Amazing hotel, great food with even better staff, which is really attentive and willing to help. Super nice workers that really care about your needs and opinions. We requested a room with sea view and got exactly what we wanted! Additionally, the rooms are being cleaned daily, bottled water is provided. The pool is big and a lot of entertainment happens, but a big plus is that the lifeguards really observe and react to what happens. The hotel looks very modern, is clean and smells amazing! Totally recommend for families!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff is truly amazing – always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from every day. Our room on the 10th floor had a breathtaking view of the sea, which was definitely one of the highlights of our holiday. It’s the perfect place for both families and couples looking for relaxation and great service. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

fantastic experience. great pool and beach facilities with lots of supervised activities for younger children. reception staff amazing - they remembered my name and room number even though the hotel had hundreds of guests there. breakfast was epic. housekeeping was very attentive and accommodating. one of our rooms had a broken shower that should have been picked up on before we arrived. rooms were massive and was given a free upgrade. I would thoroughly recommend staying here. one improvement they could make is to have after dark swimming just like they have in dubai

As a family of 5 we spent 6 nights at Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island and had an amazing experience. From transfer all the way to check out, amazing services. The rooms were spacious and very well maintained, with housekeeping keeping everything spotless with always smiling staff, big up to them all. The facilities were excellent , our children absolutely loved the pool, water, and beach, while we enjoyed relaxing with the beautiful views. The buffet had a wide variety of options each day, and even our little picky eaters found plenty to enjoy. The hotel really caters well to families, offering activities for all ages and a safe, welcoming environment. Arshad, big shout out and keep smiling. To caters many thanks for accommodating my little picky eater. Above all, the staff made our stay unforgettable — always smiling, attentive, and ready to help. Amazing hotel and resort - well equipped for families. Room is so clean and has great amenities - thank you Thaw for your services. The pools are really clean and although the hotel was fully booked, we were able to always find sun loungers. The food as set this hotel apart from others we have stayed in - there is plenty of choice for vegetarians and a great choice for kids too. Even the fussiest will have ample amounts to eat. Kids club was also great and our kids (3,4 and 5) enjoyed going there. Thank you to all the staff for always going above and beyond. A memorable first big family holiday.

I’d say it’s great value for money because this hotel has so much to offer for everyone. There is so much to do, with 9 pools (we tried 4), even a 24/7 pool, kids activities, indoor activities and so on. There is also a good pool bar. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We lost a key once, and they helped right away with no charge. They also provided a late checkout. The main restaurant is massive, with a good variety of food that tastes great. The atmosphere at the hotel is amazing. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and highly recommend it. If you plan to visit, get here early so you won’t miss the fun.

Great hotel location. The rooms are nice and lots of them have a great view out to the ocean, facilities are also very good with lots of pools (most are temperature controlled) and good access to the beach with lots of loungers for guests. Lots of food options with multiple restaurants and bars - except some places don’t serve food after the early afternoon. Service is sometimes not the best at the restaurants on the beach and by the pool with it taking a long time to get menus and cutlery etc. The staff will also kindly take you in a golf cart to the other side of the hotel if you wish! Or you can of course walk it. Overall a very nice stay at the Hilton.

I had an unsatisfactory experience during my stay at this hotel. At the reception, I requested a sea-view room but was informed it was not available, even though I later noticed it being offered to others. When I asked about cancelling my booking, the staff member at the counter confirmed it was fine, but the booking amount was still deducted. When I followed up later by phone, I did not receive clear or helpful support. I feel disappointed as the process and communication were not handled properly.

First of all I will mention the good part about the hotel , Reception Employee ( Angelo ) is the best thing in this place, he helped me to fulfill my request about connecting rooms, check in & check out ,Fast and smoothly , house keeping is friendly , safeguard people are nice and they are doing a very good job excellent job actually , overall staff are friendly and helpful, however compared to price,the property is old and not maintained in good shape, you can find that out once you visit the room starting from its doors on your way & check out everything including washrooms , for example I was complaining from the very weak water pressure in the shower but it was never fixed don’t know why,so I had to take shower with bathroom bidet ! , next thing the pool was extremely dirty and green while my kids went and played there for sometime, fortunately it went okay, next day the pool access was locked and another pool was open in the next hotel ( it’s long way and we’re in August, i suffered a lot with my family to get there, moreover water slides pool is also green dirty water, which is making me wonder if the facilities were not clean, maintaining function and prepared to receive guests why would you receive guests! The cleanliness level regarding pools are very very poor, and you know, kids love to play in the pools. Overall my stay was disappointing, taking care of your guests health by making sure facilities are clean and safe is not a luxury thing to do for them. Getting everything in the room working properly even if it’s old is not a luxury thing. I was hoping my review to be better than this specially I was using the BM beach resort before it was permanently closed , it was awesome. Good luck with improving.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and found the facilities to be excellent. The property is truly astonishing, and we appreciate the thoughtful touches such as the cake, room setup, and the convenient room location (even though we had hoped for a better view, we understand operational limitations). That said, we feel there is room for improvement in terms of staff friendliness and approachability. Often, when employees appear disengaged or unhappy, it suggests that management could do more to foster a positive and cheerful work environment. A happier team will naturally provide an even better guest experience. We loved it at The Cove! From the moment we entered st the reception, the welcoming 'Shahid' made it all easy and beautiful... We knew we were going to enjoy! She was so welcoming and provided us with all our needs and wants, even the services we didn't know were available.... Everything was beautiful... The villa, the restaurants, the scenery and atmosphere, the services.... Too bad our stay was short... We'll definitely be going back for a longer stay when the weather is a bit cooler and less sunny (The very hot weather prevented us from really making use of our stay properly and making use of the VIP Package we got).. But now we know what will be awaiting us and we'll plan it accordingly 😊 But overall, AMAZING!!!

Lovely stay at this hotel although rooms are spacious, they are definitely on the older side and could do with some upgrades. Housekeeping also needs some attention or better training as each day we needed to call for towels which were taken and not all replaced. On the other hand service at breakfast, lunch and dinner was fantastic . Arjin went out of his way from our arrival to make us comfortable and provided special care and service for our baby. A special thanks to Arjin, Begoimm and Shakira for your hospitality! Kids club was also quite enjoyable for my little one and was quite welcomed as an additional activity. All in all a relaxing stay

We are staying at this hotel currently and so far our stay is extremely disappointing. Despite booking our rooms well in advance, confirming twice by email and once by phone, we were not given the rooms we reserved until a full day after arrival. This was inconvenient and a full day was wasted waiting to move rooms. The day before we were due to arrive i received an email to confirm and asking for any special request / celebrations we have, I had already given this by email but i sent it anyway and reiterated the rooms booked and our requests. We booked 3 x Two queen bed bay club room with Sea view, i was assured club room means higher floors but that apparently is not the case, despite advertising queen beds the beds are definitely not Queen beds, they are actually standard double beds. When we checked in the front desk manager explained that the rooms we requested weren’t available at the time of check in and we would get it the following day, he acknowledged my Gold Honors status and gave us all welcome drinks. When we finally got our rooms, the rooms were dirty, The bath was sticky and in one of the baths there was a dry contact lens and hair around the bath tub, the shower area was slimy, there were visible spills on the floor that had not been cleaned and large amount of dust in the wooden panels in all of the rooms we had (which means its not just a one room issue). The coffee tables and bedside cabinet both need attention in ALL the rooms, the tables are sticky to touch and dirty. I can’t comment on the other buildings in this hotel but i can for the building I am currently in, we have 3 rooms and all 3 rooms are not cleaned properly. When i got the 1st room i thought it was a one off so i left it but when i moved to the 2nd room the following day i realised the rooms standard is not the best and i needed the room cleaned properly, i had to call housekeeping twice to clean the floor and the bathroom because it was so dirty. The room was supposed to have been cleaned but it didn’t look clean at all. I am not being fussy, these are normal expectations of a normal hotel forget a 5* Hotel. It was very clear that housekeeping standards are far below what should be expected of THE Hilton Brand. The service only made things worse. Staff were always very apologetic but nothing got done when issues were raised. It took 3 calls and 2 WhatsApp messages to get someone to look at the AC not working and the douche leaking. The first visit did not resolve the issue and it took another 2 calls and another WhatsApp message for the issues to be sorted. On a positive note the Al-Marjan buffet restaurant staff are extremely friendly and professional, there is a good variety of different cuisines to cater for everyone. We also dined at the Sanchiya for my daughter’s 18th birthday. There was 12 of us and the service was exceptional, the food was tasty and delicious. Definitely worth a visit, special thanks to Rena, Jassim and Samandar who made my daughter’s birthday very special. The resort is spacious, with lots to do and there is always lounge chairs available no matter what time you go, the staff at the poolside and on the beach are friendly and helpful. We are currently staying here and we still have few more days left, We’re hoping things improve.

We paid a lot for 2 weeks but it is worth every penny. The sea view room had an amazing view of the private beach. The food in the restaurants were so fresh and different daily. I don't know how they did it but the sea was warmed up. Weather was HOT, but walking into the hotel was like heaven. We fly business class to Dubai so didn't expect too much after an experience like that but was so impressed. It's an hour away from palm but it's peaceful, perfect for our son. The pools and entertainment for a 3 year old was spot on. The thing I was amazed with was a manager on the restaurant floor helping to clear our table. Didn't get his name but respectful

Unfortunately the most beautiful part. The tower is not lightened up anymore since more then a year. The hotel was undergoing a very long renovation… now i came there today, for a nice coffee with a pretty view. To find out that AGAIN, the windows are tinted, construction is going on again. And while trying to enjoy my expensive coffee I could see, nothing. What’s going on there the last 2 years is not Waldorf like at all. There is a lot better options around for half the price.

The hotel was very beautiful and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall we enjoyed our stay. However, I must share a serious concern. Unfortunately, both of my children became sick after using the hotel pools. My daughter suffered from diarrhea for two days after we left, and my son developed a skin rash and irritation. I am confident this was due to the unclean and poorly maintained swimming pools. It’s very important for hotels to ensure proper hygiene and regular disinfection, especially in areas used by children. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the pool cleanliness to prevent this from happening to other families.

Most unbelievable resort ever!!! We’ve just returned from 10 days at Rixos Bab Al Bahr and we WILL be back! We arrived late the first evening after food service had ended and were offered a complimentary room service order so we didn’t go to bed hungry - such a nice touch that we were so grateful for after travelling all day! The food buffet was spot on for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the a la carte restaurants were stunning and the fast food cart was perfect for a small snack through the day. Don’t listen to the reviews about lack of choice at the buffet, there’s a giant selection of fresh meat, fish, veg, salad, desserts, live dishes that are cooked right in front of you! Bottomless sushi on oriental night, what more can you ask for? The service was impeccable the entire holiday, the staff here cannot do enough for you! The experience was great from reservations. Mr Mohamed hikal was very professional and accommodating. At the reception there was a new receptionist but was friendly and helpful with the assistance of another lady Ms Sara. We were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and all 3 together made this a memorable stay. The hotel is clean, the pools are big enough to fit the guests. The food quality is excellent. We had such a great stay! The service was amazing — super friendly and helpful staff who made everything so smooth and enjoyable. The villa itself was lovely, clean, and well-maintained. One small thing to note: I’d recommend booking the villa especially if you have kids between the ages of 5–13. The pool is quite small and not very deep, so it’s perfect for younger children but might not be ideal for teens or adults looking for a full swim. Other than that, everything was wonderful — we really loved the experience and would definitely come back! 💛

One of the best hotels we've stayed in so far. Overall, it was fantastic! All the staff are very attentive and friendly. From the time we arrived—valet, concierge, front desk, pool staff—our room was also upgraded to a bigger one with an amazing beach view. At ULA, we had the best dinner. The breakfast was also rich. To all the staff, thank you. We will recommend this hotel, and for sure, we will come back again.

Loved my stay here! The staff is super friendly specially Masooma always ready to help. Rooms are very clean and cozy, and the food was just perfect. The whole place feels welcoming and comfortable. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had..highly recommend! 🤌

A great place for a vacation or a getaway. The rooms are nice with a considerable walking distance from other facilities like the restaurant and the pool. They have an entertainment show every night, and a lot of games to play next to the beach (volleyball, ping pong, huge chess...). The food isn't that good and shall be improved. The staff are very nice and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms can be improved as well since the cleaners just wipe the floor, they don't really clean the room or even change the bedsheets.

Our stay at BM Beach Resort was absolutely incredible! The staff’s friendliness and accommodating nature made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The spacious rooms and exceptional cleanliness added to our comfort, making it a truly relaxing experience. The resort’s ambience is like a peaceful countryside escape, surrounded by palm trees, a beautiful pool, and direct beach access. It felt like a little slice of paradise. The buffet food was a treat, offering a wide variety of delicious international dishes that catered to every palate. The highlight of our stay was the New Year’s Eve beachfront celebration for 2025. The drone and laser shows, combined with the spectacular fireworks, were nothing short of magical. It was an unforgettable experience that made our New Year’s celebration truly special. BM Beach Resort delivered great value, great fireworks view, and highly satisfactory experience, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking memorable New Year fireworks!

The hotel offers an international cuisine menu, which is a nice touch for variety. However, the quality of the food doesn’t quite live up to expectations. Some dishes lacked freshness, and flavors were inconsistent. While the presentation was decent, the overall taste and quality left room for improvement. It’s a fair option if you’re not too picky, but it could definitely be better.

We were a group of friends who went for a short break with our kids. The person who checked us in was very rude from his very first words. According to him our kids who are 12 years old are not kids but adults. I wish he would have been more polite in telling us that kids above 12 years of age would be considered as adults or something. The way he spoke was very unprofessional. There were Bedbugs in the room they have given me. Then they offered me a deluxe room but I didn't want to stay far away from my group of friends so I went for the standard room. They promised to give an extra bed but I didn't get it. I had to sleep in a double bed with my 2 kids. They have offered 2 single beds to my newly married friends. I had to call more than 10 times from afternoon till midnight to get my charger delivered to my new room which I have forgotten at the previous room. They have moved me to a new room because the room was with bed bugs but they were telling me that they are unable to check the room for my charger because they have already checked in another guest for the same room. Very disappointing. Please make sure to check your bags and clothes for bed bugs. But I must say that Aubrey from the front office was very professional and Hanan (Bell boy) was very helpful too. It is sad that after 30+ years they are going to demolish the resort and I could understand the desperation of the staff, 200+ employees who have lost their jobs. But I hope the menagement would really take care of it's staff. Dinner was always really delicious but the breakfast and lunch was not good. My friend's daughter had food poisoning on the day we checked out and we had to take her to hospital. All in all, it could have been better for the money that we have spent.

I loved the view at this hotel. Stayed here on October 23rd. They have a beach and a pool tho I didn’t get a chance to swim since I was only there for a quick work trip. The room was clean, breakfast was tasty and the staff were super attentive. Overall, a really nice stay! 😌

Had a superb stay with my family at the hotel - the biggest highlights were the room sizes, breakfast selection and the kids waterpark - had a great canopy covering the park from the sun so we could all spend a good amount of time there, wife and I also had fun on the slides. Staff were phenomenal - look forward to coming back!

Yesterday me along with a couple of my friends went to the hotel for a private official event. The security agent there asked us in an interrogative tone regarding our visit and told us that the event is over. He wasn’t even taking up our car for the valet. Somehow we entered the hotel lobby after telling him that we will check it out ourselves, he followed us and asked us TO LEAVE the hotel as the event was over. We called our event manager and it was pretty much going on. This is absolutely rude and disrespectful. These people are divisive based on your appearance and monetary appeal. I deserve an apology for this. HILTON, take note.

I always preferred to stay because of amazing team they have, but i noticed this time the lady in reception “May “she should not handle the front area ,the way she dealt treat us we never had it before.The manager Bilal was really helpful and he managed that negative situation with her and even he gave us a complimentary upgrade. Rooms were very clean and filled all our needs ,the amazing welcome deco from housekeeping team was mind blowing , i really got happy in a way that good team still exist.Food was good too but the service team needs improvement too.

I am very disappointed with Hilton this time. I visited for a night stay and the room was sea view on 4th floor. The toilet was smelling very bad. I had to call them 3 times for someone to come and check. Later, they came and said that they applied chemical. It was just normal toilet cleaner and the smell remained once the smell of toilet cleaner eventually faded. It was smelling the same for the whole stay and really is unexpected and unacceptable from a brand like Hilton. How could they be so irresponsible allocating such rooms to visitors without addressing or fixing the issue. Apart from this, which spoiled my experience in rooms we enjoyed and had great time.
