The worst hotel I've ever been to. It doesn't even deserve 3 stars. We went for three days for my husband’s birthday, left after 1 day, despite the fact that we were not refunded the money. The hotel has an unpleasant smell, there is mold in the rooms!!! The saunas in the spa sometimes work, sometimes they don’t work, the tennis court is dirty, to get rackets you have to run all over the hotel to look for someone who can give them out, the net is torn and old. In a 5 star hotel we were given toothpaste only upon request, what??? The furniture is old, everything is broken in one way or another. The food at the hotel is not tasty at all and there is no variety. The only good thing about the hotel is the staff, everyone is always ready to help and very friendly. I do not recommend this hotel, take care of your health.

I recently attended our company event at Pullman Resort, and I must say, it was a delightful experience overall. The event took place in their spacious and well-equipped ballroom, which boasted excellent speakers and a high-quality screen for presentations. Additionally, the provision of snacks throughout the event was a thoughtful touch, keeping everyone energized and engaged.
Dinner at the main restaurant was satisfactory, but not outstanding.
Rooms were cozy, spacious, with a breathtaking view of the sea from the balcony. The cleanliness of the bathroom and the consistent availability of hot water added to the comfort of the stay.
We enjoyed a two-day stay, with a memorable experience booking the volleyball court. However, water sports facilities were a bit far from the resort, located at Turtle Beach, requiring either a walk or a buggy ride to reach.
Overall, the ambience and stay were positive, despite minor inconveniences.

Cooking class for the kids was great! My kids enjoyed it tremendously and told us to take them there whenever we had the time. A really cool and different activity that enables kids to explore the fun in more activities other than playing in the playground and look up to their elders. It also gives them a chance to experience what their elders do from day to day. A really good and engaging experience overall.

Pretty decent hotel . Furniture and carpet looked a bit old. children pool is nice but a little unsafe as if left unattended children could fall in adult pool .hotel need to attend to this issue .
Got free upgrade of room . Beach is located opposite to hotel . They provide buggy. Overall all decent experience. Might not really visit again .

My stay at Pullman Resort was a mixed bag of experiences during my one-night visit from April 28th to April 29th. Let me break down my observations:
1. Reception Experience: Walking into the hotel, I was greeted with genuine smiles at the reception. Mohammad, the reception manager, went above and beyond to ensure we got the best rooms available. His kindness left a lasting impression.
2. Room Condition: While the rooms were spacious, I couldn't help but notice signs of wear and tear, including some mold. It was clear that the rooms needed some maintenance.
3. Dining Disappointment: Dinner was a letdown. The spread was bland and catered to a limited palate. Being Indian, my options were severely limited, and it was evident that many other guests shared my frustration. The chef's attempt to accommodate us with a 2 additional dishes was appreciated, but it couldn't salvage the overall poor dining experience.
4. Breakfast Buffet: Breakfast offered a much-needed reprieve with its delicious spread. However, the lack of proficient restaurant staff was evident. It was disappointing to see breakfast service abruptly ending at 10:30 am without any warning or assistance from the staff even though a number of families were still having their meals. I went to take a coffee at 10:31am and the restaurant had already closed the coffee machine??? That’s not a 5-star experience at all. Usually at 5-star hotels the staff informs each table that the buffet is about to close. Nothing of that sort here.
5. Pool Maintenance: Despite the refreshing pool setting, the sight of bird droppings at the bottom was off-putting. It was clear that the pool needed better maintenance to match the hotel's standards.
6. Jacuzzi Facilities: While the Jacuzzi was relaxing, the separate facilities for men and women felt unnecessary and somewhat restrictive.
7. Beach Access: The beach was a highlight of the stay, with its clean facilities and easy accessibility via frequent buggies. The Beach is not directly connected to the Hotel.
Overall, my experience at Pullman Resort was just okay. Despite the warm reception and convenient beach access, the shortcomings in room maintenance, dining quality, and service standards left much to be desired. It didn't quite live up to the expectations of a five-star property.
