We had a great time at this hotel and was very impressed. Our stay from start to finish the staff were very friendly and looked after us well. Value for money you cannot go wrong, they have all the amenities including a 24 hour bar, gym, sauna and steam room available. We booked 3 separate rooms which they gave us all next to each other which was a nice gesture. Rooms were very clean and everything was as it should be, rooms decorated and finished to a nice standard. They have plenty of entertainment and activities, games for adults and kids to play as well as a kids club so parents can enjoy time to themselves if wanted. A special thanks to Anil (waiter on roller skates) who was a great waiter and lovely host for us, always smiling and happy to help. The only thing I could pick on was that they should have more than 2 irons and a stand in each room or available separately for a 200 room hotel, other than this everything was perfect. Thanks again to all the staff.

The hotel, which does not meet the 4-star standard, is old and in terrible condition, and it is not called Sirius Deluxe. The restaurant on the beach has a terrible employee who bakes Viennese waffles, does not follow sanitary standards, is rude, and behaves in an extremely inappropriate manner. Today, I changed my opinion about the hotel. The restaurants were clean, and the evening disco was amazing! Before, it was dull and sad!

I would give it a solid 4. I chose this hotel for my birthday and spent there a week. First impression was awful because reception was not welcoming whatsoever, not even a smile and yes I did expect at least a genuine happy birthday from you guys. I was working in hospitality for longer than 8 years and never seen reception staff being so nonchalant. There is only one gentleman who really genuinely tried. I was surprised by the treatment I’ve received in Spa. Angelika, bless your heart!Thank you for being so lovely all the way through our stay. Likely I wasn’t interacting with reception at all and avoided at all costs so the rest of my holiday was fabulous. We got a room facing another hotel and got really upset but then realized that only our rooms facing sunsets. Beautiful hotel and absolutely fantastic food. Guys, I can’t stress enough how happy I was everyday with the selection and those waffles on the beach took my heart. Animation team was the best I’ve seen in my life, really appreciate every day interaction and want to come back there again to see you guys! Evenings was full of beautiful show or DJ sets with fireworks. The hotel was full of people with kids but I haven’t been disturbed even once because they have been sent to the kids room or spent majority of the time on the beach and the best part is that pear can give you privacy and peace far from family’s. Overall it was really great holiday and please do go and play darts near pool, you have a great chance to meet the best people from different countries and then have a wholesome and meaningful conversations with actually very good quality beer at the bar up until five am haha Please avoid vodka and tequila in this hotel-poison… If you need atm please go out and then get straight to the main road, then turn left and walk down the road for about 5 minutes, you will see 3 different atm with good rates on the left hand side from you. defo recommend and thinking of coming back.

Just came back from a 5 day stay at this hotel with my mum and sister. It was a very clean, grand and deluxe hotel with many amenities. CONS: - entertainment team was not good. They weren’t personable and didn’t get everyone involved in activities( I didn’t see many occurring). They need to work on getting people involved and recognising guests. - Food was too repetitive. Even on different themed nights, the food was the same. Most was tasty but breakfast was boring so thre needs to be some variety with all foods at different times of the day and the desserts. Also, the “snack time” should not be a repeat of the food that was served at dinner. PROS: - The bar service. The iced coffees, drinks and bottles at all time were amazing, especially when it’s so hot outside. Only thing I wish there was more non alcoholic cocktails. - The hotel was clean and beautiful - The security was amazing especially the man with white hair, who always used to park my car. - The rooms were always cleaned well and with great additions - All hotel staff tried to help at all times. - Good location for public transport but I would recommend taxis and cars if trvavlling to main Antalya. - Shops around hotel have good prices and are friendly. Overall, a really wonderful stay that we enjoyed and can’t wait to be back!!!

Flawless top to bottom. Greeted on arrival at 2am helped with baggage, room upgraded and food/drink available at 2am for guests who arrive late. Hotel was extremely clean, from pool lobbys, beach, sun deck, rooms. Food had SO MUCH variety more than i could count as well as desserts. Unlimited drinks all day, streetfood bar next to beach downstairs. Paradise level experience. Service from team was excellent, all very friendly prompt and so so respectful. I genuinely couldnt fault this hotel even if i tried. Ahmet needs a raise, works very hard and service is amazing- true gentlemen

The hotel and rooms were clean, although sitting on the sofa bed would leave you with a bad back as it sloped from the front to the back. You could hear neighbours moving around and when chairs were moved I am sure the whole building could hear it. The beds were comfortable and the pressure in the shower was excellent. A good balcony over looking the pool gets the afternoon sun. Staff were friendly and always gave a greeting when you saw them. Important thing to remember is the hotel is at the top of a steep hill so taxi may be needed for some people.

Well where do we starts. Well it’s definitely not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are dirty with only once a week cleaning for the week even then it was just a brush round and some new towels. When we arrived who ever was in there last left everything behind. Like lotions etc the floor was dirty the shower hardly worked at all.. if you want breakfast all the hot food is practically look warm. There isn’t a bad selection. That’s if you want random things for your breakfast. With regards to the pool it is clean and warm. But don’t expect anything from the life guard who just sits in a corner on his phone. Twice this week other people dived into the pool to help kids while he stayed on his phone.. over all of you wanted somewhere to kip as a hostel this would be the place.

It is a good location and fairly quiet although it is more of a family or young group place. The pools are a decent size and it's not too hard to find free beds. We didn't use any of the entertainment or food on offer. One thing to bring up is that the self catered apartments could do with extra cleaning stuff provided and maybe rewashed dishes after the previous occupants as I had to wash all the dishes again before using them. Also, there was vomit on the pavement leading out of the compound and by the time we left there were about 7 puddles, all days old.

Fantastic hotel, extremely good value for money and the rooms were well equipped as well as modern. The staff were all very friendly, we were self catering so I cannot comment on the food at the hotel but there was a little shop on site which sold pretty much everything you could need. The pools were clean, I loved the fact that there were multiple pools, the main one having the entertainment, and then Pool 2 which was quieter and more chilled (right by our room). In terms of location, this is the only thing where the hotel suffers, as it is on the outskirts of Los Christianos - however there is a free shuttle bus to and from the beach each hour during the daytime for those who don't wish to walk the 15-20 mins. There are also quite a few restaurants and shops close to the hotel without having to walk far, my favourite being the Italian restaurant literally opposite the entrance to the hotel, definitely worth a try, we ate there three times during our stay. Overall, this hotel is well worth the money, it's in a quieter part of Los Christianos but not too far from the centre, the room was very large, bathroom extremely modern and luxurious, cannot fault anything really.

Our stay in this hotel was absolutely amazing, we really enjoyed every single part of it. The rooms were very clean, the people working here very kind and helpful and always with a smile. But most I would like to congratulate the amazing animated team that entertained us day and night, they are all so amazing at what they do. Apartments were a great size and had everything we needed for our stay. Pool areas were very nice and clean, the adult only pool was our favourite and not too overcrowded. The free shuttle bus to and from the beach was fantastic and so convenient, running very regularly. The hotel is a little out of the way so expect a 15/20 minute walk down to the main strip but it is a flat walk. We only had breakfast during our stay which was nice enough and offered a good selection of food, but the actual dining area was very chaotic. Entertainment is good, there seemed to be a lot of activities on offer for children during the day and nighttime entertainment went on to around 11-11:30pm. Drinks very reasonabley priced from the bar. On site shop also very reasonably priced and has a great variety of products on offer.

The rooms are large with a big balcony to sit on. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly. As part of being all inclusive you can get table service for your drinks, this was handy however they wouldn't allow you to go to the bar to order during busier times. Most of the cocktails were straight out of a tap, very sweet and not the greatest. You also have to wait until 7pm to be served these, although you can get them during the day at the adults only pool across the road. For the fancier cocktails you need to pay for these. The main thing letting this hotel down was the food. No flavour whatsoever and not very many options. Not good for kids as there are barely any kid-friendly options. However the snack bar had more options for kids food. We went out on our last night for dinner because we couldn't stand to eat the food any longer. If this improved I would have given the hotel 5 stars but it was a huge let down food wise.

We recently stayed and while there were some positive aspects, there were also several areas that need improvement. **Pros:** - The pool was fantastic for kids, providing a great space for them to enjoy. **Cons:** - Unfortunately, we noticed that our children kept getting cuts on their feet while playing in the pool, which was concerning. - There was a lack of kids' entertainment around the pool during the day. Unless you bring your own floats, there isn't much for the children to do. - The arcade, which was advertised, was quite disappointing and misleading in terms of what was available. - The food options for children were limited. While adults and less picky eaters might find something to enjoy, we often had to order food from outside the hotel, even though we were on an all-inclusive plan. We also found ourselves frequently visiting the on-site shop for snacks and drinks. - Bar food was only available through table service, and we had to skip lunch at the restaurant due to the limited options. - Our room, despite being part of the all-inclusive package, did not include a kettle or coffee/tea facilities, which was a letdown as many other hotels provide this amenity. **Evening Entertainment:** The nighttime entertainment left much to be desired. The kids' disco played the same five songs in a repetitive order, and while bingo was fun, it felt like other hotels offered much more engaging entertainment options. While we appreciated the cost-saving aspect of this holiday, we likely won't be returning . If you plan to stay here, I recommend bringing mosquito repellent for the evenings as well. Overall, I hope this feedback helps the hotel improve its offerings for families

We recently stayed at Lagotel in Playa de Muro and had an overall enjoyable experience. We received a warm welcome on arrival and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in early, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The staff were consistently lovely and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and came with a generously sized balcony, though we did experience some issues with mosquitos in the room and bathroom. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working properly, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable at times. While the hotel has good facilities, it wasn’t always easy to navigate. For example, we only discovered the separate adult pool on our last day. Clearer signage or a welcome guide would have been helpful. The food selection was great and varied, which I really enjoyed. However, having labels on the dishes would make it easier to know what was being served, and a few more drink options at mealtimes would be nice — currently it’s mainly wine or beer. The lunch bar by the pool was a lovely touch, though again, drink options were quite limited. I was a bit disappointed to learn that cocktails were only available after 7 p.m., as that’s usually my preferred choice over wine. Entertainment was lively and the bingo was a fun highlight of the evenings. That said, our room faced the stage area, and the loud music and noise made it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep. There’s a lovely beach nearby which is great for a relaxing day out, but aside from that, there isn’t too much to see or do in the immediate area unless you rent a car or take a taxi elsewhere. Overall, Lagotel offers a good experience, but a few small changes — like clearer information, improved air conditioning, and more flexible drink options — could really enhance the stay.

Really nice hotel with a family friendly atmosphere with activities all day for you to enjoy if you wish to participate. Choose between the great selection of swimming pools to enjoy your day. We went with the B&B package so that was breakfast & lunch taken care of with a fantastic choice of restaurants nearby to enjoy before arriving back to the hotel to enjoy the evening entertainment which is great & changes every night.

We recently stayed for 9 nights at Hotel Magic Cristal Park with an all-inclusive package. Our initial room had no phone signal, no view, and no hair dryer. However, after speaking with the manager on the second day, she was incredibly kind and responsive. While we had lunch, she resolved everything within 20 minutes and moved us to a much nicer room that had all we needed. She also explained that the hotel is undergoing renovations, improving room by room. Some may find the style old-fashioned, but that’s part of the hotel's charm—they’re preserving its classic look while upgrading the facilities. The food was absolutely amazing—many compliments and blessings to the chefs! Great variety, delicious flavors, and consistent quality throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean, and we highly recommend tipping the hardworking housekeeping staff. If you've ever worked in a hotel, you’ll know how tough their job is—they truly deserve recognition. The location is also a big plus: just two streets away from the beach, making it very convenient. Right below the hotel, there’s a mini-market where you can find pretty much anything you need, and the prices are very fair. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend Hotel Magic Cristal Park to anyone looking for a cozy, all-inclusive stay in Benidorm with great service.

We stayed for 4 nights and we had a pleasant stay. The hotel was a bit old and can be busy but every effort has been made to keep the place clean and tidy. The staff are helpful and reasonably friendly. They have an extensive buffet restaurant in 2 floors a bar where the drinks are not watered down as usually happens in some all inclusive hotels. The hotel has a big swimming pool on the 7th floor and games arcade for the children. Centrally located for the old town and bars and a 5 minute walk to the beach. I would highly recommend it if you are a budget conscious holiday maker.

The first thing I would say is avoid this hotel at all cost's my husband and myself stayed here on the 27 June for 10 days couldn't wait to go home. The hotel was full of young football teams who were left in their rooms to their own devices who had no respect for anyone. The noise from them was unbelievable going on until early hour's of the morning we asked them to be quiet it worked for 5 minutes then started again. The annoying thing was reception would not answer the phone late at night so we had to keep getting dressed to go down and complain. After all the time we complained only once did they go. We asked to be moved they said no rooms available. I know managent will say very sorry to hear this but it's just not good enough. Surely you should inform paying guests that the hotel is going to be full of young kids left unsupervised so at least we have the option to cancel. We work hard to save for a holiday this is just not good enough.

We unfortunately stayed here in June 2025 with our 3 young children. I cannot stress enough that Magic Cristal Park could not be further from how it is described on the websites! This is not a child friendly hotel. It is in a very Spanish part of Benidorm where the locals do not want to see anyone from the UK and they will happily walk into you and/or the kids without even looking around to see if they have knocked you over! It has NO entertainment for kids, the pools are on different floors and getting an elevator at any time is almost impossible. The toddlers pool is on floor 5 which offers NO snacks or refreshments at all at any time, nor is there any staff present here, other than to unlock the door in the morning and lock it again in the evening. The pool on floor 7 is very disappointing to say the least. For a start it is too deep and has no staff other than the 1 bar member who is as you can imagine too busy to see anything that might be going on at the pool. There is also nowhere near enough shade on floors 5 or 7 from the sun, which again begs why this hotel is aimed at families. The only snacks available (and may I add these are on floor 7 only) are salty, soft crisps or nuts that have been sitting out all day in the direct sunlight! There are NO ice lollies or ice creams available in either pool area. For any food (if you could call it food in this place) you must make the track down to either -1 or -2 which I will warn you, you most likely will wait a good 20 mins on an elevator coming. The food is absolutely disgusting, it is the same every day (morning to night) and you’ll be hard pushed to get a clean plate (if you brave the food) as they are not half washed with old food stuck to them! We unfortunately went with the Ultra All Inclusive and the so-called extras DO NOT EXSIT from the premium drinks, the mouthwatering food, days away, brunch by the sea, gaming experience etc. You also have to sort your own transport for the days away. We begged the hotel and our travel agent On The Beach, to move us to a sister hotel (or anywhere) but they said they couldn’t. The hotel offered a 10% refund on the £2480 the hotel cost us, which was a complete joke! They also said if we accepted the 10% offer that we would have to leave the hotel immediately! We had no choice but to stay. We had to eat out every day as the food in Magic Cristal Park was that bad (not what you book all-inclusive for).

Avoid at All Costs – Worst Hotel Experience Ever I rarely leave negative reviews, but Magic Cristal Park in Benidorm was truly atrocious. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this hotel is stuck in the past — and not in a charming way. The decor is extremely outdated, everything looks worn out, and cleanliness seems to be a complete afterthought. The entire place felt dirty, with grimy floors, dusty surfaces, and an overall musty smell. The staff were shockingly rude and unhelpful. Any questions or concerns we had were met with eye-rolls or blunt responses, as if we were a burden rather than paying guests. The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. As for the food — absolutely disgusting. Lukewarm slop, no variety, and questionable hygiene. We ended up eating out most days just to avoid the stomach-turning options on offer. Honestly, this hotel completely ruined what could have been a lovely trip. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere — this place is in serious need of a total overhaul and new management.

Food was repetitive—mostly chicken dishes every day, though the sushi on the final day was a nice touch. One man named “Sasha” offered us a “free taxi” to a place called Mr. Cheap—which turned out to be a single, overpriced store. We also got tricked into booking an expensive boat trip through him that we later found was much cheaper if booked directly at the pier. Bottom line: Don’t trust random agents in the hotel lobby. Avoid “free transport” offers—they’re usually tourist traps. Use GBP/USD for better rates and book tours through verified operators. The hotel itself was fine, but these scams seriously hurt our overall experience. Be cautious if you’re planning a stay.

We booked this holiday through Jet2 and stayed at Green Nature Resort & Spa, and I feel compelled to warn others—this was an incredibly poor experience, especially for a family traveling with a young baby. From the moment we arrived, things were wrong. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, and with a 3-month-old baby, this was a serious issue. We spent an uncomfortable first night in the heat before it was finally repaired the next afternoon. There was no urgency or real care shown by staff. Housekeeping ignored "Do Not Disturb" signs and entered our room early in the morning without knocking. This happened multiple times and felt extremely intrusive. The food was repetitive, offering quantity but not quality. Every day, the same options were served, which quickly became tiresome. The biggest issue was accessibility. Only one lift was working in the main building for almost the entire week. This made navigating the hotel with a stroller frustrating and exhausting. No support or alternatives were provided. Reception staff were rude and unhelpful, always pushing us to guest services, who were only available during limited hours. We had to queue for long periods just to speak to someone, and most issues went unresolved. But the most frightening moment came on our last day, when we got stuck in the lift with our baby. We pressed the emergency button for over 10 minutes—no response. I tried to call the reception from my mobile and was transferred with no answer. We were stuck, overheated, and panicked. The lift eventually moved again on its own, but we received no follow-up, apology, or explanation from the hotel. This was a terrifying and unacceptable failure in guest safety The tiles around the pool were dangerously slippery, and we witnessed a guest suffer a bad fall. On top of that, we saw drunken behavior and two fights break out during our one-week stay—completely unsuitable for families. There are no bathtubs in the rooms, and when we asked for an alternative to bathe our baby, staff were indifferent and unhelpful. We had to buy a paddling pool ourselves to manage a basic need. This hotel is marketed as family-friendly, but it is anything but. It does not meet the standards expected of a Jet2 property. Unsafe, unfriendly, and unfit for purpose—this was a deeply stressful experience we will not forget. I strongly advise families to avoid this hotel. At best, it’s a 3-star property, and Jet2 should seriously reconsider their association with it.

Honest Review: Green Nature Resort & Spa, Dalaman (Half-Term Stay) We stayed at Green Nature Resort and Spa in Dalaman over the last half-term break, and I thought it would be helpful to share our experience—both the highs and the lessons learned. 🌟 The Good: Friendly Staff: The hotel staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout our stay. The local taxi drivers we met were also courteous and accommodating. Pool Variety: There are three outdoor pools, including one with a few water slides, and a small indoor pool. This is great for families, though... Clean Facilities: The hotel grounds and public areas were kept tidy and pleasant. 😕 The Not-So-Great: Pool Temperature: The outdoor pools were far too cold for kids to enjoy in April. We've stayed in Antalya before where the pools were heated, so this was disappointing. Repetitive Food: While food was generally decent, the buffet was very chicken-heavy with similar dishes day after day. Sushi on the last day was a pleasant surprise. Entertainment Space: Evening shows were held in a small room that could only seat about 50 people. You’d have to rush through dinner just to grab a spot. ⚠️ Major Warning: Tourist Traps The biggest let-down wasn’t the hotel itself—it was the unauthorized agents lurking in the hotel lobby who pose as tour operators. A man who went by “Sasha” (possibly not his real name) approached us offering a “free” taxi to a shopping hub called Mr. Cheap. Spoiler alert: it was not a shopping centre, but a single overpriced store. We later realized we’d paid way more than normal prices after visiting the real city shopping area. We also got roped into an overpriced family boat trip through the same agent. It was sold as a deal, but in reality, we could’ve gotten a much better package (with alcohol included) by booking directly at the pier. ✅ Tips to Avoid What We Faced: Use Uber or ask your hotel to call a taxi for you—avoid unsolicited offers. Avoid shops that come with “free transport” offers. These often lead to tourist traps. Use GBP or USD for better bargains—rates are more favourable than Euros or Lira in many places. Great hotel! Complained to reception the safe and air con wasn’t working they came straight up to the room to help very quickly too! Our room was very spacious and we had a lovely view. The restaurant had lots of choice every night and very fresh! Lots of entertainment at the hotel and music around the pool, great location also about 7 minute walk to the strip. Will definitely visit again

This was our first family holiday. What an experience. Our first few days here was continuous rain but the hotel staff and entertainment staff made sure that didn't stop the fun. On our 4th day there wasn't a cloud in the sky and the sun was out. There was lots of entertainment, dancing, music and so much more. I 100% recommend anyone to try this hotel. If you are a foodie and like trying new things this is the place for you. Kids club has been a God send my little girl loves it and the staff are amazing. What an amazing place. X

We have just returned from a weeks holiday here,it was absolutely first class. Great location with a wonderful private beach where you can have a ride on a camel or go horseriding in the clear/ warm sea. The hotel itself is fabulous,we particularly loved the pool areas with the beautifully clean water and great sunshades. The food was amazing,so much choice and all cooked fresh. The waiters were so friendly and helpful,nothing was too much trouble for them. - in particular Mohammed,Hazim,Hossam and Mamood. In fact all the staff went out of their way to ensure we had the best possible stay. We will definitely be back

Very nice stay in Hurghada. Comparing to other hotels with similar standards offered, this one was surprisingly good. The complex is very large and offers free shuttle bus service around it. Nice standard of rooms, good variety of food and nice service. The only minus is the beach area as it is quite shallow and there is reef graveyard so not a lot of fishes to see and to swim I recommend pools. Very grateful for bartender Nader Mohamed by the Breeze Restaurant he was great and very helpful. Will sure comeback to try again drinks by him.

The food was delicious, with plenty of variety across different restaurants — we especially enjoyed the Indian and Mexican options. The beach was stunning, and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and comfortable stay by the Red Sea!

Towel Service – Non-Existent Every time I requested towels for the room, I was told they would arrive in 10 minutes. Not once did they actually arrive. I had to keep chasing staff, and it became clear that there was no intention to deliver them promptly—or at all. 2. Inconvenient Shuttle System The shuttle service around the hotel was a frustrating waste of time. We often waited 30 minutes just to get around, which seriously ate into our holiday time. What made it worse was that multiple shuttles would go in the same direction instead of covering other areas of the hotel. It was inefficient and poorly managed. 3. “Premium All-Inclusive” is False Advertising We paid extra for the premium all-inclusive experience, but it was by far the worst “all-inclusive” I’ve experienced. All food venues would close at the same time—there were no staggered openings, no snack options in between, and no 24/7 drinks as advertised. Most of the time, we were left hungry or waiting. This resort simply does not offer what it claims. 4. Rude and Discriminatory Treatment Some staff members were outright rude. By the end of the trip, it started to feel discriminatory. We noticed a pattern: white guests were greeted with smiles, served quickly, and even had sunbeds carried for them. Meanwhile, when we asked for sunbeds, we were told there were none available. One particularly upsetting incident occurred at the snack bar. After swimming, we queued for 20 minutes for food, only to be told there was nothing left. Yet, immediately after we left, food was served to a group of white guests. When I questioned this, the staff had no explanation and were clearly caught off guard. It was uncomfortable and unacceptable. 5. Lack of Transparency and Empty Promises At check-out, we were told we’d have access to a shower room since our flight was at 23:30. But when we asked on the day, reception simply said no rooms were available. This was just another lie on a growing list from this hotel. ⸻ This was not a relaxing or enjoyable stay. We paid for a premium, all-inclusive experience and received the bare minimum—accompanied by unprofessional service and, at times, discriminatory behavior. I won’t be returning and would strongly urge others to consider different options in Hurghada.

We liked it very much, the animation team was very helpful and caring. The rooms were a bit older but no problems. The food was delicious. We also really liked the program, both daytime and evening. The staff was helpful and nice. The beach was nice and clean and the staff took care of us all day on the beach and by the pool and brought us drinks.

The hotel staff were nice and the animation team were fun but other than that the price is too expensive for the quality. The air conditioner everywhere is very weak that it made the stay terrible, the Internet most of the time didn't work, the food was fine but don't expect a big selection or variety and the deserts were a joke. The sea is very dirty and full of garbage and dead seaweed, also there's nothing to do after 9pm except going to the disco plus the amount of walking you're expected to do to get anywhere is terrible. You get one bottle of water per room and one packet of tea per person and most times they only give you bathroom tissues. Honestly it just felt like they keep trying to cut corners which is a shame since they have a great location and mostly great staff. I expected more from a supposedly 5 star hotel.

We had an amazing holiday at this hotel in Hurghada and I can wholeheartedly recommend it! The food was absolutely delicious – a wide variety of dishes, everything fresh and well-seasoned. There’s something for everyone, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The pools are another highlight – clean, spacious, plenty of sunbeds, and great attractions for both families and those just looking to relax. But the biggest impression was made by the animation team! They were all great, but Dino stood out by far – he’s simply the best animator in the entire hotel! Full of energy, always smiling, and giving 100% every day. He organizes the best parties and keeps the whole hotel entertained from morning till night. Dino truly made our stay unforgettable!

We just got back last week. The resort Is great, especially for families with children. Everything was always clean, enough sunbeds And umbrellas on the beach. The sea Is beautiful, ideal for snorkeling. Food was amazing, various choices every day. And mainly, the staff were all amazing, Smiling all the time so we Felt very welcomed. We really enjoyed our holidays at the Sunshine Crete Beach Hotel. We have stayed in a semi-separate apartment out of the main building. It was clean and quiet. We asked for a sea-view room but we could barely see the sea as it was mostly hidden by other buildings which was not so big issue at the end as we did not spend much time in the room anyway. The catering was also great in the main restaurant and at the beach bar. The overall atmosphere was perfect, mostly thanks to the animation team. They took care of the children as well as of adults during the day and evening. There was always something to do and it was always fun. Amongst others stretching and aqua aerobics in the morning, water polo and some competition in the afternoon, and a mini-disco for kids with another competition or karaoke and a disco in the evening. Go, animators, go!

They welcomed us at 4am and were so kind and helpful, it was a great start after a long journey with young children. The hotel is just lovely, with so many facilities. Everything for kids was perfect and the food was delicious with plenty of choice. Even if you don’t have children, there’s plenty to enjoy. Could not recommend enough.

This is not a 5 star hotel, really dated, rooms require urgent refurbishment. Staff was okay but definetly not 5 star hotel experience. Food was okay but again they are far far away from 5 star, drinks are limited and cheap alcohols. We mostly enjoyed the clean sea and it was beatiful but we would no come back to stay at this hotel again. They are not up to standard to be 5 star hotel maximum 3 star.

For the money paid this place is fab, i stay here several times a year. I feel many negative reviews arw unfair. It basic and dated but if it wasnt it would be more than 2 stars and be alot more money to stay. It is up a hill but i enjoy the walk and the views, not ideal if you have mobility issues than being said a taxi is only 3 euros to the front. All the bungalows have stayed in have been clean, reception has always been friendly and helpful. The beds are not very comfortable but i find that abroad alot.

Well what can I say I've been on worse caledonian trips for hotels wasn't too bad room was clean when we arrived but didn't see a maid in 10 days no towels or bed changed 🤔 the food is as bad as they say but there's chip's so u wont starve we drank our all-inclusive . There not name brands but will get u drunk so no worries there.. Alberto the bar man was really polite also a few of girls in restaurant Miguel was polite as for rest of staff not so ..u get what u pay for only thing I'd say take a torch as friend face planted floor on uneven un lite paths that the lights don't work on ..pools good cold but u get used to after a while shops down hill ..an that map wow crazy how they explain where yr room is also bedrooms felt a bit damp get a safe key u get bond back they get you to pay 2 euro for plastic cups but get it back when u return I can see what as we'd of had a good collection of glasses in room if we didn't take em pack as we had a good few plastic to take back 😉 yes rooms do need up dating we did see some with plastic windows though

OK, will soon be going back to Castillo beach for the 5th time. I have to be honest had no bad experiences here despite the horror stories that get posted. Sure the apartments are not 5 star but then again you are not paying 5star prices. We have always found the staff to be very pleasant and enjoy the wander down the hill to town ( admittedly we usually get a cab back which is why location is 3 star ) We always go self catering as my wife has allergies and we find that with a combination of a full oven, double hob and a microwave we can easily put together some tasty dishes. I like the laid back atmosphere and the fact that you don't get hassled. If you need help ask for it and the staff will do everything they can. There are stories about robberies but I don't think its any more prevalent than anywhere else as basically any tourist is a potential "mark" to a bad person. Simply do as you would at home and lock up, don't leave anything lying around. We have recommended it to several family members and 2 are on their second visits soon and a 3rd one going for their first time. Cannot beat it for the price.

Arrived approximately 8.15pm was greeted by a lovely lady receptionist, got all the paperwork, all inclusive wrist bands and bungalow keys plus a map of the overall site, hadn’t eaten all day so reception watched our luggage so we could grab a bite to eat from the restaurant, very basic food not much variety but put that down to our late arrival. The walk to our bungalow was lengthy after a days travelling, upon entering the bungalow we was surprised to see a full kitchen set up, cooler,micro,kettle plus pots and pans. We looked around the rest of our bungalow and found the bathroom could have been cleaned a better there was hairs all on the floor, bath and tiles from the previous occupants overall the place was clean. We got chilli in the night so pulled a blanket from the wardrobe that was filthy, that went back in the cupboard. The main complex consists of 4 pools all well maintained and cleaned daily there is plenty of sun loungers around each pool. Although there is winds every day it’s very easy to burn. We walked down the hill took approx 10mins to the local town where there is plenty of bars and shops plus a beautiful coast line, upon our walk back up we came across a UK shop with all your favourite home snacks. Food on the complex varies but not enough choices in my opinion. We would revisit this place again but we’d go self catering. No evening entertainment apart from the drunks that sit outside the only bar open and smoke

The cleaning ppl don't come , lots of bugs in your room, bad WiFi, food is good on the first day but it keeps repeating. Service was okay but can use some improvement. I'd just say don't expect different food everyday because it won't happen , other than that it was not so bad just improvement needed

The whole experience was very nice. Comfortable and very clean hotel. Mainly for relaxation. We loved our stay. The food is nice and delicious. The pool is very nice and clean. Pool guides are very helpful. Staff smiling everywhere. Activities and shows could be better, but the hotel policy is about relaxing. No very loud music like the adjacent resorts which were amazing for relaxation. Room service were very nice people. We used the gold cart many times, and every time, we felt welcomed. Beach is rocky, and the coral reef is beautiful. The room we took was 5011, one of the best rooms I have stayed in. Everything is clean and new. Quality of the furniture & toilet amenities are very high. Totally recommended for future stays. Best for honeymooners who want relaxation.

We had the most incredible experience at the Cleopatra Resort! From the moment we arrived, the friendly and polite staff made us feel so welcome. Every day, they greeted us with warm smiles, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It's clear that they genuinely love what they do, and it really added to the whole experience. The entertainment was another highlight – there was something new every night, from live music to spectacular shows, keeping us entertained and fully immersed in the resort's lively atmosphere. It felt like they really thought of every detail to make sure we had a blast. As for the food, wow, it was absolutely amazing. There were so many choices, each meal was a feast for the senses. Whether we were indulging in local delicacies or international dishes, there was always something new to try. Every meal felt like a special experience, and the variety kept us excited every day. Our room was spotless, too. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, tidying up every day and making sure everything was perfect. It felt like a true home away from home. All in all, our time at Cleopatra Resort was absolutely wonderful. We left with full hearts and memories that we'll treasure forever. We would definitely love to go back again and relive the magic of it all!

Absolutely amazing! Everything in this place is done perfectly. Buffet is incredible, the staff is helpful, always smiling and being nice. The hotel is great, not very busy (you don’t have to fight to get sun chairs) with great pools. They also have a pier where you can jump into the see to do snorkeling. A life guard is always checking on you and the sea is extra warm! Special shout out to Mina at the bar upstairs, Mohamed in the Recreation team at the bottom pool and Ahmed the pool waiter. We went last November and will definitely be back!!!

The hotel was fantastic. We stayed in room 7201 (the housekeeping staff always kept everything very tidy and left us funny towel animals, which was a nice touch). The room was a bit far from everything, but we didn’t mind. It was an easy walk to the beach, and we could also reach the main building effortlessly when we went to eat. The food was fantastic—flavorful, fresh, and diverse. The restaurant staff was very kind, and a special thanks goes to all the bartenders and staff members for their excellent service. Both the drinks and the overall service were outstanding. Overall, everything was excellent!

I have decided to spend here my summer holidays. I've booked 11 nights here and, so far, I've been here 3 days already and I find the resort very charming. Despite it being a little far from the centre of Sharm El Sheikh, it is located in a very beautiful position and it has a wonderful beach and many pools. The food, as an italian, tastes good and it changes pretty often. The staff is very polite and available for anything u need. They do a lot of animation stuff, such as kids activies, fitness, yoga, party and many evening shows. So far, I'm really enjoying my stay here and I would highly recommend it.

Family holiday here on the all inclusive pack was lovely. the hotel is clean and has all the amenities one could expect. the food is always very good, and all hotel staff were helpful and welcoming. there were lots of fun activities for the kids and family friendly activities. if you aren't bothered about a slightly longer trip to the beach then this hotel is an excellent choice

We spent 5 days at the Dunas Mirador for a short vacation with old friends. The experience was overall mostly positive, there were fun activities within the hotel itself which helped compensate for the location which is not terrible, however the highway runs alongside which is a bit noisy. the entertainment staff were fantastic and friendly and the hotel staff were professional and helpful. the food was lovely and the rooms were perfectly liveable and clean. If you are on a budget for an all inclusive this is a good choice.

Just spent a week all inclusive at this hotel after booking a very last minute deal. Arrived at the hotel late evening and was checked in by friendly reception and offered late arrival food in the restaurant which was declined but first impression of room was basic but clean, nice to have a fridge. Around the pool and sun loungers was clean with plenty of sunbeds with no reason to get up early and reserve sunbeds. Entertainment was very much hit and miss and very basic. No football, sports or any usual activities. Mini disco is also at 16:30 around the pool which I found odd and no evening activities until 21:15 on most nights. Food on the whole was very good and above what we expected, each night was themed but above expectations based on other reviews. Staff at the hotel were in the most professional and helpful however one receptionist was very unhelpful to the point she refused us a late check out, however later the same day Dani on reception straight away sorted us a late check out. Location wise is not the best and is located a long walk and down a steep hill but if you're holiday is to stay within the confines of the accommodation then it is great but if you're looking to explore a little more then I wouldn't recommend. Free bus to the beach which gets very busy but is an option. We ended up hiring a car. Nice hotel, good food and would return but some staff need to improve customer service.

We have just spent 10 days at Dunas Mirador. The hotel itself has been absolutely fantastic, Our 4 year old son really Loved the pools and all the entertainment staff were absolutely fantastic, especially Eli, Francisco and Corina! Bar staff were fantastic and special thanks to Alejandro! the rooms were clean however the Details of which rooms have air conditioning could be a bit more prominent on the jet 2 website that we booked with, we did manage to get a mobile one though for an additional cost but this was well worth it! All in all I would definitely come back again. Thank you team Dunas!

We’ve just returned from our 8-day holiday. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel itself does deserve its three stars. The rooms are quite spacious, regularly cleaned, beds comfy (could have been joined permanently to avoid sliding apart). The portable air-conditioning unit requires leaving the balcony door open and is quite noisy. With all the noisy entertainment on the stage by the pool one just wants to keep the windows shut to enjoy some silence. We were provided with the All inclusive option: the food was quite tasty but of average quality ingredients. Luckily, there were many options to choose from so everyone should find something to please their palate. We have only tried breakfast and dinner meals as at the time of lunch menu or pool bar snacks we were away sightseeing or enjoying the beach. The location is okay, exactly as described on the website. The free beach bus could run more frequently though. It’d be great if the pool and jacuzzi areas were available until 9p.m. We didn’t get the chance to use them more than 3 times throughout our whole stay because of such short opening hours. The lifts need more attention and the room doors that are far from soundproof. On the whole, it was a very pleasant stay.

Fab hotel, nice spacious clean rooms and there is more than one pool. I stayed in a 1st floor room with a side view of the pool. The staff and animation team were great. I spent a lot of time out on boat trips/at the beach which is around a 10 min walk away. You can also hire e scooters and bikes. There is a decent shop on the resort too which is reasonably priced. In terms of the food...I tended to only occasionally eat there. It was lack lustre /not particularly hot. There are some really nice restaurants down by the harbour if you are open to going.

My husband and I stayed here in June for our anniversary! We had a swim up room which was lovely because we didn’t have to fight for a sun bed. The breakfast at the main restaurant didn’t have a big selection personally but the snack bar that opened between 11-4 has the most amazing pizzas and gyros so I can’t complain! Staff were very lovely and helpful. A little bit of kindness goes a long way, we learned a few Greek phrases to show our appreciation. Would definitely return!

Clean rooms. Nearby is a nudist beach if you like. Beautiful peacocks walking around the area around the hotel, something special. I recommend this hotel.

Friendly and helpful service, rooms very tidy on arrival and was cleaned to a good standard throughout our stay. We were situated in a block of rooms further from the hotel reception with a smaller pool and bar and a quieter atmosphere which was really nice.The food and drink selection was good and the snack bar (Pizza and Gyros’) were fantastic! Entertainment was very interactive and varied with great pool facilities, loved the aqua zumba! Would stop here again!

Reading previous reviews, we arrived at the resort a little apprehensive and not sure what to expect. How wrong were the reviews! The resort was clean, food delicious and staff were SO friendly. Our 4 & 7 year old loved the kids club and the weather was perfect. We were there late April/Early May. Great systems in place to keep everything tidy, like the cup token system and towel system. We preferred the buffet to the restaurant options. Fab selection of Greek and other cuisines. Loved the fresh salads and cold cuts. There was something for everyone. Would definitely recommend and return!

Great vacation We have stayed here in June 2024 and were very happy with everything. The only thing I would improve in the newer rooms is the bed in the family room (I would put two normal beds instead of a pull out couch as the couch is uncomfortable) and a towel and bathing suit dryer on the balcony (some rooms had them). The food was excellent and great choice, the Italian restaurant is the best, the beach is 1* with fine yellow sand and a gradual entrance, one of the best I have swum at so far. What I still appreciate the most is the shop in the area, great is the option to visit a doctor (just in case), the lifeguard on the beach or by the pools and also their philosophy with tokens to exchange the glasses for drinks. I've been here 2 times already and will definitely come back 😊😉👍 the management really knows how to create a great place to stay for a vacation.

We are justback from a stay at Sandy Beach Resort. We have had a brilliant time! Absolutely great hotel, nice spacious rooms. 3 great size pools, one which has a bunch of slides. Family friendly -sandy- beach with shallow water with plenty of fish. Great, friendly and helpfull staff, can't fault them. Delicious food with plenty of choice for everyone. Awesome entertainment team at the hotel with great energy. Special shout out to Alex who was always trying to get everyone involved in all activities, whilst being a great MC in the evenings. We had a blast during our 10 day stay.

An amazing hotel. Situated in a lovely part of Portugal. The hotel is clean, tidy, and has friendly staff. The food was very good although the menu was a little repetitive, it was still good quality. A lovely big pool, pool bar with a large seating area. The hotel was quiet at night so no disturbed sleep or noise from other rooms. Regular bis to the beach and back and Uber taxi's for other travel, so no struggling with transport. Lots of coach outings available. We went all inclusive. A very good price, well worth what we paid.

The hotel is stunning, very clean, and all inclusive food is fully stocked, food testers test temperatures and quality of the food is great, accommodation for intolerance is somewhat accommodated but it's not perfect... had to prompt the staff to make sure deserts had no nuts in so we didn't die as they are not labelled. The staff on reception where very attentive Paulo was a fantastic receptionist with a permanent smile and a greeting like he enjoys you coming there, so positive and full of life. Easy to use facilities, spa was terrible half of it not working, don't recommend, pool was good, atmosphere outside was great, plenty of sun loungers, staff made this an exceptional place, kids club have lots of activities throughout the day, making it great for kids, holiday reps where also available most days and they where quick to resolve small issues. Trips where easy to book and a free bus put on by the hotel to and from the beach!!! Amazing...

Gorgeous hotel, staff can't do enough for you. Food is amazing with lots of choice. Only downside is nighttime entertainment and the temperature of the pool but we went in April, the cold pool may be welcomed more in the hotter weather

Avoid! Food is cold with no flavour, and served the same 💩 everyday. Staff are incredibly impolite, don’t get me started on the jobsworth security that work here. Pool area isn’t maintained, it has grass growing through slabs, and empty drinking cups littered everywhere. The back exit of the hotel is blocked off, making people go the long way round to get to the nearest supermarket. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Only positive is the rooms are clean.

Cannot fault this hotel after reading reviews was worried however there is a new entertainment team which are great, rooms cleaned daily, good food and the staff and incredible. Had an amazing stay thank you. Would definitely come back here. Each night are themed foods my only gripe is the beach which is difficult to get in with all the ticks but not the hotels fault. Manager was very accommodating also meeting my child’s additional needs. Only thing I would recommend is disability pool access as the older people staying struggled to get in. But for us 4 star absolutely

The hotel is ok, i was with my parents and we came back yesterday. The service was nice every day and the cleaning ladies always did what was needed when asked. The food was varied but only the breakfasts were boring. The location is a plus, everything is close and there is a bus that runs every 10 minutes to Paphos. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet hotel ;)

Honestly very good location,but absolutely dated hotel. Booked a room for myself and my husband even though we requested before booking, They didn’t give us double Bed,there wereTwo single beds and they Put double duvet to make it look like double bed. Bathroom and room lights were not working. AC didn’t work three days out of seven days. And in the bathroom, it was very old and dirty bathtub and you couldn’t even stand in the bathroom, It was that small even after complaining they didn’t listen .so never ever again in this hotel .

We LOVED this hotel! Came with our two little boys, and the team couldn’t have been more hospitable. High-fives for our boys whenever the staff saw them, receptionists gave them both toys on arrival, the lady on the ice cream counter was amazing and always made a fuss of the boys making them very happy. I was worried about the food being a one restaurant AIC, but it was honestly great. Lots of choice, handmade pizzas, Greek stews, and the best chips. We loved the puddings too. We had a sea view room and the view was the best view we’ve ever had on holiday. Beaches were a short walk downhill with a shuttle available on the way up. Part of the AIC too so drinks and food included. Weather was amazing, AC worked and didn’t need key in fob so room was cool the whole day. This place over delivered on our expectations. Thank you for letting us stay and enjoy your hotel and make us feel welcome!

Mitsis Family Village Beach Hotel is more than just a luxury hotel — it’s a place where you feel truly welcomed and cared for. The hotel is elegant, the view is breathtaking, and the atmosphere is peaceful and romantic. I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Chrysa, the Assistant Front Office Manager who arranged a surprise romantic dinner in our stay. The decorations were stunning, and the whole experience felt like a dream. She made our stay truly unforgettable. I’m already looking forward to returning to this beautiful place!

Extremely disappointed in the hotel. Mitsis Family is definitely not a 4 star. It felt tired, the communal restaurant was like a school canteen, the coffee was awful, the music system was VERY poor quality (muffled sound which I'd have gladly done without). There are no no-smoking areas outside. The sun loungers on the beach are tired and you really feel like the poor relation to the other hotel loungers to the left and right of you. There is no precinct of shops are restaurants nearby. The nearest town is a 10 min and €12 taxi ride away. It was worth it though as you really feel like you’re stuck out on as limb in the location. We were happy with our room and the staff were friendly but overall the hotel experience was just awful. I definitely do not recommend.

The hotel is situated on a hill, which was stressful to get up to. Great job that they provide towels. Lots of steps so beware of your children. Staff are very friendly. Mini market is basic but a larger one at the bottom of the hill. Buggy to the beach every 30 minutes. Great pool and great seats. Wonderful views at the sea or mountain. If your child is a picky eater please speak to a staff member and they will always accommodate you. All inclusive drinks available at the beach. Sun beds are great and comfy. Everything put together though great service, Great views and great company. Thank you.

This is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Me and my friend Mohammed were staying here between 13rd and 23rd June in room 2037. The service was excellent, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The food was amazing, of a very high standard with a large variety. The rooms were fantastic... we had a beautiful balcony view. All in all... just perfect. Thank you very much to all the staff there... will definitely be returning.

Stayed here for 8 days the hotel was exactly how we thought it would be. The service from the staff was absolutely fantastic and the animation team was absolutely brilliant. Everyday the entertainment during the night was different and the animation team always got you involved. We really enjoyed our stay here and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. There are 3 pools which are brilliant to use and are constantly cleaned. The staff at the main restaurant were brilliant and always made sure your drinks are always topped up. Overall, this hotel is good to come and relax and during the night time entertainment were brilliant and you always had something to do and watch a show.

We are currently staying here with our 14 year old and it's one of the best holidays we've had. The food is amazing, very varied and a wide choice each day. Pools are beautiful but a bit cold for me in April. Rooms are spotless and our housekeeper surprises us each day with the art she makes with the towels! Entertainment team are really friendly and not too pushy, there is something going on all time. Beach is adjacent to the hotel with clear water and white sand. All the staff are friendly, polite and can't do enough for us. The hotel has an international clientele which gives the place a really inclusive atmosphere. Would highly recommend *****.

One of the Worst “5-Star” Experiences I've Ever Had I cannot overstate how disappointing this hotel stay has been. From the moment you walk into the lobby, you're greeted not with a warm welcome, but with a suffocating wall of heat. There is absolutely no air conditioning in the reception, bars, or restaurant dining area—something that is not just unacceptable, but borderline negligent in a supposedly premium establishment. As for the room? The A/C there barely wheezes out any cool air and feels more like a symbolic gesture than a functioning system. Let’s move on to the food—if you can even call it that. The quality is abysmal. Ingredients seem to be chosen based on what’s cheapest and most stale. Meals are tasteless, monotonous, and clearly just recycled leftovers from the previous sitting. The lack of variety is astonishing, and for a 5-star hotel, the culinary standards are downright shameful. The staff? Equally unimpressive. The receptionists seem lost and uninterested, while the waiters look like they were thrown into their roles with zero training. Service is slow, rude, and unprofessional across the board. Any sense of hospitality is entirely absent. And if you’re thinking of escaping the chaos with a dip in the pool—think again. The water is murky and visibly unclean, which only adds to the overall sense that this hotel is cutting every possible corner, to the detriment of its guests. To be fair, I was given a complimentary sea view room despite booking a cheaper option, which I appreciated — but unfortunately, that goodwill was quickly overshadowed by the hotel's many fundamental failures in comfort, service, and food offering. This establishment is a masterclass in false advertising. Do yourself a favor: spend your money elsewhere.

Great hotel and location.we went all inclusive and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was really amazing and a good variety. As part of the all inclusive you could use the soul restaurant and we did 3 times in the week. Big shout out to the soul staff who are great and very attentive with drink refills. On the last night (tonight) they noticed I did not feel well and couldn’t do enough to help. Lovely lightning and atmosphere and we had a great time there. The pool is great and the 2 lifeguards are lovely and got us towels and sunbeds and put up sunshades and moved them to accommodate us. They also rushed to open the doors for us. Rooms are cleaned well daily and are nice and spacious. We had a balcony and the air con worked well. The people who greet you for the breakfast and buffets were always happy and friendly and asked if they could do anything further to help with the stay. All in all a lovely hotel and amazing staff.

From the moment we checked in, the service was excellent. We were provided with all the information about the hotel's offerings, which really enhanced our stay. Breakfast had a huge variety to choose from, and the swimming pool was large and well-maintained — just a short walk from the beach. We also had access to the executive lounge, which was a perfect spot to relax with afternoon tea or enjoy some evening drinks in a more peaceful setting. Everything about this hotel was amazing, the staff, they were always willing to go above and beyond! The rooms were very spacious and clean, the only thing I would say is the pillows were too soft, but you can ask for firmer ones! The menu was good, wide variety of dishes. There’s plenty to do around the area, lots of restaurants and cafes! The bar was really good, shows all spots all day long! Its brilliant!

We stayed at Le Royal Meridien and had a really good experience overall. The hotel has huge grounds, which is great for parents with kids — lots of space, greenery, and plenty of room to enjoy without feeling cramped. The service from the staff was excellent, super attentive and always ready to help. Special mention to the fact that they were very generous with still water, which is often a small but annoying issue in other 5-star hotels — here, we never had to ask twice and were always well stocked. The resort has three big swimming pools, so whether you want a lively atmosphere or a quieter spot, you’ll find your place. It’s definitely a family-friendly hotel, but there are still calm areas for those who just want to relax. One thing we didn’t love was the so-called sea view room in the new tower. The view turned out to be more of the harbour, buildings, and some construction — not exactly the sea view we expected. On the positive side, the room itself was lovely, modern, and very comfortable, and when we mentioned the view, the staff kindly gave us a free upgrade, which we really appreciated. Breakfasts were great, with a wide variety, and there are plenty of restaurants on-site for those who don’t want to leave the resort. Overall, it’s a very comfortable and well-run hotel, perfect for families or anyone looking for a relaxed getaway with great service.

The hotel exceeds the expected quality for the price. Francis warmly welcomed us with drinks and a teddy bear. We tried the breakfast and the Italian restaurant—both were very satisfying. The pools and sunbathing areas are spacious and enjoyable. For the sea, you need to walk a long distance under the sun, there are no umbrellas close to the coast and the sea is quite rough.
