We have just returned from a 7 day holiday with our family. The first holiday ever for my 5 month old baby too. The hotel was perfect for our stay. Huge, comfortable rooms with spacious balconies. Food and drink options were fantastic and themed nights helped make meal time different each time. Entertainment was good, just wish the room was larger to fit more people in as it got very busy and often we ended up watching from afar.
Shout out to Rens aka tropical Jesus who made our holiday with his entertainment day and night. He made a holiday with a baby not feel so daunting and had us all laughing most days.

The hotel is a good all inclusive hotel with plenty of choice at all meals. The rooms are spacious and well serviced daily.
There are plenty of sun beds available but despite notices about reserving them with towels is not allowed nothing is done to stop it.
All staff I came across where helpful and friendly.
It is located about 10 minutes from a beach and about 12 minutes from a shopping centre. The main high street is a 25 minute walk and has a wide range of shops and eateries.

There is loads to like about this hotel , the rooms were spacious , spotless , plenty of room in the wardrobe . Lovely walk in shower. We had a pool view room with a nice terrace that got the morning sunshine and was a cool escape from the afternoon sun and was also sheltered from the wind . Location was very good , close to the beaches and dunes yet only a 15 minute walk into town where all the cafes and bars are and shops. The staff are very friendly here and very helpful and attentive . We loved the drinks bar , selection of drinks , cocktails and snacks . The all inclusive option was OK and we liked the selection of breakfast , we weren't however all that impressed with some of the dishes . The various " theme" nights were very hit and miss and often included re-used veg from the previous day . Not always that appetising , it's just a personal taste , we found something to eat but weren't blown away considering the food should be one of the highlights of any holiday .

Excellent customer service, all inclusive is well worth it, the buffet is quite varied (even for vegetarians) and very fresh. The relationship quality vs. price is really good. Not needed it go outside for food. Good location, u can walk to the beach or just stay in the pool. Related to the rooms are clean, overall the facilities are clean and organised!

We stayed here as a party of 7 over the New Year.
This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for a long time.
Although it is a little out of the way (15-20 minutes walk from the town center) if you walk along the beach it seems much quicker.
The hotel itself is lovely and clean and the staff are absolutely amazing (a big shout out to Joel, Szanett & Beatrice for amazing service)
The rooms are spacious, airy and very clean. The rainfall showers never lack power or go cold in the middle of your wash.
The room safes are a 20 Euro deposit and 2 Euro a day.
Pool towels are 10 Eur deposit but most people used their own towels.
For drinks by the pool you pay a 1 Euro fee which is refundable when you leave and you can exchange it for clean one whenever you like, this is a good idea as it stops people leaving cups all over the place.
The food was exceptional, if you couldn't find anything you fancy to eat you must be a very picky eater.
Each night in the dining room has a theme (Mexican, Arabian, USA, Chinese etc) and there were some amazing flavours on offer.
If i had only 1 gripe about the hotel it's that the salon bar looks tired and neglected, some of the entertainment they had on were brilliant but were let down by their surroundings.
They had a great singer playing on New Years Eve who was in lovely sequined dresses but the bland background didn't do her justice.
Ladies of Soul were fantastic too.
But overall we were totally happy with the hotel and would definitely recommend it.
Only rated 3* by Jet2 but 4* on Google and the Spanish Tourist Board I would definitely give the Hotel Arena Suites 4 stars.
Well done guys!!!
