We stayed in the three bedroom/ three bath suite. Loved our accommodations. Dining for six. King size bed in main bedroom, two queen size beds in second and third bedroom(s). There was another queen size sleeper in the sectional. The washer and dryer in the unit came in handy. We wished we had more time to enjoy the pools! We did get in some basketball and tennis. So many activities are available! A week went by so quickly. Hope to return again!

I gave a 4/5 for the room because on the last day, there was a roach, NOT a palmetto bug, that kept crawling out of the bathroom sink. We didn't call or text the front desk about it because we were leaving in a couple of hours. The other downside is that their parking lot is small and packed. Otherwise, it was great! I absolutely LOVED the tall ceilings! The room was beautifully decorated, stylish, and comfortable. They give you plenty of pillows as well, though I didn't care for them. I found them extremely uncomfortable. They look stunning but quickly flatten out and not in a good way. I love the option to either text or call the front desk. The staff there were all professional, inviting, and most importantly, HAPPY. They made you feel welcome rather than a nuisance. Everything was clean in the resort and on the grounds. The pool deck, pools, and hot tubs all looked wonderful, though we didn't have time to enjoy any of the amenities. I would definitely come back! Thank you to all of the staff for being so pleasant!

This resort went beyond expectations! Very clean and the staff is top notch! I will be recommending this resort to anyone staying in Orlando. The room we stayed in had zero defects and was cleaned well. The pools and grounds were beautiful. Thank you Hilton Grand Vacation Club! We will be back again!

The check in process was typical but nice and quick. They do encourage you to step over to the Vacations Club Member desk to encourage you to attend a 2-hour (really almost a 4-hour) timeshare presentation. We just went ahead and agreed.
They did give us the only 1st floor room they had left. We requested it for medical reasons and grateful they had one.
We arrived to the room and noticed it was hot. We dropped the AC temp so that we could get ready and it ran briefly before it stopped working again. It was a struggle to get ready for dinner plans in the heat but had no time to deal with it.
We returned and called the front desk who then sent a maintenance man to fix. It was a float problem.
We had the ceiling fan turned on which made some noise that initially wasn’t noticeable as we watched TV but when we turned off everything to go to sleep it was very annoying! See video.
We also noticed a couple of bugs under the sheets. See pictures. We looked around and didn’t see anymore.
The next morning we ran the coffee maker and made a cup (which was yucky) but we appreciated the caffeine. I tried to make a second cup when I noticed that the machine has drained water all over the countertop. So I was cleaning up that whole mess.
Like all Hiltons, the hotel communicates through text message which is convenient, we really appreciated that. We did mention these issues and offered pictures and video. But we did receive apology anyway.
During our getaway weekend, we enjoyed the pool and sitting out by it for a few hours. It is beautiful there. The buildings all seem well maintained and landscaped making for a pleasant experience.
The main thing that bothers me is that I called after we return home to obtain the hotel managers email. I sent the email with my concerns, pictures and videos and never heard back. I was trying to provide them an opportunity to make it right. I personally feel that it was simply ignored. I know I sent it to the correct email address because it was never returned undelivered.

Room and facilities are nice clean, due for a refurb staff are polite rooms are not sound proof lots of traffic disturbed sleep. don’t ask for any shuttle service cos it third party contracted and only take you were they choose in-fact don’t ask for any service as they will not be provide like I was in middle of my lunch and ask one staff to place additional order and was told no can do but if I was one table on the other side he was happy to 😮
