I have stayed for a week here, beautiful hotel, very friendly staff especially the Club Coralia team. Great entertainment for whole family. Food variety and quality great, and plentiful.
We loved the location as not so busy/touristy but still accessible for excursions etc. Totally recommend this hotel. We will be back.

After a very quick check in where we were told nothing. Had to ask re safe which cost 3 euros a day, i am well travelled and never had to pay for a safe. We also had to ask re pool towels where we were given a card but not where we could collect them, had to pay 10 euro deposit each for these too, really?
The room was supposed to be deluxe seaview but I don't no what was deluxe about it, and the sea was over to the left so had to lean over balcony to see it.
The pool area was very clean however the sunbeds are so close together you could barely move.
The animation team, Anton, Theo etc were amazing and made our holiday. They work so hard and are very friendly. Loved the water aerobics every day.
The weather was wonderful all week.

A hotel that left only positive emotions. Service, kitchen, rooms, pools. Only the paid safe was upset, because the client's safety must also be taken into account. Please offer your platinum club on all platforms. After all, we counted on a pool with a nice view. Bar. Nice cocktails and white booths. And when they arrived, it turned out that it was not available to us.
But we thank Hotel Landmar Playa La Arena the hotel for our wonderful vacation.🌴♥️

We arrived at a grand, vast, open-place reception. It was stunning. We checked in at the reception, and despite my asking questions, I was always told to scan a QR code and read the information on the website, even for simple things like the restaurant's location and opening hours. An hour later, I received my room key from reception, while the people in front of me were given a proper check-in. Instead of assistance, they were just directed to the website. While they received a lot of detail and were treated well, we were left to fend for ourselves. This is when I discovered the "platinum" status, which seemed to come with more personalized service. During our stay, it wasn't a major issue, but it became annoying during evening dinners when nobody offered us drinks on three out of five nights.
We booked directly with the hotel and chose a room in the far corner overlooking the sea. The view was a major selling point of the hotel and was very important to us. Unfortunately, there was an open sewer on our balcony that had a terrible smell. I reported this to reception five times over the first three days, but it was never fixed. In the end, I had to plug it up with a towel myself, as nobody seemed interested in resolving the issue. I'm sure if I had been a "platinum" guest, this would have been addressed immediately.
The bathroom was a bit moldy and dated, and the double bed (made of two singles) comically moved around the room.
While construction work was ongoing in the main areas of the hotel, it's encouraging to see them making improvements. However, it felt like two different hotels: the modern reception area in the middle and the outdated room wings.
For the price of the hotel I was expecting more.
Positives:
Nice staff in the dining halls.
Always had space for a sun lounger in January.
Pools were clean.
Good views from the room (aside from the sewer smell).
Overall, my impression of the hotel might have been different if my room hadn't reeked of sewage.

Absolutely lovely place to stay, the staff are really friendly, helpful and attend to all your needs. The hotel is very clean and tidy, the pools are warm and inviting. The choice of food is plentiful and scrumptious. I booked the upgrade to platinum level and it was well worth the money, you get access to the jacuzzi and infinity pool which has amazing views out to sea, above the pool it has its own lounge bar for platinum guests for snacks and drinks. Would definitely stay again.
