Morocco is blessed with year-round sunshine and a sub-tropical climate, meaning summers are very hot and winters are very mild. The weather is warm and pleasant in the spring months of March to May and the autumn months of September and October, making them wonderful times to visit this vibrant country. Temperatures tend to average around 25°C in spring and 21°C in autumn. Marrakech reaches average temperatures of a soaring 40°C in July and August and the deserts reach even higher, but the North Atlantic winds maintain a refreshing breeze in coastal areas. City breaks to Morocco remain sunny and enjoyable even through the winter, with daytime temperatures averaging 12°C. However, it is a good idea to layer up in the evenings as they can get very cold.
