The room layout was perfect for our family's needs. The breakfast is excellent! Housekeeping seemed to rush through our room each day, but we had most of what we needed. The kitchen did not have any utensils but was otherwise stocked well enough for our needs. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Our kids had fun in the arcade. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel's rules of quiet time between 11pm and 7am were really nice as we were not disturbed and were able to rest. The beds were comfortable and they offered a variety of pillow options on each bed. The location is close to the Disney parks and relatively close to Sea World.

Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and great value.
However, I called ahead to add my family's names on the reservation so they could get into the room. I was told everything was taken care of. When they arrived, they were not allowed in and there was no record of my previous call.
Manager George was sarcastic, condescending, and very unprofessional.
A real shame because the rest of the stay was wonderful, but we will not be returning and I would advise you to stay at a different Staybridge Suites nearby for similar nice rooms, but hopefully better customer service.
I would also note that the hotel is not in a nice location. It is basically in the parking lot of a 7 eleven next to an empty construction site. It does feel unsafe at night.
You can definitely get a more high quality experience for a bit more money, and I regret not doing so.

The location is wonderful. Especially if you want access to Disney. Less than 15 minutes to Disney and about 30 minutes to Universal. Staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were of good size and value. The only pitfall was that the housekeeping was inconsistent. They would forget to replace towels and paper products. Sometimes they would forget to make the beds in one of the rooms or clean one of the bathrooms. The breakfast was good and there was a varied selection. Overall, for the value I would stay again.

We went to Oldtown to see about showing my classic car in their Saturday night cruise. The hotel was perfectly located!. Our room was beautiful with a full kitchen and so many perks! I was disappointed though. It was Easter weekend and the pool bar didn't open until 5pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. A lot of people staying there were disappointed that there was no lunch available until 5 pm. Most used Door Dash.
The morning breakfast was awesome! The buffet had a tremendous choice and the food was delicious!

Do not stay there. First I made a reservation months in advance. When checking out I was told that the rate was higher then what my confirmation says. The front desk got rude and would not even look at my confirmation . So I got charge $292:00 more. I had hairs in my gravy and told them about it. The lady that served it didn't even have a hairnet on. The next day still no hairnet. They have signs posted for quiet hours of 11 pm to 7 am.well staff was pushing carts and making noises past 1:00 AM. Someone went in our room when we were not there. The smell of perfume was in the room. We did not have maid service or maintenance request. How ever told the staff about it and tells us that no one went in the room. So if you have concerns they will stick up for their staff and make you look like a liar. I ask for a handicap room and I was told they had none available. I had a problem getting in the shower and climbing over a tub. They do not care about you. They only worry about MONEY . Another thing they do put notes on your door every day about wanting to do housekeeping. When there is a sign you put on the outside that you don't want the service. There were also smell of weed and people smoking in hallways so any rules are not enforced. The carpets look like crap and looks like they have never been clean. So if you walk on them with out shoes on you will have black on your feet. Some of my issues were brought to the attention to management but he sticks up for his staff. Don't waste your hard earn money on this high price place. Wade Michael you are not telling the truth especially about the staff does not work at 1 AM and beyond. Cause I haved seen them and had talk to them. Another thing about the my confirmation that I try to show the front desk and they would not look at it. Further more I still had to pay my credit card company the money you charge me. You need to check into what I am saying. You just sticking up for your staff and then make up lies.
