool area is stunning, sea is hard to swim in as currents around the rocky shore is strong and isn’t an easy walk to the sea. Swimming pool was freezing most days one of the days it was bearable to get in but it was the warmest day. Pool bar always quick to get drinks and waiters come and clear the empty glasses fairly quickly. Food was not good, very limited choice and very repetitive, seem to cater for the French and German guests over the English. Lunch was probably the best choice of food and quality. Breakfast isn’t English either and not even similar so went to bills 10 minute walk up the road ( breakfast there was insane ) and only €5 for a full English. Most of the staff were pleasant but there were a few that were rude and abrupt. They talk to you if you are French Spanish or German not very friendly to the English. The evening entertainment ( well if you can call it that ) is not worth wasting your evening going too, always late to start, no organization at all very very amateur at best, it was error after error on every night we went. Again if your French Spanish or German they engage with you other wise no, and when they do quizzes they tell you the answers in either French or Spanish. Very very heavily French and German and Spanish populated and found these people very rude and arrogant and just found them staring at the English all the time, the French stood out to me as being intolerable and no consideration for anyone else, its put me off even wanting to visit France. Rooms are clean and beds comfy and we had a nice terrace area on the ground floor which is a bit dated but we found the room fine. Only saw 1 cockroach on our terrace the whole time saw more little geckos than anything else, oh yeah and the local hedgehogs! It’s a cheap and cheerful hotel really don’t expect luxury. For us it was the people really who spoilt it in a way and also the food and staff. Location and weather were the really positive points and meeting some friendly English people too. Oh and a special mention to Katarina who does the car hire she was really nice and gave us a good deal on our mini convertible for 2 days. Also don’t get taxis from the hotel as they are perverts and make you feel very uncomfortable. 2/5 for hotel experience 5/5 for making our holiday fun in our own way.

everything is much more beautiful in pictures than in reality. I did not enjoy my stay here. When we arrived at the hotel (around 9pm and with a baby) we were impatiently waiting to receive the room key because we wanted to put the baby to bed, but the gentleman at the reception was waiting for money (€50) to upgrade the room, he seeing that we don't want to do this update and he gave us the key in the end. There is no internet, only if you pay for it! or you can buy your Vodafone cards from a shop in the hotel, that's what we did. Employees had bad jokes and hit on women. the terrace is full of crows and you can't eat outside at all because they steal the food, it's very disturbing. The water in the pool is excessively cold because there is more shade on the pool than sun and we couldn't swim in the pool, especially me and the baby.. every morning many sunbeds were already reserved by people even though it is clearly written on the posters that they are not reserved. but "for a small price" as the employees say, they reserve it for you.

Upon arrival, we were quickly assisted and received our hotel room promptly. The first impression of the lobby was fine, but when we entered our room, we were disappointed. The room was very old, and the shower didn't work optimally. However, the hotel staff was friendly, which was a plus. The food was terrible and monotonous; we had almost the same thing every day, and it was tasteless. Fortunately, there were some lovely servers, like Ahmed, who was always cheerful, and the guy at the drinks station was also a star. The beach was nice, but the pool was dirty and really needed cleaning. The fresh juice bar was a highlight, with super friendly guys like Osama, Otman and Muhammed, with whom I had a great time. The animation team was friendly, but the beach vendors were really annoying; they talked a lot, and you just don't want that on vacation. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We stayed in a sea view room but it was more like a pool view room. We were supposed to stay there for 9 nights but we actually ended up leaving 2 days earlier. When we went to check out at reception the receptionist went into a discussion/ argument with us about why we were leaving also. The room was old and dirty, cleaner only cleaned the room 2 times in a week period, we had to request toilet roll and fresh towels almost every day. We had mould in the shower, no cold water only lukewarm, toilet didn’t flush properly either. Hair dryer also not working at all. Light switches also damaged and not working properly, air conditioning doesn’t change tempo or temperature, blows dust out as it hasn’t been cleaned since it was installed most likely, we and my partner both got really sick from the air conditioning and had to go to the pharmacy to get medicine. There were no toiletries in the shower and the shower wouldn’t drain fast enough either. The cleaner kept coming to our room knocking on the door and just walking in at random days of the day, didn’t speak English. You cannot lock the hotel door from inside so we had to put a chair against the door to stop the cleaner from coming in. Beds by the cleaner were not made properly, we had to remake them ourselves. Bed sheets filthy with stains all over them. Pillows hard and mattress old and disgusting. Floor also wasn’t cleaned at all. Couldn’t get any rest here, they played loud music at random times throughout the day and night. The food was also terrible, we ate the same thing each day and we actually lost a bit of weight there. Plates, glasses, cutlery also dirty and most of the time you have to wait on these things to be cleaned. The staff in the buffet area are quickly taking away your glasses and plates even when you’re not fully finished. You also need to pay for wifi in your room which is 20 euro for 7 days, when we got there they “didn’t have a 7 day pass available” so we could only buy a 3 day pass and the WiFi then only works on 1 persons phone then. WiFi in the lobby also pretty slow. The people from the hotel were really annoying when you were at the beach. Asking if you want tours and then quoting 100 euro for 2 people for snorkelling at one of the islands. We went outside the hotel and to a small street on the right side where we got the same tour for 15 euro per person.. the tours from this hotel are a big scam so don’t book with them, go outside the hotel!!!! Be careful at the beach directly outside the hotel, there’s big rocks there and loads of sea urchins, there’s no signs or anything to say that. I would recommend going to the beach from the Empire hotel which is a 2 min walk. The worker who was serving drinks was normally friendly but he refused to give my partner 2 drinks (one for me, one for my partner) because there was only 2 glasses left and there was a young lady standing behind my partner, the worker kept pointing at the girl, and not wanting to give the drinks to my partner. Eventually he gave them when my partner asked him what exactly was the problem.. On our last night (before we left early) at about 22:15 we were both sleeping as we had to leave early the next day. We were woken up by hard door knocks, someone standing outside our room with a piece of cake shouting “cake, cake”. My partner wasn’t wearing clothes and had to run to the door to hold it closed as they were just trying to open it and come in even when we said no. The people outside of the hotel also are really annoying and try to rip you off so make sure you shop around before committing to anything with these people. Even after this there are so many other small things, I really don’t understand where they got the 4 stars from.

Most of the rooms are old, not the best looking, smell funny and/or have something not working. I recommend taking the sea view rooms if you're going there, the rooms are nicer and have been renovated at some point. Food is OK, just not many options and sometimes it takes a long time for the trays to be refilled. The employees are super nice and friendly, they take extra care of the guests. The beach is really nice, but the one right in front of the hotel has very shallow water and coral reef, so I'd recommend walking 2 extra minutes to the beach of the sister hotel. The water there is clean and really good for swimming or a bit of snorkeling.

We booked this hotel as an all inclusive package. My mistake not to check the hotel upfront before booking. I will start with the good things. Staff is very helpful, no bad things to say. The swimming pool is very nice and the umbrellas at the beach area as well. That's about it. Here comes the story. When entering the lobby, my mood dropped to zero. If this is a 4 star hotel, then what is Hilton? The reception was a place decorated with very dusty Christmas balls. I wander why nobody is seeing all the dust? We got a very old key handed over. Made me think not so positive about the room. And so it was. We could hardly open our door. Had to push and pull to make our key turn in the lock. The room was on the top floor. All in the middle of debris. No soap in the dispensers. We arrived at 5am in the morning and cleaning service was banging the door at 9am. Weird service not to be aware of us arriving this early. No hanger was available to give notice to the cleaning staff. Wifi is a laugh. Only available within 5m range of the reception. You can by Wifi everywhere (insane for a 4 star hotel) for 20$ for 6 days. But they don't tell you there is no wifi available. They make you spend the money first. So, no wifi available at all. Buy a SIM at the airport or an eSIM. You are better off. The hotel has all small independent services trying to sell their stuff. It's pretty annoying having these people coming and ask for things to buy multiple times every single day. It's an all-in! I don't want to be bothered. It's a no go for me as a recommendation.

Incredible, I stayed for 2 weeks and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Great service, very kind staff, good food, fun artistic moments, good drinks, at least the cocktails, I loved all of them. I went to the Japanese restaurant during the stay, as well as the Mongolian one and both were very nice, the food was incredible and it was a nice experience. 10/10 from me. The only downside, which is just my preference, is that the beach is very big and most of the day the water is very far away, however there is a place where the water is deeper and we went snorkeling there a ton, we had an absolute blast! Otherwise the beach was very clean and nicely decorated. The slides are really fun, I tried almost all of them, I couldn't catch one open because it would be open only for like 20 min at 10 AM and we were having breakfast at that time so we missed it every time, but the others were super fun, the waves pool too was fun, the only downside with this area was that, except for the slides, the waves for the wave pool would only be running twice a day for 30 min, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, same for the river area, otherwise both were fun. On the closing note I will mention the reception and bar area being truly breathtaking, it has many statues and paintings on the wall, very comfortable couches and armchairs. We were taken aback by how stunning it was.

Really great hotel, our first time in Egypt and definitely not the last. The room was really spacious and well equipped with great air conditioner, comfortable beds and big bathroom. The food was delicious and there was a really great variety of food so everyone could find something for themselves. The animation team did a very good job at all hours of the day, they were really helpful and nice and provided everyone with entertainment so there wasn’t any boring moment during day and night. In conclusion, it’s an amazing hotel that we definitely recommend and will definitely visit again.

This was our second time visiting your hotel. First was for business, second for pleasure. The facility is lovely with beautiful architecture and detail. The staff was courteous, the activities are amazing. The hotel honored my request for a high floor, but instead of overlooking the pool, we overlooked the rear of the hotel. We highly recommend Titanic palace for both business and pleasure with family. Although the hotel is geared more towards adults, the new addition with pool makes it a bit more kid friendly.

Excellent hotel, came last September and liked it so much brought our 20 and 17 year old girls. Staff friendly, food excellent, water park great fun for all ages. Go in the morning as it’s quiet and you can go on lots of rides whilst heat is low. Lots of choices with the swimming pools. Great entertainment for all ages. Beach party for the youngsters and nice live singing for us older guests.

Advertised as a 5 star hotel, at best it would make 3 stars. All inclusive, it had one bar (where drinks were only served between 12 and 11pm). One restaurant, the food was quite tasty but not always hot, and the rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis. All in all, I won't be going here again. DISSATISFIED.

We spent a week at the Filion Hotel this September and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Despite some of the negative reviews (mentioning issues like cleanliness diminishing the further you were from the main areas, inconsistent pool maintenance, unenthusiastic staff, and hit-or-miss food), I felt the hotel delivered on its promise of a quiet and relaxing all-inclusive holiday (esp. when you consider the price). While the pools were relatively small, there were three to choose from, and finding a sunbed right by the pool was never an issue. It's worth noting, though, that the pool floors were not cleaned daily, and some debris could occasionally be felt at the bottom. The staff was generally helpful and friendly, with special recognition going to the reception team and the pool bar staff, who consistently provided excellent service. The main restaurant offered stunning views and a good variety of dishes, though the menu tended to be repetitive. You could expect to see the same main courses every two to three days. However, this allowed guests to focus on the better-quality options and avoid those that were less impressive. Some of the cutlery wasn’t always spotless, but the staff promptly replaced it when asked. Overall, while the hotel may have seen better days, it still met my expectations and provided the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

We enjoyed a lot our stay in Filion- Sugar villa. Service was perfect. Employees were very friendly and helpful, they accommodated with everything we needed. We had very beautiful view with mountains and sea. In the villa was really clean and we found everything what we needed, like kitchen utensils. There was also nice terrace with the private pool and the grill. The restaurant had amazing medetarian food, where you can choose everything from self service buffet. Really recommend the place!

It's a lovely hotel but could do with improvements here and there. The hotel needs updating, only minor things but they could make such a difference. There isn't a lot to do and not enough information regarding excursions. The breakfast menu could do with a little boost. The dining area is a bit dull as well. Maybe soft music in the background would help and have pictures that are lively on the walls. The main pool also could do with music in the background at all times. Then for those that want peace and quiet, the middle pool and the kids pool could do with no music. An activities coordinator would be beneficial for the hotel as well. There were a few games at the main pool but they were not lively enough. The snooker/pool tables are randomly at the end of this open space. Not very inviting and there are no instructions as to how you play. A notice on the wall telling guests what is needed would be nice. This hotel has so much potential and just needs the right people with the right attitude to make it an epic hotel.

Before choosing this hotel, I read a lot of reviews, both positive and negative. Many of the same issues and highlights kept coming up, so I’d like to share my family’s own experience at this hotel. I'll start with the positive aspects and then move to those that were less pleasant. So: 5/5 ***** - Service: The staff was extremely friendly, always kind, and ready to assist. We felt genuinely welcomed by every member of the team. 4.5/5 ****½ - Entertainment Team: They brought incredible energy and joy. My kids loved them, and their activities made a big difference in our stay. 4/5 **** - Rooms: Although quite old-fashioned, the rooms were very clean, and sometimes the staff would even surprise the kids with little animals made from towels. On the downside, we only had two power outlets in our room, which felt inadequate given today’s technological needs. A big plus, though, for the air conditioning, which worked seamlessly. However, we did miss having a light on the balcony. 3/5 *** - Hotel Ambience: The hotel itself has an old-school vibe. Built in 2007, it doesn’t appear to have changed much since. There are a lot of empty spaces, which, at times, made walking down the corridors feel a bit eerie, especially with the lack of clear signage. We also noticed quite a few maintenance issues, like hanging lightbulbs, and there wasn’t always timely upkeep from the staff. 3/5 *** - Pools: The pools are beautiful—two large ones in total—but only one was accessible, and it was located far from the snack bar. The other pool, closer to the bar, was unfortunately closed. The open one was quite a walk away and quite cold, so we had to make compromises. 3/5 *** - Snack Bar: It was closed more often than open, and when it was open, it mostly served lunch food, which left us with limited options between meals. 3/5 *** - Drinks: Drinks quality varied significantly. If you tipped, you’d get a decent drink, but overall, it was hit or miss. The drinks were inconsistently prepared, often weak, and didn’t meet the standard expected for a four-star hotel. 2/5 ** - Food: The biggest disappointment was the food. It was practically the same every day for seven days. By the second breakfast, I already knew what would be served. Lunch was underwhelming, and while there were occasional variations at dinner, presentation and quality didn’t quite hit the mark. Limited cheese options (one type, for example) and drinks from the dispensers tasted off and would often run out, even early in service. Morning coffee tasted generic, and tea and coffee were not available during lunch or dinner, except occasionally at night. For a four-star hotel, it was quite underwhelming. I'd also like to mention that the food often lacked clear labeling, with sauces or other condiments left unidentified. 2/5 ** - Games Room: One of the key criteria for choosing this hotel was having an enjoyable games room where I could spend time with my children. Unfortunately, this was a letdown. Of the three pool tables, only one was working and poorly lit. The air hockey puck was too damaged to use, and most of the other machines were unplugged. The ping-pong table was usable but in an extremely stuffy room. One final point is that there was only one lifeguard across all pools, often on his phone. Overall: We spent seven days at this hotel, actively trying to focus on the positive, and we managed to find it. We got away from our daily stresses and soaked in some breathtaking views. The beach was stunning—probably the best I’ve ever been to. We ate, drank, and made memories. In the end, we enjoyed our break and will remember this holiday.

A dream vacation. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating, excellent food great variety. The beach is accessible via stairs but there are handrails to hold on to. The beach is so beautiful, lots of space, which makes the walk down the stairs definitely worth it. Rooms are outdated but very clean , like the entire rest of the place, bathrooms, pool , restaurant etc . Highly recommend if you don't mind the outdated rooms, I sure wasn't in my room enough to have this be an issue. Will definitely come back.

Great place, nice vacation overall. The hotel is a bit old, but fine in compromise to the scene and place and all the efforts and friendliness of the personnel. Everyday cleaning the rooms, very very accurately. Everyday new towels. Food could be a bit more diverse. For a long staying can feel the same everyday. Downsides: Too many people smoking at outside cafe/bar area...felt disgusting for a non-smoker/allergic person... And there should also be a kind of a note that the beach is CO(clothing-optional) especially for families travelling with kids.

We had a generally good experience during our stay, but there were some areas where we feel the hotel could improve. Service and Rooms The service was good, and we were greeted by friendly staff. The rooms were cleaned daily, and we have no complaints in that regard. Unfortunately, we experienced a lack of maintenance, which resulted in us having to change rooms. This meant we lost the sea view that we had paid extra for, which was disappointing. Food and Beverages The food was tasty and well-prepared, but we found that the beverages were often not refilled, making it difficult for us to get what we wanted. Cleanliness of the Area While the rooms were cleaned daily, we were surprised to see that the outdoor area was not cleaned every day. This is something we did not expect from a hotel that officially has 4 stars. Location The hotel’s location is perfect in terms of the beach and the view from some rooms. However, it is necessary to take the bus if you want to go anywhere. We recommend renting a car, as it allows for more exploration of Fuerteventura, which has many wonderful sights to offer. Conclusion Overall, we had a good stay, but we expected more from a 4-star hotel. In our opinion, it does not live up to the 4 stars it has received.

Me and my partner stayed here for 10 nights and loved it here! We plan on returning next year! The room we stayed in didn't have air con but we survived and the bed was two singles out together but it wasn't too bad. The views from our balcony were amazing though! We had all inclusive food and drink and it was so worth it, the food was well cooked and freshly topped up regularly. The drinks were all self service, including the alcohol!

went on a seven day all inclusive holiday with my parents, little brother and partner in August 2024 and I was one of the best holidays we have ever been on. This hotel was absolutely amazing. Before going I saw some not so great reviews and my experience proved them review wrong. The buffet was always fully stocked with all foods during the meal times and there were many options to choose for especially for my partner who is a very picky eater. Between meals you have a snack bar which is also set up buffet style. The view from both pools and rooms was absolutely beautiful. The bar was all self service when all inclusive so no need to wait in long lines when wanting a drink. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and were cleaned regularly, unless asked otherwise. The staff were very respectful when you didn’t want them to go into the room and still offered clean towels and to take the bins out for you. Overall our experience as a family was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be returning.

We've stayed here for a week and I can honestly say we've had a lovely time. Rooms are clean and towels changed every day apart from 2 days which we were told about. Bed linen was charged mid week, which was nice as it was so hot! No air conditioning but we had 2 good ceiling fans and they are midway installing air con. Food was average but a good choice each day for breakfast and dinner. All staff are pleasant and friendly especially the waiters, who were constantly tidying and making sure we were ok. All in all a pleasing stay! 😁 We were informed before our holiday that they were having building work done but we didn't hear anything and it didn't affect our stay at all.

Our experience with Altamar was horrendous. We arrived 22:30 and were told there was no room for us due to construction. We were never informed about this before arrival. They put us in their sister hotel, where the breakfast was cold and the grapes were mouldy. We paid extra for a sea view, which the other hotel didn’t have. We had to spend hours trying to get back into the other hotel. When we finally got back, the air conditioning didn’t work, the hair dryer didn’t work, the TV didn’t work. We chose a self catering apartment, no washing up liquid or a sponge was provided. We were woken every morning between 7:30 and 8:00 with building work. Didn’t get a relaxed lie in once while we were away. The cleaners came around at 8:30 one morning, knocking on the window three times and peeping in the bedroom window - very inappropriate. We were never given anything to say ‘do not disturb’. Took 3 days to receive any sort of an apology, and at that we had to go looking for it. We were ‘compensated’ with free breakfast. Very poor customer service skills from the manager. Spoke to us badly and argued with everything we said. Save your well earned and go elsewhere, plenty more beautiful hotels on the island.

I went to this hotel with my family and it is one of the best places I have ever stayed it, the location is lovely and I love the way that the hotel is build as the views are lovely too. One of my favourite parts of the hotel are the balcony’s as they are massive and always gets sun. The entertainment is brilliant as they have stuff on for all ages which we all enjoyed. The food is good and it has wasn’t too busy. For us we managed to get a sun bed everyday which wasn’t a struggle, There is a lot of steps in this hotel but there is a lift for anyone who needs to use it, the lift can be busy but it wasn’t a problem for us. The Europa centre is only about a 5 minute walk from the hotel if you fancy going out for a meal which we did some nights and it was great as they have shops there aswell. Overall I would definitely go again and I would recommend this hotelto anyone considering going to Gran Canaria.

Mum and I went on holiday here 11-18 October 2024 3 star hotel. Staff polite friendly and helpful Rooms needed air conditioning not just a unit which was very noisy only pool view get the units. Or you can pay 5 euro a day for it. Pool bar was great serves food and you can have any drinks after 11pm you pay shuts at 12am. Entertainment was wonderful in evening and in day also entertainment was great for all. Buffet food in dinning room A lot to chose from sometime it is cold but what do expect when it's a heated unit. My partner and I have just returned from a delightful week-long holiday. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and while the rooms were basic, they met our expectations for the price. The pool area was well-maintained and tidy, with the only minor issue being the inconsiderate behavior of some guests who monopolized sunbeds for extended periods and not using them. We would appreciate it if measures could and should be taken to address this issue in the future. The bar staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the food hall offered a wide variety of fresh food options, catering even to individuals with particular dietary preferences. This was my second visit to the hotel, and I would highly recommend it and consider returning for a third time in the future.

We are currently on our 5th night. From the very start at check in (we were 3 hours early and they still checked us straight into our room) the holiday has been amazing. Nearly every single drink at the bar is included in the all inclusive, the food selection and quality is amazing for an all inclusive. Our room while it only has a ceiling fan was cool enough to sleep in if you keep the patio doors open and curtains closed 24/7 this is with 29c days. Information given at reception on bus times, prices and what buses to catch and where to change for a trip to the aquarium was so helpful. Lovely pool and getting a deck chair isn't difficult at the end of Sept/beginning of Oct. Most staff speak great English. We will definitely be back!

Great Family Holiday... Until the Midlife Crisis Convention Rolled In” We’ve been enjoying a brilliant stay at the Mirador Maspalomas — the kind of hotel where you’d expect relaxation, family fun, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotless, the staff couldn’t have been friendlier, and the family entertainment kept us all smiling. But then... cue the Harley Davidson Biker Convention. Two days ago, a fleet of middle-aged bikers rolled in, seemingly fuelled by midlife crises and a mission to commandeer the hotel. Since then, the peaceful family vibe has been hijacked. The bar and entertainment areas are no longer spaces for families to unwind but rather look like the set of a budget biker film. Trying to find a free table? Forget it! The bikers have claimed them all, camping out for hours like they’re defending sacred territory. The behaviour? Rude would be an understatement. Bar staff are treated with utter disregard, and the waft of cigarette smoke seems to have become their calling card. What was shaping up to be a 5-star family holiday has been overshadowed by leather jackets and an apparent disdain for anyone who didn’t arrive on two wheels. Mirador Maspalomas was a real gem — but it’s hard to recommend it without a warning: check if there’s an impending invasion of leather and egos before booking! Update 1:15am. We now have a bunch of them fighting in the hotel. So much for a good night's sleep. Disgraceful.

This hotel was amazing!! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Management are really good. Everyone is always smiling, when I wasn’t feeling well they got me ice water and gave me some advice. The food is amazing!! Top compliments to the chefs and especially head chef! The on site shop is good for essentials and little treats like chocolate and gifts to take home even have towels and inflatables for the pools. The pools are really clean the entertainment is fun just such a lovely place and I will defiantly be coming back to this hotel!!

Great Hotel. The staff is superb. The room are very clean. Outside a magnificent pool and a beautiful garden awaits the guests. The beach is very well kept and beautiful. The strongest point of Mitsis Falraky is obviously its cuisine. I've seldom eat better food like here. All time I felt surrounded by kindness and attention However there is only one aspect that requires improvement. Namely, all the rooms located in the first building, having even numbers between 12 to 24 , 112 to 124, 212 to 224, 312 to 324 are affected by the noise of the ventilators from the kitchen and/or laundry. This makes sleeping with open windows impossible. Even with the windows closed the continuous droning is noticeable. With that said, I would recommend it without hesitation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mitsis Faliraki, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Everything about this place was fantastic! The hotel is situated in front of one of the best sandy beaches of Rhodes. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some relaxation. The hotel's restaurants offer a wide range of delicious options, from local cuisine to international dishes. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a variety of choices and the several a-la card restaurants added an extra touch of fun and variety to the dining experience. The entertainment at the hotel was as well top-notch. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the incredible friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. From the moment we arrived, there was a genuine desire to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Every staff member we encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant servers, went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

A pleasant hotel on a beautiful sandy beach. Sunbeds available by the sea and by the pool, outdoor gym. Pancakes by the pool all day, served by nice ladies. They cook great and have excellent quality wine. Every night there is a different program. The staff is very nice, except for the pool's bar waitress, who ignored us. On the other hand, the others are very nice - at the reception, at the main bar, in the restaurant and on the beach. Big thanks to the trainers at the gym for the way they trained with our son, they are really great!

Wee silly things let it down for a 5 Star hotel... no international travel plug adapter provided, Asked for a package lunch (which the provide if u miss lunch or dinner) cause it had to be order by 8pm the night before ... we asked at 8.30pm. 30mins late for a 5 Star hotel for a pack lunch for a full day later is slightly poor.... other than that Hotel was very good!

Hotel Sunshine Rhodes We recently stayed at Hotel Sunshine Rhodes and had a lovely experience, which I would rate as 4 stars. The hotel boasts a fantastic location right by the beach, making it perfect for those who want to escape the busy pool area. If the pool feels too loud or crowded, you can simply step onto the beach, which is conveniently located next to it. The food overall was a highlight. Breakfast was standard—similar to what you'd find in many hotels—but I would have loved to see more local fruits included. However, lunch and dinner were exceptional. The variety was impressive, with fresh and tasty options that catered to all tastes. We especially enjoyed the Greek yoghurt dips and the dessert section, which included delicious ice cream; we indulged in them every day! We stayed in room 105, situated in the first block. While the location was great, the room itself was dated. The mattress was in need of replacement, and the shower could use a thorough deep clean. Additionally, we encountered some pesky mosquitoes. My husband suffered from the bites so severely we had to visit the pharmacy; installing a net on the balcony door would definitely help. Next time we'll know to be prepared. Despite these room issues, the staff made our stay memorable. From the cleaning ladies, who were always accommodating, to the reception team, who were incredibly patient and helpful despite the constant complaints from guests about the hotel's dated facilities, their friendliness truly stood out. Dining at the Mama Mia restaurant (part of the hotel experience included in the price of the hotel) was a mixed experience. While the food was okay, it wasn't as good as the main restaurant, and we had to ask for extra drinks. However, the desserts were delightful, and we ended up having a fun evening thanks to the company of a lovely English couple we met. The poolside snack bar was a pleasant surprise, offering great options served until 4:30 PM, which was perfect for lazy days by the water. The hotel provided plenty of activities, including darts, water aerobics, mini-golf, tennis, and more. The hotel bars offered stunning sea views, and the location is ideal, with many local markets, bars, and restaurants nearby. Plus, bus connections to Rhodes Old Town and cheap car rentals made exploring easy. I only rate it 4 stars due to the room conditions, as the photos on the website can be misleading, showcasing newer buildings instead of the existing ones. While I understand the marketing strategy, it doesn't accurately reflect the present condition and has led to this negative review and disappointment. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, returning relaxed and happy, and I would definitely consider staying here again. Just keep in mind that while it's not a luxury hotel, it has plenty of charm and benefits. I hope this review helps others in their decision-making!

All Inclusive hotel with very nice pool area, close to everywhere, the beach, the airport and Rhodes town. Close to the hotel is a lot of gift shops and a good, cheap car rental (Sky Rent a Car). Some rooms are a bit outdated. The buffet restaurant (Dionyssos) has very good rotating menu. Overall an excellent place!

More of a 3 stars than a 4 star. Some aspects are dated, but the public areas, pools, gardens and beach is kept immaculate they take real pride in that, staff are great. Food is a bit below par but has a variety and the drinks are quite poor for an all inclusive unless you like beer. Great location and is ideal for a quiet get away, if you want to explore the island you need to rent a vehicle.

In the fifth block of rooms, the rooms are nothing like the hotel photos. Mine was very spartan, which I wouldn’t have mind if it was comfortable and clean. But you can feel the coils in the beds (very uncomfortable). There is no mattress protector, just a sheet right on top of mattress. The bed linens and towels are worn down, faded, torn, and old. There are no hangers in the closet. The bathroom is gross, toilet is broken, and the shower and faucet must have been skipped in the cleaning. The buffet food bland; at minimum, in Greece, one would expect Greek salads to be fresh, tasty and bright in color. (It is not here.) They don’t tell you there is a cut-off time for pool/beach towels (5 pm). It’s not posted anywhere or conveyed at check-in. This is maybe a two star hotel but listed as a four star. That it is definitely not.

Stunning location Right near the strip. Full of beautiful restaurants bars and plenty of shops We had a family room The room was plenty big enough with a sea view. The bathroom needs tidying up. Sealant on the shower is full of mold. It rained for 2 days and the room got flooded. They font seem to fix the cracks and water damage. Just dry it out. Service is mostly very good. There are the odd ones that are rude. Especially one lady in the mama Mia restaurant. She was impatient and took our plates away while we were eating. Food was really terrible in there. The main breakfast lunch tea restaurant was lovely. Plenty on offer every day and lovely staff. Pool bar is lovely Set on the beach its a beautiful location.

We stayed in a family room with 2 adults and 2 children. The room is very small, barely enough space to put suitcases away. The room also constantly smells like urine so we had to buy an air freshener, but this doesn't cover the smell. The fridge is old and rusty and smells bad inside. One of the bedside lights is hanging off, but the maintenance team was sent to fix it after I complained. The shower has black mould in it. When I complained, they just said "This is just how it is in Greece". The hotel itself feels generally old, rough around the edges and grubby. The elevator was out of service for a couple of days. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Didn't get a single good night's sleep. I complained about all of the above and asked for an upgrade. They said they would call me but I never heard anything from them. The food is adequate. Lots of choice on the buffet, but the quality is lacking. The Muses restaurant offers a poor example of Greek food. You're much better off finding a local Greek tavern. The pools are well kept and clean. The view from the 4th floor is beautiful, you can see Turkey. There's immediate access to the beach from the hotel grounds. It's a smooth pebble beach with some sand. The staff are friendly enough, but some of them look very unhappy to be there, especially the bar staff. The kids entertainers are nice and friendly, but the entertainment is basic. The drinks are fairly poor. Sometimes the punch will be made with orange juice, sometimes it's orange squash. The pool bar looks particularly dirty with rusty fridges and mouldy, wet areas. The waterpark is good for kids. It looked safe and clean and my 9 year old enjoyed it. Overall the hotel is disappointing and absolutely not what I would class as 4* compared to other hotels I have stayed in.

Although the hotel was full, we had a very quiet, pleasant and peaceful vacation. The hotel grounds are enormous so we always found an available spot at the pool and at the beach. Loved our stay here! Great for couples & families. The entertainment was great & the beach volleyball was a highlight for us both! Peach Slushies with Amaretto were excellent on the hot days! The buffet was well varied although wouldn’t say the quality was 5* - perhaps 4*. The pasta however was excellent & authentic! The pool is not heated so despite still being 27 degrees each day, it remained cold. The sea was warmer!

This wasn’t our first time staying at this hotel, and once again, we had a fantastic experience. There’s so much space and plenty of activities to enjoy, yet it never feels too crowded. The food is decent, everything is impeccably clean, and the atmosphere is always vibrant and uplifting. What really stood out to us this time, even more than before, was just how hard the staff works to make your holiday as perfect as possible - everyone. They truly go above and beyond. Just one of examples - we had a minor issue when our daughter twisted a muscle, but the spa staff immediately found an available slot and worked their magic—she was back on her feet like nothing ever happened. You had to see how dedicated they are !!! Everyone in hotel deserves a big thank you for their dedication and effort. The only downside was the behavior of some hotel guests who were leaving a mess behind them. It's disappointing to see such disregard for others. However, they are minority. Despite that, we’re certain we’ll be coming back again. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay! Please always smile to people who work hard there, and you will see the magic back !

We loved our stay at Cooks Club. The hotel is in a great central location with easy access to all the great bits of the island. The hotel has been designed beautifully inside and out. Not only that but it's very clean and there were always pleasant staff to greet you. The lobby, dining hall and grounds are all immaculate and aesthetically pleasing. The rooms are a decent size and ours overlooked a mountain which was lovely! The bed was very comfy and the room was nicely appointed. It had a luxury feel. The app that they use to order food works seamlessly. There was a good choice every night and it wasn't all the same stuff. There was a good choice of Greek cuisine too. This is no buffet, food is delivered beautifully to your table. The a la carte restaurant is amazing. The best food we had on the island! Don't be afraid to order something a bit different! There is a good array of drinks too. You don't feel hemmed in by the all inclusive at all. So summary- great hotel! I would visit this one and the others in the group. Don't hesitate to book!

Beds are amazing. Room was good, not keen on toilet and shower being combined with room with glass doors that don’t shut properly. Only 2 small bottles of water in fridge daily. Bar staff at best didn’t want to be there. Food was good, pizza especially. Al a carte grill was good but lots of added charges if not careful. One choice of steak. Everybody bitten by gnats in corfu, everyone we spoke to! Not sure if this is time of year? But was bad. Had a great time but wouldn’t go back unfortunately.

Amazing hotel, incredibly clean, friendly impeccable service & lovely food. The interior decor is very boho and noticeably high quality furnishings which is evident the minute you walk through the door. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the room maids are very quick and efficient, we set our room to be cleaned and when I returned 1 hour later it was already done with fresh towels. The only negative is that the toilet in the room is incredibly non-private, fine for a seasoned couple or very close friends. We also paid extra for a swim up pool which was a lovely extra for a little romantic dip at night however we did not get direct sun light from 11am onwards. This turned out to be a very insignificant issue as the main pool area was fabulous, playing relaxed tropical/funk house music throughout the day at a very considerate volume - ideal for reading, chilling and sunbathing. I was worried it was going to be a noisy/party hotel but it was the complete opposite, incredibly chilled, relaxing and overall DREAMY which was perfect for a couple. The pool was a great temperature and was very clean. The main restaurant served a great buffet selection for breakfast and a “made to order” for your table at lunch and dinner all ordered via an app. We tried probably 70-80% of the menu each day with the majority being very tasty for an all inclusive. The pool bar serves an array of burgers, sandwiches and salads which were all great. Cocktails selection was also lovely, majority of spirits being included in the all inclusive also. We also tried the À la cart restaurant one night (1 meal included in price) we upgraded an paid extra for steaks, this whole meal was delicious and worth waiting for the last night like we did. We noticed the guests were probably 30% same sex couples which was nice as a same sex couple ourselves. You can get a 15 min bus journey straight to Corfu town from right outside the hotel which was handy for day trips.

Hotel is dated in places - our room in particular Our room was also very basically furnished. Also although plenty loungers, again , a lot were very dated, torn in places. Great selection of food at all meals and plentiful. Good pool areas but the main large pool does not have signs showing the depth at the deep end and it is very deep. Entertainment wasn't great. The hotel has a free bus service to the beach. The beach is a good 30 min walk downhill. All the staff were lovely, very helpful.

This is a lovely hotel. It is a little way outside town, but peaceful at night and they have a free shuttle bus to beach and centre. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, courteous and kind. Nothing is too much trouble. Food choices were excellent and the buffet food was delicious. Plenty of choices if you are on healthy/low-carb, but there is something for everyone. I was a solo traveller, but this hotel seems especially good for families. They have a great programme of entertainment, lovely gardens and swimming pools. Don’t miss the flamenco show. It is fabulous! The room was clean and comfortable. I can’t fault it at all. I hope to go back for another visit.

The hotel is located very far from the beach and the walk is difficult due to the expressway. Although there are hotel buses, there are so many guests that not everyone can fit. The meals in the restaurant are good and there is a large selection. The pool is quite pleasant. The service in the hotel is indifferent. During our stay, we had an incident. Six people from our group got stuck in the elevator, for 10 minutes no one helped us or opened the door. The lady who received the alarm in the elevator asked us for the postal code and street. Zero professionalism. When we ran out of air, I decided to forcefully open the elevator. It worked. After reporting it twice verbally and three times to the hotel address, no one answered us and the service was indifferent to our problems (two ladies had to use medical help). The elevator was not closed after this incident! I believe that this situation threatens the health and life of tourists and it should be reported to the police. Be careful with the elevators in this hotel, because it can end tragically.

We had a lovely 5 night stay here at the start of October. We were really impressed with everything. Rooms were big and balcony had a view over the pools. 3 pools in total. Pool bar was good with self serve beer and soft drinks. Location is a bit back from the front but complimentary bus is available. It is a 10 mini walk from the train station which is 3 stops from Málaga airport. Food is buffet style and a bit repetitive but is of good quality and always something there to your liking. we would recommend 100%.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, the room is lovely we got given a free upgrade so have a pool view. The food choice and quality is excellent and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately the second half of our trip was very noisy and disruptive due to hordes of under 14's staying for a football competition, they were noisy and every evening till nearly midnight were running around the corridors and banging on doors.

Fabulous hotel, staff were all very polite and efficient, clean... So clean! Food was good. We did 10 days all inclusive and always found something different. We ate out in Alvor a couple of times too which was nice to have the quiet from the busy dining at the hotel. Pool is huge, it was cold especially first thing in the morning but the kids seemed not to care, the pool can get a bit crowded on some days but we usually always found a lounger if we were late getting down in the morning. The entertainment team were great and full of energy, put on great shows. Kids tried kids club a couple of times and seemed to like the activities and how quiet it was compared to other resorts we have been to. The grounds and kids play area were great. Little shop on the hotel had lots of useful things but there's lots of shops in Alvor and it's worth the walk down as its a beautiful place. We hope to be back sometime.

We are here at the moment, having been here previously more than twice a year and been happy with the room we were allocated, but not this time. I feel we were given one of the smallest rooms available, when asked to change was told fully booked. I know that is not true as I was very observant of available empty rooms during our stay.The room was very dingy and dark and dissapointing, we are used to better.Having said that it was nice to see some of the same staff still there . They were so friendly to us and the food was always lovely, but not always hot. The kebabs are to die for.The cleanliness is so good here cannot fault anything at all apart from our room. My husband is disabled and would like to see walk in showers in some of the rooms.

This is not a 4star hotel. Very limited food offer in restaurant same most days . No pool tables no real games room . Indoor pool u have to pay extra bd kids can only use between 6 and 7pm . Limited drinks menu. When we stay there was a booking with over 600 kids in a football tournament who took over hotel. Very noisy here everything from floor above and corridor. Entertainment is prob the worst ever seen in a hotel . Staff do nothing when u raise a complaint. Lovely area shocking hotel. We won't be back

We started coming to Kos in 1996. We still come back. In 2020 the hotel we usually stay at closed so we came here. We have returned three times and all I can say is it is what a fantastic place. The animation team are fantastic. The bar staff fantastic. The Maids kept our room spotless and the receptionists are so polite and helpful. The bus into town is punctual and very handy I will dare yogi to .not be impressed with the whole hotel. Ultra clean, food is so Good and drinks are great. Tonight the show put on was the best and I would recommend anyone comes to this beautiful place and enjoys their holiday. I wish we could stay longer. Two weeks of pure happiness and fun. Thank you thank you for the best time again.

Positives first We were in a suite with an upstairs downstairs and it was immaculate, cleaned everyday and the air con worked fab. The view was just beautiful and we got to hear the entertainment at night from our balcony watching the sunset. There was a whole variety of food for breakfast lunch and dinner which meant most days the kids and adults were happy. Drinks are good measures 😂 too good maybe haha. The animator team are just awesome! My 4yr old son can be very challenging and they kept him entertained no problem, he fell in love with Miguel and Kevin and was so sad to leave them!! I'll be singing the sunshine song for the foreseeable! Plenty shaded areas for the kids, lots of shallow kids pools and snacks ice cream served throughout the day for them. The staff can never do enough for you apart from the old grumpy man who serves on the bar at the animator pool! Which brings us onto the negatives .... this man is so rude and grumpy it actually made us switch what pool we sat at because no one wanted to ask him for drinks, he huffed and puffed at us every time we asked for a drink, and God forbid you ask him if he was having a cigarette! I got my drinks slammed on the bar! The hotel shop is quite expensive but we found the shop down by the beach to be much more affordable so started using that. The drinks machines kept going out of order so had to walk up and down the dining room to find one that worked. But honestly they are the only negatives I could pick out of our 2weeks there. All in all it was a fabulous resort and we will most definitely be back!

The hotel is far away from everything and the service at the reception is not good. Only some of them can speak English and they how can speak English doesn't speak well. The service at the reception is not so well the information is not clear, sometimes incorrect and not at the acutall stand of time. The service at the restaurant is okay mostly the waiters are fast to take the dishes but it's quite normal that some people can't eat when they want because there are no seats left. The pools aren't heated and at a temperature around 15°C (the lake is warmer than the pools).

We were a little disappointed with our room condition, but as the hotel was fully booked, we couldn't be moved. We understand that this hotel will be undergoing a refurbishment in the not too distant future, which may have something to do with the condition of it. However, the rest of the hotel was fine. The bar area was nice and comfortable, the pool was nice, clean, and warm. The poolside bar was excellently staffed by enthusiastic and friendly staff. The food was of very good quality and variety, and the service at lunch and dinner was exceptional. The people working there really made this place. Always smiling, always friendly, and always ready to accommodate any, reasonable, request. They made us feel very welcome.

This hotel is shouldn't be 4 stars it's definitely a 3 star! The pictures they show on their website do not match the rooms in real life. Our towels weren't replaced in the room for 2 days and they don't regularly replace new mugs or fresh tea bags, coffee and milk in the rooms. The Pillows and sheets are stained with make up etc. And they're not replaced the whole of your stay! The pool is the best part of the hotel however they have lights hanging off inside the pool and the children's pool is full of debris and needs to be cleaned regularly. The pool bar staff are brilliant and really friendly. The bar in the evening is very slow and needs more staff for the amount of guests in the hotel. The eveing entertainment is rubbish they might aswell just not bother! The decor is very dated with old manky carpets running through the corridors. I will say the food is lovely and changes everyday so your not eating the same things all the time. This hotel definitely needs to be down graded to a 3 star and stop leading people to believe it's a 4 star online!!!

Positives: The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely and clean (but cold). Outside is better than the inside and the grounds were well kept. Negatives: We went for 5 days. The room wasn't cleaned, the bedding wasn't changed nor did we get clean towels until I complained - twice. There were also cockroaches in the room. The food was disgusting and lukewarm and flies kept landing on it all as it wasn't covered. For a 4* hotel I expected the food to be at least adequate but it truly wasn't. The entertainment wasn't the best but we were out of season. It is located on the beach but there is no access directly and its very rocky. The indoor pool is even colder than the outside which seemed odd. The all inclusive drinks don't include Latte, milkshake, hot chocolate etc and u have to pay separately for those. To keep it's 4* rating it needs completely refurbishing inside and new chefs/food choices.

The rooms need fixing up and a bit of paint their was mould near the air condition ants in the room on the cups in the room so we could not drink from them and thread coming out of the bed sheets hole in the cover. The sevice was good there was always staff at the desk to help you. Entertainment was great loved it the day and evening. Although this hotel is a little tired looking in places it is clean. The staff are friendly & even though we arrived nearly 3 hours before the scheduled check in time they allowed us to use the facilities & start using our all inclusive bands straight away. The only thing I would note is that although the pool is very large it has very limited shallow ends. My partner is over 6ft tall & was only able to stand in about 20% of the pool the rest of the pool was nearly 2 metres deep which is not great if you have kids who are not strong swimmers.

On arrival we were met with loud music, drunken people and informed we were in our room for just one night before they would have to move us. Luckily this was a one off. We had already booked and paid for an excursion the following day so were told to make sure everything was packed and they would move us while we were out. The initial room was a family room, it was beautiful, large and clean. Whilst out we were moved to another room which would naturally be smaller as just 2 of us. Again it was a nice room, good size and clean. Some minor repairs required but by no means affected the stay. All of the staff (apart from the odd one) were so polite, hard working and couldn't do enough for you. We paid all inclusive and are non drinkers, the rooms had kettles but only provided a satchet of coffee for the first night. The hotel is nicely located and a stones throw from the beach and local shops. It can get very loud at night from other activities outside of the complex which is no fault of the hotels. There is a large variety of Moroccan foods to choose from that are available during 3 different times per day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The communal areas of the hotel are beautiful, a large seating area which all feels very opulent.

Had an amazing time at the hotel. The staff were great, food amazing, and the entertainment spot on for all ages. I went all-inclusive. The bar opens from 10 and the snack bar from 12-5pm. There is also a part of the beach sectioned off for the hotel, which is nice as it means the road sellers aren't able to pester you. There is a decent sized pool which is cleaned daily as are the rooms.

Not all but certainly the majority don't appear to be keen on the British. If you are French or morrocan you can be sure of Great friendly service. I rate it 3 stars because the first room we got was above a nightclub. It was impossible to sleep due to the loud music. Additionally, there were cockroaches in the room. Fortunately, after complaining at the reception, we were able to change to a much better and quieter room. The staff was very helpful, and the food was delicious. What we liked the most were the atmospheric evenings prepared by the staff. If it weren't for the nightclub with its parties, I would have given 5 stars.

Special mention to Annette, the manager. After a problem with the booking agent through love holidays - which wasn't her fault, she arranged for us to stay in our upgraded sea view room for the duration! Make no mistake, you won't want to leave the hotel!!!!!!!!

The food was good, though it was the same each night, but you can book restaurants in the hotel, which include your all-inclusive options. The slides and pool are really fun! The hotel had a lot of character and was very lively. It was my first time in Morocco, and I will definitely be going back!

We had a super time, the hotel was fabulous, very spacious, lots of chill out seating areas, we went half board which was perfect for us. We had breakfast and lunch at the hotel everyday. The selection of food on offer was great, something for everyone, and all you can eat. The staff were all so lovely. The pool and pool area was great, plenty of sunbeds and space and fresh towels everyday. There are also waterslides located at the far end

Well, what can I say...me and my family came to Amadil Ocean in July and we had a wonderful experience so we decided to come back again in October. The weather, food, resort, and cleanliness exceeded our expectations. The service we received from Amine was very customer- centred as with all the staff here at Amadil Beach. Our wonderful guys who work in the buffet section were fantastic too. My daughter absolutely loves their hot chocolate and they made sure it was readily available for her...thank you!!!. Would we come again...yes, yes, yessssssss!!! Safe, clean and beautiful!!!

It us a beautiful hotel with 3 pools, 1 strictly for adults, a waterslides& activities for children. Staff very good& friendly. I gave 4 stars on service only because as a Brit, there is no kettle in the room. Yes there is a bar with small (tiny) cups of tea, but I drink tea anytime & the bar is closed at times. Personal gripe, I know. Give me a mug& kettle anytime & I always carry my own teabags. Apart from that, honestly, a relaxing place to stay, enjoyable.

It was our first time at this hotel, and can’t complain. Hotel has all facilities, including a small shop and adult only pool. Staff are really friendly too, and there to help you with your stay. The pool view room was great too and had a lovely view, relatively quiet and away from the noise in the main area. Towels are a bit outdated and in general room could do with updating but comfortable and clean! Overall, I would come back to stay here, as it’s a great location and most facilities are on site!

The weather the second week in May was unseasonably cool, and the hotel was cold. It was often difficult to find staff for service in the bars, especially around the pool areas. Nice hotel, but it surprised me that a five-star hotel has no complimentary water, coffee or tea??? We even have to “borrow” the water cooker! One of the best experiences in Spain. Incredible service by Bernhard (10 star), he really cared to make sure we are happy I thought he was the manager from how hospitable. Hotel is not bad (building is old and they have tried to modernize it, rooms and building a 3 star but the breakfast makes up for everything. Especially when you are on a long drive ahead. Pool area is amazing almost like a Vegas style beach with lots of space and cabanas. I gave this place a 5 star review because the price of the night stay of 68 euros wouldn't even cover the price of the breakfast in most places. So the value is amazing. Would highly recommend it as a 5 day escape from everything and anything.

We stayed in this hotel 3 nights, beautiful hotel and surroundings. Rooms were very clean and up to a high standard, staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke very good English as well. Hotel is up on the hill so it was a bit of an issue going there and back to town/beach but we got used to it, car would be a good option there. It was about 10 minute walk to the beach and promenade. The pool near the hotel was very clean and big enough. Excellent place to stay.

Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Service! I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! The food was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from each day. Every meal felt like a culinary adventure, with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping staff did an incredible job of maintaining a high standard throughout our stay. Had a great time! Animation team is fabulous! EDIT: The animation team will hound you to leave a 5 star review and wait with you so they can take a picture once you've completed it. The animation team will also not stop trying to get you to take part in the hotels activities (zumba, step class, etc) throughout the day - I just wanted to relax with my friends and the constant interruptions through the week were a little frustrating. They also do review nights at the hotel where they go all out and it is good but will refuse to serve you drinks until you've left a 5 star review. The hotel was really nice and I enjoyed my stay, the dolphin trip you can book was great we saw lots of dolphins. I have removed 1 star from my original review because of the points above. I also think it's worth saying that the drinks are poured very freely so be careful they are STRONG! The food was very good! New food in the buffet everyday - There was a lot of flies in the buffet and in the snack bar, not necessarily the hotels fault but worth noting.

Great entertainment and good food. Cleaners are great and give great service and good towel statues. Lots of activities to do for a cheap price (£20-£50). Animation team give great mini discos for kids and live shows at night, fun filled aqua gym and water polo of a day time. Would recommend

Lovely hotel, brilliant country, everyone smiles! In particular the animation team are so friendly and have a great variety of activities, especially Ramos! If you get to meet him ask him to do card tricks! There’s a great variety of dishes in the restaurant daily, something for all tastes, but if you really cannot find something that suits you the chefs will prepare something else. Drinks service to the table for lunch and dinner instead of the typical bun fight at the beer or taps as with some all-inclusive locations. Would recommend this hotel and location.

Stunningly beautiful hotel. We left belongings at our first hotel and ‘Danish’ was our hero - he went above and beyond to help us….. an absolute gentleman and a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was lovely. The private beach had plenty of loungers and was stunning - water sports on offer. Luxurious and I’d definitely return. Our room had cooking facilities and a large fridge freezer !!

The service at this hotel is phenomenal. A special shout out to Daniel from Cameroon who assisted us last night in many ways and gave service above and beyond. Beautiful pool area and beach. Khyber has top-notch Indian food and very affordable. Make sure to take a walk out the back of the hotel toward West Beach with many more restaurants and clubs

Thank you so much for your kindness and service. Food has been amazing, breakfast was stunning with a wide range. Linn and Aung have been so pleasant every single day with 5star customer service. Improvements would be bathroom layout. Taps were stuck to shower mode and the glass restricts reaching taps. I had to climb in and over the bath and fill the bath up with the shower head. Would not be ideal for older individuals. Khyber the Indian restaurant was STUNNING. Dukes bar cocktails on happy hour… delightful. The hotel was great, we really enjoyed our stay. We were celebrating my partners birthday and the hotel had made it truly special. The rooms were very clean and always took care with our belongings when we had left our valuables out. The room service was fantastic with outstanding customer care and politeness. Breakfast in the morning and dinner at the khyber restaurant was fantastic. Everything was perfect with our stay, the staff on the doors, at the reception, the pools, beach, and all other staff were so kind and welcoming. The only downside to the hotel is the fact it was so busy, which if anything, shows just how good of a hotel it is.

Possibly the prettiest little harbour I've ever visited. Lots of bars and restaurants which make the most of the scenery. The hotel is just around the corner from the cove (walk out and turn right). The hotel is peaceful as there are no children. The entertainment on the rooftop bar is fun. The rooms are generally small but cool (the air conditioning seems to work well). The balcony is tiny but welcome, we have a poolside view on the second floor and it suits us fine. If you enjoy a relaxed pace and love the sea then this is the place for you.

The rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday by wonderful people. The food is excellent , with loads of choices. The staff are 5 star, especially Monica who took it on herself to teach me Spanish phases. The location is the best I have ever visited. Sitting drinking coffee on the sea view balcony watching the boats go past in the sunny weather is an absolute dream .

Had a great time at the Barcelo Hamilton. One of the best locations for a hotel that we've stayed in. Views from balcony and rooftop are just stunning 👌🏻 On the the down side, we thought the food could have been better. Breakfast is fine but omelettes were still have cooked with the egg mixture still running out onto my plate. Next morning I asked the cook if she could let it cook longer which seemed to upset her and I got it undercooked yet again. No more omelette for me. This happened again at lunch with the pork cutlets, however I could always find something within the buffet that I could eat. Food at the pool bar is not complementary under AI until 3pm. So if you fancy a snack at 2pm you must pay or attend the buffet restaurant. Also some of the cocktails like strawberry daiquairi are not offered on All inclusive so better to ask the bar person before ordering. My final negatives are the air conditioning in our room was very poor. I asked at reception if they could check it and they agreed. However, it never got any better, so really warm at nights. Apart from these niggles it is a good hotel. If they cooked better, cooled the rooms and allowed All inclusive at all bars 10.00 to 23.00 I would give it 5 stars. At 3k for 7 nights for a couple I expected better.

There are stunning views of Mahon bay from the superior sea view rooms, although views from some of the first floor are limited due to the ground floor of the hotel extending forwards, ask for a sea view room on a higher floor level if possible (4th floor best) and rooms numbered 115 to 124, 215 to 214 etc.  for best views. Rooms are compact, with an unusual bathroom layout (separate WC and shower areas, washbasin in the bedroom). Our superior sea view room had a safe, kettle and fridge, all at no extra charge. The WiFi was fast enough and didn't drop out. We found the evening meal offering  disappointing, with limited choice and food not always hot. Also there were always small flies around the buffet which was off putting; other reviewers have commented on this.  We didn't find the restaurant up to our expectations of a 4 star hotel, and have had much better at 3 star hotels. There are numerous restaurants a short walk away, if we returned we would opt for bed and breakfast. All the staff we met were friendly and efficient,  the hotel was clean, the rooms spotless. The outdoor pool is sheltered and offers sun and shade, whereas there was little shade on the rooftop area. There are small shops just off the square a couple of minutes away, and lots of restaurants and bars ariund the bay to the right of the hotel. There is a good bus service to Mahon, only €1.75 each way (cash only). There is a water taxi, €15 per person return, or €10 one way to Mahon.

I am staying here as I write this review. The staff are ALL LOVELY. Can’t fault the location. I would strongly advise paying for the sea view. The thing that lets this hotel down so much is that on the website they make a huge thing about the hotel rooftop terrace and sea views - and rightly so. Which makes it unfathomable that the rooftop bar is never open. To get a drink in the best spot with the best views you have to wait for one of the two slowest lifts in the world to take you down 5 floors. Walk up a ramp. Walk past the ‘enclosed by the hotel’ swimming pool, up approximately 25 steps, then repeat the process to get back to the rooftop terrace. . By the time you are back you need another drink. It really is unbelievable. The rooftop bar should be open ever day. There are enough of the lovely staff to manage it. It suggests a complete lack of foresight by the rmanagement.

This is an adult only hotel, close to the airport in a very small town. Staff were friendly and helpful, great food lovely rooms and entertainment was really good too. The pool area had a lovely chilled vibe and sun beds were really comfortable. We hired a car for the day through the hotel, excellent value and delivered to the hotel on time the next day! We drove to Ciutadella beautiful town just an our away would definitely recommend this. Reason for 5 Stars, we just couldn’t fault it!

The rooms were spacious and clean. We asked for more bedding and it was delivered quickly. Slight confusion over the swimming pools but we always found vacant sunbeds. We made good use of our plunge pool,which although not huge was perfect for cooling down. We bought water for our room but plenty was available in the restaurant and reception. The snack room was relaxing and cool. I would have liked hot water as well as a coffee machine. Food was varied and good. Staff all friendly and spoke very good English. Some evening entertainment but we wanted a quiet break. I think there was plenty going on during the day if required. Hopefully we will return

We stayed here from 14 Sept - 17 Sept and I cannot fault the hotel. We experienced attentive and polite staff who were available 24/7 and always helpful. Our room was really clean upon arrival and this was maintained throughout our stay by the lovely cleaners. We had fresh towels provided to us daily and shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and handwash was also provided. There was also a hairdryer provided which was really handy. There was a good selection of food available at breakfast, lunch and dinner which we enjoyed. The only thing that we didn’t enjoy were the all inclusive cocktails in the bar, they were very strong to the point where we couldn’t drink them. The beach club opposite was gorgeous and the spa at the hotel was great. I had a massage at the spa which was very relaxing and the pool in the spa was really enjoyable. The hotel is located in a very quiet place and so we did not come across any night life - this is the perfect holiday destination if you just want to relax. We also got a 15/20 min taxi from the hotel to Mahon which has some lovely views and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Would definitely come again.

The hotel is not far from the airport. The room is clean, but the balcony does not allow smoking as well as the value is only for adults. The staff is friendly. What I really advise to do is to change the cooks, since the food is not tasty at all. It was a mistake to take all inclusive. Also, please put water in the rooms every day, it is not very good to wake up in the middle of the night and want to drink, while running down to pour yourself some water. At least put it for those who have all inclusive. I think even in 4-star hotels it is included. Those who wrote that the food is tasty, apparently they have never eaten tasty food or do not know how to cook it. There are two large swimming pools on the territory, which is very good. Hotel for young people a bit boring , since there is almost no entertainment there. But for the older generation it will be great, very quiet. I give the room 5 stars, the service too, but the food 2 stars!

Lovely location and excellent pool area adjacent to the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our 'garden view' room had no view at all as the greenery was very tall and beyond that was a white painted wall.
