The service at the hotel is very good, the food is excellent, the functioning of the system is 10/10, on the last night I stayed at the hotel, my camera was lost and I found it thanks to the security guards. A man bought it. I wandered around the hotel and found the person who stole it, and he was kicked out of the hotel. Thank you very much, the camera systems and security are at a high level.

This hotel is a very pleasant surprise. From the beginning, the service / stuff at the reception was great. Greetings from Poland to Ahmed :-) Great guy. Comfortable rooms, large bathrooms, comfortable beds, air conditioning works well. Daily service and cleanliness. The entire hotel is very clean. The food is tasty, many dishes are prepared on site. Pools are clean, towels are fresh every day. The hotel staff was very nice and smiling. What nervous us was that - when more hotel guests arrived from Germany, there was a problem with the sun loungers at the pool. Even though it is not allowed, they reserve sun loungers by the pools early in the morning. This is a problem to solve. When there were fewer guests from Germany, this problem did not exist. The cool thing is that there is a large shopping center right next to the hotel. It is also close to the center of Hurghada (about 20 min by taxi) and to the dolphin show. We recommend this hotel and send greetings to the entire team / stuff.

Had a great stay here, one of the best holidays I have ever been on. The hotel is so large you cannot run out of things to do. The animation team was top tier with activities going on all day. The night entertainment was the best! Have a little museum and a mall only a couple minutes away. A pharmacy, hair dresser and excursion planners on site. Would definitely recommend for an entertaining holiday to remember. The rooms were cleaned and SPOTLESS every day, the standard of cleaning was honestly fantastic. ONLY downside I would say was the food due to personal taste, breakfast was very good though.

Jungle Aqua was over booked! So stayed 3 nights in PickAlbatross Palace before room became available. My family of 4, got given a room down a dark, sewage smelling corridor. To find it only had 2 single beds in it. Eventually after being asked if we’d like to share the 2 beds between the 4 of us, they provided another 2 single beds. This made the small room even smaller with almost no room between all 4 beds. No other rooms were apparently available. My family then had to share the storage space provided for 2 guest between the 4 of us. Which meant 2 suitcases had to be used as permanent wardrobes which again shrunk the footprint of the small room. The room was situated as far from the water slides as possible whilst still remaining within the complex.
I’m not saying the hotel was to blame for the over booking, but the room wasn’t suitable for a family of 4. Far too small and the smell of sewage was disgusting. We certainly got the furthest and cheapest room. We will not be coming back and certainly wouldn’t recommend to anyone. A weeks holiday halved by staying in the incorrect hotel and the second half felt like staying in uni dorms or a cramp, tired travel lodge.
