Booked this hotel resort for an anniversary trip. The weather we experienced during our trip was perfect so that helped us enjoy the outside amenities to the fullest potential. The lazy river was warmed slightly, pool was warmed, and hot tub was plenty hot. Plenty of shaded seats for relaxing pool side. Room selected was a King with Disney Springs view. The room was spacious and air conditioning works wonderfully. The balcony was quaint but so enjoyable. We could actually see the Epcot fireworks in the distance as well. Lobby was beautiful but we only spent time up there waiting for transportation back to airport. The first floor market has everything you could need, pricey, but convenient. Free ice water when the dispenser is out. Microwave, toaster oven are also available for use. Grilled cheese was mediocre and over priced, but the breakfast burrito and breakfast sandwiches were worth the price. Planning to return in the future. Thank you Hilton for making our stay so wonderful!

Just got back from a family stay here. We were pleasantly surprised how large our room was. But the "queen double size beds" were very tiny. There is no way these beds are queens for I couldn't even sleep with my 10 year old in the bed. We kept elbowing each other all night even though we are both fairly slim. I can't imagine a heavier set person sleeping here cause you will be rolling off the bed!
When i asked for a roll out bed since TWO adults absolutely CANNOT fit in this tiny sized bed, we were told no roll aways in our room. I was furious. It made the situation very uncomfortable and an adult ended up sleeping on the floor!
House keeper came once. Did not give us any clean towels. Had to call each time. She didn't even fill the shampoo/conditioner bottles and had to find out the hard way.
Had a horrible incident with the front desk when they didn't want to let my mother up into the room. Her key wasn't work and when she went downstairs to notify them, they refused her a new key. Said only I'm allowed, but I was in a park all day. Thus, my parents got locked out of the room the whole day until late at night.
Pool was great. No complaints. Restaurant downstairs had good food. Bar upstairs had lovely music. And the location was good.
But would not go back here or recommend with such tiny beds and minimal maid service.

I stayed here with my brother daughter and nephew earlier in the week as we were traveling back down to Ft Lauderdale from a trip to Tennessee. We picked this hotel because of the swimming pool and location to the Disney Springs Plaza with all the shops and restaurants. I wish I can remember the bell boys name the two young men who helped us get our stuff out of the car and bring it up to our room because they were excellent. They deserve recognition for their kindness and excellent customer service with smiles on their faces and playing with my baby nephew who has special needs. The rooms were a good size and everything was nice and clean. The pool was amazing and we love floating around the lazy river. It was a perfect walking distance to the springs plaza where we had dinner which is wonderful. The only thing that can use Improvement is the young girl who was the receptionist at the checkout desk she was not as friendly as the other staff and came off a bit rude. Other than that the overall stay was a positive one and we will definitely be staying here again when we travel through Florida and back up to the north to visit our family.

We had a pleasant stay here. It is kid friendly and has dining options (would recommend letterpress breakfast buffet and the citrus cafe for quick bites). The pool was open all day (7am-11pm) and they had waiters out constantly checking on you making sure you didn’t need anything. They also have a small indoor arcade for any rainy day plans. Disney Springs is a close walk, the hotel has a walkway to cross the street and there are elevators. They do offer shuttles to the parks if you are interested but they are about a 10 drive if you choose to drive. Overall, everyone was nice and would stay here again.

I'm going to be completely fair with this hotel.
It's the second time I stay here in period of 2 years. Things haven't change.
- Beds: 4/5 a bit soft for my taste
- Decoration: 2/5 the place looks old, rugs are damaged and some of the furniture as well. Probably the lowest point here.
- Breakfast: 3/5 it's expensive for what they offer and service is a little slow (no hash browns!!) the buffet is nothing to be amazed.
- Bar: 2/5 way overpriced for the quality and quantity of the food, I would recommend spending the same at Disney springs (excellent live music)
- location: 5/5 walking distance from Disney springs (10min walk) and close to parks. Since it's a Disney hotel you will have free transport to and from the parks. By far the best point.
-pool: 4/5 nice pool, no activities though, you are on your own.
I would recommend it for a short stay, but you will get bored after a weekend here if you are not willing to take advantage of the best future, the walking distance to Disney Springs.
