Perfect Stay at Wind of Lara – Truly Unforgettable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ From the moment we arrived at Wind of Lara Hotel, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The hotel is absolutely stunning – modern, stylish, and very well-kept. Everything was clean, organized, and designed for comfort. Our room was spacious and cozy, with a beautiful view and all the amenities we needed. Housekeeping did a wonderful job every day, keeping everything fresh and spotless. The food was one of the highlights of our stay – such a wide variety of delicious options at every meal. We especially enjoyed the themed nights and the fresh Turkish dishes. There was something for everyone, and the desserts were amazing! The staff truly went above and beyond – always friendly, helpful, and professional. Whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or by the pool, they made us feel special every day. The entertainment team brought great energy with daily activities and evening shows, but also gave us space to relax when we wanted peace and quiet. The pool area was beautiful and the shuttle to the beach was quick and easy – the private beach was clean, calm, and perfect for sunbathing.

Just got back from Wind of Lara in Antalya and had a brilliant time overall. The food was fantastic to start with, and it got even better with themed nights like Taco Night and Turkish Night on Wednesdays. You might want to plan one or two dinners outside the hotel just for a change of scenery, but with food available from 7am to midnight, you’re pretty much sorted. Drinks are okay, but if you want something a bit more special, head to the Wind Bar; the bartenders there are much better and really know how to mix a good cocktail. The animation team was absolutely lovely, big shoutout to Mekham, Diane, Joey, and Murat for keeping the energy up and making everyone feel welcome. Osman was a highlight too, always walking around singing and putting smiles on faces. The hotel itself is spotless, and while we did come across a couple of moody staff members, most were genuinely friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel has loads of shops and supermarkets, though it’s noticeably more expensive than other parts of Antalya, with most things priced in euros, but you can barter, so don’t be afraid to haggle. Getting to the beach is easy with the coach and boat service, and the all-inclusive section there has drinks and food, which is a nice touch. Evening entertainment was fun; definitely stick around for the Couples Challenge. We played water polo every day and only lost once, so that was a blast. There’s shisha on site if that’s your vibe, and the water slides are great fun too. One night, the animators even took us out and made sure we were looked after, really attentive and just good people. All in all, a great stay with loads of good memories.

First time booking an all inclusive in Antalya, Wind of Lara definitely made it unforgettable. The hostility was great, the staff were very helpful and catered / assisted when I needed something without any issues. The SPA was absolutely amazing, booked a massage in 3 times whilst I was there. They had a variety of food and drinks which was very nice, the timings for the food was also decent too, they definitely cater for all types. They even have a hair salon which is very convenient. The beach was very decent, with security and a shuttle that took you there, if you dont want to get the shuttle, the walk to the beach is less than 10 mins too, straight road!! I would definitely recommend Wind of Lara for family and friends, I'll be booking again, hopefully soon!!

I had a few issues at the beginning of my stay, but thanks to one amazing employee named Rose, everything changed. She appeared like an angel and solved all my problems with kindness and professionalism. From the second day until the last, she was absolutely 5 stars. On the day of our departure, she even arranged breakfast for us early in the morning before our flight — that was truly thoughtful and appreciated. There are still a few things that the hotel should improve: The music in the car that takes guests to the beach is sometimes too loud; the driver should lower the volume. The food could be slightly better, although it wasn’t bad. The curtains in the rooms should block the sunlight completely — it’s difficult to sleep past sunrise. The staff’s English skills could be improved; I recommend the management to invest in English lessons for them. Overall, it was a nice stay, and Rose truly made the difference. Thank you, Rose, for your excellent service and warm attitude! 🌟

Myself my partner and daughter stayed here for a week end of September. Hotel is fab staff are great especially hotel manager ros. Rooms are very clean the pool is kept well staff entertainment was brilliant. The shows were amazing. Especially Micheal Jackson tribute. Turkish night was amazing the food was great. Will be coming back next year we loved that much

My son and I, along with a group of dancers, attended the Latin Dance Festival held at this hotel from September 18th to 22nd. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. On the first day, money was stolen from my wallet while it was inside our room. A hotel staff member had entered the room to bring a blanket during our absence, and that was the only time anyone else had access. When I reported the incident to the front desk, they told me that the security cameras could only be checked in the presence of the police, and later said that nothing could be proven. The food quality was also very poor. Several members of our group, including my son, experienced stomach issues. One of my friends found a worm on her lettuce, and another person saw several cockroaches in the restaurant. Overall, I had a very unpleasant stay and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed at this 5-star hotel in Alanya for a Latin dance festival. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Starting from the second night, I (and about 10 other participants) suffered from severe food poisoning — nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, and body aches. I spent two nights sick in bed, which completely ruined my stay. On top of that, during two nights my room was located right under the restaurant, and I couldn’t sleep because of constant noise from chairs and tables being moved around. For a 5-star hotel, I expected much higher standards of food safety and comfort. This was not the quality or care that I expected from a 5 star hotel and the guests deserve!! Highly disappointed.

We stayed at Beach Club Doganay Hotel from 1st April 2025 for 5 nights, and overall, it was a good experience with a few areas for improvement. Room & Housekeeping: The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Daily cleaning was provided, and bed covers were changed regularly. A 24-hour phone service was also available, which made things convenient. Beach & Pool Area: Both the beach and pool areas were well-kept and enjoyable. However, I did face an issue with one of the pool cleaners whose attitude was sometimes unprofessional. I hope the management addresses this to ensure a fully welcoming environment. Food & Drinks: The food offered a good variety, especially the desserts and cakes, which were excellent if you're on an all-inclusive plan. However, I would suggest the hotel consider adding a few spicy food options, as not all guests prefer mild tastes. Some variety in spice levels would enhance the experience. Staff & Service: Most of the staff were cooperative, and the service was generally good, though there's still room for improvement in responsiveness and attitude in certain areas. Entertainment & Activities: The hotel had a kids' club, a kids' pool area, and nightly shows for children, which were great. Information about daily activities was clearly displayed on notice boards. Wi-Fi & Facilities: Free Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel, and the indoor pool area was a nice bonus. The beach area was also a highlight. Concerns: The outdoor beach was closed for the first two days of our stay and opened afterward. I strongly suggest the hotel prioritise maintenance and make all key facilities available from day one to avoid disappointment, especially for guests visiting for a short holiday. Tips for Visitors: If you're planning to go shopping, I highly recommend using the local bus service to visit the nearby bazaar. It's very convenient — the bus stop is just across the road, and it takes only 5 minutes to get there. Final Thoughts: Yes, I would recommend Beach Club Doganay Hotel. Everyone has different preferences, and while this review reflects my honest experience, others may have different expectations. Overall, it's a pleasant place to relax and enjoy your holiday.

I came to this hotel on 16th August for 1 week and The rooms wasn't cleaned properly only the beds and that's it also the room was full of ants,cockroaches and also saw a lizard in the balcony. Staff are extremely rude and one of the bartenders had a go on my FOURTEEN YEAR OLD son shouting at him like he's an animal I couldn't get his name since he didn't have his name tag on. The old block was very worn out the elevators were so slow and I had to use the staff elevator so I can get down the toilet of room number 619 that I stayed in was very old and dead looking I couldn't even flush the toilet properly without the plastic cover falling off and if I was lucky enough to flush the sound of the flushing system wouldn't stop and it would keep on going non stop without me having to punch it many times for it to stop making noise also the light kept on cutting out in room 619

The hotel need lots of €€€ for improvement. 1. Food is not a great quality, some of bbq meat is impossible to chew, every morning we can see vegetables served from previous day as it is dry and most of it lost it's true colour. My wife and both kids had food poisoning on the third day of stay. 2. While the hotel is not allowing any pets, it is full of cats, some of them are sick. They pee everywhere, go wherever they want. Only hotel owner is allowed to bring his own dogs. 3. Most of the staff are very helpfull and polite, however only 10% of them speaks english. 4. 60% of visitors are russians and 40% are polish. 5. Spa is great, those Thailandese girls does mirracles, although I feel sorry for them the way they are treated. 6. This is the first and last time I'm visiting this hotel.

If we had arrived on the 29th of September 1975, I would have thought the hotel was unbelievable, so up to date and modern. However, we didn’t. We arrived on the 29th of September 2025. And we finally realised time travel was possible. As you get out the taxi, you’re greeted by a big pane of windows that haven’t been cleaned in a good 4 years, with pictures on the walls, of other palia hotels. These pictures have been there for some time by the looks of it. Cockroaches, we had a total of 4 in our room, one I killed and the receptionist impolitely told us. It’s the weather. So I also told her, I am not cleaning it. Just fumigate the rooms, we paid a lot to come here, and was so very underwhelmed. We read reviews and debated. The place is a dive, the staff are fantastic, very polite and funny. The food, however, If you’re vegetarian or vegan. You’re up a certain creek. Fortunately we both are not. Spend a little more and get a better experience, you’re better off going to butlins. This place is dreadful.

Ants everywhere in the room, cockroaches in the room. Unwelcoming reception staff in a run down lobby. The food here is repetitive, watery and bland. With a very slim selection of meals. The hotel is an apartment block turned all inclusive with privately owned apartments throughout. Facilities here are not great, besides the pool. Which I have to say was lovely. Alongside the bar, manned by a nice bloke behind the bar who had a smile on his face whenever we went up. Also, he would remember our orders which was a nice touch. The entertainment staff were also very pleasant. Avoid this hotel if you can. The area around has not got much going on, unless you want a 45-60 minute bus ride to Los Cristianos or Las Americas. Regret my stay.

Honestly for the price for a 3 stars hotel it s not so bad as some people said i paid around 700 euros for 2 peoples, all inclusive for one week with simple bedroom but necessary for my holiday. Some details need to be understand. Wifi not free for around 30 euros , towels for 7 euros and 10 euros for deposit and the remote of tv and savety box are with condition too . Get ventilator for bedroom. No shampoo but a small soap .but in all If you want more service maybe you need upgrade or spend more in more expensive hotel. For us was good . If you book you need check your booking properly. After all everything was fine food good staff Really friendly , every day animations who make great moments, flamenco evening👏👏👏👏👏. Got bus station few meters out of hotel added to a small supermarket just meters after the bus station. All around you will find shops , restaurants and beaches around 10 to 15 mn . Finally got great September holidays and great relaxing time . The massage service is amazing with really friendly and expert italian woman 🙏🙏.

We love it here, this is our second visit. It’s not fancy but the location is very easy for me to travel to from the airport (I struggle with mobility/energy). The apartments are adequate and clean. There’s always a friendly vibe here without being chaotic and I cannot say enough about the staff. The staff work tirelessly with a smile on their faces. It’s lovely for a casual relaxing holiday. And there are supermarkets nearby for anything extra you need!

Would I stay here again, definitely not, rooms were awful, cockroaches everywhere, dead mouse outside our door, wires hanging around in reach of our toddler to grab. The kettle they gave us tripped our electric. Doors in the room don’t lock properly.Food is standard but very limited, pool and bar area was nice and entertainment staff are absolutely lovely.

Solo trip that cost over £1k for 3 full days, 4 nights including flights. Rooms are nice and very clean. Most staff are friendly. However, food was literally 2 star. I couldn’t decipher what the food was supposed to be particularly for lunch and dinner. Not expecting luxury food in a 4 star in Europe. Very repetitive menus, very limited offerings and either overcooked (eg scrambled eggs in morning, veg at meals) undercooked (eg Mousakka with hard potatoes), or unidentifiable and so fearful to eat. Basic food can be done well. All inclusive drinks and snacks were most basic package I’ve ever had. One of each wine. Only draft beer, a couple of cocktails. No nuts or crisps given with food. Empty mini bar etc. I’ve never experienced anything as basic. I definitely felt I lost money on this trip. On first night arrived late and was put in a very noisy room overlooking a bar with loud music. Asked to be moved and was told they couldn’t look at it till the following day. So I went down to reception and they funnily found one that was quiet. Recommend asking for a quiet room if you’re there to rest. And doing half board. WiFi also wouldn’t work for me beside the pool. Was fine in main hotel so I had to pay for my data- which then made access fine- so was clearly a WiFi issue on the hotels part which was denied. Felt like there was no aircon in the lobby so was extremely hot when there and this was in October. Food examples in picture

A very clean and friendly hotel, maids came around pretty late in the day for us so meant we could lie in without worry of missing them. We stayed half board which was great, breakfast had a vast selection. Its also a pretty central location for getting out and about in the day/evening.

I recently stayed at Alua soul Costa Adeje for 10 days with my partner and although we had a great holiday there were aspects of the holiday that we found very disappointing. As we had previously stayed at an Alua soul in Majorca (which was amazing) we expected a similar experience , unfortunately this was not the case. The hotel was immaculate and all staff we met were friendly and helpful. The room was great with air con that was much needed. Cleaners did a great job and would clean daily if required. Additionally, we always received a bottle of water once ours ran out. Only criticism is a lack of coat hangers but that is the same in most hotels. The pool was lovely and clean, plenty of beds and umbrellas. The pool opened at 9am and some people started queuing about 8.30am, however we never struggled to get a bed. We went all-inclusive and this is what we found quite disappointing. The pool bar was always understaffed, although the staff did their best, we always had to wait for the drinks and food. The menu is quite limited with what is included in all inclusive (both drinks and food at the snack bar) and if we wanted to order anything not included, we would have to pay for it at a reduced price – seems to defeat the object of it being an all-inclusive holiday. The major disappointment for us was the evening meal – the food was very limited and very repetitive so after a few days we got bored eating in the restaurant. On top of this, there was no air conditioning in the hotel lobby areas or the restaurant, so it was excruciating trying to sit and eat a meal. It became a case of getting in and out as quickly as possible in order to cool down. We did complain about this, as the restaurant and bar staff – as lovely as they were – were clearly uncomfortable in the heat and commented to us how hard it was to work in these conditions. Similarly, although the hotel has pool tables, table tennis, darts and a screen for the football, due to lack of air conditioning it was impossible to participate in any of them. Consequently, we ended up eating out for half of the holiday, which isn't ideal when you have paid a lot of money to be all inclusive. You are not expecting additional costs. The entertainment was not great – in the day the 2 reps would do the usual pool Zumba and volleyball etc. but it was difficult to hear them on the microphone, and they only really interacted if you spoke to them. Similarly, at night, there would be a quiz at 9pm and then usually a singer until 10.30pm and then that would be the end of the evening. I have to say though, that both reps were really nice when you approached them and clearly, they were in a difficult position as you sensed that a lot of the guests did not want to engage in any activities, and some even complained about the noise. There is only one bar open at night, which is inside, with no air conditioning and it is very short staffed so constantly queuing for a drink. The bar opens until midnight, but all-inclusive drinks stop at 11pm and you are then expected to pay for drinks. Not enough tables and chairs outside of an evening. All in all, we did have a good holiday, and the position of the hotel is great – right next to the beach and all the bars. Top tip – down the stairs by the pool is a gate to the bars with a great sports bar – the Drunken Striker – on your doorstep which shows all the football games. The room and staff were great, I think if we were to return, we would just book bed and breakfast and spend our money going out of an evening

We had a wonderful stay at AluaSoul Hotel – it really ticked all the boxes. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-maintained throughout our visit. The hotel has a modern feel and is clearly looked after with care. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options including freshly made omelettes and eggs to order. It was also great to see how hard the staff worked to keep everything clean – plates and tables were cleared quickly and efficiently, making the whole dining experience feel calm and organized. The pool area was always clean with plenty of sunbeds available, and we really appreciated the policy of not allowing sunbed reservations for more than 30 minutes. It meant we never had to rush down early – we could go to the pool whenever we wanted and still find a spot. One of the highlights was the peaceful, adults-only atmosphere. No kids running around or touching food at the buffet made a real difference and added to the relaxing vibe. The bar staff were friendly and always had a smile, making the evenings even more enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend booking bed and breakfast with My Favorite Club – the central location means you’re just a short walk from loads of great restaurants and bars, perfect if you want to explore beyond the hotel. The all-inclusive lunch and dinner buffets looked decent for what they are, but with so many fantastic dining options nearby, it’s nice to have the flexibility. All in all, a brilliant stay. We’ll definitely be back!

My stay at the HM Martinique Hotel in Magaluf was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The hotel has a great atmosphere — lively, modern, and spotless throughout. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. You could tell they genuinely cared about making sure everyone was enjoying their stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything you could need — comfortable beds, great air conditioning, and a nice balcony to relax on. The pool area was definitely one of the highlights — plenty of space, great music, and a buzzing but laid-back vibe. The bar staff kept the drinks flowing, and the entertainment team made sure there was never a dull moment. The food was much better than expected for an all-inclusive — plenty of choice and good quality. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there was always something tasty to enjoy. The location couldn’t be better either — just a short walk to the beach, bars, and nightlife, but still far enough away to relax when you want some peace. Overall, the HM Martinique is the perfect mix of fun, comfort, and convenience. Whether you’re going with friends or family, it’s a fantastic place to stay in Magaluf. I’d definitely go back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a proper holiday experience!

I stayed at HM Martinique Magaluf and honestly had a great experience, contrary to some of the negative reviews I’d read beforehand. The hotel had a really good vibe and I didn’t find it too noisy at all. The food was much better than expected – there was always something for me to eat, especially at breakfast which was spot on. The staff were all polite and helpful throughout my stay, which made things easy and enjoyable. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the location was ideal – right in the heart of everything, making it very convenient. Overall, I had a really positive stay here and I’d definitely book again.

⸻ I recently stayed at the HM Martinique in Magaluf, Spain. Overall, my experience was mixed. On the positive side, I really appreciated the location – the beach was very close, which made it convenient and enjoyable to get there within a few minutes. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, both at check-in and in the bar and dining area. Their service left a good impression and made the stay more pleasant. However, there were several aspects that I found disappointing. While the housekeeping staff did a lot, the floors in the room were not properly cleaned, which often left me with dirty feet. Even though I booked all-inclusive, the minibar in the room was completely empty – not even water was provided. Instead, I had to go to the bar with a jug to get it filled. The bathroom design was also inconvenient, as the shower only had a half door, which caused water to spill out into the entire bathroom. As for the food, it was solid but lacked variety. Most days it felt repetitive, and at times we even had to eat outside due to the dining space. For the price we paid for an all-inclusive stay, I expected a better quality !!!

Sorry for I can’t gave 5 star , but as the prices we paid it worth 4.5⭐️. We with easyJet package , the last drop off hotel in this area . Arrived 14:50pm , reception told better go for lunch first then back for check in , base on restaurant close on 15:00pm , so nice services ( 24 hrs front desk). Room side ok , a bit noisy from late back guests . No any entertainment present. Room services a bit low class , room floor not clean , simply bed tidy . Towers missed giving . Drink ( all inclusive) . Basic Spirits, all cocktails from a machine mixer like coffee machine , flat glass ( for extra charging guests it will more standard Cocktail on serve ) . Only one Beer on option . Coffee machine different taste on different machines 😓 Foods : Breakfast spot on .. Top class Lunch .. Dinners .. lacked verity but fresh cooked Dining area and serving staff all very good . Big outdoor pool , indoor pool with Spa & Steam room . Nice & relaxing. Location : Few minutes walk for Bus stop , Beach , shopping area. A playground park just on the side . Check out day .. a big language room with locker ( help yourself ) . Even after check out we keep enjoy all inclusive activities 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 till times to pick up . Overall feel good.

When we first arrived me and my girlfriend was super happy with everything room was great facilities was good. We upgraded to all inclusive here as it was cheaper, bar staff and dining room staff were great the whole holiday. However, we knew our flight was later at night whilst check out is at 11am, we had asked all week for a late check out which they say they provide but was told to ask on the day and we would be given it. When we asked on they day we left the receptionists both just laughed and said no, never gave us an explanation just laughed said we can just store our bags in a separate room. Considering the amount we paid and being told all week we can get a late checkout I don’t think it’s okay for staff to just laugh at you. The food provided overall was good the breakfast was the best part, as the lunch and tea/dinner was mostly just repeated stuff and mostly fish.

Overall enjoyed our 1 week stay at the hotel Rooms We were in a bungalow - rooms are decently sized and the shower was great. House keeping daily who always left funky towel designs which were great for children to enjoy. Cleaners spotted we drank loads of water so left us a full crate instead of 1/2 bottles Air conditioning isn’t fab so be aware if you are booking for peak summer but it was fine for September temperatures Food Breakfast is the same everyday - it has a good selection of sweet and savoury items Lunch is good and almost operates on a 3/4 day rotation with some items returning Dinner is good, some staples like chips, rice and baked goods are always there for simple eaters with meat and fish options changing You can eat Italian A la carte for lunch without a reservation - this was incredibly disappointing quality and taste. Turkish dinner a la carte was lovely! Some desserts look better than they taste. Pools There are 4 pools of different depths and beach area. For mid-Sept there was no sunbed wars and we could still get a space for a group of 4 come midday. Entertainment We really enjoyed the entertainment, especially all the acrobatics. Staff Yes staff don’t speak great English but I don’t speak Turkish so I didn’t help myself here. The staff do try to help and I always managed to get what I needed in the end so I can’t complain. General comments - the plastic consumption is really really high with all the small water bottles and single use plastic cups - drinks are poured spirit heavy - location is great, easy walk to İçmeler or easy enough to flag down a hop-on boat to there or Marmaris - if you do not like children or families in your space, this is not the place for you!

Absolutely brilliant place, the staff really can't do enough for you. Very clean, and well presented rooms with a great location. Marmaris 45min walk and icmeler 20 min walk either side of holtel beach. Food had a variety to suit everyone, with a great kids food room and 3 other restaurants. On site shops, gym, spa, hairdressers and even a doctors and jewellery store. Loads of swimming pools to choose from. Really can't recommend this hotel enough. Perfect for family's and kids.

The location is beautiful and the staff are amazing. The only downfall, and it was a significant one for me, was the food. ​I'm not overly fussy, and I know we English often have a particular preference for our food and drinks. However, the flavors were bland, and some of the meals just looked unappetising. Again, this might just be my preference, but it is what is stopping me from returning. The standalone Italian restaurant was lovely, and the desserts looked and tasted fantastic. ​There were lots of pools and nightly entertainment. We booked the spa and had a couples massage—they definitely knew what they were doing! Lots of wild cats and only a short walk to the nearest town.

We decided to leave. A few days early as my partner was feeling ill for a number of days, this was nothing to do with the hotel. We would have waited out the full holiday however with a young child, the hotel lacks for children. The rooms are basic but cleaned every day, the food is ok but no better than a 3 star resort. The entertainment in the evening was good however. Overall we just felt that for the price and the rating of the hotel we would have had the exact same if not slightly better at "lesser" rated hotel. Of course this is all subjective and personal. If you have a young family I would say look elsewhere but would be a great holiday for couples.

Best holiday, great location, good service, best entertainment and very clean overall. Me and my family just returned from the hotel, we were extremely satisfied and had the best time. I have been to more luxurious hotels in Turkey however, this hotel was by far cleaner, the staff were family friendly. The variety of food can be repetitive and didn’t not enjoy most of the desserts as they were too sweet and lack flavours.

Arrived home last week 29th August, the weather is perfect for this time of year. The hotel itself is gorgeous and it wasn't too busy with kids being back at school. The food was good but no better than 3☆ hotels Ive stayed at. Dino park was brilliant, excellent section for the younger ones and the big slides were so much fun. The life guards were excellent, 2 of them kicked some teenagers out for bullying my 7 year old son and some friends that he had made. The staff at reception were really helpful and polite. Now unfortunately on to the negatives. When we arrived at our room I stood on a piece of glass in the bedroom, the balcony table hadn't been wiped and the pillow cases had stains on them. The mattress was so hard and the pillows were awful. You can ask for a mattress topper from reception but it didn't make much difference, our aircon was also broke. The room comes with 2 cups and 2 glasses which in the whole week there were never changed for clean ones. I had to complain 3/4 times about stained sheets. When I complained about the glass they said they would tell the cleaner's to do a deep clean (all staff were friendly apart from the cleaners) we came back from the pool and you could tell that they had been but it hadn't been cleaned properly. The pool sides got worse as the day went on but that was down to guests not putting their litter in the bins and the life guards only cleaned up when the pools were shutting. The location of the hotel is very out of the way. The on site shop shuts at 6pm which I think is bizarre with nothing else around. If you want to go to the beach, shops or restaurants its a 5€ taxi drive away which isn't bad but more a pain that nothing was within a decent walking distance. I would say this hotel is good for a family that doesn't really want to venture out much and just wants to stay in the hotel complex. Would really recommend the submarine experience.

Not long got home. Food service is good plenty of choice and food available throughout the day. Pool side is very untidy and hectic. Rooms are dated, our room was untidy on arrival stained sheets and debris under bed from other residents plus flies and bugs. Got moved room which was no better after being told I need to pay to move rooms. Most of the staff were lovely reception manager was rude along with the restaurant manager (they need to be aware of autism and what comes with a child with needs) ie untidy room caused my son to have a melt down. Wearing a band for all inclusive due to sensory. Entertainment was ok, just wished there was more on of the night. Im glad to be home. Wasn't the best holiday we made the most of it were possible. WiFi was free in one small area. You can pay for your room but the quality wasnt great. I read reviews on Facebook and went with the attitude it can't be that bad.

Got home on Friday from this hotel,we had a great stay , reception staff were amazing and very helpful,our room was clean and was cleaned daily, fantastic views,the staff working on the food side were great the waiters and waitress couldn't do enough for u,the only downside was the drains need to be looked at drain covers were not even and were a hazard,plenty of room in the pools not. Enough loungers as people were up early putting towels on them but we managed,this is our 2 Nd time at this hotel and look forward to returning,

The only real downside was the evening entertainment and because the hotel is very remote there was nothing else to do except listen to the same kids songs being played every night. This is the second time at this hotel and since June this hotel seems to have gone down hill a little. But improving day by day.The rooms are comfortable and very clean. We was given the wrong secret code for our room and when we wanted to book a restaurant we could not as on the app it said that all the restaurant bookings had been used up, but this was rectified as soon as reception staff was aware. All the staff at bars, restaurants and housekeeping make this hotel, the gardens are really nice and well kept. This hotel is coming along well.

Amazing vacation. I spent 5 days- 4 nights with my family at Stella Gardens. The hotel is amazing, the service is great, staff are very friendly and respectful. You can feel safe, comfortable and confident that your kids are safe and enjoying everything. The food is very nice, high quality and very tasty and clean. The shuttle is always ready to take you to / from the beach. The beach water is crystal clear. You can see fish swimming around you. If you go the end of the pier, you’ll be able to enjoy one of your best snorkeling spots. Make sure to take your own snorkeling tools or you can buy them from the hotel store. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty food every day, and the desserts were amazing. There were plenty of sun loungers by the pool, so relaxing was never a problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The drink bar was great too – a good range of cocktails including classics like Mojito, Piña Colada, and Whiskey Sour. The bartenders made the experience even better with their great energy and conversation. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back!

We stayed at Bali Paradise Hotel and had an amazing experience! Everything was perfect — beautiful place, great atmosphere, and very kind staff. At first, we were given a room on the ground floor that felt a bit closed in, but when we asked to change, they kindly accepted and gave us another one — we really appreciated their flexibility. A special thank you to Rameiro, who was absolutely incredible with us — always smiling, helpful, and making sure we had everything we needed. The only small downside was the noise coming from the bar area around 1 a.m. If there were a rule to keep things quiet after midnight, it would make the stay absolutely perfect. We’ll definitely come back one day and choose Bali Paradise again. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very loud disco music usually accompanied by a voice screaming something "entertaining" all the time makes it impossible to sleep before 11pm. This is probably the reason why I'll never stay in this hotel again. The food is ok, but not extraordinary. GSM signal is weak in the area and hotel WiFi is slow (15mbit) however stable. The beach 300m down the hill is small. The sunbeds cover every square meter of the beach, so you won't see the sand until you actually stand on it. It is not overcrowded, but it feels like a furniture store. There is 30m strip of the sunbeds owned by the hotel so you don't need to pay 15€ for the sunbed. The hotel has 2 small swimming pools, closing at 6pm. Why? You can play disco until 11pm, but close the swimming pools at 6? The outside tennis court, ping pong and gym area is mostly useless during the summer due to the hot weather. The price-performance ratio could definitely be better. I think we could have chosen a better place to stay for the price.

We liked the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the grounds are well-maintained, and the staff is polite. Upon check-out, wristbands are not removed, so you can still enjoy meals and the bar. There is also a shower and a luggage storage room. The hotel has a small water park for children aged 6 and up (minimum height 120 cm). There were enough sun loungers on the beach. There’s also a kids’ room for younger children — my daughter enjoyed going there to draw. On my birthday, there was no attention at all — no card, no small gift. The birthday package must be ordered in advance online or at the reception, but this was not mentioned at check-in, even though my birth date was clearly visible in the passport. The process of ordering the package felt inconvenient. Overall, it’s a good hotel for a family vacation, but service for special occasions could be improved.

I stayed at this hotel in May 2025 with my family and had a very pleasant experience overall. Highlights: Cleanliness: The entire property was spotless: lobby, swimming pools, rooms. Friendly staff: The team was welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Renovated rooms: Some rooms have been recently renovated, with a fresh and modern touch. Terrace and lawn access: One of the best features was the easy access from the room to a terrace and green lawn – perfect for relaxing outdoors. Kids club: Very engaging for my 4 y.o. daughter. Bar: Nice selection of drinks. Downsides: Poor sound insulation: The soundproofing in the connecting rooms was not great – I could hear my neighbor snoring through the door. Cold pool: The swimming pool was quite cold, which made it less enjoyable, especially for younger children. Pool slide access: The water slides are only available for children aged 6 and up. Although this is mentioned on the hotel’s website, I missed this detail when booking through a third-party platform, which was quite disappointing for my daughter. Limited fresh fruit variety: The buffet food was good overall, but the variety of fresh fruit at meals was quite limited. We would have enjoyed less cakes and more fresh fruits. Overall, despite a few small drawbacks, we had a very good stay!

We just spent 14 nights in this hotel, the apartments are cleaned 5 times a week with towels changed as you need it. The grounds are maintained well and staff are always happy to help you. The entertainment was varied and every night. The restaurant is great and the food here is plentiful and cooked well, very tasty. There is always something to suit anyone's taste, hot and cold meats, pastas, sauces, vegetabkes, fruits, pastries, ice cream etc. The pools are nice, we always could find sunbeds around the small pool, the large pool is more of a challenge as people reserve the beds pretty early which is pretty normal anywhere you go. This hotel is 5 minutes walk from the El Campanario shopping centre and about 15-20 minutes from the Waterpark. It's about 25-30 minutes walk to the music square, not a problem for us but it is a little remote from the main strip! We had a great holiday here and we consider it excellent value.

Maria , in charge of the entertainment kept us all going,she was always also willing to help, always with a smile and a lots of energy, the night time entertainment with her in charge were always fun . We just returned from a 5 night stay in Arena Beach hotel, and I couldn't recommend it enough! All the staff members here are so friendly, welcoming and super helpful (especially Aurora). The room was lovely, being super clean on arrival, with a lovely balcony (with a great pool view!) The food and drinks are great, with a different "theme" every night (although if you are a fussy eater like myself, there is always pizza and chips no matter the theme! :)). The dining room was always clean, with loads of food available. The staff are so attentive, and so friendly. They definitely made us feel so welcome and at home from the first night. The service at the bar was always great and efficient, with each guest only being allowed 2 drinks at a time to avoid queues. The snacks available during the day were also nice, being offered hot dogs, chips, burgers or pizza. The entertainment in the evening was fab, with different singers etc every night. One night was Karaoke, which was great! We always managed to get a sunbed, and there is a main pool, a smaller pool, and a kids splash park. We sat round both pools, and managed to get a sunbed every day. There is also entertainment/pool activities on throughout the day, such as water polo or beer pong. The environment is lovely, and the staff are always busy throughout the day doing site maintenance, cleaning etc, keeping the place looking lovely! We did go into town on most days, which was a roughly 20-25 minute walk. The walk was easy, but we did also call a taxi from reception which arrived within 3 minutes, and only cost 4 euro. And it's easy to get a taxi back, with there being lots of taxi ranks in town. Overall, I would definitely recommend Arena Beach to anyone looking to stay here. It's a lovely, family friendly place with great staff.

Great choice of quality food and drink, friendly and very efficient staff. You can use back gate, which gives a far shorter walk to local shops, bars and beach, still a fair walk to centre of resort in the heat of the day. Rooms have everything you need, decor is clean and fresh and comfortable bed and lounge furniture. Very friendly clientele, will definitely recommend and visit next year is WIP with a couple we met there.

We were a bit disappointed with our stay. Our room was located near the hotel’s storage area and the sports courts, so there wasn’t much of a view and we had to keep the door and curtains closed due to the constant noise of bouncing balls. There was no hot water during our stay, and the room had a serious pest issue — ants, flies, and even cockroaches. The sofa bed for our daughter was broken and uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep or to relax as a family during the day. Cleaning was inconsistent. Dirty sheets weren’t changed, towels weren’t replaced, and we had to repeatedly ask for fresh ones — not ideal when travelling with a baby and a young child. On the plus side, the staff were lovely — especially the waiting staff, who were always very friendly and helpful. Our 10 month old was quite enamoured with some of the team! The location is okay, with the beach and town centre within walking distance, 20-30 mins, and taxis costing under €5. If you are walking with children and / or a pram, it’s a little far though especially if it’s a hotter day. Overall, the room conditions made the stay a bit stressful and uncomfortable and I wouldn’t return to Arena Beach. If we return to the island I’d stay closer to the beach and town centre.

Absolutely horrendous service. After arriving at the hotel on time, we were told they were fully booked until the next day. This was entirely the hotel’s mistake, yet they made no attempt to rectify the situation. My family had to check into another hotel and were told to return the next morning at 11. When we arrived the next day, our room still wasn’t ready — we had to wait another two hours before being checked in. Throughout this entire ordeal, not a single apology was offered, nor did the staff reimburse us for the food expenses we incurred, even though we had booked an all-inclusive stay. I am absolutely disgusted with this hotel, its staff, and its service. The true quality of any establishment shows when things go wrong, and unfortunately, this hotel failed miserably. I strongly deter anyone from booking here.

Our stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Park Hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish! The hotel exceeded all expectations with its blend of comfort, entertainment, and top-notch service. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-maintained, offering great views and all the amenities you’d expect from a high-quality resort. The housekeeping staff were attentive and ensured we were always comfortable. The real highlight was the *amazing aqua park* – perfect for both kids and adults. There were plenty of slides, pools, and activities to keep the whole family entertained for hours every day. Lifeguards were always present, which gave us peace of mind with the children. Dining was another strong point. The variety and quality of the food were impressive – from international dishes to local specialties. Lovely hotel – really clean and spacious, and the things you can do here for kids are unreal. We did have a small issue on the first night, but the management were very nice and quickly sorted it out – it turned out to be more of a miscommunication/ barrier to languages etc with reception and didn’t detract from the overall service at all. Be prepared to do a lot of walking – we were easily hitting 10,000 steps a day! It can take a day or so to get your bearings, but once you do it’s really good. We used our Google maps walking map which was a great help in finding everything. Not much outside of the hotel itself, but we booked the boat trip and the quads which were amazing and definitely worth doing. The only downside was the drinks service at night around the main stage – the wait times were quite long, and with the bars being so spread out it made things a bit tricky. It would be brilliant if there were iPads on the tables so you could order directly, saving the waiters from running back and forth. Special mention has to go to the lifeguard at the small pool near room 6025 – he was absolutely unreal. He really made the holiday for us, looked after everyone so well, and is a real credit to the hotel. A real gentleman.

Excellent hotel with a large green area and a well-thought infrastructure. The shoreline is within 10-minute walk across the premises of the neighboring hotel. The swimming bay area is marvelous with crystal clear water and sandy bottom appealing to both kids and adults. On the seaside there are plenty of sun lounges. All in all, the hotel is the perfect choice for every taste from youngsters to any family with kids.

Just got back from the most incredible week at the Altamar Hotel in Gran Canaria, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough! ☀️🌴 It was our first time staying there, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is spotless, the views are absolutely stunning, and every single member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We love going away as a family, and finding somewhere that ticks all the boxes isn’t always easy but Altamar completely nailed it. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying the entertainment, or just soaking up the views from our balcony, every moment felt perfect. The food and service in the restaurant were amazing too!such a good variety and so well looked after. It’s in a brilliant location, surrounded by lots of lovely things to do and the beaches aren’t far either, which was a big bonus! It’s safe to say this definitely won’t be our last visit!!! We’ve already decided this will be our go to hotel every year for our family holidays. If you’re thinking of visiting Gran Canaria, I genuinely couldn’t recommend Altamar enough. Just had one week here, all inclusive. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the views amazing over the bay. All the hotels in this area are on steep hills so even though there are lifts you will find yourself walking up steep stairs.The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our rooms were lovely and spacious. The meals were all Hot and Cold buffet style meals. We found there was plenty to choose from and it was excellent. There were 2 pools and plenty of sunbeds. There was a well stocked shop in the Reception, massage chairs and a Hairdresser and Beauty Salon. You could book the trips in the hotel foyer, taxis were available outside the door. There was entertainment each evening, however it was a reasonably quiet hotel and this suited me very well.

Great hotel! Food was really good, evening entertainment was pretty decent. Only down side was the Lift. The rest fo the hotel is really good. The gym has some radio equipment but lacks any kind of resistance training equipment. All rooms are sea view and have self catering facilities no real need to be all inclusive. Only 4 inclusive cocktails.

We had the very top rooms and the views were very nice, we enjoyed it a lot. The room was simple yet comfortable and clean. The only problem we had was with the shower, where the water was either too hot or too cold (thus the 4 stars), we didn’t inform the reception though because we were staying for a short period of time.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, the pools were well-maintained, and the food was delicious. The cleaning staff were very nice and you could tell they cared about cleanliness. We stayed in rooms E105 and E102 and had nothing to complain about. Thank you so much for the birthday wishes and the sweets the hotel staff left in our room. It was very nice. I can honestly say this hotel should easily be a four-star hotel.

came here for a week stay and really enjoyed our time, hotel is definitely worth the price and a value for money, rooms and hotel were clean. had friendly staff and entertainment staff were great very welcoming and all of the activities were very inclusive, it's clear to see the staff at this hotel work hard, not a problem with the food lots to choose from and something for everyone, also accommodating hours with food times, especially the late arrivals open time which was on from 11pm really helped when we arrived late. great pool area sunbeds can get quite busy but we always managed to find some even when coming down later in the day, definitely an entertaining and lively atmosphere suitable for families, with activities running throughout the day and night, night entertainment area can get quite busy but definitely worth it with a great entertainment/animation team. free coach to the beach throughout the day and the beach was great and scenic especially with the dunes nearby. rooms were clean with fridge, smart tv, hairdryer, kettle and comfy beds. also an onsite shop which had snacks, drinks and cosmetics which i found to be cheap compared to other hotel shops, also an extra late checkout service which was cheap and really helpful for those leaving later in the day. overall great hotel and great value for money, staff are friendly and put in a lot of effort for you to enjoy your stay i would recommend this hotel mostly for those with families or those who like the loud atmosphere in my opinion should be upgraded to 4 star. really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again

After a week's stay here, I can honestly say that this hotel fell short of our expectations. Pre-mixed cocktails dispensed from a machine tasted cheap and nasty, couldn't drink them. The air conditioning situation was frustrating, having to hire a portable unit at extra cost, we couldn't hire it the night of arrival as we enquired when we arrived and was apparently not possible. Beds weren't all that comfortable. The heat is intense in the room, you have to leave the sliding door open to use the air con unit which poses a bit of a security issue. As a smoker myself, the smoking area is disgusting, there is a huge vent opposite blowing out hot air making it extremely uncomfortable to sit or stand and have a cigarette. There's also a very powerful vomit/sick smell we noticed when walking past the top of the pool bar. Dinner was good, breakfast was ok and some days were a bit repetitive. Some plates didn't seem completely clean and had to go on the hunt for cuterly some evenings. I will say that the reception staff were lovely and incredibly helpful, answered all our questions about the local area, things to do, transport etc. I also had a massage at the hotel and that was excellent, the masseuse was very professional and I felt extremely relaxed. The love/hate sports bar is fantastic. Service was very good, the food was incredibale and staff are lovely. In summary, the staff are a credit to the hotel but the hotel itself needs some improvement.

I stayed at Blue Bay Resort in Rhodes for 7 days with my partner. The staff were absolutely lovely – very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I had paid for an upgraded room as a surprise for my partner, but unfortunately the room we were initially given was not what I had expected. I was disappointed and heartbroken at first. I’m never one to complain, but I’m so glad I plucked up the courage to speak up – within an hour our room was changed without any fuss, which I really appreciated. The food in the main buffet restaurant was quite basic. It was enjoyable at first, but by the third day we were getting a little tired of it. On the bright side, the snack bar was amazing and became a bit of a lifesaver! The all-inclusive drinks were also fantastic and good value. We dined at the Greek restaurant on site and we were over the moon with the whole experience! Staff were amazing and the food was fantastic! We definitely recommend dining there The shower room definitely leaves a lot to be desired – not the most pleasant to look at – but it did the job for a quick wash. A big plus for us was the coach/bus trip option from the resort, which was perfect and saved us a lot of money on taxis. Overall, Blue Bay Resort has some really good points – especially the staff, snacks and drinks – but there’s room for improvement on the food variety and bathroom facilities.

This hotel really positively surprised me. This was the first time I’d done an all inclusive so I was skeptical, however, I really can’t fault the hotel and I had a great week here. The rooms were basic and a little dated, but they were clean and spacious and made up every day. The pool facilities were fantastic - all very clean, showers and toilets were nearby. There is a larger, deeper pool, a shallower pool and then a small children’s room. Ample sun beds at both the pool and on the beach - which you can walk straight on to. The food was the only thing which let the stay down - it wasn’t bad by any means but just not great. However that said, there was a wide variety of options. This isn’t an expensive resort though, so I understand it isn’t going to be luxury dining. The only actual negative was our on-site restaurant meal. We chose Muses and unfortunately, it was pretty dreadful. Would not recommend- the food was more or less the exact same as at the buffet but somehow worse! The entertainment was pretty good too, and varied most nights. Location was great too - easy busy into Rhodes Old Town and plenty of parking (we rented a car). Overall, very good holiday and would definitely return to this hotel.

We met the lifeguard George, who was amazing with our kids — so friendly, attentive, and caring. He really made our days by the pool extra fun and safe. What a wonderful hotel. Ok rooms are tired but very clean and the buffet is basic but big enough to find something to eat for everyone but there are plenty of snack bars on site so I would defy anyone to go hungry. On check in you are given a safe key and pool towel card which is a nice touch, beds weren’t a problem for us as you can always find one. What makes this hotel special is the staff, from housekeeping through to reception, they are all truly lovely and helpful and will go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay for which we are truly grateful. Thank you for a great stay.

The hotel is a little isolated, but there is a bus stop outside to take you to lindos or further afield.

This hotel is the king of fake reviews. Anyone praising the food here is lying. It’s nothing but slop. The chicken tastes old, the fish stinks. The meat is tough and stale, the potatoes too, everything is badly seasoned and completely careless. The vegetables taste like canned food, the pasta is totally overcooked… Nothing is nicely presented. Every dish is absolutely basic, more boring than what you’d cook at home. If there’s ever something special like tacos, only a tiny amount is made, and only the very first guests at the buffet get any. As another cost-cutting measure, the trays with the slightly better food are often empty and refilled very slowly. Real, fresh food like fresh orange juice is not all inclusive.. I was worried I’d gain weight on vacation, but now I’m not concerned at all. I’m just glad if I can find something I can force down without disgust. And it’s not just me—everywhere people are leaving large amounts of food uneaten because it tastes so bad. You have to find a table yourself, depending on luck and speed. Often you end up searching for quite a while. Some of the staff are unbelievably rude. Once, when we were still sitting at our table just 10 minutes after the end of meal service, they simply cleared away everything left on the table. Today, when I wanted to get a coffee, the same waitress came from the side, shoved her cup under the machine in front of mine, and didn’t even acknowledge me. The free drinks are the cheapest sugar syrup mixes imaginable. The so called wine is mixed in a mashine from concentrate, water and carbon dioxide. The hotel itself is pretty run-down. In our room, the balcony door rattles nonstop in the wind, as if an angry wrestler were trying to break in. The bathroom smells like sewage, there are no shelves in the closet below 6 feet to put things away, and on the balcony there’s no way to hang anything up to dry. In the bathroom, there’s only a bar way up above the toilet. When you shower, the water from the shower/toilet combo runs right out into the room. I don’t know what the cleaning staff actually clean, but the floor is clearly not part of it. The "fresh" towels are damp, I try not to think about it too much. The way to the “restaurant” is very long, since it’s in another building next to the hotel. You have to walk through blazing sun to get there. The room safe costs €3 per day. The tourist tax (€10/day) is only accepted in cash. The only positive aspects: the beds are comfortable, and the beach is great. But the beach also comes with a caveat: several times a day an old guy recklessly shoots through the swimmers and snorkelers with his boat to pick up victims for his boat tour. That's an accident waiting to happen. When I think of the vacation we had last year at the Palladium for the same price, I want to cry! This hotel is an absolute scam!

Filthy - Steer Clear. We stayed for 1 night in August 2024! Do not book if you want an enjoyable holiday! So, it was the first holiday abroad (all-inclusive) for me and my eldest son in 16 years, my younger twos first holiday abroad and my first solo holiday with my children. I wanted it to be special but the start was far from it. We arrived around midnight to be greeted in a clean hotel reception with friendly staff and were shown to our room. The first thing we noticed as we walked through the complex was the awful smell of sewerage and that smell continued into our room. As soon as we turned the lights on we saw the disgusting state of our room (507). The two single bed mattresses were extremely dirty and stained, so much so me and the youngest two slept on the double bed and my eldest spent the night sleeping on top of our two suitcases! The door frames and skirting boards were rotten and the bathroom seemed grubby and the supposed recent makeover incomplete. The vents were dirty. There were ants in the room and bathroom. We couldn’t help but notice another smell too. The next day (my Birthday) we complained and were offered an upgrade at their sister hotel. We went to visit and whilst the other hotel was amazing we decided to stick with the Sunrise Hotel, after they said the mattresses would be replaced. We spent the afternoon in the pool (it was pleasant but the metal guide/handle into the pool was insecure and wobbly). We then explored the food - it was basic and not to our taste or expectations, not helped by the awful sewerage smell. The drinks were watered down and warm. The smell seemed to intensify when visiting the onsite shop - which my kids renamed the stinky shop. There was not enough sun beds and the ones there were clearly needed replacing. We went back to the room (the mattresses had not been changed) to have a shower to find it did not work correctly - water was coming from the tap but the mixer part did not work. My eldest then decided to see what his other smell was and pulled out me of the cabinets out to find this awful mess (see photo) which looks to me like human baby poo! That was the final straw and we were upgraded to the other hotel and then managed to enjoy our holiday. Sunrise did say they would get the manager to come and look at the room but this didn’t happen. The photos you see on the website are nothing like the room we had (apparently a superior family room - it definitely was not & if they class it as that I’d hate to see the standard version)! It is false advertising. The beach was attractive but there was the awful smell. So my advice is steer clear! How can they run a hotel with such disgusting poor standards?! The only good thing is them arranging an upgrade to a different hotel.

3rd time of staying at The Sunrise and each time we stay it only gets better. Beautiful hotel with a stunning view and on the beach. On arrival we had a plate of fruit and a bottle of wine waiting for us in our room. The staff are really lovely and extremely helpful. There are 2 pools and a separate bar for over 16s only if you like it a bit quieter. The food is amazing and always plenty of choice. We always come for the Greek Easter and the restaurant was done out beautifully and everyone joined in The Easter celebrations together. For us it's the perfect place to stay for our holidays, I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel. Looking forward to our next visit already!

What a holiday! From the second we walked through the door we were welcomed so well all the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The pool and bar area was very nice and relaxing including an optional beach bar and area which was a massive bonus. The food was amazing which included local cuisine which we loved! The rooms very clean and nice sea views and even gifted with wine and fruit on our first day! William is the best bar man in Greece always very friendly. Definitely reccomend to anyone looking for a lovely getaway me and my girlfriend had the best time!

Where do I start...let's start at the beginning. When I checked in, I had to pay €70 in tourist tax. This was a shocking amount and apparently the cost coincides with the star rating of the hotel. I went into the restaurant to have lunch whilst my room was finished and cleaned. As I sat down, the food was cold and there were ants on the table. If the restaurant were outside, I could forgive this, but it wasn't. The food at lunch and dinner was always cold throughout my stay, it didn't matter whether I was there when the restaurant opened or an hour after, it was cold. Moreover, the food was repetitive, BBQ ribs 3 times in a week. It was bland and flavourless and it was stuff I can get at home. I had a chicken nugget for lunch and it tasted funny so I opened another one and it was grey. The chicken was grey 🤢🤮 When I stay in a Greek hotel, I expect Greek food; spanakopita, souvlaki, yovetsi, but there was only one "Greek night" where they did Gyros. The Gyros had more onion and bread than meat. If you want decent Gyros, you would have to leave the hotel and walk to a taverna 30 minutes away towards the aquarium. My room overlooked the generator for the hotel. When I booked a "land view" room, I was expecting to see a garden, not a cliff side with the generator on it. When I had a shower, I noticed that the floor was covered in black mould. It was vile. The shower was luke warm. The WiFi was only available in reception, the main bar, restaurant and roof pool, it didn't stretch to my room and I was lucky if I had 5G signal so I was completely cut off from everyone at home. The cleaners didn't clean anything whilst I was there. I would leave the sign on the door that asks for it to be cleaned, and all they did was make the bed and give fresh towels. None of the surfaces were cleaned, the back mould was evidence that they didn't clean the shower and they didn't give you fresh sheets. The hotel staff allowed the stray cats to wander the corridors, meowing at all hours of the night. The hotel staff, barring a few, were rude and obnoxious. There was an objectively good looking barman who would just slam my drink on the bar and when I said "thank you" in both English and Greek, he would just grunt at me. The power went out one night, due to the weather, so the generator started, and where did I say that generator was? Right outside my room. It sounded like the Russians were coming. I always take ear-plugs with me which protect against 27 decibels and I could still hear that generator with the ear plugs in! The "entertainment" every night was repetitive and boring. My first night was bingo where you could win a cocktail (because even all inclusive guests had to pay for cocktails). The prizes should have been an experience on the island or a cash prize or something but a cocktail? Then there was a lot of "dance nights" just pithy discos. As mentioned earlier, there was a Greek night where we got to see traditional Greek dancing and that was good and worth seeing, however other than that there wasn't anything great. The "entertainment team" were nice people, however they would change the activities last minute. I was expecting a music quiz one night and it was changed last minute to another "dance night". I can honestly say that I hated every minute of being in the hotel. I enjoyed the activities outside of the hotel (the ones that weren't cancelled due to the bad weather). I don't know who gave this hotel a 4* rating -maybe it was the ants- but it doesn't deserve it. I will never stay in this hotel again and honestly, I doubt that I will ever visit the island again.

We had a Bungalow here and wi-fi wasn’t working!!! So, some bungalows have a wi-fi, some don’t. It’s weird because hotel’s wi-fi works even when you eating in near by restaurants but doesn’t work in it’s own bungalows lol I guess it just can’t reach that point where bungalows are, but hotel itself has good connection. There is a lot of steps in hotel and around. That whole area is pretty hilly, but beautiful. There is another thing I don’t understand - Breakfast is delicious, a lot of choices and perfect food, tasty! Stuff is friendly! But there is no control over who’s eating, they don’t check if you paid for breakfast when you go to eat, which kind of made me feel like an idiot paying breakfast in advance and everyone just comes eating it lol Hotel is clean, you have people working on it every day. It’s right next to many beaches and bars! Pools are clean! They have shows going on at night, traditional dancing, or free gambling for cocktails. Always someone different. Pretty fun! Cocktails very delicious. Christos is the guy that should be a manager there, he is born for professional service and managing situations.

Overall the stay was okay, but definitely not a 4 star hotel. The staff were very friendly, both at reception and in the restaurant and helped us with what ever questions or minor requests we had. The view is quite stunning and the location I guess okay, considering the island. There’s quite a variety of restaurants and shop within walking distance; same goes for beach. There was a surprisingly good variety of dishes for dinner and not all drenched in oil. Lots of vegetables and good options at the salad bar. Really appreciate the amount of fruits as well. Some activities planned every night, so that was a bit of fun. The downsides are firstly the rooms. They are in dire need of renovation, as a lot of the furniture is old, walls/ floors chipped, old moldy looking fixtures. The doors also ancient, not sound proved at all so one can hear everyone passing corridor, talking and most annoyingly, dragging luggage at 6 am. Indeed, the wifi signal is almost non-existent, could barely get some signal close to the balcony.

Had an amazing holiday here!! We were welcomed by staff and they helped with our bags up the stairs and also down into our room! All staff are amazing(reception, bar, restaurant, pool and entertainment)especially the entertainment team Mattia, Margherita and Zoe who made us laugh non-stop! They are all very polite and friendly people who definitely made the holiday and hotel experience a lot better, trying their best to keep everyone entertained… just a shame about the equipment that they have been provided with in the evening as it was a big struggle for them to use and breaks up a lot when using the microphone. The views the room with a partial sea view and in the hotel is beautiful and food is okay too, definitely not for the more picky eaters. The room we were in was alright and did the job it just needs a refresh with the bathroom/shower. The WiFi did not work in our room but it did on the balcony and around the hotel. Overall had an amazing experience (again mainly down to the team at this hotel)!!!

The hotel is quite good, actually very nice. The rooms were cleaned every day. The only downside is that the food was more or less the same, there wasn’t much variety in the dishes. Other than that, everything was excellent, and the view was wonderful. From the room you could clearly see the bay and the sea.

A pleasant experience. I’ll start by talking about the good parts of this hotel, because overall I was left with a nice impression. 10/10 for the view – the sea can be seen beautifully from many parts of the hotel – from the dining area, the lobby, the rooms, and the pool. The complex is very large and they have golf carts to move around, since it’s located on a hill. They have 3 pools – the 2 adult ones are big, have an amazing view, and are very beautiful, and the children’s pool is just as nice. The food is varied – it doesn’t excel, but it’s not bad either; with so many options, you always find something to eat. The staff is nice, especially the Asian staff. At the resort’s gate, there is a bus stop. Less strong points, or things I disliked and think should be improved: The fact that the water is not drinkable – it’s horrible, and we had to buy bottled water daily from the market below. That wouldn’t be such a problem, but not being able to have a glass of water at breakfast because the only option available tastes awful is unpleasant. The beach is quite narrow and very poorly maintained – rocks, dirt, the sunbeds are pretty dirty and not well-kept. It’s nice that there are so many cats, but more attention should be given, because some of them are sick, and they were roaming around the dining hall between people’s feet and near the plates. Since it’s such a big complex, I imagine it’s hard and expensive to maintain, but some aspects deserve to be improved – for example, certain details in the rooms – semi-broken or dirty doors; shower gel dispensers that come off the wall

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Aeolos Beach Resort – Corfu We stayed here in September 2025 with our two young daughters and had the best family holiday ever. The resort is beautiful, with a private beach that’s perfect for kids, lovely pools, and breathtaking views. Our girls’ favorite part was the golf carts driving around the resort – such a fun and convenient way to get around! The restaurant had delicious daily options, always fresh and warm, and the snack bar and bars were great for drinks and light meals throughout the day. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We can’t recommend Aeolos Beach Resort enough for families, couples or friends – unforgettable memories and we can’t wait to return!

Booked via Jet2 holidays, 05/10/2025 - 12/10/2025, £814pp, my partner and I. What a great hotel. Yes it's a 4 star and it's not top end luxury, so don't expect an experience like it. However, the value for money here can't be ignored. The facilities, to the food, to the staff, all exceeded my expectations. When we arrived the reception was swift and efficient, lovely people and explained the map of the hotel and where our room was. We paid the hotel tax for the 7 nights which came to £61.12. Room - I'm sure we got a free upgrade as the room was quite a bit bigger than expected. Lovely Aircon and balcony with a great size bathroom - full shower and bathtub. The only downsides were that it was a bit tatty in some places, like the door frame, we had no window in the bathroom for ventilation, and the room wasn't equipt with a smart TV, just basic channels. These are all minor niggles that aren't that important to myself anyway, but would've been nice to have. Food - A great selection and variety within the main buffet. Also 2 a la carte restaurants included for free within your stay. Breakfast, lunch and dinner we had no complaints really, again for the price, we couldn't fault it. Fresh food is served, with local specials. The feta was unreal. Breakfast gave traditional items like bacon, beans and eggs. There's something here for everyone. Dessert selection was ok - you know what to expect for a 4 star. Don't bother with the burger hut, absolutely awful. The star of the show here was their bread. All made fresh, in house, each day. Was to die for, especially when making a bacon sarnie. Location - This is where the hotel excels in my opinion. One of the best situated places I've stayed in. Views from the hotel were beautiful (check my profile on here for all the pictures), has it's own beach section, bus stop right outside for a 20 mins travel into the old town. There's so many positives here to list. We were blown away by the views and setting. Definitely a highlight for the both of us. Facilities - We mainly stayed at the relax pool, which was right next to our room (room 1108), and it was perfect to chill. A little bar next to it for drinks. We didn't test out the others, but walked around and they looked really nice too. All the bars served drinks, albeit not all premium or top quality, but this didn't bother us in the slightest. The cocktails my partner enjoyed and the coffees are great too. Overall can't complain. All the staff around the resort were great, so friendly and helpful. My partner had a couple spa sessions during our time, and she said that one of the lady's was on her phone while giving the massage, looking at social media. Also, she said that the massage therapist ended one of the sessions a little early. Overall verdict - I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants the perfect place to explore Corfu and the old town; alongside relaxing and decompressing. Don't have the mindset of a perfect 5 star experience, because you won't get it. It offers amazing value and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. If the niggles don't bother you like us, you will greatly enjoy your stay. Thank you to the team at Aeolos for making our stay wonderful. (They even gave a bottle of wine with sweets as it was our anniversary).

Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful experience at San Antonio Hotel + Spa. From the moment I arrived Kate, Lazlo and Ifu were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a stunning view. The housekeeping maintained everything perfectly during my stay. Breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options. I especially appreciated the hotel’s convenient location but peaceful and relaxing. Overall, it was a perfect stay. I’ll definitely be returning to San Antonio Hotel + Spa and recommending to friends and family.

I would like to thank Shaira at reception and Smriti at the Cafe Morac who was so helpful and went out of her way to help. I sadly miss her coffees. The food had so much choice and being gluten free they accommodated my requirements, I did not go hungry at all. The seafron and centre is within a few minutes walk. Would Definetely stay here again

Common areas are well maintained, decorations are really nice. However the rooms lack in comfort and cleanliness. The rooms are outdated in riwo section at least and smell like old. The beach beach club facilities are nice and well maintained. Staff are very polite and helpful. Food lacks a lot in quality and taste too, most of the food was processed and had no real flavour to it.

Get your vaccinations up to date! Live birds fly in and out of the restaurant, eating the bread and sitting on the bowls of food! Nothing has been cleaned, the sun beds are covered in Sea gull poo....the concrete floor is covered in stains from beer and juice. The main lights around the pool are covered in seagull poop and they regularly drink from the pool. We had to give up with the hotel food as it made us ill so we ate out every night and needed a cab as it's in the middle of nowhere. Oh and to get to the other pool, you have a long walk across the bridge over the busy road and there's a railway track going between each half of the hotel complex...

Avoid! No way should this be marketed as 4 Star Hotel. No luggage porters, no room service. Rude and unhelpful reception staff! Loud music plus games and competitions from 10 am to 10 pm daily round the pool. Food average but a decent choice. Restaurant staff were excellent, however the Maitre D was unwelcoming and rude. . The water park is a dreadful treck over a motorway-style bridge. All in all more like a holiday camp than a 4 Star hotel.

I went to this hotel’s spa expecting something at least decent… and left wishing I had never set foot in there. The changing rooms were literally flooded with water, as if they had decided to install a swimming pool in the middle of them. Slippery floors, soaked towels… an absolute mess. The “masseuse” who attended me was cold and even disrespectful, as if she couldn’t care less about the job. She didn’t speak any language properly (not even the basics to deal with customers) and, from the impression I got, I’m pretty sure she doesn’t even work for the hotel. I suspect she’s an external hire, which might explain why the service is so awful and completely lacking any sense of hospitality. A spa should be a place for relaxation and well-being, but this one was uncomfortable, chaotic, and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it even if it was free.

The rooms, the hotel view, and the exterior scenery are all stunning. However, the food was disappointing and barely edible. From the reviews, it's clear that many guests have complained about the poor food quality, and it seems the management is not addressing these issues. If the hotel continues with this approach, it might drop from a 4-star to a 3- or even 2-star rating. Based on our experience, we believe this resort is at most a 3-star and are quite disappointed. The staff were friendly, smiling, and pleasant. We purchased an all-inclusive package, but were surprised to find that we still had to pay for certain drinks, ice cream, snacks, and some non-alcoholic beverages. Additionally, a swim cap is required to use the indoor pool, which is an extra cost not covered by the all-inclusive package. We expected that with an all-inclusive plan, such amenities would be included so that guests could enjoy their stay without additional expenses. The resort may be suitable for families with young children (ages 1 to 8/9), but if you are traveling without kids or with older children, it may not be the best choice. We expected more from this resort and are very disappointed. Even though we are still here, we won’t be returning and cannot recommend it.

Fantastic Stay at Grand Muthu Oura View Beach Club! From the moment we arrived, our experience was excellent. At reception, we were warmly welcomed by Barbara, who was polite, kind, and incredibly helpful—she’s a real asset to the hotel and set the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel itself is huge and beautifully equipped, offering everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. There are multiple pools, a well-equipped gym, and direct access to the beach, which is absolutely stunning. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for our needs—but I have to admit, most of our time was spent enjoying the beach and pool areas. The food was excellent and offered plenty of choice. We had breakfast and lunch every day at the Aqua Bar, and both were consistently tasty and fresh. In the evenings, there’s the Jac Restaurant, which serves a huge buffet with something to suit everyone—available every night and well worth visiting. We also tried the themed restaurants throughout our stay: Piri Piri (Night 1): Delicious and full of flavour—highly recommended. The Grill (Night 2): Nice, but my least favourite of the ones we tried. Teppanyaki (Night 3): My absolute favourite! A fun dining experience and the food was outstanding—don’t miss it. Tapas (Night 4): The only one I didn’t personally enjoy. Indian (Night 5): Fantastic—packed with flavour and beautifully prepared. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the Grand Muthu Oura View Beach Club to anyone visiting Albufeira. If you need assistance, seek out Barbara at reception—she’s fantastic and will guide you through everything, including exploring the wider MGM collection of hotels.

Definitley not 5 star. Rooms need a major overhaul and looking nothing like the booking we made. Was told all rooms come with single beds and doubles aren't available. Slowest elevators I've ever encountered so you better have your walking shoes on if you want to get up and down to your room quickly. Can't fault the location, very little noise with the strip being close by and great for beach front access.

This hotel is not really 5 star, maybe more like 2 or 3 star. Food is very basic, not much choice. They say cocktails are available, but staff don’t seem trained to make them properly. Bar staff were not friendly, no eye contact, no welcome. One bartender, Diego, was unbelievably rude. I had to speak to management at reception. They said they will look into it, but I am not sure anything will happen. Rooms are old and need renovation. No entertainment at all. I can accept simple food or old rooms, but not bad attitude from staff. If someone doesn’t want to do their job, maybe this is not the right place for them. DISAPPOINTED. Not suitable for families, better for stag or hen party groups. If you are in holiday with kids, I recommend avoiding this hotel.

Not 5-Star Quality – Poor Conditions and No Deposit Refunded I stayed at the Grand Muthu Oura View Beach Club and was very disappointed with the overall experience. While advertised as a 5-star hotel, it’s honestly more like a 3-star at best. To begin with, I paid a €100 (£90.04) deposit, which was supposed to be refunded on 15/07/2025, but I still haven’t received it. I’ve followed up with no response from the hotel, which is unacceptable. The condition of the room and facilities was far below what I expected. Doors had visible holes that had been poorly covered over, and the bath was stained. The pool wasn’t even on the same property—it was located in another complex, which wasn’t clearly communicated. I was also placed in a completely different complex of apartments, not the main hotel. While walking back from the beach through the hotel at night, we saw numerous cockroaches, and our balcony was infested with ants. Worse still, when we checked in, the ants had already entered the kitchen inside the apartment. The lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, pest problems, and poor communication—not to mention the missing deposit—made this stay very frustrating. Definitely not 5-star standards, and I would not return.

This hotel is an awful. The facilities are extremely dated. We booked a standard deluxe room and at check in were told we received a complimentary upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment was dirty, and dated. The hallways are dark and the hotel has no character. We were able to change rooms but even that room was dated. No character and there were dead bugs in the light fixtures. It also smelled of sewage during the day in many areas of the hotel. The drinks were watered down and the food was not good. The best thing about this hotel is the location and the pool.

Great staff, waiters and bar staff seem to work morning till night! Special shout out to Keya and Jehu, always a nice welcome and friendly chat. Jess from entertainment team really tried to get us to join in but we were there to relax, but she was good at her and job and friendly. Really enjoyed food good selection and lovely fresh salads. The beach is not a beach to rekax on, full of stones and boulders, but once past the large rocks was lovely clear waters. Pool is lovely. There are bars and restaurants around 10min walk and nice coastal walk to viewpoint. I would recommend a visit to coral bay beach nice sandy beach and beautiful clear waters.

This hotel is advised as 4 star but sadly it is at best an average 3 star by Irish standards. The hotel is in need of a major update and is very poorly maintained in some areas. However, the pool area is fabulous with views of the Mediterranean are breathtaking. We were always able to get sunloungers and umbrellas not matter what time we visited the pool. Make use of your balcony to watch the amazing sunsets. Rooms are large but again dated. Beds and pillows especially fall short in the comfort department. Food is buffet style and is good overall. The drinks menu is limited and what is on offer is of poor quality, especially the beer and wine options.There are no international drink labels on offer at the bar either if you wanted to upgrade your drink to your usual tipple from home. This proved to be a major barrier to our travel group enjoying their evenings in the hotel. I don't drink alcohol and found the soft drink options to be fine. We had a few minor issues during our stay which were dealt with immediately. The staff are hard working and friendly. Rooms above or near the nightly entertainment will be disturbed by the noise. Overall the location is the major draw for this hotel, the pool was amazing. If you can overlook the faded grandeur of this hotel it is a good option for pool lovers and is close to the main strip and a short distance from Coral Bay beach.

I had a lovely break from start to finish! We arrived late at night on 27/07/25, after 10 PM. Even though dinner time had finished, Loretta at reception kindly offered us dinner. She is such a lovely and welcoming person – thank you, Loretta! All the hotel staff were professional, caring, and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard – thank you to the housekeeping team! Both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were clean and well-maintained. My son and I also really enjoyed using the gym and sauna – everything was fantastic. The food was amazing – honestly some of the best I’ve had on a holiday. I felt completely relaxed and was able to make the most of all the facilities, which meant a lot given how busy my life usually is. This was truly one of my most unforgettable holidays. A very nice hotel that I would definitely love to return to!

A little feedback on my stay, a great hotel! A top welcome! Welcoming waiters! Especially Best, Jehu and Mariana, big favorites, they are great! The super friendly cleaning staff! Nothing to say! The only shame is that in the evening you can hear the music quite a bit from the hotel room... and regarding the meals, a little more variety would have been great, but it's still super good, so not too disturbing. Otherwise, having booked on Booking.com, we were told there was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, but on site there isn't all that... it's a shame... but otherwise GREAT

The hotel has wonderful facilities and potential; the staff seemed to do their absolute best with what has been offered to them. The stay was pleasant albeit that there are some down sides… Waiters were wonderful. The pool is continuously cleaned and the grounds are maintained but THE HOTEL IS VERY OUT OF DATE … there is alot of maintenance that needs to take place, polishing the floors, vacuuming the carpets (appalling), sliding doors don’t close nor lock; the elevators are absolutely disgusting… the entertainment was enjoyable as they really tried their best to keep the guests happy. The hotel store is extremely overpriced- All in All this Hotel needs to be Updated.

The room was very nice with a balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food at the beach was good. Drinks at the beach and pool bar were always fast and good. On the day we arrived there was hair and pieces of glass on the floor. There was no shower gel. We left a note for the cleaning lady and asked at the reception. We received it 2 days later. The luggage room is always open and unsupervised, so be careful.

We are halfway through 10 nights at the Ramira. I will make this review very simple. Good points, the staff are exceptional. A big shout out to Militaldis and all the staff. Militaldis you are hilarious and make everyone happy. The rest of the staff are all happy, from the cleaners to the management. The food is tasty and there is a good selection of drinks. Booking the A la carte restaurants is easy. The entertainment has been good. The hotel is easy to negotiate, every area is within a minute walk. The rooms are a bit dated, but are spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. Nice sea view from our sea view room. The fridge is restocked and the cleaners are excellent. Nice pool areas. Free safety deposit box, good wi fi. I will state again the staff are wonderful and the hotel has a lovely vibe. Bad points - none. Keith & Kim

It may not fully meet the 5-star standard, but the food is decent and the hotel is clean. A big downside is the lack of heated pools, which is noticeable on cooler days. I am very satisfied with my stay at the Mitsis all-inclusive hotel. The service is excellent, and the food is delicious. I have already booked two stays for next year. The only issue I encountered was the lack of consideration for non-smokers on the terrace. Even when it is marked as non-smoking, the signs are not very noticeable, so some guests still smoke there, and the Mitsis staff do not intervene. I would appreciate it if the hotel could make it clearer that the area is non-smoking.

Oh yeah! I remember this hotel when we used to stay for one week on the 24th of August 2009. Absolutely shocking n horrible on the first day when we arrived. Our room n there was old fashion n outdated furniture made from the 90s couldn't lock the balcony door. Hundred of fairy flies all over in bathroom. We have been complaints n the next day, they offer us to move to another room which is feel more safe n secure. But room is still outdated n old fashion n no air condition.. Food in the hotel restaurant absolutely awful n bland n same everyday. Orange juice is not juice, it's made from orange powder. Fizzy drinks at the bar Coca-Cola n Fanta are fake brand. They are not the same as you can tell the taste difference when you buy from shop. Some spirits are poison. Beers alcohol have water down Our daughter when she was 13 years old n she saw a cockroach came out of salad bowl in the hotel restaurant. After 3 days later, We fell ill n diarrhoea. We did not been to restaurant in the hotel. So we went out of our hotel n went to different restaurants n was absolutely lovely food. Cockroach everywhere n even dead cockroach floating in the pool. Hard to find a reception staff. Most staff looks really fed-up n can't be arse to help.. Absolutely shocking n horrible hotel overall. HOTEL FROM HELL ☠☠🤬🤬 P.S... We did want to go back home after 3 days but no flight available on that week..

A tired and dated holiday complex that needs some updating. The WiFi is almost non-existent and this makes electronic communication difficult. There is a problem with the gulls that gather around the swimming pools and this will prevent a return. The food was good in all restaurants and the hotel rooms a little dated with old Tvs and dated bathrooms. The management is poor and hard to find, with the reception personnel lacking in basic hotel service needs.

Well, it’s cheap and the location is pretty great. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The rest is pretty much abismal. It is very run down and old. Seems like there where no updates and maintenance since the 90’s or something. I don’t know why some reviewes say the food is good because it is awfull. Almost no choice, everyday the same stuff and it is just very very bad. Seriously, you only take the all-in for the free booze and nothing else. In the room, almost everything was broken and moldy. So if you don’t care about quality whatsoever and just want a cheap stay, this is the place for you :).

My Wife and I have just returned from a 10 night trip to Agadir for our first time. We have nothing but good to say. The room was spacious, modern with fridge safe smart tv, shower room with powerful hot shower and all facilities you would hope for. The room was cleaned daily and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Towels were changed daily and bedding when required. You could pretty much get food all day from 7am breakfast. A good range of fruits,cereals,breads and the chef would prepare omelette or eggs of your choice. Fruit juices and lovely Moroccan mint tea plus choice of other teas and coffee. Lunch was a huge variety of foods all beautifully cooked and nice and hot in the serving turines. Once again chef would be cooking fresh sardines on the bbq or a variety of meals. Totally spoiled for choice with desserts from homemade cakes, biscuits, ice cream or fruits. Evening meal was usually themed ie Moroccan night with a variety of tajines and flavoured rice. Fish day consisted of beautiful king prawns cooked on the bbq and a choice of other local fish. The soup was served at evening meal and always piping hot. One of the things that made the holiday for us was the animation team. They work so hard and always keep a smile on their faces. During the day they have poolside activities getting the willing to join in with Zumba water aerobics and dance classes. Great fun and then in the evenings a show in the theatre. So professional with staff members joining in with staff from South America for the Salsa night. I would like to say we had a favourite show nigjt but they were all brilliant. Once the show was finished a nightcap at the poolside bar which closed at midnight and if you want another drink you can go to the bar near reception until 1am. Moroccan day consisted of dressing up and Moroccan dance lessons. We also went to Moroccan cooking glass where we were taught how to make a chicked tagine. Very interesting and mad fun by Omar. When it was cooked we all got to sample the delicious tagine. Reception staff were polite and helpful and money exchange was available but a better rate achievable 5 minutes walk to the money exchange. Located directly on the beach promenade outdoor earing was available which was lovely in the mornings watching agadir wake up. The beach was kept spotlessly clean by the beach attendanbyplenty of beds

If I could give 10 stars I would 😊 Experienced travellers. Everything was perfect and so much more. From arrival to sad departure the staff are amazing. The food was so varied, BBQ, a full beef rib, fried local fish, and the fresh fruit and salad was even different every day. Entertainment…these guys have their own theatre with cabaret every night! Yoga, aqua aerobics…. these guys never stop. We’ve never gone to the same place twice but 100% we will go back.

*Room: When we arrived, we were given a room with a sea view for the first night, although we had booked a standard room. The reason was the nearby disco, which plays loud music until early morning. The next day, we were moved to a room with a pool view, and that's when we truly understood the noise level. There was loud music playing all day, not just in the evening. *Cleanliness: The room was generally clean and towels were changed daily. However, on a few occasions, one of the bath towels was missing and we had to request it from the staff. *Food: The food was tasty and varied. Each evening featured a different cuisine (e.g. Moroccan, Latin, etc.). However, during breakfast, there were often long queues for eggs or omelettes, which required some patience. *Spa: The spa was not included in the all-inclusive package. We booked a 2-hour Berber massage for €30. Out of the total time, about 15 minutes were just quiet relaxation, and the massage itself felt more like gentle stroking than a proper massage. We tried it twice – the first session was slightly better, but still quite weak overall. *Location: The location of the hotel was excellent – many interesting places and attractions were within walking distance, which made exploring the area very easy and enjoyable. *Beach: The hotel has a private beach, which was clean and well maintained. Beach towels were provided free of charge.

We had a great stay at AluaSol Ibiza in early September. We booked an upgraded sea view room and the views are the best that we have ever experienced - with complete sea views! The bed was oriented within the room so that when we drew back the curtains all that we could see was the beach, sea and blue sky - an absolutely perfect start to every day. The breakfast was excellent - a huge selection. The evening meal was good but there was a limited selection for myself as a vegetarian. The staff were 5* and so helpful. The pool was well situated although I think in the peak months getting a lounger may have been an issue - we had the upgraded separate sunbathing terrace so no issues with getting seating there and it had it's own pool which was a nice touch. The area was perfect - not too busy but enough to do in the evening - walking around the bay was lovely at sunset. We will definite return. My only slight niggles were that the floor in the room needed to be replaced and there was a glass door on the toilet which didn't reach either the floor or the ceiling. The room cleanliness was better than five star hotels that we have stayed in - the sheets were changed twice even though we had only booked a five night stay!

Our room was cleaned every day. The food in the buffet restaurant was delicious & we had a meal at the ala carte restaurant which again was lovely. We will definitely return to this hotel x

My partner and I have just spent 8 nights at the hotel. What a fabulous place to stay. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.. Jasmine and Fatima in the restaurant are fantastic. If you have dietary requirements they were so helpful. Gluten free foods they take you round and show you everything that is safe to eat. Thanks to Jasmine for the gluten free cake and explaining what they can offer. Entertainment was brilliant and something for everyone.. Food was very varied and perfectly cooked . The pool area plenty of spaces and is very clean. Good sized pools. The beach is just outside of the hotel and the sunrises are breathtaking. Overall a lovely hotel in a lovely resort we will definitely be going back .

Loved everything about the hotel. Staff were helpful and cheerful. Rooms very clean When we did have a problem with the loo it was mended straight away. Could get a sunbed but the usual problem of towels on the beds not used till afternoon. Food good,lots of choice. Everything was clean and shiny Entertainment was excellent (apart from the weird female Elvis impersonator . But that was maybe just us and our taste)The girl organising day and night entertainment was very good. The only thing wrong were the bar ladies loos. Some were too tight to even get in even though I'm small. . Would definitely go back

We had a 2 week stay. It has a very good location for watching harbour traffic and restaurants for evening meals if not half board. Bedrooms were comfortable but not very attractive, eg. no pictures on walls. Duvets were not inserted into duvet covers. We had to do that ourselves and when bedlinen changed duvets again were not inserted in covers!!! Dining room staff were very pleasant and helpful each morning for breakfast. Staff in reception were not as pleasant, especially when we checked out. The staff member never enquired if we had a pleasant stay, was everything okay or said "we hope see you return in the future". There was a good selection of food for breakfast and dinner, perhaps it put out a bit early as one evening the cold starters and meats were put out around 6pm for service at 7pm. Roof top area was lovely and well used by guests.

Roof terrace with its spa pools is nice, a good sun trap. Food was good in the restaurant with a decent selection.

We have been staying at this hotel for the last 5 years. This year, there is a distinct change in the air with an emphasis on turnover through the likes of Jet 2, rather than the personalised and attentive service we have had previously. We experienced a serious booking error where the hotel told us on the day before we left that we had overstayed by a night and to add insult to injury, an employee entered the room whilst we were out and left the door open with all our valuables in sight. We could not recommend the place now, if quality is a primary requirement.

The rooms are comfortable and stylish, the pool and rooftop hot tubs both have bars, although the main lobby lounge/bar is a little soulless. A few rough edges this time around - our window not quite latching properly, some of the hot tub jets not working, but it's still a great place to stay with fantastic access to Cales Fonts around the corner

The weather the second week in May was unseasonably cool, and the hotel was cold. It was often difficult to find staff for service in the bars, especially around the pool areas. Nice hotel, but it surprised me that a five-star hotel has no complimentary water, coffee or tea??? We even have to “borrow” the water cooker! The comforting points are personnel: great staff at reception and restaurant! The buffet breakfast and dinner are at average level... not to compare with other five-star hotel we’ve stayed!

One of the best experiences in Spain. Incredible service by Bernhard (10 star), he really cared to make sure we are happy I thought he was the manager from how hospitable. Hotel is not bad (building is old and they have tried to modernize it, rooms and building a 3 star but the breakfast makes up for everything. Especially when you are on a long drive ahead. Pool area is amazing almost like a Vegas style beach with lots of space and cabanas. I gave this place a 5 star review because the price of the night stay of 68 euros wouldn't even cover the price of the breakfast in most places. So the value is amazing. Would highly recommend it as a 5 day escape from everything and anything.

We stayed in this hotel 3 nights, beautiful hotel and surroundings. Rooms were very clean and up to a high standard, staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke very good English as well. Hotel is up on the hill so it was a bit of an issue going there and back to town/beach but we got used to it, car would be a good option there. It was about 10 minute walk to the beach and promenade. The pool near the hotel was very clean and big enough. Excellent place to stay.

The hotel makes a great first impression – the exterior, lobby, and grounds are clean and well-maintained. After a long 12-hour journey, we arrived around 1am, it was nice to be offered something to eat at that time however we arrived to a room with poor AC, a clogged bathtub, and a faulty door lock. It took multiple visits to reception the next day to get a room change. The new room was better, but both rooms showed signs of wear and tear. The biggest issue throughout our stay was the inadequate AC – old systems made it hard to sleep comfortably. We also experienced ants, faulty lighting, dusty wardrobe shelves, and patchy WiFi. Pillows did not smell fresh and cushions had an unpleasant smell, they need a wash. Another downside was the cleanliness of the douches in our bathrooms – most had a green residue from not being washed thoroughly, while the douches in communal areas were spotless and shiny. Food-wise, the all-inclusive buffet offers variety, but after 13 nights it became repetitive. It would benefit from more diverse and flavorful options like Indian, Chinese, or Mexican dishes. Drinks options were good (non-alcoholic), delicious pina-coladas. Restaurant staff, chefs and waiters were lovely and accommodating. The animation team (especially Chico and Ramos) were fantastic, providing great activities for both kids and adults, though the evening program could be more streamlined as there are long waits between the kids and adults entertainment. The pool and beach facilities were clean and convenient though you do have to wake up very early to reserve a bed. Sometimes there is a wait for the lifts which are very small and only hold 6 people at a time. The spa experience was underwhelming – the space lacked ambiance and upkeep, no candles, the massage bed looked down onto rusty screws, relaxing music kept cutting, though the massage itself was okay. You have to pay to use the Jacuzzi, which was freezing cold! Not enjoyable at all, when I addressed this with the spa receptionist she made excuses that during hot weather they keep it cold even though it was not a hot day. I even advised her others had complained of the same. She asked when I was leaving and when I replied the next day that was the end of the conversation. So a real lack of wanting to put things right demonstrated. Spa was a real disappointment. Overall, this is not a true 5-star hotel, but is considered by locals as thee best hotel in Mahdia. It’s good for families and couples, we would come back but we’d recommend a shorter stay and now we have lowered our expectations of the place, it may be more enjoyable next time.

We had a wonderful time at the Iberostar El Mansour in Tunisia. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was always fresh and absolutely delicious! The activities, especially the aqua gym, were so much fun big thanks to the amazing animation team, especially Ramos and Mario, for keeping everyone entertained. The reception team was very helpful and attentive special thanks to Mohamed for his assistance. The beach was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the waiters were extremely attentive and polite. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is great, we are very satisfied. We stayed for 11 days in July. First we got very large room on the fifth floor but we change it because it was loud (central ac) than we got on the first floor and it was very nice and quiet. Great stuff, great people, very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The entertainment was great, specially yoga guy and Maya from mini club. She is great with kids. Our daughter loved going to the mini club and disco. The beach is beautiful and the sea also with a lot of shells. We highly recommended this hotel.

Do I have something to add when you see ratings and the number of people who wrote a review?! I want to thank Ramos, Ydan, Donna and Sahara first of all then to all other stuff from hotel for an amazing service and hospitality. Food is amazing and I really appreciate that we had every day something from Tunisian cuisine. Rooms and cleanliness are at the top level and THE VIEW - oh the view. The view is to die for. Beautifull wide open sight of the sea! From the bottom of my and my wife’s heart we want to say BIG thank you and we hope that we will meet again! ❤️

This was our second visit, and once again it was an amazing experience! The hotel, food, and service were all excellent. Warm greetings to all the wonderful staff a special thanks to Mr. Fares from the Beach Bar and Ramos from the animation team for his great energy and kindness my son Adam is asking me to take him back to Ramos !!. And a big thank you to Mr. Safoine from the kitchen for the welcoming smile and the preparation of our table for 10 persons every night and to all chefs for the amazing food ! We’ll definitely be back again soon
