We were there in January with a 2.5-year-old kid. All promised kid's activities were closed. Aqua Park was under renovation (no info about it, either on the travel agency or the hotel website). The kids club also closed (no information about it). My son was looking at the pictures inside the hotel and saying he wanted to go to that hotel from the picture, not to the one we are in now :(. We booked via Click&Go, and the offer from the travel agency was nowhere close to the hotel facilities. While we tried to make a claim in the hotel, everyone inside (including the manager) refused to sign any paper for us. We got apologies from the hotel and a bottle of wine with information that the hotel would confirm all the differences between the offer and the hotel facilities. I have never received the email back, while the travel agency claimed that the only difference between the offer and facilities confirmed by the hotel was the closed aqua park. Maybe it was just our bad luck and poor communication between the hotel and the travel agency. Still, it ruined our holidays at the end. The claim is still not granted...
The room was very nice but a bit dirty, and we had to ask several times during our stay for toilet paper or to empty the trash bins. The door in the toilet was not closing.
All-inclusive with a single bar open during the day, which was only outside at the swimming pool... even when it was raining, you had to go outside to get a drink.
A hotel with huge potential, but unfortunately, our stay was very sad.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 week and had a great time. The hotel is mainly French speaking guests but staff cater to all nationalities. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful when needed and the security at night always welcomed me back with a smile and were helpful answering my questions. The animation team put on good shows and activities in the day for everyone. Would stay again

have visited lots of different hotels but this is by far the worst I have stayed at. Firstly the guests are entirely French which is fine but the staff are not interested in British guests. The customer service is appalling all the male staff are rude, aggressive and dismissive. Everything is too much trouble for them. Asking for anything is frowned upon from asking for an item of food that had run out to be filled up in the restaurant to requesting a kettle for the room. Stray cats and birds are allowed to roam/freely through the restaurant. The only bar open when I visited was the pool bar and as it was raining you got soaked getting drinks. The bar staff are rude, unhelpful and unfriendly. The bell boys are on a con with the taxi drivers so go out and find your own taxi do not use the ones the bell boys get you. Two days in a row the hotel ran out of wine - really?? In an inclusive 4 star hotel, when I pointed this out to the manager he just was not interested. There is so much wrong with this hotel I cannot fit everything in. Just do not visit it!

It wasn’t love at first sight, but after we asked to change our room we got a true jewel, with the balcony, ottoman, twin beds and a perfect view over the pool. We are in the hotel right now during the ramadan and have to say the team is top, everyone is smiling, entertaining and makes sure really every guest is feeling alright. We are a family with a 4yo kid in our end 30s. Food is great by the way, much better than expected. Thank you!

From the front-of-house staff to the housekeepers, all of the hotel staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best you have ever had. I would like to give a special shout-out to the entertainment team, who work tirelessly from first thing in the morning to the last thing at night, they bring a high energy to the place.
- Food, There is a great variety of local foods to try
- Drinks, something for everyone
- Entertainment, as I have said, energetic
- Facilities, cleaned and well-maintained
- The only observation I would like to make would be to have a warning on the information cards you are given on arrival about the following -
WARNING
Professional scalpers will take advantage of your hotel wristband and say “Remember me, I'm a member of staff”, promising to show you good things even though they are in a hurry, only to drop you off at a string of outlets that will pressure you to purchase something before you leave.
Professional scalpers will try to engage you and not let you leave.
Professional beggars will not hold you up once you have said no.
