A wonderful vacation, with the attitude of the staff and food as in the best 5-star hotel🤗
In my entire travel history, this is the first hotel that looks the same in real life as it does on the Internet.
The staff is friendly, you feel welcome in this hotel. The food is very tasty and varied.
Rooms are clean, a special plus is the first coastline, our room was right on the beach 😍

Very friendly and helpful staff , really can see team work 👍. Staff cleaning swimming pool every single day . Very tasty food , every day they make a something different , especially deserts ( sweets ) . Rooms comfortable as well . Big thanks all staff and owners as well , can see everyone work hard for do our holidays best as possible. Definitely stopping on the SILVER BEACH HOTEL at next holiday. Thank you guys 🤝.

The complex has several buildings with a few rooms each, so you don't feel crowded. The sea view rooms are right on the beach, those on the ground floor don't even need to use the door to get to. The extremely nice staff, Claudia and Eleni from the Beach bar, Maria from the reception and those from the kitchen, I apologize for not remembering the name of the lady (Stavra?) who was particularly attentive to my needs. The rooms are clean, very large, nicely furnished. Good, varied food and acceptable drinks included. The musical evening was a pleasant surprise, don't miss it. There are free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, and you can ask for beach towels from the Beach Bar. Those who rent cars have a parking lot available. The others can take the bus to Chania, the station is close to the hotel. Don't be scared by the few steps you have to take through thick vegetation, its safe place and it's a pleasure to listen to the birds while crossing it. Thank you all for a pleasant holiday.

We had a wonderful time (2 weeks) at Silver Beach and we recommend it without hesitation. Super friendly and caring staff, excellent facilities, good food, attention to details and ideal for any age / stage in life (we were a family of 4 with little kids).

I have been traveling all my life, but I must say that I found one of the nicest places so far. The hotel is just perfect. Very clean, excellent food, fantastic service(Eleni in the pool bar:-) and could not ask for better location, far away from the crowds but also so close to the "action places". You got to talk to managers and even the executive chef is around during dinners to talk to the guests. Everyone seems to work together like well oiled machine and they are all very nice to the guest. I wish that all the guests were also so nice, but pitty they are not. Hotel has great and very clean even though is few step away from a lovely beach. I wish to keep the place as a secret for my self but they deserve to say to the public that THEY ARE THE BEST.
