Service in the hotel very friendly. Breakfasts and dinners tasty. Every day our room was cleaned. The downside was the lack of handles on the windows in the room. During a strong wind and downpour at night, the window opened itself. This was definitely not the first time because the paint was coming away from the wall at this point. Not a pleasant wake-up call at night. The next day the same thing happened to another window. Fortunately, in both cases we were in the room and were able to react.

Really local hotel and close to all amenities. However they could definately upgrade their suites and should do so with everything else that’s going up in this area. We had a suite which had a kitchenette however nothing much to utilize when making a meal. Beds were made every day but don’t expect them to do any other cleaning. The breakfasts were 10/10 every morning. If you are looking for central this is it. If you are looking for fancy then I would kindly recommend you look elsewhere.

Not a 4-star hotel. A solid 2-star, maybe 3-star if you value the pool a lot.
The staff were great, everyone was nice, helpful and kind.
The breakfast was nice, though it could have a little more variety. Still good, though.
The location is great, close to multiple restaurants, a shopping mall, and easy to get on roads to any other location on the island. Too bad it's in an area that is also quite busy, so there are a lot of cars and motorcycles around.
Even though I didn't use it, the lounge area was pretty nice.
There was a nice area close to the interior pool with tables where you could play chess, enjoy a drink, or read a book from the many available on a bookshelf.
The room was quite poor, though. For a hotel classified as 4 stars, it was a huge disappointment. The hotel is old and that shows, but that's not the real problem - I've stayed in other old hotels and they were fine. Where can I start?
- the lights were a mess. some of them did not work, others worked sometimes, and the way the switches turned them on and off was very confusing.
- there was a piece of dental floss hanging from the bathroom ceiling.
- the lock on the balcony window was broken.
- the curtains in the room did not block the light entirely.
- the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking but there were ash trays on the balcony table and the corridors smelled of cigarrette smoke quite frequently.
- the beds were super uncomfortable.
- the pillows smelled like old, sweaty, used pillows.
- there seemed to be mold underneath the window frame in the bedroom.
- the courtains were super dirty.
- the sofa was dirty and smelled of sweat.
- the fridge was very noisy.
- the kitchen ventilator was super loud and could not be turned off(!!).
- there was splash marks on the kitchen doors.
- the electric stove was dirty, like someone spilled something while cooking.
- the walls had dirty spots all over the place.
- the sound insulation was so bad I woke up every single day very early with the noise from people in the corridors or motorcycles on the street.
- the wifi didn't work for almost half my stay.
- there was a safe inside the closet but it was missing the lock - not very useful.

The hotel has some worn down bits, but are generally clean and tidy.
Service and friendliness are very good and the setup inside the hotel is great.
Placed near both bus stops, shopping centre and to the city.

Was a little concerned after reading some reviews however nothing to worry about. Good location, easy bus access to the town centre. Upgraded to a suite for my birthday and provided with complimentary bottle of fizz and fruit basket. Air con working. Friendly, obliging staff. Lovely outdoor/indoor pools. Very clean throughout. Plenty of choice for breakfast, only negative being the hot food was more on the cold side. Reasonably priced drinks including cocktails. Would definitely return.
