This hotel is outstanding, service is second to none. The staff are what makes this hotel so special.
Our daughter had a medical emergency, the hotel doctor was fantastic, she had to be transferred to hospital for 2 days with my partner, the hotel staff and reception staff were fantastic. They were very helpful and caring. The traumatic time was eased by the staff and their care towards us.
The hotel is great, when we arrived around 2300hrs, the buffet was open to allow us some food after the long journey. Nothing seems impossible for them.
The individual restaurants are first class, the pool is great and the beach is wonderful. Very child friendly place.

The one and only thing I didn't like was the mattresses .. they were a bot too hard .. other than that everything was great

This is my second time in this hotel and I really love it! Everyone is very kind, respectful and they truly aim to please. Decor and cleanliness are amazing especially the beach. One of the nicest beaches I have ever been to. Food is very good, even though desserts were much better last year. Their Al a Carte restaurants are truly worthy of trying. This place is more than just a hotel, it’s an experience and coming back for a second time it’s confirmed. I will definitely be back.
The ONLY reason I am not thrilled about giving 5 stars is because of the following: this hotel has an amazing area called the Peace Bay or Quiet Zone. It is a clearly marked and separated area where people who want to relax in peace and read a book can stay. There are clear marked signs that it is a quiet area with signs of no music, no loud talking etc. Wonderful lifeguards confirmed that it is a quiet area and peace should not be disturbed. This year it has been very bad, a lot of noise, people yelling, screaming, listening to music, drinking aggressively and yelling across at each other over the beach. We have asked them to keep it down since it’s a quiet zone and they ended up yelling at us. I was looking forward to relaxing and reading books in the quiet area but it has been a little difficult with the amount of noise. I suggest lifeguards walking through and reminding people it’s a quiet zone throughout the day.
Other than that keep up the great work, I love this place!

I know for sure that I will come back to this hotel again. I've never done that anywhere (because I like to meet others). Indeed, kudos to everyone involved in the resort. Lots of attention and genuine smiles from each of them. The hotel is a combination of modern and traditional. The facilities are fantastic, the beach is spacious and clean. I would rate 10*

This is not what you'd expect from a typical 5-star hotel.
It may not follow the usual European standards, where everything is predictable, but that's part of its charm. The staff treat you as a guest, not just "another client." They remember your name, your usual drink, and often speak to you in your native language, which we personally found delightful. A special mention goes to Wahid, who made us smile every time we entered our room by transforming our towels into magical creations.
In this hotel, you can easily make friends with the staff, even while playing board games. We met a great guy, Adel, who not only took us snorkeling but also showed us around his hometown afterward.
The staff here put their whole energy into making sure you're happy and as comfortable as possible. During breakfast, I would take waffles every morning, and the woman preparing them always gave me the hottest, freshest ones, wishing me a great day each time. After that, how could your day not be great?
Additionally, the animation team was really fun. While we aren't high-energy people 24/7, we still connected with the animators. They respected our decision not to participate in activities but never missed a chance to chat and crack some funny jokes.
This was our first experience where we said goodbye personally to every single member of the staff because during our stay, we built unique connections with all of them.
As we leave this hotel, we feel refreshed and excited to come back again!
