Though we are expats in the UAE who works for more than a decade here, it is our first time to visit this hotel. I can say that this place is a haven to most people who lives in the urban area where smoke and noise pollution is very rampant. Hampton by hilton by far is one of the most promising hotel here in the Emirates. I might compare it to the other hotels we have been too. The staffs are all so friendly. Special mention to Mr Carlo in the front desk, Ms habiba and Ms Nadi in the restaurant and our resident house keeping at 3rd floor were all so approachable and very kind. We would surely comeback on this place as overall stay was very satisfying. From the very spacious and neat rooms and corridors, wide variety of foods serve in the restaurant, nice and relaxing pool and beach view and all the amenities. Everything was so exquisite that we wanted to more extend our stay! This place is not only recommended for family but also for group and company outings or if you just wanted to escape for the noise of the busy city and wanted to relax. The value of the price is morethan worth it. Kudos and thank to all the staffs! This is definitely not our last time to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! All the staff deserve special thanks — everyone was very respectful, attentive, and always ready to help and guide us. The room was great, and we were upgraded to a sea view, which was such a pleasant surprise! Housekeeping was done every day, and upon request they brought us towels, dental kits, and anything else we needed. I would also like to highlight the hotel’s amazing entertainment program for both adults and children. Special thanks to the animator Ahmad and Karina from the animation team — they created such a great atmosphere. I would also like to mention the receptionist who checked us in, the reception supervisor Mohamed Abdel, the recreation supervisor Alexander, and the housekeeper Nora and the waitress who kindly brought me ice when I burned myself— thank you all for your care and attention! The hotel itself is very beautiful, the food is varied and delicious, and the beach is clean. Our stay here left us with only the best impressions

We stayed for two weeks in September 2025 at the Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island. The staff were absolutely wonderful – friendly, polite and always trying their best. Unfortunately, their great service can’t make up for the hotel’s serious shortcomings. Throughout our stay, the entire pool area had a strong smell of chlorine and sulfur, making it almost unusable. Our room (629) did not have the promised sea view, but only faced the water between the island and the mainland. The food was very repetitive – every day the same dishes: chicken, beef or fish in sauce, mostly tasteless. Cocktails were artificial and most drinks were served in paper cups, which is simply not acceptable for a Hilton hotel. The hotel’s own promo video shows table service, colorful cocktails and even a beautiful jetty reaching into the sea – none of that exists here. Bottom line: Fantastic staff, but poor management and obvious cost-cutting everywhere. ⭐ 2 out of 5 stars – for the team and the location, but overall disappointing.

Stayed at the hampton by hilton in October with my wife and 2 young children. It's a lovely hotel, staff are great. Very very clean, food great etc. Can't fault it. Location was good to go and chill out. We went into the city which took an hour and a half in a taxi to see the city. Ideal holiday for a chill out week. Recommended.

I had a fantastic stay at Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Beach Resort. The location is stunning, with beautiful private beaches, excellent facilities, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, offering great comfort and breathtaking views. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service, especially at the bar. Nil, the bartender, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always ready to make the best drinks with a great attitude. He truly elevated the experience with his professionalism and warm personality. Overall, I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing hotel and resort - well equipped for families. Room is so clean and has great amenities - thank you Thaw for your services. The pools are really clean and although the hotel was fully booked, we were able to always find sun loungers. The food as set this hotel apart from others we have stayed in - there is plenty of choice for vegetarians and a great choice for kids too. Even the fussiest will have ample amounts to eat. Kids club was also great and our kids (3,4 and 5) enjoyed going there. Thank you to all the staff for always going above and beyond. A memorable first big family holiday.

I’d say it’s great value for money because this hotel has so much to offer for everyone. There is so much to do, with 9 pools (we tried 4), even a 24/7 pool, kids activities, indoor activities and so on. There is also a good pool bar. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We lost a key once, and they helped right away with no charge. They also provided a late checkout. The main restaurant is massive, with a good variety of food that tastes great. The atmosphere at the hotel is amazing. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and highly recommend it. If you plan to visit, get here early so you won’t miss the fun.

Beautiful resort! We had all inclusive ,food was great, drinks available in all resort restaurants were so nice. Special 5*goes to the beach bar CIDER and very nice barmen Aarish who took great care of our group and kids. Check-in was super fast and it took less then 5 min,we even got room earlier,also late check out. 😇 Kids and Teen room are just perfect! 10/10!! Highly recommended 🥇

My group of friends had a nice staycation at this hotel. It's absolutely luxurious, and the buffet breakfast was totally amazing. We enjoyed all the amenities provided during our stay. We rented a villa that accommodates four people and had a really lovely time here. Kudos, and we're waiting for a good price to visit again.

In early October 2025, we had a rest at the BM beach hotel with a group of friends. And we were greatly and pleasantly impressed. The hotel is neat, clean, the staff is polite and friendly. I would especially like to express my gratitude to the lifeguard Ahmed for his professionalism and constant good mood, which he shared with us. We all had fun together and didn't worry about our safety thanks to Ahmed!!! I would also like to mention the excellent work of the animator Memo, who organized great shows and kept us all entertained throughout the day.

Great hotel with exceptional service! What truly sets BM Beach Hotel apart is the hospitality and helpfulness of its staff. Special thanks to Hazem, Mohammed, and Mizan, though the truth is that every single staff member was genuinely friendly and kind. Everything was fine. The hotel is developing dynamically. A swimming pool was built on the beach. Repaired rooms, dining room. I especially want to note the work of the reception service. I had a wonderful stay at Cove Rotana. I got an early check-in and initially stayed in a standard room, but it felt a bit congested so I decided to upgrade to a sea view room. It was worth it, as I enjoyed amazing views of the pool, lagoon, and beach right from my balcony. The food was nice with plenty of variety, and the resort has three pools with different views plus a mini waterpark. The main pools close early, but the village pool is open until 9 pm, which was perfect for a late swim. The sunset spot was beautiful, especially around low tide at 5 pm when you can see it up close. The hotel is huge, but the buggy service makes it easy to move around. With many restaurant options, a gaming room, pools, and great views, the resort had everything I needed and I didn’t even feel like going out.

Our stay at The Cove Rotana Result was an enjoyable and relaxing stay once we had upgraded to a Club Member all to the thanks of Nabin who works in the Breeze Bar. This came about on the first night when we were ordering drinks and he recommended the upgrade noting that we didn’t like the house drinks. Ahmed who was the beach attendant who worked at the Club Members beach area was amazing. He was very professional and within one day he knew our requirements. Always had a friendly approach and nothing was ever too much. A great credit to the team. The food in the Basilico Restaurant there was always plenty of choice and the food always came out hot and freshly prepared. As a Club Member this gave you access to all the restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner. Due to upgrading we didn’t experience the buffet in the Cinnamon Restaurant but this did always looked extremely busy and chaotic. The basic all inclusive I would rate this as a four star but once upgraded this would make the stay to a five star. Mr and Mrs Hughes

Dont waste money here Its a decent hotel "5" stars is questionable but the competition isnt high The rooms are ok Not five stars The facilities are ok... Not five stars The service is definitely not five stars I booked a weekend get away to escape dubai and i made sure to get the premium all inclusive so i can chill and enjoy however it turns out it doesnt include many things simply as a red bull or even room service so u need to go to the restaurants to get food but u cant have it delivered to ur room. Such nonsense. Might as well order careem delivery to get ur food for u.. such waste of money and time i wish i had spent that time somewhere else. Literally for the same price you could stay in atlantis or meridian and both will get u much better customer care.the crew doesnt seem to care much they can promise to call u back and they can easily just forget. u have to keep following up on ur request . Feels like too much work for a get away staycation. Which is makes it ubsured i could have stayed in my house and got my food delivered went to the nearest bar for some music which would have been much better than their "DJ" on the beach. and enjoyed a much similar view and didnt have to drive all the way to rak... I dont get why is it five stars hotel if the basics arent there. Rooms are old nothing fancy definitely not luxurious. But it's clean.

Don't expect to be checked-in on time because they don't seem to have a concept of promptness whatsoever and time doesn't seem to exist in the hotel. We waited over two (2) hours beyond the check-in time just to be checked-in to our rooms—which were originally assigned and designated already. It would've been understandable if our rooms weren't pre-assigned and secured to our name in the first place. The rooms should've been ready for us and it should've been a smooth check-in—but nope. None of that. They wouldn't even care if you have activities set for the day and if your time is wasted. They offered for us to be checked out late the next day—as if that weren't an unspoken privilege and as if that's going to compensate for anything at all. For all the time that they've wasted. They could've done so much better. Could've. But I guess not.

One issue after another. At time of check in (I requested earlier than standard 1500 hrs), asked to wait 15 to 20 min which turned into a 50 min wait. Room was nice but washroom sinks blocked and flushed out water. There is only boiling water. Upon complaining ( after sorting water flood issue), told engineering will sort out boiling water issue which wasn't addressed. At night, the lights not turning off and switches malfunctioning. Had to call engineering again to rescue the situation. To go to beach, you have to take electric cart (~4-5 min walk) where people don't wait for turns and it's on first to grab basis. The experience continues for now .... All staff is polite and helpful though till now.

Our recent two-day stay at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah was truly one of the best experiences my family has ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special and welcoming. Right from the security team’s warm greetings to the falcon welcome at the entrance, we knew this stay would be unforgettable. The reception team’s politeness, efficiency, and genuine smiles immediately set a positive tone for our entire visit. The resort’s atmosphere was simply magical — every corner of the property encouraged us to relax and enjoy every moment together. The swimming pools for both adults and kids were exceptional, perfectly maintained, and full of positive vibes. The Kids Club deserves a big round of applause — the staff there were absolutely amazing, keeping the children entertained with fun games and activities. My son was overjoyed to bake his first batch of cookies, proudly wearing a little chef’s costume — such a thoughtful and heartwarming experience! When it comes to the Food & Beverage team (Qasr Al Bahar), I must say they were exceptional. The team was humble, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and cared for. A special salute to the Filipino manager, whose kindness and attention to detail made us feel as if we were being served by family — truly a “motherly” touch I have never experienced in any restaurant before. From the security staff to the housekeeping team, everyone carried a genuine smile and a spirit of hospitality that made our stay even more memorable. We recently had an incredible weekend staycation with our family. My two kids thoroughly enjoyed the splash pad, kids’ pool, and kid’s club. The in-room dining was also fantastic. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the beach was beautiful. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Diksha and Kian from the front desk were particularly attentive and made our stay feel special that we can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at the Waldorf RAK was a welcome short break for a 3 nights. Arriving 2 on Friday we had access to the pool amenities whilst they finished cleaning our upgraded room. Once ready they called me and we went up to a wonderful room overlooking the pool. The room was spacious and had a fantastic bathroom. The walk in shower was great! The hotel wasn’t busy so finding space by the pool wasn’t a struggle. We spent most of the day lounging in the sun. In the evenings, we booked ahead for the Lexington (Friday) and Uni (Saturday) both were fantastic. Sunday however the options were more limited and so we gave the buffet a try. It was Arabic themed and was - compared to the two previous nights dining - a bit of a let down. Fortunately Mondays breakfast reminded us of the good bits. A few pointers - the coffee in the breakfast was hit and miss, mostly miss. If you like your coffee use the nespresso machine in the room. - happy hour (by the pool then the restaurants) are definitely worth taking advantage - if only to take the edge of the price a little. - instead of the buffet Sunday, try a late meal at the Italian near the pool. - take shoes to the beach. It’s quite a walk and full of sharp shells. Right now there is some construction going on as they retrofit the residences. So there is noise. Not deafening but notable. Whilst it was great - I’m only giving it 4 stars - we stayed at the Waldorf in DIFC a month prior and it was ja notch higher. Nonetheless a great hotel, with great staff. Go if you like old school decadence over modern chic

Latepost: ✌️ Our company booked our JAM Summer Outing at this hotel from Sep 2nd - 3rd (2025) & honestly, it’s 1 of the coolest 5 star hotels I've seen. 🏆 Hotel is huge & has a really fancy vibe. I didn’t have a single complaint coz their service was fantastic. 👌 All the staff we met were super friendly, smiling & really helpful. My room was great as everything I needed was already there & their toiletries were branded. 🎉 I esp. loved the big bathroom/toilet as it was super clean. The hallways are wide & lifts are easily accessible from anywhere in the hotel. Our CEO booked for almost 25 rooms for all of us who decided to stay overnight at the hotel while some of my colleagues went home after dinner at Lexington Grill & Bar. We also had a great time at the breakfast buffet. 💜 Again huge thanks to our company's owner for letting us experience this getaway at such a awesome hotel & to all the staff too huge shoutout! 🎉 Oh & I almost forgot, we also enjoyed water activities like jet skiing & speed boat rides all paid for by our MD. 😍 We totally recommend this hotel as u won’t regret staying here. Gonna miss hanging out here & it’s gonna be a perfect memory for me 🙏

We had a wonderful stay at the Waldorf. This was our third visit, and it remains one of our favourite hotels in the UAE for staycations. The rooms are beautifully finished, spacious, and very comfortable. It was our daughter’s birthday during our stay, and we truly appreciated the extra effort the staff put in to make it a memorable day and evening for her. Special thanks to Mohamed Emara and Xavier for their exceptional service and for attending to all our requests — they really made our experience special. We dined at both the Lexington and Umi restaurants during our three-night stay. While the service at Lexington was slower than we’ve experienced on previous visits, the food was still enjoyable. Umi, on the other hand, was excellent — both the service and the food were outstanding, and we had a thoroughly enjoyable evening there.

From the moment we arrived at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort, Al Marjan Island, everything was absolutely perfect! As soon as we entered Al Marjan Island, we were already amazed by the stunning views — and the resort experience made it even better. The front desk staff were extremely welcoming, and the lady at reception was so kind that she even upgraded our room without us asking. The room we received had the most beautiful view and was spotless, well-maintained, and cozy. The breakfast buffet was excellent with so many delicious options to choose from. We also really appreciated that they allowed us to extend our stay for a bit longer, which made our trip even more memorable. Overall, this is hands down one of the best resorts we’ve ever stayed at! We stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island – and it was absolutely amazing! 🏝️ The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer stunning views of the Arabian Gulf. The staff is polite and always ready to help, making you feel truly cared for. The highlight is definitely the huge beach and warm sea, perfect for relaxing and forgetting about everything. The food is outstanding – a wide selection, fresh and delicious, from breakfast to dinner. We especially enjoyed the themed evenings with cuisines from around the world. There’s also a wonderful spa and a waterpark for kids – so the stay is comfortable for both families and couples. This hotel left us with only the best memories, and I would love to come back again!

We recently had the pleasure of enjoying a one-day stay at this beautiful resort, and though it was short, it was truly memorable thanks to the warmth and professionalism of the staff. From the very beginning, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The Front Office Manager, Mr. Bibin Abraham, demonstrated exceptional customer service by accommodating an unforeseen request and a special mention goes to them for arranging a surprise birthday cake for the toddler in our family. This thoughtful gesture added a personal touch to our celebration, and we are truly grateful for the effort that went into making the moment so special. Moreover the excellent service continued right through to check-out, where we were warmly assisted by the courteous and professional Duty Manager, Ms. Durptee Kajle. I recently stayed at the Hotel to celebrate a special anniversary with my wife. I had specifically communicated in advance—via both email and phone—that I wanted some anniversary decorations in the room, even if it involved an additional charge. I also requested that they arrange a massage appointment and a few other small services to make the day memorable. Check-in Experience and Room Condition To the hotel’s credit, the early check-in process was smooth and efficient. We appreciated being allowed to enter the room ahead of the standard time. However, once we stepped into the room, we were quite disappointed to find that none of the requested anniversary decorations were in place. There were no balloons, no celebratory touches—in short, nothing that we had arranged in advance to make the day feel special. Service Shortfalls and Amenities In addition to the missing decorations, we noticed that some basic amenities were not replenished in the bathroom. For example, we found no body lotion and no shower gel available, which are standard even for a regular room, let alone a premium upgrade. Given that we had opted for a premium service level, this oversight was particularly disheartening. Overall Experience and Cleanliness Issues While we tried to focus on enjoying the day, the lack of promised preparations did put a damper on the celebration. To make matters worse, after we eventually received a small cake from the hotel, we discovered it was covered with ants. This was not only disappointing but also raised concerns about the room’s cleanliness and attention to detail. Conclusion In summary, while the hotel had a good check-in process and we did our best to make the day enjoyable, the service fell short of what was promised and expected. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously to improve their service for future guests.

I would like say special thanks to Mr Abhilash and Mr Krishna who had helped me with my car. They were very cordial and helpful..kudos to them...!!! Your staff is well trained and takes good care of the guests. However, being a vegetarian the food selection fot lunch and dinner was extremely unsatisfactory. There were no deserts as well. So I was not happy with the food if I have to be honest. And if this will help to get improvement at your end for your future vegetarian and vegan guests! There are many vegan, egg/gelatin free deserts which xan be easily made by good chefs. It was very disappointing to see it wasn't vegetarian friendly coming from a prestigious resort! Also it was repeat of dal for lunch and dinner. The dinner dish of potato /bittergourd dish was repeated consecutively for 2 meals. Just a suggestion, if you can have a look at how lapita resorts take so good care of vegetarians - probably you can get some views. It wasnt worth the money we had to spent.

This is the finest resort I have ever visited globally.World-class amenities, numerous pools, restaurants, bars, and fresh shows and entertainment every day.Everyone, from infants to adults, is well taken care of. The highlight of the resort is its all-inclusive nature!!!!The buffet spread is absolutely incredible and of top-notch quality. The beach and ocean are crystal clear. Riding a jet ski is a must-do! I believe anyone wanting to unwind with their entire family will be spoiled and pampered in the best way possible. I rate this resort a perfect 100 out of 10.....

Fantastic hotel, exceptionally clean staff work 24/7 cleaning and making sure guests have an amazing stay. Hotel is beautiful and rooms are huge and cleaned to a very high standard daily! Nothing is too much trouble and guest satisfaction is top of their list. Only gripe would be how busy the restaurant becomes... it is far too busy and the a la carte's were impossible to book for us, we didnt get in once! Special shout out to Abdul at the pool bar for his friendliness and all the staff at the isla bar! We cannot wait to return next year, absolute paradise!! Thank you!

Unbelievable location, excellent hospitality from start to finish. We stayed in a chalet room and it was beautiful. Food in ULA was fantastic at night and the setting on the water was lovely. The staff were so good in there and looked after us. Also special mention to Jimmy on the concierge he was fantastic no job to big and has a real good rapport with guests. Thank you guys we’ll be back again soon.

Just gonna be honest here for a 5-star hotel, the in-room tissue quality is so bad. They leave lint even a easy swipe Also, the corridors and lobby smell off. No way this feels like a 5-star place. Check-in was kinda a letdown, but to give credit where it’s due, the supervisor fixed things quickly. On the plus side, The beach staff and restaurant servers were all super friendly too My room had a sunset view, def one of the best parts of the stay. Overall? Great location, but the value’s just not there. If you’re a family who loves doing kid-friendly stuff and don’t care too much about fancy accommodation, it might work. But if you want proper 5-star vibes, you’ll probably be let down.

The hotel offers an international cuisine menu, which is a nice touch for variety. However, the quality of the food doesn’t quite live up to expectations. Some dishes lacked freshness, and flavors were inconsistent. While the presentation was decent, the overall taste and quality left room for improvement. It’s a fair option if you’re not too picky, but it could definitely be better.

Average resort. Room was spacious. Location was good with greenery and beach side. Room service was poor. Food was average. Not much activities. The water near the slide was very cold during December. Lot of cats near the room and restaurant.

In the first experience of anything, the first impression is the most important. The reception staff were polite, welcoming, smiling, and this is very important. The receptionist Hazem was wonderfully hospitable, since we arrived early, he upgraded our reservation directly so that we would not have to wait until check-in time. The location is great, close to the sea, well serviced, they have good options for rooms and accommodations. The room cleanliness is poor and the service is slow. We asked for the sheets to be replaced immediately, the room to be cleaned, and the towels to be replaced. Only the sheets were replaced and the towels remained the same. We asked for water to the room, they provided water the first day but the next day they did not respond to our request.

A great place for a vacation or a getaway. The rooms are nice with a considerable walking distance from other facilities like the restaurant and the pool. They have an entertainment show every night, and a lot of games to play next to the beach (volleyball, ping pong, huge chess...). The food isn't that good and shall be improved. The staff are very nice and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms can be improved as well since the cleaners just wipe the floor, they don't really clean the room or even change the bedsheets.

Had a superb stay with my family at the hotel - the biggest highlights were the room sizes, breakfast selection and the kids waterpark - had a great canopy covering the park from the sun so we could all spend a good amount of time there, wife and I also had fun on the slides. I am very disappointed with Hilton this time. I visited for a night stay and the room was sea view on 4th floor. The toilet was smelling very bad. I had to call them 3 times for someone to come and check. Later, they came and said that they applied chemical. It was just normal toilet cleaner and the smell remained once the smell of toilet cleaner eventually faded. It was smelling the same for the whole stay and really is unexpected and unacceptable from a brand like Hilton. How could they be so irresponsible allocating such rooms to visitors without addressing or fixing the issue. Apart from this, which spoiled my experience in rooms we enjoyed and had great time.

Yesterday me along with a couple of my friends went to the hotel for a private official event. The security agent there asked us in an interrogative tone regarding our visit and told us that the event is over. He wasn’t even taking up our car for the valet. Somehow we entered the hotel lobby after telling him that we will check it out ourselves, he followed us and asked us TO LEAVE the hotel as the event was over. We called our event manager and it was pretty much going on. This is absolutely rude and disrespectful. These people are divisive based on your appearance and monetary appeal. I deserve an apology for this. HILTON, take note.

The worst Experience in my life, Staff are very rude and have Ego, They are not welling to listen epically in the restaurant (almarjan team) like you are pigging from them, the restaurant not organized the food repeated, the menu not serving all nationalities the food cold I saw residents holding food from trays with no spoons and no one stop them, they came to my table more than 4 times while me and my family eating to count us in very bad way with no respect . I requested Birthday cake for my husband 11am they told me OK at 10 pm they told me can we postpone it chef needs 3 hrs to finish it Rooms with no hygiene kit and room. They really disturbed my vacation. Not recommended at allllll
