Brilliant hotel.
Staff are so friendly and can not do enough for you. Highly recommend.
Entertainment staff are so happy, and always want to put a smile on your face.
We had massages (first ever) so was nervous but the staff made it a very good experience and prices are very reasonable.
Food is great, lots to choose from and a different theme each night.
We've had a brilliant stay - and would very likely come back.

The hotel was amazing and perfect and all the stuff in helpful and friendly…..
My first impressions? Amazing. Gorgeous. Hard to Find.
These 3 words describe the looks and the attitude of the hotel.
I'll be staying here for 10 days and nights.
For sure we will come back

Definitely NOT a 5-star hotel! WORST VACATION EVER !!!!!
I stayed at a hotel for 10days(May 1st-May 11th) and can’t wait to leave a comment.
Let’s start from the pros:
- beach (you’ll have a good beach entrance and unlimited cold water bottle, and open-air gym at the beach, that’s all) Also just next-to on the left hotel has a beach pantone where you could observe some reefs and fishes.
And very strange system of beach towels exchange: you could fresh towel only in your room from 9-17, but until 9am all sunbeds are already reserved
Now let me describe my experience:
- rooms (i have requested change room 3 times) first room have old furniture, collapsed ceiling and just unreal smell from AC that just was not giving any chance to stay in room. My lungs were dying. Second shot i was given “best suite” per receptionist and again : mold in the bath, disaster smell in the room and tons of mosquitoes(Please in case you already trapped here, at least take some anti mosquito spray- i had more than 80 bites and sleepless nights ). And only one socket near the bed. AC is from the past century and fridge as well plus it’s rusty and not working (no cold just noise)
-food : please take some pills as well, cause food poisoning will be everyday (can’t leave a toilet, i even skipped a diner and still i can’t leave toilet at night and at morning) well you have a variety of food but meat is just a paper(you will be lucky to have a grilled chicken only once in 3 days) and pasta that was all what I ate (and eggs with toasts in morning), please don’t eat sausage or select them carefully cause i’ve seen mold as well, or i don’t know about blue chicken sausage) oh and “fresh fresh” that is called everyday on the beach it’s just a juice from the bottle, so it’s up to you to spend 2€ for the shop item that is definitely cheaper. All drinks are diluted, also i’ve seen that staff were taking bottles of “wine” from the staffroom near the pool, and all bottles were with different amount of “wine” and obviously all bottles were opened. Don’t know what is inside the bottles, so i just drunk water, tea and coffee. And one more “life hack” of this “5-star hotel” to fry everything so it could be eatable (but mostly it whether was frozen or spoiled).
-staff : all wants a $\€ from you otherwise they don’t know/have/understand you. I asked on the reception if i could charge phone with type-c because my charger broke, and they just smiled at me, and say they don’t know, and they don’t have chargers, just a reminder: 5 STAR HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE CHARGER AT THE RECEPTION. And they even didn’t suggest where i can find it, i was struggling as dumb person and bothering other tourists for a help. Also one fun story: while i requested room change due to personal preference due to room-neighbors, receptionist told me that they cannot guarantee who will be next to my room (seriously?! come’on you are checking in people by their passports, you are in charge who is next to whom)
Another question is for “masterchef” who is very demonstratively wearing special robe with masterchef signs, but you couldn’t find in google such Ahmed Seif, who won masterchef or topchef, so doesn’t get what means his title, but in linkedin i found him as Executive Chef in Mövenpick.
I have no questions to all people who is working throughout the territory- all animators, maids, servants, pool-, garden-, kitchen- workers are doing good job just with poor management.
In the end i’d like to add that i was selecting 4-star labranda CLUB hotel, but ended up with “better-expensive” option and got in disaster. For compare: beach lagoon is better in Club hotel (less windy and more sand in entrance) rooms has anti-mosquito curtains in the balcony door, rooms from the alley looks newer. I’ m very regretting that heard my tour-consultant and bought more expensive option. This disaster costs me €900 from Prague for 10 nights per one person.

After being here for the last 9 days, we have had a very good experience.
We really enjoyed the New Year’s Eve evening.
Loved the beach and beach bar.
Have had more than enough food and drink.
The hotel and rooms are always clean and tidy.
Can’t wait for the refurbishment to be done.
Will be back.
