We stayed in a two beds junior suite with garden view. The room comes with a big jacuzzi tub!
There are many different varieties of food options to choose from- Mexican, Mediterranean, seafood, Asian, Buffet, and even 24 hours Room Service if you’re hungry at night!
There’s also many events throughout the day.
Check them out in your first day of arrival so you can plan out your schedule, or simply just relax on the benches next to the pool or the beach.
The location is also impeccable. It’s right on the action of Playa Del Carmen with gift shops, pharmacies, clubs, massage spa, etc.
Would definitely come back in the future.

Came here with wife and friends. It was an overall good experience, but there's some items that I wish would could be better.
We picked this place because it was an adult all inclusive resort. They shut down the couple of bars by 11pm and you can't even get beer delivered to the room. So after 11 if you want anything alcohol related you have to go out into the town or stock up beforehand. The rooms were awesome, no complaints there.
The beach there was a lot of seagrass and very rocky, we had to go to the edge to be able to get in the water. The pools were nice. The staff was friendly and there was no issues. It just seems some of their rules were a bit stringent, which kind of takes away from being on vacation experience.

4.5 on beach location. We walked the cost a few miles while there, and the hilton beach is nice, but it does have lots of rocks ... there are other areas where the beach is smooth and less rocky.
I read in some other post about the alcohol being mediocre, I had maybe three cocktails, and I would agree they didn't taste strong. I drank water rather than mixed cocktails from then on.
The food is actually better than other resorts in the area. And the desserts were the highlight.
Our room was 2335. Good ocean view and pool view. We would get up each morning to walk to the beach to see the sunrise.
Very pretty grounds.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Playa Del Carmen, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service.
The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a stunning view of the ocean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby every night. The amenities in the room were top-notch, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary minibar and the luxurious bath products.
The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The fitness center was well-equipped with modern machines and offered a variety of workout options. I also enjoyed the spa facilities, which were luxurious and relaxing. The pool area was beautiful, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas for relaxing in the sun. The beach was pristine, and I enjoyed taking long walks along the shore.
The hotel's restaurants served delicious food, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options to choose from.
The staff at the Hilton Playa Del Carmen were exceptional. They were always friendly and attentive, and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Hilton Playa Del Carmen to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The hotel's beautiful facilities, excellent service, and stunning location make it the perfect destination for a memorable vacation.

I was rudely interrupted by a worker while reading my book by the pool whom stated that since I didn’t pay for a cabana I wasn’t allowed to use the chairs in the water. I then had to move to a location far from the pool for a very minimal account of guests to use, ultimately leading to the potential to not get a place to sit unless you want to wake up at 6am to claim a chair. So, unless you want to pay $170 a day for a cabana, you are sanctioned to chairs alway from the pool. Further, unless you have a certain Hilton status, you are not permitted on certain parts of the beach. These people are basically just sorting you by class. This is not “all inclusive” and this was not mentioned when booking a $600-$700/night room. I came here again since I visited when it was owned by the Royal and Hilton has turned this into a place by status with lies.
I haven’t ever been this disappointed with an inclusive resort and I had higher expectations for the Hilton as I have been a member for years. I will not be back or will recommend. I also will be reconsidering my Hilton membership.
EDIT TO REVIEW:
I caved and purchased the cabana. I again was inconvenienced by yet another worker whom came over and said that I didn’t pay for the cabana…..at 1pm when the reservation began at 11am. When booking I was told it would be charged to the card on file. I am inconvenienced every day at work as a doctor…. I don’t need this on vacation as well. This keeps stacking up. I will be finding out which hotel chains Hilton owns so I won’t continue my 15+ year service with them. I would rather rent a house with a private pool and chef before I do this again. Great job Hilton.
