Very noisy from delivery and collection drivers very early mornings. Also had to carry around plastic cups for drinks on the resort and had to get water from local shops. Food good, but not very warm. Otherwise very nice and staff were lovely

Hotel Tui Suneo doesn't exist!!! The name of the hotel is Globales, the bus driver just dropped our luggages on the street! When we asked in the reception, they said it's a small part of building belongs to Tui. Hotel is located in the middle of the street, facing the the other hotel which is on building stage( all day long loud works). Tiny rooms, no acoustic isolation. You can hear everything around... bed are not comfortable( 2 beds on the wheels...) I have pain of my neck and back all the holidays and some days after. If you get the room with pool view-> very loud music till 2am. Forget about washing your hair in this shower water if you don't want to burn your hair..Very hot, pulsating water in shower too. Food: almost the same every day, very poor, but possible to survive:) Drinks: you get your own plastic cup so you have to carry it each time you want to drink something. Bottled water you can buy in the machine-> 0.5l=2€ in the corridor. No kettle in the room, just the fridge, the coffee is just awful, better to buy own kettle and bring own coffee, or we can recommend the restaurant with a very good coffee, food and cheesecake: "Cosa Mia", also supermarket Eroski is very near and we'll equipped. To be honest: our second time in Mallorca( last time 10 ya) and never again!! Helpful information: car rental is on the front ot Globales and they speak English, French and German( small car is 46€/day, more attractive is to rent for more days). Good luck..

Very good service staff are nice 👍 great variety of food, drinks and desserts (don't have too many desserts) I couldn't help myself from almost throwing up🤣 it's very kid friendly as they have a room for kids to dance to music with parents or for people to just sit around have some laughs and get some of the (spicy juice🍾🍸🥃🍻🍹) good place to stay on the island tho the only downside is the noisy neighbors not the company's fault so it's a 10/10

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago for 9 nights as a party of 16 people (8 kids), we have been coming here regularly for about 9 years.
We have always found the whole complex clean and tidy with the staff friendly (Jennifer, the receptionist, was very helpful this year sorting out a few problems, giving us information and hiring a car for us all with a smile).
Don't expect the Ritz or Michelen 5* menu standards but it's very good value for money we find.
Yes the food sometimes tends to taste the same after a week but it certainly isn't as bad as some people make out, definitely not so that we feel the need to pay to eat elsewhere!
There are the normal 3 buffet meals a day in the restaurant (kids love the 'all you can eat' ice cream......) and if you are still peckish the Pizzeria serves things like Hamburgers, chips, hotdogs, salad etc in the afternoon and late evening Pizza slices and chips.
If you have a room to the back there isn't much of a view, but we don't spend much time in the room anyway so isn't a problem for us.
The reserving sunbeds is very much an issue, but for us not a problem as we go everyday to the beach which is just a few minutes stroll away.
One small annoyance around the pool/bar areas is there could be a few more small tables and chairs to sit on in the afternoon/evening.
I understand the 'cup' for drinks around the pool/Pizzeria but I would like to also see less wastage with the plates in the Pizzeria, maybe they could introduce reusable plastic plates instead of everyone throwing hundreds of paper ones away every day?
Also the plastic containers for the fruit seems an awful lot of wastage and not exactly good for the environment.
There is sometimes a bit of a queue for drinks at certain times, maybe at peak times they could have someone else help out.
There is a kids disco every night for the little ones and entertainment after for the older ones like singers, bingo, magic shows, quizzes etc.
Overall it's very good value for money and great for families that are on a budget as you literally don't need spend any money within the hotel complex whilst never going hungry or thirsty.
We'll be returning again next year and are already looking forward to it.
