A lovely hotel, staff are so welcoming and keen to make your stay a memorable one. Spacious rooms, large beds, and plenty of wardrobe space, fridge, and drink making facilities. we did find tea and coffee stains down the side of the units, and on the top, we just cleaned it up ourselves. The balcony was a little small, but again, we didn't spend much time in the room. Large restaurant offering a large variety of different dishes throughout the day. There are plenty of vegetables and salads but low on vegetarian options. There is a cafe bar by the pool offering lunchtime menus and ice creams. There is also a beach bar on the hotels private beach a short 5 minute walk away, or use the hotel courtesy bus. There is a small bus terminus across the road, we caught a coach into Side, price of ticket 1 Euro, it appears that is the cost where ever you choose to travel. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help. We will definitely go back.

The experience at this resort was very bad. There was no time for staff to answer questions, and the gym and pool had inconvenient opening and closing times. Despite the promise of everything being included, non-drinking children were left without snacks during the day. Additionally, the language barrier was a challenge as no one spoke English(!!!) Despite having three restaurants on-site, reservations were only available to those staying more than seven days (?!) limiting dining options for shorter stays.

Into our 2nd week here and it's been a mixed bag, hotel looks amazing from the outside and is pretty good inside, the food is what you'd expect for all inclusive and there's always something to eat, service from the bar and restaurant was very good but housekeeping could have been better it took me asking for our fridge to be restocked (the mini bar avertised is only soft drinks and water)
Now for the bad points around the poolside is very very Slippery both me and my partner slipped over both of us were barefoot so keep footwear on when going to the bar or toilet and now the biggest fault for us is the location if you want to be in the middle of nowhere then this is the hotel for you there really isn't anything here other then the hotel so make sure you have plenty of euros or lira
Side is about a 10 to 15 minute taxi ride about €15 but ask for the price first
Would we come back again in all honesty no

We've got three days left and honestly going home can't come quick enough.
Never seen 5* it's probably a 2 maybe a 3 at a push.
The hard sell in the hotel is awful, all of the trips they *recommended* ram down your throat basic boat trips in the hotel are bring sold at nearly £70 each if you goto the beach they are less than half price per person for all of them £25 adult £10 smaller kids and completely free under 7
The shop in the hotel is the most convenient as it's a 30 minute bus ride to local shops but it's extortionate £24 for a nivea sun cream and the rest so expensive.
They sell the hotel as beach front you have to leave the hotel and go for a 15 minute walk to be sitting amongst lots of horse poo.
Caters completely to german/french and Russian.
Food selection is beyond limited making it increasingly difficult to want to eat.
Entertainment is very hit and miss.
Beds are like sleeping on concrete including pillows. We asked to swap rooms as we had booked 2x double beds and received a pull out and single to be told an extra 90 euros per night for them to accommodate our booking.
The biggest saving grace is the waiters they are fantastic and if you tip them you'll never be left with an empty glass.
Hotel is clean but is very much mis sold.
Wouldn't ever return.
