Most people write reviews to complain. Remember that. Our experience was exceptional. Isabella upgraded our reservation from our conference rate for a modest cost. Jake at the front desk accommodated our room requests with no problems at all. We got a balcony, high floor and I could watch Epcot’s fireworks. Luke was a super bellman. The banquet lunches were really good and Vincent let us take our’s to the room (with covers and silverware) so we could work during lunch! To go dinners from the Back Bay and the Sushi Bar were not expensive and very good. Our room was spacious and clean with a super comfy bed. Anytime I called for something (blanket, more coffee…) it was delivered promptly and and a follow up call made sure we were happy! We took time to sit by the beautiful pool, walk around the lake and feed the fish to relax. I want to especially thank Jeffery the Front Desk Manager for his generosity. He went above and beyond to help me with a migraine on the day we had to leave. We sincerely hope our annual conference will be held here again next year!!

Overall excellent day. The hotel and the roads are lovely. The resort area, including the pools were pleasant surprise. We did not expect it to be this good. Overall, everything was clean. the washrooms and everything worked perfectly. We had no issues.
Also, the staff were very kind and nice. No point throughout the day, we ever encounter any staff, who or Min. The ladies who cleaned our room were lovely. In particular, Jake at Concierge was excellent. he let us check in super early, which actually made our trip and made our whole day a lot easier. We would definitely come back.

We came in for a 4-day stay. This hotel is located very close to the parks, but keep in mind. It is not technically a Disney hotel. Check in process was pretty simple and while I had reserved a city room, I didn't realize that would mean overlooking the parking garage. They were able to accommodate my request, change my room, but only to a queen.
If you are staying at this hotel, be sure you like being around a lot of kids. The pools are all extremely busy and the chairs are all reserved. Don't expect routine housekeeping... on the plus side, despite the absurdly slow service, the food at all the restaurants was pretty good.
Not the best stay, we're unlikely to return. We checked out a day early on a prepaid stay. Even though I informed the front desk they still charged parking and resort fee. $40 parking and $40 resort fee per day. After several calls it was reversed. BONUS - fireworks from the parks were spectacular.

We have stayed here many times over the past 15 years. We are very happy with everything but the pressure to purchase this time share. We purchased our stay from an owner on eBay. Great for us great for the owner but when my wife checked in, she was directed to the sales desk to get the info about the resort. When she went over, the gentleman she talked with tried to pressure her into a tour. When she declined, he threatened her with putting notes on our account and telling her that we would not be able to stay here in the future. Pretty sad that this beautiful resort has to deal with customers this way. We paid just like anyone else. I have taken the tour before and I am not interested. I just want to enjoy my vacation

We have stayed here a few times. The ongoing lack of quality in service has been consistent.
This trip we were 30 minutes early to check in. We waited over 2 hours for our room. Was advised check in BEGINS at 4 and it doesn't mean you will get your room by then. After asking for our room at almost the 3 hour mark we were given our keys. We got to our room and noticed we were given a queen bed and not the king room we requested. They stated it's an upgrade due to a pool view....we wanted a king not a pool view otherwise I would have chosen the queen bed. When we started settling we noticed there were no toiletries...no hand soap what so ever. The tables behind the lights was visibly filthy. So we had to stock our own room with toiletries and wipe down all surfaces due to actual filth. On top of the room being dirty, one of the beds had brown stains on the comforter. Vanity lights did not work. TV in kids area did not work. Only one key worked. This will honestly be the last time I book at this location. It pains me because we are corporate diamond members and have never experienced such a horrible location, it's not even this bad at wyndham lower star hotels. We will stay next door at the Waldorf Astoria, I'm done wasting my sanity on dealing with this nightmare of a hotel.
The only part of this hotel that is quality and worth praise is the VALET! This team rivals luxury locations. Their excellent customer service and ability to empathize on the bad hotel helps a lot. Even though customers are pissed (which we were and there were multiple other groups complaining) they are going out of their way to provide a high tier valet experience. Every single valet team member is top notch! 5/5 VALET ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
