We recently stayed at this hotel for a week and were pleasantly surprised by the amazing price of £300 each for the entire week, which truly outweighed any drawbacks. The staff were incredibly friendly and made our stay enjoyable from start to finish.
The hotel boasts lovely pools that were always clean, including a quiet pool area away from the hustle and bustle, perfect for relaxation. We also appreciated the variety of food options available at all meals, as well as the well-stocked bars offering a wide selection of cocktails. Additionally, the proximity of the beach and the punctual buses for day trips to Rhodes Town and Lindos were definite highlights of our stay.
However, we did encounter some issues during our time here. One unsettling incident occurred when someone with a keycard entered our room at 1am, which was a cause for concern. Furthermore, the lack of evening entertainment was disappointing, and the air conditioning not being turned on until June meant some discomfort during our stay. Additionally, the dining areas felt cramped during peak times, and we noticed an influx of bugs in our room due to a gap in the door.
Despite these challenges, the staff were responsive to our concerns, particularly regarding allergy labels on food, and they assisted us with dishes lacking proper labeling. However, the towel exchange policy, while understandable at three days, could benefit from a more efficient system to avoid unnecessary interrogation when requesting changes.
Overall, while there were some drawbacks, the positives of our stay, including the incredible price, friendly staff, and enjoyable amenities, made it a worthwhile experience.

The hotel is lovely. And the staff friendly and helpful. The food selection is good but it's only ever warm not hot. The food court area is the best place to eat good selection of foods and usually hot. There's also a desert section that has cakes and ice cream. Now for the not so great parts. The rooms were never cleaned properly, the maid was in our room for less that 5 minutes most days. We also had to move rooms because of some noisy young British people in the room nextdoor were yelling and giggling with the TV on at 2am they also continually slammed the door entering and exiting (the walls in this room were literally just plasterboard thick), when we asked the receptionist if we could move they sorted it out quickly and we were given a much better room with lovely balcony and views. The nearby beach is so dirty you can't use it (see my review on the beach), the hotel caters mainly for French which isn't necessarily a problem but the French are VERY rude and take it upon themselves to completely rearrange the dining room and bar areas to accommodate their group of 20 which completely blocks walkways for other guests. The waiting staff try their best to stop this awful behaviour by the French but they couldn't care less about other guests only their group. The hotel really needs to stop this ignorant behaviour and tell them that if they require a table for a large group to request it in advance! And the final bad point, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, there's no where really in walking distance but there is a bus stop nearby. Oh and one final thing DONT bother asking to play mini golf 😂

Good room service where there every day they worked hard or if you didn't want it just hang labels on the door .the room we were allocated was supposed to be garden views but was looking at the back of kitchen's with extractor fans going 24/7 after 2 days had to ask to be moved as it was ruining our holiday staff where great moved us to another room loved it made the holiday great. Good choice of food every day, shame food was often cold ,snacks during the day where good pizza bar couldn't make them quick enough people loved them especially kids, pools where great 8 of them and slides where great for the kids. Entertainment was winding down as it was late Oct. But Greek music and dance night was brilliant would go back and would recommend this hotel for families

Just come back from a weeks stay here with my sister. We were thoroughly impressed by the value for money in this beautiful hotel. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds with six different pools and slides that even the adults can have fun on! The rooms are spacious, modern and clean with fresh towels daily. There was an amazing variety of food and drinks and fresh pizza made by the pool. The entertainment staff were excellent and really made the holiday for us! The beach is only a short walk away and it is a quiet area. The only negatives were the poor wifi in the rooms (might not be like that in all rooms) so had to pay to use my data and the swimming pools stained our swimsuits yellow/green so don’t wear a white swimsuit! All in all a brilliant and relaxing week away in the sun with lovely staff and beautiful views.

We have especially fond memories of the bartender at VW Transporter Pool Bar. Thanks for drink and hints about how to beat enjoy our stay at the island!
