Beautiful location and great snorkeling, but not wheelchair-friendly
It was a family trip (2 rooms, 3 Adults and 3 children)
I stayed at Charmillion Club Resort in April and overall had a mixed experience.
The highlights were definitely the location and access to the sea the beach is right in front of the resort with stunning coral reefs, and the snorkeling was absolutely amazing. I also really liked that the hotel has access to an aqua park in the nearby sister hotel, which is part of the same group. That was a great bonus, especially for the kids.
However, there were a few things that made our stay quite difficult. The resort only has one golf cart, and the terrain is not flat. There are no elevators, and the paths often include stairs, which made it extremely challenging for guests with special needs. I was traveling with a child who uses a wheelchair, and I really struggled to move around the resort whether going to the restaurant, to the aqua park, or just around the hotel grounds. Whenever I encountered stairs, I had to physically lift the wheelchair. We tried to request the golf cart several times, but it was always late or never arrived, and the staff kept apologizing, saying there’s only one cart available in the whole resort.
Another downside was the food. The quality was quite poor I would rate it 6 out of 10 at best.
Overall, the resort has potential thanks to its location and facilities, but it really needs to improve accessibility and service, especially for families with children or guests with mobility needs.

The hotel was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. The sea was absolutely stunning—crystal clear and peaceful. A special thanks to Sayed Mostafa at the reception. He is extremely helpful, does his job with great professionalism, and is always ready to assist with a smile. We truly felt well taken care of. We will definitely come back!

FOOD POISONING ALERT!!!
I must be reading the wrong place where we were staying, or not tipping enough.
Harassed everyday about 10 times a day on the beach with people selling excursions. Staff couldn’t be bothered if they served you or not, and when you did get served they just put it on the counter without looking at you and was on to the next victim, I mean person.. small very flimsy plastic cups, coffee in tiny takeaway paper cups.. food , now I’ve been all over the world and I’ve never had anything negative to say, NEVER! but here, if you like beef stew, stewed beef, beef casserole, beef in sauce, fried beef and mostly indigestible, then come on over, the same food with the tiny odd change, no spice to all of it unless you find the chillies, TASTLESS… ice cream, hmm v small cone with the tiniest amount of Ice cream, tip, take a bowel, you get more than two mouthfuls, the first day we were there my husband had food poisoning, after 4 days and getting worse by the hour we saw the doctor and he was put straight on an IV and pumped full of meds etc.
That night he was taken again and had another IV, then it was my turn, totally ruined our holiday, if your All inclusive don’t expect much in the cocktails, tastes different every time.. and was disgusting,, bought a bottle of Fanta from the shop and after a few mouthfuls which tasted weird, saw that it was 3 months out of date!! sea was gorgeous excellent for snorkelling although you just need to go up to your knees and you see all sorts, titan trigger fish, puffer fish, angel fish etc, and sand was beautiful, excursions def recommend VIP cruise but watch the current, at least 15 of us got swept out and had to call for help, then the guys had problems getting back, bit dicey to say the least.. food on there was out of this world, tasty, hot, edible, best meal for 14 days!
Pool area, oh my days!! If you like the two big speakers blasting out Lmfao “I’m sexy and I know it” and any other dance music clearing the earwax you will be in your element…
But like I said, sun shone everyday and was hot, so that was a bonus..

A Wonderful Honeymoon at Charmillion Club Resort – Unforgettable Experience!
We had the most amazing stay at Charmillion Club Resort in Sharm El Sheikh! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was absolutely top-notch. Every member of the hotel staff went out of their way to make our visit special — always smiling, attentive, and ready to help.
A very special thank you to Mr. Arands, who supported us throughout our entire stay and made everything smooth and stress-free. His hospitality truly stood out.
As soon as the staff found out it was our honeymoon, they surprised us with a free room upgrade — such a thoughtful gesture that made our trip even more memorable.
The whole vibe of the hotel is warm, relaxing, and welcoming. Whether you’re by the pool, enjoying the food, or walking by the beach, you can really feel the charm in Charmillion!
What a hotel! We’re incredibly grateful for the experience and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh

Nice hotel, with very nice green areas, very well maintained and beautifully designed! The beach is large, clean and well maintained, there are places with sand in the sea, despite the stones; there is a pier for divers with wonderful corals and fish. The food is rich, delicious and varied - there is something for every taste!!! Freshly squeezed juices at the lobby bar!!! The rooms are not luxury, but they are cleaned every day!!! When checking in, there was a problem with waiting for them to bring a third bed - even though it was known that the room was for three - a mistake by the team - we arrived early at the hotel, we went straight to the beach so as not to wait at the reception until 2 pm. We returned at 5 pm and they gave us a key to the room - the hotel team had time to bring in a bed all day, we waited about an hour more for them to bring the bed - I count it as a mistake!!! The only thing we missed was that there were no tables for eating outside in the restaurant - it would be good to think about it, in all the hotels where we have rested in Egypt there are such separate areas - it is more pleasant in good weather to be able to sit outside - in the air, have breakfast, lunch or dinner and enjoy the views!!! Overall we are satisfied with the hotel, the service, the cleanliness, the Internet everywhere, the friendly attitude. There are many shops and a pharmacy in the hotel, but as for the location - it is in the middle of nowhere - there are no shops outside the hotel, there is nowhere to walk!!! Despite everything - we thank the whole team!!!
